The Vaccinators Have Given Us a Modern Trail of Tears and Sorrow

Although Dr. Anthony Fauci, the director of the National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Diseases between 1984 and 2022, is a sociopath who refuses to see or acknowledge the great harm his arrogant narcissism and egomaniacal belief in his own “scientific” infallibility caused and is still causing to untold numbers of men, women, and children even two and one-half years after his retirement as the highest paid official within the Federal government of the United States of America.

Despite this—or perhaps because of all this, many in the so-called “scientific” and “medical” communities who followed the rigid, one-size-fits-all protocols that disparaged early intervention with patients stricken with the Wuhan Virus and resulted in many scores of thousands of needless deaths, are still standing behind their man, Anthony “I represent the science” Fauci, even after the pardon that former President in Name Only Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr., extended to him on January 20, 2025, the Feast of Saints Fabian and Sebastian, just hours before the inauguration of his predecessor and successor, Donald John Trump, as the forty-seventh President of the United States of America.

Other “leftists,” however, were aghast eleven months ago that the man they believed was going to “restore the soul of America,” Biden, pardoned Fauci despite the clear evidence of the ways in which he circumvented the Barack Hussein Obama/Barry Soetoro administration’s moratorium on gain-of-function research by providing taxpayer funds to his friends at Eco Health Alliance, who thereupon sent those funds to the Wuhan Institute of Virology in Wuhan, Red China.

Focusing on how Fauci worked overtime to suppress all evidence of the bioengineered weapon’s leak from the Wuhan Institute of Virology and then lied about to members of Congressional committees after having done so, an anti-Trump “leftist” who believed in Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr.’s., nonexistent “virtue” was particularly outraged by the former figurehead president’s pardon of Anthony Fauci.

The most noxious stench hanging over Fauci’s head relates to his central role in the clandestine efforts by a cabal of top scientists to stifle debate over the origins of Covid-19 that appeared so mysteriously in Wuhan. This central Chinese city was hundreds of miles from the nearest wild bat colonies carrying the most similar coronaviruses. But suspicions were aroused since it is home to one of China’s two maximum bio-security labs. It had known safety concerns. And, clearly, the initial outbreak was covered up by Beijing’s communist dictatorship, which inflamed the disease’s impact as it spread its deadly tentacles around the world.

Fauci spent almost four decades as director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the world’s biggest biomedical research agency. Early in the pandemic, it emerged that Wuhan Institute of Virology was funded by this body to carry out high-risk, gain-of-function research into bat diseases. This work, it transpired, was sometimes performed in dangerously low biosecurity conditions. But it emerged Fauci played a pivotal role in pushing the idea that it was conspiratorial nonsense to suggest Covid might have leaked from a laboratory in tandem with his friends Francis Collins, then head of NIH; and Jeremy Farrar, director of the Wellcome Trust, another major research funding body.

This trio promoted an orthodoxy of natural zoonotic transmission that prevailed until it became impossible to ignore all the circumstantial evidence suggesting a lab leak. They pulled together a group of loyal scientists, some with close links to China or compromised by close ties to Wuhan, who wrote influential papers for prominent journals ridiculously praising Beijing for transparency and dismissing “any type of laboratory-based scenario”. Despite private concerns over “Wild West” biosecurity in Wuhan, and the possibility of lab leakage, this group managed to focus media and political attention onto a Wuhan market selling wild animals, ignoring how this idea had been dismissed by Chinese public health leaders and scientists alike.

This scandal — which implies deliberate and self-interested obfuscation over the cause of this century’s biggest public health catastrophe — involved some of the most influential figures in global science. Though all three central players have since left the posts they held at the time, Farrar has moved to the World Health Organisation as chief scientist, despite his central role in trying to clamp down debate on the cause of a pandemic. (This is one more reason why it is tough to shed any tears over Trump’s decision to end US funding to this mismanaged UN organisation given it has kowtowed to China, pumped out misinformation and failed to probe the origins of Covid properly.)

Details about the activities of Fauci’s gang had to be pieced together from scraps of evidence gathered through leaks, freedom of information requests and Congressional inquiries by a small but tenacious group of online investigators, dissident scientists and determined journalists. Now even Tim Spector, the professor of genetic epidemiology at King’s College London, who advised Downing Street in the pandemic, freely talks about “the trail of shredded documents” and fear there was a cover-up. As Spector stated two months ago: “The most likely source of this was a lab leak from Wuhan.”

Spector suggested these efforts were intended to protect scientific credibility in the early months of the outbreak. Other experts believe that Fauci and his friends were protecting their own backs after they outsourced dangerous experiments to China, work that had already been banned in the US itself. It must be stated that we do not have conclusive proof either way on the pandemic’s cause. But the evidence of deceit, exposed on an issue of such seismic importance for the world, is a betrayal of both science and government — and this is why Biden’s pre-emptive pardon does such a sordid disservice to democracy.

Fauci claims — in a curious echo of Trump — that he is the victim of partisan threats of investigation and prosecution. “Let me be perfectly clear: I have committed no crime and there are no possible grounds for any allegation or threat of criminal investigation or prosecution of me,” he said in response to Monday’s news. Yet it was noticeable that the pardon is backdated to 2014. This is, coincidentally, the same year that the US three-year ban on gain-of-function research took effect and also the start date for an NIH grant to Wuhan that biosafety experts such as Richard Ebright, professor of chemical biology at Rutgers University, believe is linked to the “reckless” research that sparked global pandemic. “The pardon is a travesty,” he told me.

Rand Paul, leading the Republican charge against Fauci, responded by saying the pardon “seals the deal” over who bears real responsibility for the Covid pandemic, adding that he would not rest as chair of the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee until the truth was fully exposed. Fauci sneered that the senator did not know what he was talking about when denying to Congress that he had ever funded gain-of-function experiments in Wuhan. Paul’s efforts should be assisted by Trump’s choice of Jay Bhattacharya to take over the NIH, given that the Stanford University health economist and lockdown sceptic sees evidence for a lab leak as “compelling” and has been critical of elitist efforts to silence dissident voices.

Yet in a strange twist, there are suggestions the pardon might help expose the truth. Why? Because Fauci has lost Fifth Amendment protection if (or when) Paul’s committee issues a subpoena forcing him to testify under oath about his actions. Meanwhile, others such as Collins have been left unprotected as have assorted aides and scientist stooges. “These pardons will not stop Department of Justice investigations,” one adviser to the Trump transition team told the journalist Paul D. Thacker. “We expected this and look at it as a predicate to get truth from people who can no longer use the Fifth Amendment. Now we can bring every one of them in front of a grand jury.” Or as Professor Ebright put it: “This sets the stage for full exposure of Fauci’s activities through prosecution of his co-conspirators.”

The evidence has shown clear efforts to avoid such scrutiny. One memo disclosed that “Tony” had told David Morens, a senior adviser to Fauci, how to avoid requests under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), suggesting that he stop using government-issued phones for his gmail accounts. A leaked email indicated that Morens was coached on evasion of FOIs by Margaret Moore, Fauci’s long-serving assistant — who pleaded the fifth when asked to testify. “I learned from our foia lady here how to make emails disappear after i am foia’d but before the search starts, so i think we are all safe,” he wrote. Another senior aide to Fauci misspelled key conspirators, presumably to avoid searches intended to fulfil FOIA requests.

Fauci denied working closely with Morens when interrogated by Congress. But he also said “I’ve kept an open mind throughout the entire process” — which certainly does not seem to match the facts of some of his public statements, nor his secretive activities behind the scenes to clamp down on debate.

Anthony Fauci kept an “open mind” about nothing during the pandemic whose origins he helped to engineer and whose efforts to develop those “safe and effective emergency vaccines” created under the warped Operation Warp Speed during then President Donald John Trump’s warped Operation Warp Speed in 2020 are still causing injuries and deaths to thousands upon thousands of people globally. It is Fauci’s very decidedly closed-mind that has earned him a reputation among intellectually honest observers as the slippery narcissist who bent the truth with easy arrogance:

Anthony Fauci’s habit of bending the truth, as some see it, was notably on display at a July 2021 Senate hearing when Rand Paul, the Kentucky Republican, bore into the funding Fauci approved for gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. While Fauci attempted to downplay his financial involvement with the Chinese government lab, reports were already percolating.

In April 2020, Newsweek reported that Fauci had approved a grant for risky “gain of function” virus research at the Wuhan lab. The Washington Post editorial board in March 2021 then called for an independent investigation into EcoHealth Alliance, a nonprofit funded by the Fauci-run National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Diseases. With this grant, EcoHealth subcontracted research to the Chinese, the Post noted, to do experiments involving “modifying viral genomes to give them new properties, including the ability to infect lung cells of laboratory mice that had been genetically modified to respond as human respiratory cells would.”

Fox News reported Sunday that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has barred EcoHealth Alliance Inc. and its former president, Dr. Peter Daszak, from receiving federal funds for five years. EcoHealth allegedly failed to report dangerous gain-of-function experiments to the government, which eventually led to the five-year ban. 

A month prior to Fauci’s hearing with Paul, Columbia University professor Jeffrey Sachs confirmed that U.S.-funded research at the WIV consisted of gain-of-function virus research that could have started the pandemic. “[I]t is clear that the NIH co-funded research at the WIV that deserves scrutiny under the hypothesis of a laboratory-related release of the virus.” At that time, Dr. Sachs led a commission formed by a British medical journal, The Lancet, to investigate how the pandemic began.

But when Paul began grilling Fauci about these details and called him out for what he characterized as evasive answers, Fauci pointed the finger back at Paul. “If anybody is lying here, senator, it is you,” Fauci said. Paul then sent a criminal referral to the Department of Justice requesting they investigate whether Fauci had committed perjury.

“He definitely misled the senator,” said former Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Director Robert Redfield. When Redfield looked at all the evidence, including still-classified information, he said the weight falls in the direction of a lab accident. “Fauci manipulated the public to believe there was only one possible cause for the pandemic, a natural spillover.”

Months after Paul’s referral to the Justice Department, liberal news nonprofit ProPublica released new documents confirming the Wuhan lab had conducted such studies. “Grant money for the controversial experiment came from the National Institutes of Health’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, which is headed by Anthony Fauci,” ProPublica reported on September 9, 2021.

“NIH admits funding risky virus research in Wuhan,” Vanity Fair reported a week after ProPublica, referencing a letter NIH sent to Congress.

Paul sent a second referral to the Department of Justice in July 2023, reiterating his demand that Fauci be investigated. At that time, House investigators released emails showing that, in early 2020, Fauci admitted that scientists were concerned the COVID virus had been engineered and researchers in Wuhan were engaged in gain-of-function research.  

“Everything he has been telling us from the very beginning has been a lie,” Sen. Paul told Fox News. “We have documented it’s a lie and it’s a felony to lie to Congress.”

Biden’s pardon negates the two Senate referrals for criminal activity. But future hearings could still require Fauci to respond to evidence that he might have perjured himself, and open him up to future prosecution if he stands by statements that can be proven to be false.

After Fauci’s testimony, the writer of this article reported in the DisInformation Chronicle that Morens had connected KFF Health News reporter Arthur Allen with Fauci on Fauci’s private email back in May 2021. The NIH did not respond to comment about Fauci’s use of private email to conduct government business with reporters. 

In a second example, the New York Post reported that the watchdog group White Coat Waste Project accused Fauci of lying to Congress about his private email use after they released documents showing Fauci was backchanneling with a Washington Post reporter on his private email.

“I will send you an e-mail via my gmail account,” Fauci wrote in an email dated Oct. 29, 2021, to Washington Post reporter Yasmeen Abutaleb.

Fauci’s lawyer told the Post that Fauci was discussing a personal matter with the Washington Post reporter, although he did not explain what this personal matter was. 

Justin Goodman, senior vice president at White Coat Waste Project, said the evidence is clear that Fauci contacted the Washington Post about issues regarding his NIH work and then denied it to Congress. “He should be prosecuted, not pardoned.”

Congressional hearings might also delve into Fauci’s involvement in research misconduct with the “proximal origin” paper and a grant he approved for the paper’s lead author, Scripps Research Institute’s Kristian Andersen.

“There needs to be a criminal investigation of this grant and paper,” said a former law enforcement official who has worked with congressional staff investigating Fauci and his grants. “Nobody inside the executive branch has taken ownership of this.”

Shortly after the COVID virus outbreak, Fauci began discussing with several virologists, including Andersen, how the pandemic started. In a Feb. 1, 2020 email, Andersen wrote to Fauci that he had analyzed the COVID virus genetic sequence and “some of the features (potentially) look engineered.” Andersen added that, while opinions could change, he and other virologists felt the virus was not natural or consistent with “expectations with evolutionary theory.”

Later that same day, Fauci held a phone call with Andersen and other virologists and then emailed that the scientists were suspicious that a “mutation was intentionally inserted” into the virus. Other emails show that Fauci was concerned that his funding for research in China may have led to the COVID virus.

Despite their initial suspicions, Andersen and other virologists reversed course six weeks later and published the “proximal origin” paper on March 16, 2020, that absolved Fauci of funding research that led to the pandemic. Fauci then promoted the Andersen “proximal origin” paper to reporters at a White House briefing on April 17 without disclosing that he had helped marshal the study into publication.

A month later, Fauci signed off on an $8.9 million grant to Kristian Andersen. Both Andersen and Fauci have denied the grant was quid pro quo for Andersen publishing the “proximal origin” paper that absolved Fauci, but the group Biosafety Now has called twice for the paper to be retracted. 

“It is imperative that this clearly fraudulent and clearly damaging paper be removed from the scientific literature,” reads an online petition signed by over 5,000 scientists.

Richard Ebright, a professor of Chemistry and Chemical Biology at Rutgers University and co-founder of Biosafety Now, said that Fauci should have been prosecuted for “criminal conspiracy” for his secret involvement in the “proximal origin” paper. Ebright added that the grant Fauci gave to Andersen after he published the paper likely also involved criminal behavior.

With Republicans running both the Senate and House, investigations of Fauci will likely continue as members resume digging into any NIH culpability in funding research that started the pandemic. Trump’s CIA nominee, John Ratcliffe, told House members during a 2023 hearing that classified intelligence points toward a lab accident. Ratcliffe is likely to be confirmed, and a Trump transition team source said he would likely then declassify that information, further undermining Fauci’s claims that the pandemic started from a natural spillover.

Ongoing investigations of Fauci, RCI has been told, will only further erode his credibility, even if criminal charges can no longer be filed. “This pardon means he can no longer be brought to justice,” said an adviser to the Trump transition team. “But it guarantees he will be further exposed.”

“I trusted everything Fauci said during the pandemic, and I did everything he told me,” said Bri Dressen, a former preschool teacher in Saratoga Springs, Utah. “I masked, wiped down my groceries with alcohol, kept my kids away from other kids so they wouldn’t catch the virus, and then I got vaccinated.” Dressen ended up injured by AstraZeneca’s vaccine as a volunteer in the company’s clinical trial, and founded React19.org, whose 36,000 members advocate for victims of COVID vaccine harm.

“It was the steep\est learning curve in my entire life. The people in authority like Fauci are the ones I shouldn’t have trusted,” Dressen said. “It’s been a huge paradigm shift to see a hero actually turn into a villain.” (Despite Biden Pardon, Fauci Still Faces Legal Perils. It is undeniable that Dr. Anthony Fauci covered up for his allies in the Chinese Community Party, the Wuhan Institute of Technology and the entire modus operandi of the murderously totalitarian “People’s Republic of China.” One can imagine that he looks with envy upon the ability of the Chicoms to silence critics of its Wuhan Virus policies that killed many Chinese citizens.

To wit, Anthony Fauci told everyone to wear masks, creating social divisions along partisan lines that hard-core ideologues still follow despite the fact that Wuhan Virus was only a serious threat to the elderly and those who preexisting comorbidities and in many, although far from all, of those cases the threat existed and was heightened by those rigid, cookie-cutter protocols that denied patients access to personalized treatments from physicians who were afraid of losing their medical licenses if they refuse to adhere to the death-dealing Centers for Disease Control “guidelines.”

Fauci’s posturing and preening narcissism will be hard as hard to pierce even after his jeopardy of criminal prosecution was ended by Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr.’s, presumptive pardon eleven months ago despite the efforts of Congressional committees to get him to admit the truth about his nefarious activities for once in his long life of sociopathic behavior:

The truth is that Fauci is a narcissist. His home office is full of photos of himself, and he has relished the limelight for decades. His brand of science communication always involved oversimplification and simple , direct messages. Pre pandemic, this was largely fine because the issues he spoke about had little US relevance. But during the pandemic, there was major unanswered questions. He stifled debate and made up recommendations. He oversimplified to the point of being wrong.

He is politically saavy and aligned himself with Democrats, who have shielded him from accountability. He did so even though it meant advocating school closure, a catastrophic policy that helped Biden’s 2020 campaign but destroyed children.

A true narcissist would fund GOF research, despite an Obama era ban because he believed it was valuable. In 2011, he called such resarch a flu virus risk worth taking in an oft forgotten Washington post editorial.

Then, when COVID began, Fauci worked to cover up the origins. He used a personal gmail server to evade FOIA. He ran emails through Moran to hide his involvement. He lied to Congress.

Fauci then famously got most things wrong in the pandemic. Cloth masking, closing kids schools, lockdown, giving 2 doses of vax to fewer people rather than 1 dose to more people, failing to consider natural immunity, and vaccine mandates. How did he make so many errors?

No one errs more than someone who feels responsible. The person who spills wine on your carpet is often the worst person to clean it up. They frantically rub it in deeper, rather than blot it gently, and that is what Fauci did. He favored an extreme, heavy handed response.

His pardon— back to 2014— can be considered strong evidence that the Biden administration knows he is responsible for the COVID19 pandemic. As time advances, and Rand Paul’s investigation continues— hopefully retrieving the Gmail messages— the true picture will be known. (Fauci is pardoned.)

Dr. Anthony Fauci, the public face of the federal government's coronavirus pandemic response, is facing criticism on social media over a manuscript published in a top journal where he maintains his position that the virus originated in nature and cites a debunked claim that President-elect Trump told Americans to inject themselves with bleach to stop the virus.

Fauci, along with researcher Gregory Folkers, published a paper in the Clinical Infectious Diseases journal this week with the title, "HIV/AIDS and COVID-19: Shared Lessons from Two Pandemics."

Fauci, who faced intense criticism for his handling of the pandemic, was critical of Trump’s handling of the pandemic in the paper.

"With COVID-19, the role of political leadership at the highest level – or the lack thereof – was again shown to be critical," the authors wrote. "As COVID-19 exploded globally and in the United States, President Donald Trump frequently minimized the seriousness of the pandemic, repeatedly claiming that COVID-19 would just ‘go away’ In the first full year of the pandemic (2020, the last year of his presidency) he failed to use his bully pulpit to encourage people to use available ‘low-tech’ tools such as masks/respirators, better ventilation, and physical distancing to reduce the risk of infection."

"Trump also gave credence to unproven and potentially dangerous substances for COVID-19 prevention and treatment such as bleach injections, the antimalarial hydroxychloroquine and the anti-parasitic drug ivermectin. Many of his hundreds of communications during the COVID-19 pandemic were missed opportunities for political leadership in promoting policies and practices to mitigate the impact of a raging pandemic."

The paper also says that "abundant evidence from top evolutionary virologists and leading scientists in other fields strongly suggests that the virus jumped species from an animal reservoir to humans in the Huanan market in Wuhan, China, and then spread throughout China and the rest of the world." 

Several media outlets have fact-checked and debunked the claim that Trump instructed people to inject themselves with bleach including Politifact, which called President Biden’s accusation "mostly false."

"Oy vey," National Review contributor Pradeep Shanker posted on X.

Lost in all the details about Anthony Fauci’s deceptive behavior made him a national celebrity as he strongly recommended Red-Chinese-style lockdowns that destroyed many small businesses, caused economic and personal distress for millions upon millions of struggling American citizens, pitted family members and friends against each other, and encouraged Americans to snitch on those who did follow the infallible Fauci’s “orders,” which were carried with glee by the likes of Chicom governance wannabes as Gavin Michael Newson, Michelle Lujan Grisham, Gretchen Whitmer, Andew Mark Cuomo, Philip Murphy, Jay Robert Pritzker, Ned Lamont, Edward Miner Lamont, Jr., Charles Baker, Gina Raimondo, Katherine Brown, Gina Marie Raimondo, Asa Hutchison, Roy Cooper, Ralph Shearer Northam, Thomas Wolf, Jay Robert Inslee, Stephen Sisolak, Timothy James Walz, Anthony Steven Evers, John Charles Carney, Jr., Lawrence Joseph Hogan, Jr., Roy Asberry Cooper, and David Yutaka Ige in addition to mayor dictators around the country is the fact that the pro-baby-killing Fauci has been such a sociopath throughout the course of his public life that he thought nothing of conducting sadistic medical experiments on children institutional in orphanages and developmental centers as was document the following report published three and one-half years ago that serves as useful reminder of how soullessly sociopathic Anthony Fauci has been over the decades:

In August Gateway Pundit contributor Cassandra Fairbanks broke the story on Dr. Fauci’s use of taxpayer money to torture beagles in barbaric animal testing. Dr. Fauci funded a study in Tunisia where beagle dogs were eaten alive by parasite-infected flies.

Dr. Fauci also spent over $16 million in taxpayer funds on disturbing "toxic brain injection" experiments on monkeys in 2018.

Dr. Fauci more recently was caught funding gain-of-function research in a Wuhan, China laboratory blamed for the production and leak of the coronavirus.

Fauci lied about his funding of the lab under oath numerous times.

But Dr. Fauci's sinister work does not stop there.

Fauci has a long history of mass death, barbarism and lies.

In 2004 Dr. Fauci's NIH was also caught funding experiments on AIDS orphans at a New York City hospital. The Gateway Pundit reported on this dark Fauci chapter in October.

The Fauci NIH approved experiments on hundreds of New York City orphans.  Government agencies and pharmaceutical companies used the orphans in deadly AIDS drug trials.

In 2005, the city of New York hired the VERA Institute to form a final report on the drug trials. VERA was given no access to medical records for any of the children used in trials. Their report was published in 2008.

They reported that twenty-five children died during the drug studies, that an additional fifty-five children died following the studies (in foster care), and, according to Tim Ross, Director of the Child Welfare program at VERA (as of 2009), 29% of the remaining 417 children who were used in drug studies had died (out of a total 532 children that are admitted to have been used). No payment or compensation has been paid to any of the children used in the trials, or to their families.

A hospital nurse later spoke out to reporters about the testing. She reported that children would immediately get sick, break out or throw up during the testing.

They were orphans at the Incarnation Children's Center in New York City.

On Tuesday The Gateway Pundit reported on Dr. Fauci's torture and medical murder of at least 85 orphan minority children in New York, children who were vulnerable, could not consent, and who would not be missed.

Ann Rosen at LifeSiteNews wrote a good recap of Fauci’s crimes against children earlier this month.

These children were buried in mass graves at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Hawthorne, NY in Westchester County and otherwise forgotten.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. says that Anthony Fauci is America’s Joseph Mengele for what he did to poor orphan minority kids in the 1980’s.

Robert Kennedy sat for an interview this past month to journalist James Corbett where he laid out some key arguments from the book and specifically explained the facts on Fauci’s illegal testing on orphan children:

• Fauci tested harsh chemotherapy drugs on orphan children in order to determine its use for AIDS treatments in the 1980s
• Fauci got control of foster homes in 7 states
• Children were tortured to death
• Children were denied guardians and any kind of legal protector
• Children who refused to take Fauci’s drugs had feeding tubes installed so drug companies could administer the drugs even when the kids fought back
• Most of the children did not have HIV/AIDS, they were just used as guinea pigs to see if they could survive the harsh drug regimen
• At least 85 kids died as part of these experiments
• The graveyard where these children were thrown into a pit, filled with hundreds of coffins sometimes stuffed with multiple children, is buried under an astroturf pit in New York. These are the victims of Fauci’s crimes, says Kennedy.

Mind you, these truly barbaric experiments took place during the administration of a supposedly “pro-life” president, George Walker Bush, whose “American exceptionalism” was preoccupying his waking hours as he tried to contain the attacks on American service personnel and military contractors in Iraq that he supposedly “liberated” on March 20, 2003, in an unconstitutional war that destroyed Iraqi infrastructure, killed thousands upon thousands of innocent Iraqi citizens, unleased a vicious Mohammedan persecution of Chaldean Rite Catholics and their churches that caused the permanent displacement of over two-thirds of those Catholics from their native land, and, over time, made Iraq a de facto ally and client state with its neighbor, the Islamic Republic of Iran. No, George Walker Bush paid no attention to Fauci’s atrocities, and neither did Speaker of the United States House of Representatives Dennis Hastert or Senate Majority Leader William Frist, M.D. No one cared, thus permitting the barbaric sociopath to continue his work of destructive experiments that fed his own egotistic need to justify his government position as being the “cutting edge” of science.

I keep referring to Anthony Fauci as a sociopath as he has shown utterly no remorse for the children he experimented on and killed twenty-one years ago, and is equally remorseless for the incalculable harm that the Wuhan Virus vaccines continue to do nor for the excess deaths that were caused by his rigid protocols and by the poisoned jabs themselves:

Last week, a leaked FDA memo acknowledged that at least ten children died “after and because of” the COVID-19 vaccine in the U.S.

None of those children had been identified — until now.

One of them is now understood to be Ernesto Ramirez Jr., a 16-year-old from Texas who collapsed and died five days after receiving the Pfizer COVID-19 shot.

“Junior,” as he is known, is among the cases at the center of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) internal investigation into pediatric deaths following COVID-19 vaccination.

For his father, Ernest Ramirez, the past four years have been consumed by grief, tireless campaigning and what he describes as a “living hell.”

Now, for the first time, he believes the FDA has acknowledged what he has always known — the vaccine took his child.

“That’s the poison that killed my son,” he told me.

A father fights for his son

Junior was healthy, athletic and inseparable from his dad. Ernest raised him alone.

“We were always together, we were never apart,” he said. “Like I’ve always said, he was my best friend … We were buddies.”

Five days after the Pfizer shot, Junior went to the park with a neighbor to play basketball.

“They started running and he just collapsed,” Ernest said.

Paramedics rushed him to the hospital, but attempts to revive him failed. Ernest still remembers the bluntness of the staff.

“Yeah, you can go home now, your son’s dead,” is how he recalls the doctor’s tone.

He could not return to the empty house.

At first, he had no idea the vaccine could have been involved. It wasn’t until cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough reviewed the records that Ernest heard the words that changed everything.

McCullough told him Junior’s heart “was twice the normal size it should have been.”

Junior had died from myocarditis — a vaccine injury now formally acknowledged by regulators.

Years of denial — and a cash offer

From the outset, Ernest says local doctors refused to acknowledge any link to Pfizer’s vaccine.

He recounts the hospital’s doctor first insisting Junior wasn’t vaccinated, then claiming no child had died that day, then calling Junior “overweight” — until Ernest showed him a photo.

“He was well, he looks like a normal 16-year-old boy,” he remembers telling the doctor.

As a single parent without insurance, Ernest struggled to pay for the funeral. A friend told him the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) was covering COVID-19-related funeral costs, so he applied.

“They asked me for medical records, the autopsy. I gave them everything they asked for,” he said.

But FEMA rejected the claim: “Your son didn’t die of COVID.”

Ernest replied, “That’s right, because he died from the vaccine.”

Months later, he says FEMA called back with a proposal.

“They asked me … if I would change my son’s death certificate so that it showed he died of COVID … then they would give me $10,000 for the funeral,” he said.

He refused immediately, even though he needed the money.

“I said no. I would not disrespect my son like that, and I will not falsify documents for financial gain.”

The calls continued.

“They harassed me for two years,” he said. FEMA kept raising the offer.

“They raised it up to $35,000 … and I kept telling them I would not do that. I won’t disrespect my son.”

Meanwhile, the agencies responsible for vaccine safety were silent.

“CDC, FDA, NIH — no one would respond,” he said.

FDA’s broken VAERS system

A Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) report had been filed on Junior’s behalf, but like so many others, it sat untouched. Ernest’s experience mirrors what other clinicians encountered during the vaccine rollout.

In a case reported by The BMJ, pediatric rheumatologist Dr. Patrick Whelan submitted a detailed VAERS report on a 7-year-old boy who suffered a cardiac arrest and was resuscitated in the ICU.

Whelan repeatedly followed up with the FDA, informing officials that the child had subsequently died. Yet the VAERS record was never updated.

As Whelan told The BMJ, “You’d be left with the false impression that the child had had a serious adverse event, rather than seeing that he’d died.”

Cases like Whelan’s show how easily even the most serious pediatric outcomes disappeared into a system that was supposed to function as an early-warning signal — and why Ernest’s pleas, for years, went nowhere.

Tracy Høeg shines a light

Everything changed when FDA senior scientist Dr. Tracy Beth Høeg began investigating child deaths linked to the COVID-19 vaccines.

“She asked for my son’s medical records, autopsy and I gave that all to her before we even met,” Ernest said.

She also asked for the Pfizer lot number.

“I memorized it,” he told me. “Because that’s the poison that killed my son.”

The lot was ER8731.

“I’ve been told that’s one of the worst lot numbers that was put out,” he said.

For the first time since Junior died, someone inside a federal agency was genuinely examining his case.

Inside the FDA meeting

Ernest traveled to Washington, D.C., to meet with the new leadership: FDA Commissioner Marty Makary and Høeg.

A friend who was also vaccine-injured accompanied him. What struck Ernest most was how much time the FDA officials were willing to give him.

“We sat there for about three hours talking when normally people only give you 30 minutes at the max,” he said.

Ernest said he and his friend were the ones who eventually ended the meeting to get food as it got late into the night — Makary and Høeg showed no sign of wanting to leave.

“We gave them paperwork, medical records, everything … and they just kept asking for more,” he said.

“It was overwhelming on our part because somebody actually wanted to hear the information and see what we had to offer.”

As he left, Ernest remembered Makary reflecting on what he had inherited as the new commissioner of the FDA.

Ernest recalls Makary saying, “They left us a bunch of [manure] we’re trying to clean up here,” emphasizing, “they were his exact words.”

For a man frozen out of every federal agency for years, the acknowledgement mattered.

“I feel like I got my foot in the door with the FDA,” Ernest said.

Becoming one of the 10

Ernest was among the first parents Høeg contacted.

Although the FDA has not named any of the 10 children cited in Dr. Vinay Prasad’s memo, Ernest is certain Junior is one of them — and a senior government official has confirmed the same.

When critics online complained that “only 10” deaths were acknowledged in Prasad’s memo, Ernest saw something different.

“This is the beginning. We can’t flood them and overwhelm them,” he said. “This is a door opening.”

For the first time, he feels hopeful.

“I feel something positive is finally coming out,” he told me. “I see a little light at the end of the tunnel.”

Living with loss — and injury

“There’s nothing anyone can do that will bring my son back,” Ernest said. He lives with the weight of that every day.

Ernest has turned his grief into activism. He put up billboards and his trucks have been wrapped with photos of Junior, slogans and lot numbers.

“People stop me on the highway … they tell me their stories about how they were affected or their family members,” he said. “It feels like I can see weight lifted off their shoulder when they’re talking to me.”

He supports injured families through React-19 and Junior’s Guardian Voice.

Ernest also revealed that he suffered a vaccine injury himself, diagnosed by a doctor as causing neurological deficits — something he kept private for years because he did not want to distract from Junior’s case.

When he sees commentators online dismissing the FDA’s admission as “absurd” or “unscientific,” he refuses to let their detachment diminish his resolve.

“I just tell them you can’t educate the ignorant,” he said. “They’re already programmed … We need to keep going forward.”

A call for accountability

The FDA’s acknowledgment is only the beginning. For Ernest, recognition must lead to consequences.

“I want an apology … and I want accountability,” he said, pointing to public health officials like Dr. Anthony Fauci, whom he blames for his son’s death.

He believes civil and criminal accountability is warranted for officials whose job it was to prevent exactly this outcome.

Government officials have claimed they “couldn’t have known.” Ernest does not believe that. He has spent four years trying to get someone — anyone — in authority to tell the truth.

Now, inside the FDA, someone finally has.

“I do feel like it’s starting to come out,” he said. “The FDA seems sincere … it does put me in a better place, makes me feel a little bit better. I feel a little hope.”

Permit me to refresh your memories about the tragic case of the late Ernest Ramirez that led his father to hold the vaccinators to account for their wanton disregard of the dead consequences of their poisoned jabs, which they assured the public was “safe and effective” and that any claims of harm caused by the were simply “conspiracy theories” disseminated by “masters of disinformation:”

“Millions of Americans between the ages of 12 and 15 can now get a booster shot of Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine, after the CDC formally adopted new recommendations backed by a majority of the agency’s outside vaccine advisers. The CDC now says that Americans as young as 12 who received Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine should receive a third dose as early as five months after their first two shots. The agency’s officials said that enough time has passed for around 5 million adolescents to be eligible.”

“Why in the world are they doing this?” one asks in disbelief.

Three basic facts have been well established by data and studies:

1. Healthy children are at virtually zero risk of serious Covid.
2. The vaccines will not prevent children from contracting the virus.
3. Covid injections carry risk of serious side effects.

According to a cost-benefit analysis conducted by Toby Rogers, Ph.D., in the 5 to 11 age range, 117 healthy kids will have to die of vaccine-related side effects in order to save one child from perishing of Covid 19.

A study from Japan has shown that young people are seven hundred percent more likely to be killed by Pfizer jabs than by Covid.

We have been repeatedly told that we must follow facts and science when dealing with this pandemic.

The science on vaccinating children against Covid-19 is in, and it could not be any clearer: while healthy children are at negligible risk from the disease itself, they are at real risk from the shots.

Since the vaccines do not stop infection and transmission, they will protect neither children nor their communities from the spread of the virus.

It makes not scientific or medical sense to give them these shots. Vaccinating children for SARS-CoV-2 violates both the tenets of good medicine and evidence-based science.

According to Dr Robert Malone, who is one of the world’s preeminent vaccine scientists, the cost benefit analysis is not even close.

Those who want to vaccinate children follow neither the science nor logic. Subjecting children to Covid jabs needlessly exposes young lives to potentially grave risks.

The incidence of myocarditis and pericarditis may be as high as 1 in 317 in the young, especially boys, and increases further with each additional dose.

Then there is a danger of deadly blood clots as well as several other serious conditions such as Guillain-Barré syndrome.

Astonishingly, scores of children have already been injected with two doses that turned out to be ineffective, which is the reason a booster is now required.

The booster, however, already looks to be even more useless than the original offering. The booster, in fact, appears to have negative efficacy which means that those who receive it seem to be more likely to contract the virus.

Soon we will have a multitude of 12-year-olds who will have received three of these pointless and dangerous shots without any medical justification whatsoever.

Robert Kennedy, Jr. said that injecting children with the Covid vaccines is a crime. He is not incorrect.

A number of children have already been killed by the vaccines.

Some of the newly vaccinated children will develop serious conditions and some of them will die. The lives of these healthy children will be cut short for no good reason and their parents will be beside themselves with grief.

The deaths of these children will be completely senseless and unnecessary. They could have been easily prevented by simply not giving them the shots that they do not need.

The vaccinators know this: NIH chief Anthony Fauci knows this. The CDC Director Rochelle Walensky knows this. The vaccine makers know this and so does every other scientist and medical professional. Those who are on the take actively push for this travesty while most of the rest are afraid to speak out for fear of losing their jobs.

Those who push for child vaccination are obviously not motivated by public health. Their actions reveal their heartlessness: they are willing to sacrifice healthy children to further their own interests.

Humans can be very cruel, especially when money and power come into play.

For the next two days, Josie continued to be irritable and refused to nurse.

Ryan and Mollie live in Lewes, Delaware, with their three other daughters, ages 3, 5 and 14.

Ryan told The Defender that Josie went down for her nap at 4 p.m. on Aug. 21. At roughly 5:20 p.m., the family’s nanny noticed the baby was blue and not breathing. She rushed Josie to where Ryan, Mollie and their other kids were.

Ryan, a professional paramedic, immediately began doing CPR on Josie. “When I started CPR, I knew she was already gone,” he said. “She was too hypoxic for too long … her pupils were fixed and dilated. But I had to do something. I had to try.”

Ryan managed to restore a pulse. ‘Everything says I love Josie’

Ryan and Mollie’s other girls have been deeply affected by Josie’s death. Their 3-year-old, who was 2 when she watched her dad perform CPR on Josie, performs CPR on her baby doll, singing, “Wake up, Baby Josie.”

“Our 14-year-old is compartmentalizing,” Ryan said. The family members are in counseling, but it’s still hard.

Their 5-year-old in kindergarten writes both her name, Lacey, and Josie’s name on her assignments. At home, Lacey takes a marker and writes Josie’s name on everything, Mollie said.

“Everything says I love Josie,” Mollie said. “It’s just been devastating for all of us.”

Before Josie died, her parents trusted medical professionals and the CDC when they said vaccines are safe, Mollie said.

Now, they hope to raise awareness of the risks of giving so many vaccines to babies at once. “Don’t follow blindly,” Mollie told CHD.TV.

They said they wish they had pushed back against the CDC schedule by spacing out or delaying the vaccinations — if they chose to vaccinate Josie at all, Mollie said.

Baby’s father: SIDS label isn’t enough

Since Josie’s death, Ryan has found PubMed studies that link sudden infant death syndrome (https://childrenshealthdefense.org/defender/vaccines-toxic-ingredients-s...">SIDS) to routine vaccinations. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/">PubMed articles are high-quality studies published by the National Institutes of Health’s National Library of Medicine.

For instance, a https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8255173/">29-year study found that 58% of all SIDS deaths happened within three days of vaccination, and 78.3% of all SIDS deaths occurred within seven days of vaccination. “It’s just too plain as day for us not to acknowledge it,” Ryan said.

According to Ryan, the state medical examiner kept trying to say, “Oh well, Josie was found on her belly,” as if that explained why she died.

As a paramedic who made his living ensuring people’s airways were unobstructed, Ryan told the medical examiner that her explanation didn’t add up. He said:

“It doesn’t matter if Josie was found on her belly, her head was found to the side where her airway was unobstructed. There were no pillows nearby. There were no blankets.

“She could maintain her airway. She could lift her head. She could lift up her whole body and roll over, back and forth. She was also able to bring her knees up to her chest. She was about to start crawling. She was way ahead of her age.”

Ryan said he requested that all of Josie’s tissue samples be preserved so an independent agency can perform an autopsy. The results will likely be included as evidence in the couple’s VICP claim.
Ryan expressed frustration at how state medical officials seemed uninterested in pinpointing what caused Josie’s death.

The medical examiner told him that in situations like Josie’s, the state typically rules that the situation was SIDS because the state won’t pay to have the type of testing necessary to prove that vaccines caused the death.

“It’s a funding thing,” he said, bitterly. “They should be trying to find out everything they can as the cause of death of a child. And the fact that they’re refusing to do that is just unreal to me.”’

A report from two years ago discusses how a former police detective discovered that every case of sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) she investigated occurred within days of the children having been vaccinated, but that the coroner of her jurisdiction never once listed the vaccines as the probable cause of death:

A former police detective claimed that around 50% of the 250 https://safetosleep.nichd.nih.gov/about/sids-definition">sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) cases she investigated over seven years happened within 48 hours after the infant received a vaccine. About 70% happened within one week.

She argued this timing proves vaccines are behind SIDS because the correlation would not be observed if the deaths were occurring randomly.

Kirsch, a Silicon Valley entrepreneur and philanthropist and executive director of the http://vacsafety.org/">Vaccine Safety Research Foundation, said he contacted the police station where Jennifer worked and verified her identity.

The detective’s information is independently verifiable in the police records “for any health authority who has any doubts,” Kirsch said, adding that he is actively working with the police department to make the statistics public.

Describing her department’s policy to “leave no stone unturned” when investigating sudden infant deaths, Jennifer wrote:

“Standard police policy was to ask about any pharmaceuticals … and ask every single thing that a person was doing in the moments, hours, days and weeks leading up to their death …

“So, with a baby: ‘When was the last time he saw a doc? Was he healthy? Any meds or shots? What has he been eating? What kind of soap do you wash them with?’ …

“The coroner we had to often report to was especially a stickler on everything that went into that kid, food- and drug-wise.”

“If there were no correlations between vaccines and SIDS, then sudden death cases would be evenly distributed throughout the month,” Mumper said.

“Instead, we see clusters of unexpected deaths in the first week after shots are given. Reports from police officers and first responders are supported by this published evidence,” she added.

Vaccines never mentioned in coroner reports

Despite the comprehensive data gathering required by the coroner, Jennifer told Kirsch vaccines were never listed as the cause of death — or even mentioned — in the final reports.

It took a couple of years before she learned why. “It’s because it’s a pharmaceutical that doesn’t carry liability,” she said, referring to the www.hrsa.gov/sites/default/files/hrsa/vicp/title-xxi-phs-vaccines-1517.pdf">https://www.hrsa.gov/sites/default/files/hrsa/vicp/title-xxi-phs-vaccine...">National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986.

That the coroner’s report would mention parents “put Johnson & Johnson baby lotion on the baby the day before they died” but never mention vaccines is what got her “triggered,” she said.

“Nobody in my office had an answer,” Jennifer said. “I’m like, ‘Why isn’t the medical examiner putting this on here?’ And they were like, ‘I don’t know.’ … They thought it was as crazy as I did.”

The Defender recently reported on the case of a Maine couple whose 7-week-old child died the day after receiving multiple vaccines. The state medical examiner refused to investigate vaccines as a possible cause, but a later toxicology report confirmed the infant had https://childrenshealthdefense.org/defender/maine-baby-sawyer-vaccine-de...">toxic levels of aluminum in his blood.

The conspiracy of silence does not end with coroner’s offices, according to Jennifer, but extends to law enforcement policy.

Jennifer told Kirsch about her husband attending a conference for police investigators in St. Louis, where the presenters never mentioned vaccines as a possible cause of SIDS.

“There’s always … some sort of symptom of suffocation or brain bleed associated with a SIDS stamp on a death report or an autopsy report,” she said.

However, in side conversations at the conference, detectives would admit the connection. “It’s kind of a common thing for detectives who investigate SIDS deaths to know at least SIDS is a kind of false diagnosis,” she said.

Grus is facing misconduct hearings for allegedly accessing files of infant death cases in which she was not previously involved.

Grus also was suspended without pay for refusing to take the COVID-19 vaccine and for questioning the usefulness of masks.

When Jennifer and her husband, who also is a police detective, were shopping around for a pediatrician, they were upfront about their concerns regarding the SIDS-vaccine connection.

They eventually found a pediatrician who, after hearing their observations of infant deaths from their investigations, “didn’t even change expression,” Jennifer recalled. “He’s like, ‘I’m not shocked at all.’”

He said, “You have a really valid reason to not want to do this [vaccinations] with your kids. And I support whatever decision you make,” she told Kirsch.

Kirsch pointed out the difficulty doctors face when they believe vaccinations are necessary to prevent diseases like polio and meningitis.

If doctors admitted to the connection between vaccines and SIDS, he said, “that would destroy the public confidence in the vaccination program. People wouldn’t get vaccinated.”

“So we’ll basically keep our mouth shut about that,” doctors reason to themselves, Kirsch speculated, and “minimize the vaccine hesitancy by telling parents that it wasn’t the vaccine, these things just happen.”

“That’s how they’re trained,” he said.

Dr. Paul Thomas, pediatrician and author of https://a.co/d/9TMixWA">“The Vaccine-Friendly Plan: Dr. Paul’s Safe and Effective Approach to Immunity and Health-from Pregnancy Through Your Child’s Teen Years,” told The Defender, “Pediatricians don’t recognize the link nor would they consider SIDS vaccine-related. They just don’t know what they don’t know.”

“The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends a safe sleep environment to reduce the risk of all sleep-related deaths. This includes supine positioning; use of a firm, noninclined sleep surface; room sharing without bed sharing; and avoidance of soft bedding and overheating.”

‘No other viable explanation’ 

A review of the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) and the medical literature between 1990-2019 analyzing the correlation between www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2214750021001268">https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2214750021001268">vaccines and SIDS, found that “of all cases post-vaccination, 75% occurred within seven days.

Kirsch noted this number is a close match to Jennifer’s estimate of around 70% over her 250 cases.

“This is impossible if the vaccines aren’t causing SIDS,” Kirsch said. “There is simply no other viable explanation for the association,” adding “But of course, you won’t get your paper published if you say that.”

Thomas told The Defender, “The studies showing that most SIDS cases are in the first 3-10 days after a vaccine, make it clear that the vaccines are killing babies.”

Thomas said he did not witness SIDS cases in his pediatric practice, likely because none of his parents were giving their infants the hepatitis B vaccine on day one, and families were not following thewww.cdc.gov/vaccines/schedules/hcp/imz/child-adolescent.html">https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/schedules/hcp/imz/child-adolescent.html"> CDC vaccine schedule but were spacing out the time between shots or avoiding them altogether.

Despite this, the authors concluded, “No concerning pattern was noted among death reports submitted to VAERS during 1997–2013.”

Nonetheless, they stated that, because vaccine use is expanding and new vaccines are being added to the childhood schedule, “it is important to continue to monitor death reports to VAERS.”

In a peer-reviewed study published in PubMed, researchers studied https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/21543527/">infant mortality rates around the world and found a “high statistically significant correlation between increasing numbers of vaccine doses and increasing infant mortality rates.”

The authors reported 33 nations had infant mortality rates lower than the U.S., which has the highest vaccination rate of any country.

Mumper told The Defender, “Evidence of striking temporal correlations between vaccines and SIDS in a series of studies should lead to people in high places to consider vaccines as a cause of SIDS in a subset of babies.”

Although Jennifer chose to appear fully visible in the video interview, Kirsch asked her why she hadn’t yet disclosed her full identity.

She responded that sharing this kind of information could “shut down an entire industry,” adding, “I’ve seen what happens to people who tell the truth.”

She and her husband discussed the potential impact on their children’s safety in light of her stepping forward to share what she knows.

Jennifer and Kirsch discussed the blowback to doctors and nurses who’ve been fired over the past several years for telling the truth.

Parents of children injured or killed by vaccines who are passionate activists also “get treated like garbage,” she said.

Mumper wrote such parents must feel like “https://childrenshealthdefense.org/news/mothers-of-vaccine-injured-child...">modern-day Cassandras” because their observation of the obvious connection between the administration of vaccines and the deterioration of their children’s health within one or two days was most often received as unwelcome news if not outright disbelieved.

Not all parents make the connection, however, or necessarily want to. Jennifer said she recognized the difficult position her testimony puts some parents in.

“I see parents on both sides of it with vaccine-injured children. Some of them hold on to the lie so strong, because admitting that this was true means that they had a hand in their child’s death or their child’s injury. And I understand that. I understand how hard it is to come to grips with that.”

Then again, most of those in Big Pharma and the public health industry are fully supportive of the destruction of innocent preborn children by chemical and surgical means and a lot of them also support the “quality of life” paradigms used to determine whether patients with chronic or terminal illnesses should be convinced to “transition” into “compassionate care” that winds up killing them over time with a variety of hemlock cocktails and pills that are administered on schedule based on the receptiveness of the patient and/or his relatives and their emotional readiness to say “goodbye.”

The reason for the misreporting by legacy media as well as the prominent New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM) is because Pfizer buried the results of its product testing on seniors, which showed heightened adverse effects from the drug.

“Pfizer has never announced the results, sitting on them for years,” reported Berenson in his Substack. “They show older adults who received mRNA had MORE flu infections, deaths, and side effects than those who got a standard flu shot.”

As such, Pfizer’s mRNA flu vaccine will likely not be approved by Trump’s Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

“That was the MO (modus operandi) in the Biden administration,” he added.

The hidden findings are beyond jarring for the elderly. According to Berenson:

Older people who got mRNA shots were about 6 percent more likely to get the flu than those who got standard shots. And 49 older people who received the mRNA shot died, compared to 46 who received the flu shot.

The study also revealed a significant safety signal for the mRNAs on kidney damage. Twenty-two older patients who received the mRNA shot were diagnosed with acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, or end-stage renal disease, compared to nine who received the standard shot.

In another worrisome finding, 17 older people who received mRNA suffered “acute respiratory failure,” compared to only six who received the standard flu shot.

mRNA patients were also much more likely to have less serious side effects. For example, about 69 percent reported injection-site swelling or other local side effects after the jab, compared to 26 percent who received the flu shot.

“I find this to be a major integrity failure in the peer-review process. No matter the age or the circumstances, vaccines are dangerous at any speed, shall we say, and are inherently immoral given that they are derived from fetal stem cell lines of butchered babies. The introduction of these toxins into one’s body is a recipe for catastrophic health both in the near term for many and in the long term for almost all as the effects of such substances keep metastasizing over time even though most practitioners will never make the connection between these toxics and the epidemic chronic illnesses that afflicts so many people in the “developed” world.

Now, let me reemphasize a point that I have tried to make many times before.

Catholics are not Christian Scientists nor Jehovah Witnesses. We do not reject all allopathic treatments, including the use of pharmaceuticals, as we must use our good Catholic common sense, guided by a practicing Catholic physician who is aware of the evils being done by the medical industry in general and in particular, to determine what course of treatment or combination thereof (allopathic and naturopathic) is best for whichever affliction from which we may be suffering, whether acute or chronic.

As I have mentioned in the past, this whole plandemic and its wretched aftermath has unfolded entirely within the Providence of God. Although those who are suffering from the effects of long-Covid and/or Wuhan Virus jabs may able to reverse many of their symptoms by means of Dr. Peter McCullough’s Spike Protein Detox Protocols or by LifeWave patches, which regenerate the body’s own stem cells through phototherapy (these patches work for some immediately, for some not at all, and for many over time as even though the problems related to my many spinal afflictions have not improved, blood work done on Thursday, December 4, 2025, did show a dramatic improvement in my blood cholesterol levels to the point where, after years of being above normal, they are all considered in the healthy range, confirming the eradication of the hyperhomocysteinemia from 21.7 to less than three between 2022 and 2024), we must remember that suffering is one of many consequences of Original Sin and that it was sanctified by Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ during His Passion and Death on the wood of the Holy Cross to redeem us from our sins.

Catholics must always keep in mind that we are called to the vocation of redemptive suffering to give honor and glory of God, to make reparation in this life as members of the Church Militant on earth for the temporal debt of punishment we owe Him for our sins, to sanctify our immoral souls by purifying us of an overconcern about bodily well-being while keeping in mind that our bodies are Temples of the Third Person of the Most Holy Trinity, God the Holy Ghost, and to make an offering of our suffering to Him as the consecrated slaves of His Divine Son, Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of His Most Blessed Mother in reparation for the sins of others, for the conversion of other poor sinners, and in supplication for relief to be given the members of the Church Suffering in Purgatory.

Moreover, the physical and emotional sufferings with which we are visited here below in the passing, mortal vale of tears are gifts send us by Our Lord as we remember the following words of Saint Paul the Apostle in his Epistle to the Hebrews:

For you have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin: And you have forgotten the consolation, which speaketh to you, as unto children, saying: My son, neglect not the discipline of the Lord; neither be thou wearied whilst thou art rebuked by him.

For whom the Lord loveth, he chastiseth; and he scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. Persevere under discipline. God dealeth with you as with his sons; for what son is there, whom the father doth not correct? But if you be without chastisement, whereof all are made partakers, then are you bastards, and not sons. Moreover we have had fathers of our flesh, for instructors, and we reverenced them: shall we not much more obey the Father of spirits, and live? And they indeed for a few days, according to their own pleasure, instructed us: but he, for our profit, that we might receive his sanctification.

Now all chastisement for the present indeed seemeth not to bring with it joy, but sorrow: but afterwards it will yield, to them that are exercised by it, the most peaceable fruit of justice. None of us suffers as our sins truly deserve.

This will sound trite because I have written this over a thousand times of this website, but I will write it again anew: there is nothing we can suffer—there  is nothing anyone can say about us, post about, write about us, gossip about us, attack us physically, nothing—that is the equal of what one of our least Venial Sins caused the Second Person of the Most Blessed Trinity made Man in Our Lady’s Virginal and Immaculate Womb by the power of the Third Person of the Most Blessed Trinity, God the Holy Ghost, at the Annunciation of Our Lady to suffer in His Sacred Humanity during His Passion and Death on the wood of the Holy Cross on Good Friday and that caused His Most Blessed Mother to suffer in perfect compassion with Him as our Co-Redemptrix.

Those who manufactured and who are continuing to exploit the so-called “pandemic” are thus helping us get home to Heaven IF we offer up the sufferings they are imposing upon and pray for their conversion.

This does not mean that we must not oppose them and try to expose them and their schemes. Of course not! One of the best ways in situations such as we face at this time to correct malefactors is oppose them vigorously and to denounce their words and actions for what they are. Doing this is a Spiritual Work of Mercy as our opposition to their lies and nefarious schemes is an effort to admonish the sinner, noting as well that we also have a civic duty to oppose such evils for the establishment of a just social order.

Alas, a just social order can only be established on the basis of the Catholic Faith—the true Catholic Faith, not the conciliar variety—if men convert, quit their sins and seek to make reparation for them. Until this happens, though, we must bear our share of hardship which the Gospel entails as we remember that this is the time that God has known from all eternity that we would be living, meaning that this is the time that He has chosen for us to be alive and to work out our salvation in fear and trembling as members of His Holy Catholic Church.

There is no ruing the fact that we are alive at this time as to lament the realities of the world in which we live to is rebel against the ineffable wisdom of the Providence of God and to cast away the graces He sends to us through the loving hands of Our Lady, she who is the Mediatrix of All Graces, with which we are meant to sanctify and save our immoral souls, which have been redeemed at so great a cost, the cost of the shedding of every single drop of Our Divine Redeemer, Christ the King, as He paid back in His own Sacred Humanity the debt of sin that was owed to Him in His Infinity as God:

It is one of the most firmly established and most consoling of the truths that have been revealed to us that (apart from sin) nothing happens to us in life unless God wills it so. Wealth and poverty alike come from Him. If we fall ill, God is the cause of our illness; if we get well, our recovery is due to God. We owe our lives entirely to Him, and when death comes to put an end to life, His will be the hand that deals the blow.

But should we attribute it to God when we are unjustly persecuted? Yes, He is the only person you can charge with the wrong you suffer. He is not the cause of the sin the person commits by ill-treating you, but He is the cause of the suffering that person inflicts on you while sinning. God did not inspire your enemy with the will to harm you, but He gave him the power to do so. If you receive a wound, do not doubt but that it is God Himself who has wounded you. If all living creatures were to league themselves against you, unless the Creator wished it and joined with them and gave them the strength and means to carry out their purpose, they would never succeed. You would have no power over me if it had not been given you from above, the Savior of the world said to Pilate. We can say the same to demons and men, to the brute beasts and to whatever exists — You would not be able to disturb me or harm me as you do unless God had ordered it so. You are sent by Him, you are given the power by Him to tempt me and to make me suffer. You would have no power over me if it had not been given you from above.

If from time to time we meditated seriously on this truth of our faith it would be enough to stifle all complaint in whatever loss or misfortune we suffer. What I have the Lord gave me, it has been taken away by Him. It is not a lawsuit or a thief that has ruined you or a certain person that has slandered you; if your child dies it is not by accident or wrong treatment, but because God, to whom all belongs, has not wished you to keep it longer.  (Blessed Father Claude de la Colombiere, S.J., Trustful Surrender to Divine Providence, p. 40.)

Conscious of our need to make reparation for our sins, which are far more deadly than the coronavirus--or any sickness for that matter-- as the consecrated slaves of Christ the King through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary, may the Rosaries we pray each day to console the good God in this time of apostasy and betrayal help to plant a few seeds for the Triumph of the same Immaculate Heart of Mary when a true pope is restored to the Throne of Saint Peter and fulfills her Fatima Peace Plan consecrates Russia, thus ceasing the spread of the errors we see so manifest before us today, with all of the world's bishops to this very heart out of which the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus was formed and with which it beats as one.

Reflections on Saints Nicholas of Myra and Ambrose of Milan

Saint Nicholas of Myra, whose feast is celebrated today, Saturday, December 6, 2025, was a Successor of the Apostles who had a generous, loving heart in the pattern of the Most Sacred Heart of the Good Shepherd Himself, Christ the King, but who was also a firm and unequivocal foe of the heretic Arius and his heresy, Arianism. 

Unsurpsingly, it was the arch-revolutionary and destroyer of ecclesiastical and social order, Martin Luther, who, in his desire to end devotion to the saints, including Saint Nicholas, on whose feast and in whose honor Catholics in most European countries during the High Middle Ages gave gifts, sought to take away the meaning of Christmas itself by instituting the giving of greats on the evening of December 24, thereby denigrating the feast of the great miracle worker and foe heresy, Saint Nicholas, whose life of sanctity is celebrated today:

"At this, the assembly was shocked. Arius's supporters turned to the emperor, asking that he intervene and punish Nicholas. They said, 'Oh Just One, tell us, can it be fair that in your very presence someone should be permitted, without hindrance, to assault another? If he has anything to say in rebuttal, by all means let him have his say. But if he is not sufficiently learned to make a proper argument, then it were better if he remain in his seat, quietly, and listen to others who are prepared to state their case in words.'

'Arius himself spoke directly to the emperor, 'Should anyone who has the temerity to hit me, in from of Your Majesty, remain unpunished?' Emperor Constantine replied, 'Indeed, there is a law which forbids anyone to lift his hand in violence in the presence of the emperor and it specifies that his hand be cut off. However, it is not up to me, in this in Assembly, to act upon it. Instead, Your Holinesses, should make the decision in this case; I leave it to your judgment, whether and how this act is to be punished.'

"The bishops conferred with each other, and when they came to a decision, they said to the emperor, 'Your Majesty, the bishop of Myra has acted wrongfully. We all saw it happen and attest to it. We therefore ask your permission to let us strip him of his clerical garments, shackle him, and place him under guard as a prisoner. In this way, he shall not be permitted to participate in the proceedings of the Council for the rest of the deliberations. Once the synod is completed, a final judgment in his case may be made.'

"As a result, that evening, Nicholas was made a prisoner in another wing of the palace. He was placed in a jail-like room, without his bishop's mantle and shackled on hand and foot. However, during the night he was visited by Jesus [and His] Mother. They observed Saint Nicholas in his cell and said, 'Nicholas, why are you imprisoned?' And Saint Nicholas said, 'Because of my love for you." First they freed him from his shackles. And then Jesus said, 'Take this! and he gave him a volume of the Holy Scripture. Then [Mary] went away, returned, and brought him his bishop's garments, so  that he might clothe himself with appropriate dignity. At peace, he studied the Holy Book through the night.

"The next morning, a jailer came to bring him bread, saw that Nicholas was no longer shackled, that he was clothed in the garments of his position, an that he was studying the Scriptures in the cell. Even his stole was in one hand, while he held the book with the other. News of this miraculous event was quickly brought to the emperor. He asked that Nicholas be freed, and when the two men met, the emperor asked the bishop's forgiveness (Ebon, 34-35)." Dom Prosper Gueranger described the courageous life and miraculous work of Saint Nicholas of Myra as follows in The Liturgical Year:

Divine Wisdom has willed that on the way which leads to the Messias, our Great High Priest, there should be many Pontiffs to pay him the honor due to him. Two Popes, St. Melchiades and St. Damasus; two Holy Doctors, St. Peter Chrysologus and St. Ambrose; two Bishops, St. Nicholas and St. Eusebius: these are the glorious Pontiffs who have been entrusted with the charge of preparing, by their prayers, the way of the Christian people towards Him who is the Sovereign Priest according to the order of Melchisedech. As each of their feasts comes, we will show their right to have been thus admitted into the court of Jesus. Today the Church celebrates with joy the feast of the great Thaumaturgus Nicholas, who is to the Greek Church what St. Martin is to us. The Church of Rome has honored the name of Nicholas for nearly a thousand years. Let us admire the wonderful power which God gave him over creation; but let us offer him our most fervent congratulations in that he was permitted to be one of the three hundred and eighteen Bishops who proclaimed, at Nicæa, that the Word is Consubstantial to the Father. The humiliations of the Son of God did not scandalize him. Neither the lowliness of the flesh, which the Sovereign Lord of all things assumed to himself in the womb of the Virgin, nor the poverty of the crib, hindered him from confessing to be Son of God, equal to God, Him who is the Son of Mary: and for this reason, God has glorified this his servant, and given him the power to obtain, each year, for the children of the Church, the grace of receiving this same Jesus, the Word, with simple faith and fervent love. The readings for Matins as found in the Divine Office for today's feast provide us with additional inspiration of a saint of true Catholic charity, starting with a love for God and the integrity of His Sacred Deposit of Faith:

Nicolas was born at the famous city of Patara in Lycia. His parents obtained him from God by prayer, and the holiness of his life was marked even from the cradle. When he was at the breast he never would suck more than once on Wednesdays and Fridays, and that always after sunset, though he sucked freely on other days. This custom of fasting he never broke through during his whole life. While he was still a young man he lost both his father and mother, after which he gave his whole property away to the poor. One particular example is given of his Christian charity. There was a certain needy man in the city who had three marriageable daughters, for whom he could not get husbands, and so thought to make them harlots. When Nicolas heard of it, he went to the house by night and threw in by the window such a sum of money as made a dowry for one of them. This he did a second and a third time, and thus by his charity they were honourably given in marriage.

When he had given himself entirely to God he set forth for Palestine, that he might see the Holy Places, and worship therein. During this pilgrimage he embarked once on board a ship when the sky was clear and the sea calm, but he foretold a great storm, which afterwards arose and raged until the sailors were afraid; and then the saint by prayer stilled the tempest. After he had returned home, and his holy life was known to all men, God bade him go to Myra, which is the chief city of Lycia, at a time when the Bishop had just died and the Bishops of the Province were called together to choose a successor. While they deliberated, they received a warning from heaven to choose that Nicolas who should first come into the church in the morning. In obedience to that warning, Nicolas was seized at the door of the church, and with universal consent consecrated Archbishop. In his great office he was an unceasing model of purity, as he had always been, of gravity, of regularity in prayer, of watching, of abstinence, of charity, of hospitality, of meekness in exhortation, and of sternness in rebuke.

He was the comforter of widows and orphans by money, by advice, and by labour. He was the deliverer of the oppressed, so mightily, that it is related that the Emperor Constantine once unjustly condemned three Tribunes to death, and these unhappy men called upon Nicolas, though living and absent, to save them, who yet appeared in a vision to the Emperor, and forced him by threats to set them free. When the Emperors Diocletian and Maximian published their edict against Christianity, Nicolas did not cease to preach the truth at Myra, wherefore he was seized by the soldiers of the Emperors, carried away from his See, and thrown into prison, where he remained until the accession of Constantine. This Prince set him free, and he returned to Myra. He betook himself to the first Council of Nice, where he was one of the 318 Bishops who condemned the heresy of Arius. He returned thence to his Bishopric, and, not long after, became aware of the approach of death. When his last moment was come, he lifted up his eyes to heaven, and, when he saw the Angels coming to meet him, he began to recite the thirtieth Psalm, In thee, O Lord, do I put my trust, and when he had said, Into thy hands I commend my spirit, he passed to the heavenly Fatherland. His body was finally removed to Bari in Apulia, where it is kept with great fame and honour. (Matins for the Feast of Saint Nicholas.)

Archbishop Jacobus de Voragine's The Golden Legend includes several remarkable stories wrought by Saint Nicholas, both in life and after his death:

And when his father and mother were departed out of this life, he began to think how he might distribute his riches, and not to the praising of the world but to the honour and glory of God. And it was so that one, his neighbour, had then three daughters, virgins, and he was a nobleman: but for the poverty of them together, they were constrained, and in very purpose to abandon them to the sin of lechery, so that by the gain and winning of their infamy they might be sustained. And when the holy man Nicholas knew hereof he had great horror of this villainy, and threw by night secretly into the house of the man a mass of gold wrapped in a cloth. And when the man arose in the morning, he found this mass of gold, and rendered to God therefor great thankings, and therewith he married his oldest daughter.

And a little while after this holy servant of God threw in another mass of gold, which the man found, and thanked God, and purposed to wake, for to know him that so had aided him in his poverty. And after a few days Nicholas doubled the mass of gold, and cast it into the house of this man. He awoke by the sound of the gold, and followed Nicholas, which fled from him, and he said to him: Sir, flee not away so but that I may see and know thee.

Then he ran after him more hastily, and knew that it was Nicholas; and anon he kneeled down, and would have kissed his feet, but the holy man would not, but required him not to tell nor discover this thing as long as he lived.

There was a man that had borrowed of a Jew a sum of money, and sware upon the altar of S. Nicholas that he would render and pay it again as soon as he might, and gave none other pledge. And this man held this money so long, that the Jew demanded and asked his money, and he said that he had paid him.

Then the Jew made him to come tofore the law in judgment, and the oath was given to the debtor. And he brought with him an hollow staff, in which he had put the money in gold, and he leant upon the staff. And when he should make his oath and swear, he delivered his staff to the Jew to keep and hold whilst he should swear, and then sware that he had delivered to him more than he ought to him. And when he had made the oath, he demanded his staff again of the Jew, and he nothing knowing of his malice delivered it to him.

Then this deceiver went his way, and anon after, him list sore to sleep, and laid him in the way, and a cart with four wheels came with great force and slew him, and brake the staff with gold that it spread abroad. And when the Jew heard this, he came thither sore moved, and saw the fraud, and many said to him that he should take to him the gold; and he refused it, saying, But if he that was dead were not raised again to life by the merits of S. Nicholas, he would not receive it, and if he came again to life, he would receive baptism and become Christian. Then he that was dead arose, and the Jew was christened.

Another Jew saw the virtuous miracles of S. Nicholas, and did do make an image of the saint, and set it in his house, and commanded him that he should keep well his house when he went out, and that he should keep well all his goods, saying to him: Nicholas, lo! here be all my goods, I charge thee to keep them, and if thou keep them not well, I shall avenge me on thee in beating and tormenting thee.

And on a time, when the Jew was out, thieves came and robbed all his goods, and left, unborne away, only the image. And when the Jew came home he found him robbed of all his goods. He areasoned the image saying these words: Sir Nicholas, I had set you in my house for to keep my goods from thieves, wherefore have ye not kept them? Ye shall receive sorrow and torments, and shall have pain for the thieves. I shall avenge my loss, and refrain [subdue] my woodness [madness] in beating thee.

And then took the Jew the image, and beat it, and tormented it cruelly. Then happed a great marvel, for when the thieves departed the goods, the holy saint, like as he had been in his array, appeared to the thieves, and said to them: Wherefore have I been beaten so cruelly for you and have so many torments? See how my body is hewed and broken; see how that the red blood runneth down by my body; go ye fast and restore it again, or else the ire of God Almighty shall make you as to be one out of his wit, and that all men shall know your felony, and that each of you shall be hanged.

And they said: Who art thou that sayest to us such things? And he said to them: I am Nicholas the servant of Jesu Christ, whom the Jew hath so cruelly beaten for his goods that ye bare away.

Then they were afeard, and came to the Jew, and heard what he had done to the image, and they told him the miracle, and delivered to him again all his goods. And thus came the thieves to the way of truth, and the Jew to the way of Jesu Christ. (Archbishop Jacobus de Vorgaine, O.P., The Golden Legend: Saint Nicholas.)

Saint Nicholas of Myra did not tolerate heresy in life, and he did not countenance it in death. He was ever-seeking to correct error and to refute falsehood while also, of course, seeking the unconditional conversion of all others, including Jews, to the true Faith, In other words, he stands as yet another saintly rebuke to conciliarism and its false ecumenism, whose lords have proven themselves to be the true anti-Semites on the face of the earth by refusing to seek their conversion so that the the scales can drop from the eyes of their immortal souls just as they had fallen from the bodily and spiritual eyes of Saul of Tarsus, who was, to be use his phrase, chosen out of time, by Our Lord Himself to be the Apostle to the Gentiles.

The prayer composed by Dom Prosper Gueranger, O.S.B., for this feast day is very relevant to our own days of apostasy and betrayal: 

Holy pontiff Nicholas, how great is thy glory in God's Church! Thou didst confess the name of Jesus before the proconsuls of the world's empire and suffer persecution for His name's sake; afterwards thou wast witness to the wonderful workings of God, when He restored peace to His Church; and a short time after this again, thou didst open thy lips, in the assembly of the three hundred and eighteen fathers, to confess with supreme authority the Divinity of our Saviour Jesus Christ, for whose sake so many millions of martyrs had already shed their blood. Receive the devout felicitations of the Christian people throughout the universe, who thrill with joy when the think of thy glorious merits. Help us by thy prayers during these days when we are preparing for the coming of Him, whom thou didst proclaim to be consubstantial with the Father. Vouchsafe to assist our faith and to obtain fresh fervor to our love. Thou now beholdest face to face that Word by whom all things were made and redeemed; beseech Him to permit our unworthiness to approach Him. Be thou our intercessor with Him. Thou hast taught us to now Him as the sovereign and eternal God; teach us also to love Him as the supreme benefactor of the children of Adam. It was that tender compassion for the sufferings of they fellow-men, which made all thy miracles to be so many acts of kindness: cease not, now that thou art in the company of the angels, to have pity on us and to succour our miseries.

Stir up and increase the faith of mankind in the Saviour whom the Lord hath sent them. May this be one of the fruits of thy prayers, that the divine Word may be no longer unknown and forgotten in this world, which He has redeemed with His Blood. Ask for the pastors of the Church that spirit of charity, which shone so brilliantly in thee; that spirit which makes them like their divine Master, and wins them the hearts of their people.

Remember, too, O holy pontiff, that Church of the east which still loves thee so fervently. When thou wast on this earth, God gave thee power to raise the dead to life; pray now, that the true life, which consists in faith and unity, may return once more and animate that body which schism has robbed of its soul. By thy supplications, obtain of God that the sacrifice of the Lamb, who is soon to visit us, may be again and soon celebrated under the cupolas of St. Sophia. May the sanctuaries of Kiev and Moscow became resanctified by the return of the people to unity. May the pride of the crescent be humbled into submission to the cross, and the schismatic be brought to acknowledge the power of the keys of St. Peter' that thus there may be henceforth neither Scythian, nor barbarian, but one fold under one Shepherd. Saint Nicholas of Myra made no terms with error or heresy. Neither can we.

The saint whose feast is commemorated tomorrow, Sunday, December 7, 2025, the Second Sunday of Advent, Saint Ambrose of Milan, who baptized Saint Augustine of Hippo in the year 387 A.D., also made no terms with the Arian heresy that Saint Nicholas himself had fought at the Council of Nicea, something Father Francis X. Weninger, S.J., noted in one of the three sermons about his great doctor:

St. Ambrose, one of the greatest doctors of the Church, a fearless defender of her rights, a terrible scourge to heresy, a most perfect example for all prelates, a miracle of Christian wisdom and eloquence, was the son of a Roman nobleman, who presided in Gaul as imperial governor. One day, while Ambrose was yet in his cradle, a swarm of bees alighted on his mouth without in the least harming the sleeping infant. It is believed that God by this announced the future sweet and yet powerful eloquence of St. Ambrose. After his father's death, the Saint went to Rome with his mother, brother and sister. There he, one day, saw the people kiss the hand of a bishop, and, on his return home, he offered his hands to some children to kiss, saying: "Kiss my hands; for, when I grow up I shall be a bishop." These words, spoken in childish jest, were prophetic. Ambrose was endowed by the Almighty with unusual facility for acquiring knowledge. Untiring in his studies, he became so excellent an orator, and so celebrated a jurist, that he was made governor of Emilia and Liguria when he was hardly thirty-two years old. Probus, the imperial chancellor, said to him, before his departure: "Go, and administer your functions, not as a judge, but as a bishop." He meant by this that Ambrose should not govern by severity but with love and mildness; heaven's signification of these words, however, was different.

When Ambrose, invested with this high dignity, arrived at Milan, he so completely gained all hearts by his wise and mild government, that the people obeyed him implicitly, and loved him most devotedly. Hardly had he been two years at Milan when Auxentius, the Arian bishop, whom the Emperor Constantius had placed in the episcopal chair, died. The Catholics desired a Catholic, the Arians, an Arian bishop, and the conflict of contending parties produced a dangerous excitement. Ambrose, as imperial officer, thought it his duty to prevent greater mischief, and hence, going into the church, he endeavored by his eloquence to calm the people. Hardly had he ended his speech, when a child cried aloud: "Ambrose, bishop!" This came like a call from heaven, and all the people, together with the clergy, rejoiced and repeated three times: "Ambrose, our bishop!"

This sudden accordance of so many different minds could only be regarded as providential, the more so, as Ambrose was still a layman, and not even baptized; as, at that period, some delayed their baptism until they had become quite old. Ambrose, inexpressibly amazed at this unexpected turn of affairs, employed all his eloquence to change the thoughts of the people; he mingled his tears with his words, and when he found that all was of no avail, he secretly fled. Being soon found and brought back, he twice attempted to escape again, but was each time found. Valentinian, the emperor, was greatly pleased with the choice, and when Ambrose recognized that it was the will of the Almighty that he should fill the vacant See, he made no further resistance. After having prepared himself, he was baptized, ordained priest, and consecrated bishop; and then entered upon his high ecclesiastical functions with the most holy intentions.

He who would endeavor to relate all that the bishop, so miraculously elected, performed for the welfare of the Church, and the holy life he led, would have to write many volumes. Let it suffice to say, that he exercised himself in all kinds of good works. Early in the morning he passed a long time in prayer. He often exhorted others to do the same, saying: "Do you not know, O man, that you owe your first thoughts, the first words of your mouth to the Lord your God? Daily must you make Him this offering." His severity in fasting was extremely great, and when advised to moderate it, for the reason that it would occasion his early death, he said: "Many have found death from too much eating, no one from fasting." Unbounded was his charity to the poor, and his episcopal revenues were almost all employed to assist the needy. Three points he had determined to observe most strictly: to say Mass every day; to preach to the people every Sunday, and to leave nothing undone to spread the true faith, abolish heresy, and correct the morals of the people.

In his sermons, he spoke so frequently of the merit and worth of virginal purity, that the number of those can scarcely be counted who made the vow of chastity, and received from his hands the consecrated veil. Still greater was the number of hardened sinners and heretics whom he converted by his sermons. Among the latter was Augustine, who afterwards became so shining a light in the Church. St. Ambrose baptized him with his own hand, to his great consolation. The knowledge of the divine mysteries which Ambrose manifested in his preaching and writings, was imparted to him by heaven; hence he is represented with a dove at his ear, as a symbol of the Holy Ghost, who inspired him when he spoke or wrote. An Arian heretic testified that he had seen an angel speaking to St. Ambrose in the pulpit; and this miracle converted the heretic. The fortitude with which he protected the rights and privileges of the Church against the heretics and against crowned heads, was almost more than human.

The Arians persecuted him in every possible manner, especially after the death of the pious emperor Gratian, when the wicked empress Justina, wife of Valentinian the younger, ruled the land. The holy man, however, always resisted bravely. One day, the emperor Valentinian, counselled by the empress Justina, sent an order to him to give up a church to the Arians at Milan. The bearer of this order menaced the bishop with death in case he refused; but Ambrose paid no attention to the menace, refused to obey the order, and reprimanded the emperor. Among other things he said to him: "Do not imagine that you possess an imperial right over that which belongs to God. To the emperor belong the palaces, but the churches to the priests. You have power over the walls of the churches, but not over the sanctuary." To this subject belongs, also, what he wrote at another time to the emperor Theodosius: "The purple makes one a king or an emperor, but not a priest." Justina raged with anger, and hired a man to carry the bishop off secretly out of the city, that she might deal with the Catholics according to her own pleasure. The hired ruffian waited in the neighborhood of the church with a carriage, into which he was forcibly to place the bishop; but the Saint was accompanied by so many people, that the plan of the empress could not be executed. God even so ruled it that, a year later, this godless man was taken out of the city in the same vehicle, on account of his crimes.

At another time, the Arians sent an assassin into the episcopal palace to murder the Saint; but when the wretch raised the sword for the deadly stroke, his arm suddenly stiffened in such a manner that he was unable to move it. He then repented of his evil design, knelt at the feet of the bishop, and begged pardon. Ambrose not only forgave him, but also restored the use of his arm, and admonished him to reform his life. At another time, they bribed a magician to strangle the Saint in his own room by his witchcraft. Although this magician conjured several demons of hell, and commanded them to strangle the Saint, they could not harm him, nor even go near his dwelling, as it was surrounded by angelic hosts. The bishop, thus miraculously protected, was not to be frightened by the persecutions of the Arians, but continued in his zeal to work against them, so that many of them became converted. He strove with equal fortitude against the heresiarch Jovinian and his followers, whom he banished entirely out of his diocese.

The Saint never manifested greater strength of mind than at the time when the pious emperor, Theodosius, at the instigation of some wicked courtiers, had cruelly slaughtered several thousand inhabitants of Thessalonica, in reprisal for the assassination of one of his generals. When, some time afterwards, the emperor wished to enter the Church, the bishop, clad in his episcopal robes, went to meet him, and commanded him to stop and not enter the sacred building until he had done penance. The emperor, awestruck at this proceeding, said: "Did not King David sin?" The holy bishop replied: "You have followed King David in his sin; follow him also in doing penance;"--and permitted him not to enter the church until he had done penance during eight months. Much that the holy man did for the honor of God and the welfare of the true Church and of his flock, we must omit, and say a few words of his happy departure from this life.

St. Ambrose became enfeebled by the unceasing labor imposed upon him, and also by his rigorous fasting and other penances, and his soul longed to see God, the end and aim of his being. The day of his death was revealed to him, and when he was seized by his last illness, he was begged to pray that his life might be prolonged for the benefit of the Church and the salvation of souls; but he replied: "I have lived in such a manner among you that I need not be ashamed; and I fear not to die, because we have a merciful Lord." St. Honoratus, bishop of Vercelli, was at that time in the palace of the bishop. During the night he was suddenly awakened by a voice saying to him: "Honoratus, rise quickly; the Saint is dying." Honoratus repaired hastily to the sick bishop, administered once more the holy sacraments to him, after which the Saint, his arms folded over his breast, gave his soul to our Lord, in the year 397 of the Christian era, at the dawn of Easter Sunday. Oh! how happy a dying day! God, who had glorified His faithful servant during life by miracles and especial graces, ceased not to increase his glory after his death. The many eloquent works which still exist of this great Father of the Church, are witnesses of his perfect holiness and heavenly wisdom.

PRACTICAL CONSIDERATIONS

I. Remember the words of St. Ambrose: "In too much eating many have found their death; but none in fasting." Heed this sentence well; especially if you belong to those poor and deluded beings who imagine that the fasts, ordained by the Church, are injurious to health. Even the word of God assures us, that many have shortened their lives by intemperance in eating and drinking, and the experience of almost every day is another overwhelming evidence of this fact. But where can you point out to me any one who shortened his life, by observing the fasts ordained by the Church? The word of God assures us that those who are temperate in eating and drinking, prolong their lives. Whom do you believe,--the word of God, or the evil Spirit, who, through the mouth of the freethinkers, the heretics, or of those wicked persons, whose life makes them despicable, says, that fasting and abstaining is hurtful to man, that it is the cause of many infirmities and that it shortens life. The true Church, by whose mouth God speaks, prays: "O Lord, who, by holy fasting and abstinence, dost help both soul and body" which means: curest soul and body as by a remedy. I believe in this prayer, and with me all those who are true Catholic Christians.

II. "I fear not to die, because we have a merciful Lord," says St. Ambrose. So it is; we have a merciful, a most kind Lord. All who endeavor to serve Him faithfully during their life, can and may comfort themselves with the thought of the divine mercy in their last hour. Satan sometimes tries to frighten and drive to despondency even pious souls, but recollecting that they have served the Lord rightly, and confessed their sins, they ought not to listen to the Evil One; but, contemplating the infinite mercy of God, comfort themselves and say: "We have a merciful Lord." In Him will I trust; He will not forsake me. But those who during their life, have abused the divine goodness in order to be more wicked; who sinned because God, so infinitely good and merciful, would forgive them; these, I say, have reason to fear the temptations of Satan in their last hour; for, he generally comes then to throw us into gloom and despair by representing the severity of the divine Justice. Take care not to be of the number of these unhappy people. Serve God faithfully during your life; do not offend Him: and if you have done wrong, do penance and seek to regain the grace of the Almighty. In this manner, you will be able to comfort yourself on your death-bed with the thought of His goodness, and say: "I have a merciful God; in Him will I trust." Exercise yourself to-day in this hope, and say with King David: "The Lord is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear? The Lord is the protector of my life, of whom shall I be afraid? If armies in camp should stand together against me, my heart shall not fear. Turn not away thy face from me. Be thou my helper, forsake me not, do not thou despise me, O God, my Saviour!" (Psalm, xxvi.) And again: " I cried to thee, O Lord, I said: thou art my hope, my portion in the land of the living." (Psalm, cxli.) (Father Francis X. The readings for Matins for tomorrow's feast contain a condensed summary of this great doctor's extraordinary life devoted heroically to the defense of the Holy Faith against the Arians and in the pursuit of his own personal sanctity by means of prayer, fasting, and almsgiving:

Ambrose, Bishop of Milan, was the son of another Ambrose, a Roman citizen, and was born when his father was Prefect of Gaul, about the year of our Lord 340. A swarm of bees settled upon his face when he was in his cradle, which was considered an omen of his future eloquence. He received a liberal education at Rome. He was afterwards, under the Prefect Probus, made governor of Liguria and Emilia, and so came with authority to Milan. Auxentius, an Arian, who had been intruded into the Bishoprick of Milan, happening to die, the most violent disputes arose about the choice of a successor. Ambrose came to the church in his official capacity, and urged upon the contending factions, in a long and powerful speech, the necessity of keeping the public peace; whereupon a child suddenly cried out, Ambrose, Bishop, and the whole assembly took it up, and unanimously called for his election.

Ambrose refused, and would not yield to their prayers, whereupon they carried their petition to the Emperor Valentinian. It was very pleasing to this Prince that those he had appointed as judges should be chosen Bishops, as also to the Prefect Probus, who had, as it were prophetically, said to him when he appointed him, Go and govern them more like a Bishop than a Judge. When the will of the Emperor was added to the desire of the people, Ambrose yielded, and received Baptism, (for hitherto he was only a Catechumen,) Confirmation, and Communion, and then the several Orders on successive days, till on the eighth day, which was the 7th of December, in the year 374, the weight of the Episcopate was laid upon his shoulders. Being made Bishop, he showed himself a stout upholder of the Catholic faith, and the discipline of the Church, and turned to the truth great numbers of Arians and other heretics, and, among them, he begat in Christ Jesus that burning and shining light of the Church, Austin [Augustine].

After the murder of the Emperor Gratian, in 383, Ambrose was sent as an ambassador to Maximus, by whom he had been slain, and, as he refused to repent, the Bishop renounced his communion. After the massacre which the Emperor Theodosius had commanded at Thessalonica, in 390, he refused to permit that Prince to enter a church. The Emperor pleaded that he was no worse than David, who had been guilty of adultery and murder, to which Ambrose answered him, As thou hast followed him in his sin, follow him also in his repentance. Then Theodosius humbly did public penance laid upon him by the Bishop. At length the Saint was worn out with his continual labour and care for the Church, (for the which also he composed many excellent books,) and foretold that the day of his death was at hand, though he had not then fallen into his last sickness. As he lay dying, Honoratus, Bishop of Vercelli, heard a voice from God three times crying to him that the hour of Ambrose's departure was come, whereupon he went to him quickly, and gave him the sacred Body of our Lord. When he had received It, the Saint, still praying, with his hands stretched out in the form of a cross, gave his spirit to God, upon the 4th day of April, in the year of Christ, 397. Dom Prosper Gueranger's prayer to this great Bishop of Milan who baptized the former profligate Augustine of Hippo, should inspire us to be as uncompromising as he was:

And we, too, O immortal Ambrose, unworthy though we may be to take part in such a choir, we, too, will praise thee! We will praise the magnificent gifts which our Lord bestowed upon thee. Thou art the light of the Church and the salt of the earth by thy heavenly teachings; thou are the vigilant pastor, the affectionate father, the unyielding pontiff; oh! how must thy heart have loved Jesus, for whom we are now preparing! With what undaunted courage thou didst at the risk of thy life, resist them that blasphemed this divine Word! Well indeed has thou thereby merited to be made one of the patrons of the faithful, to lead them, each year, to Him who is their Saviour, and their King! Let, then, a ray of the truth, which filled thy sublime soul whilst here on earth, penetrate even into our hearts; give us a relish for thy sweet and eloquent writings; get us a sentiment of devoted love for the Jesus who is soon to be with us. Obtain for us, after they example, to take up His cause with energy, against the enemies of the holy faith, against the spirits of darkness, and against ourselves. Let everything yield, let everything be annihilated, let ever knee bow, let every heart confess itself conquered, in the presence of Jesus, the eternal Word of the Father, the Son of God, and the Son of Mary, our Redeemer, our Judge, our All.

Glorious saint! humble us, as thou didst Theodosius; raise us up again contrite and converted, as thou didst lovingly raise up this thy strayed sheep and carry him back to thy fold. Pray, too, for the Catholic hierarchy, of which thou wast one of the brightest ornaments. Ask of God, for the priests and bishops of His Church, that humble yet inflexible courage wherewith they should resist the powers of the world, as often as these abuse the authority which God has put into their hands. Let their face, as our Lord Himself speaks, become hard as adamant against the enemies of the Church, and may they set themselves as a wall for the house of Israel; may they consider it as the highest privilege, and the greatest happiness, to be permitted to expose their prosperity and peace, and life, for the liberty of this holy bride of Christ.

Valiant champion of truth! arm thyself with thy scourge, which the Church has given thee as they emblem; and drive far from the flock of Christ the wolves of the Arian tribe, which, under various names, are even now prowling round the fold. Let our ears be no longer shocked with the blasphemies of these proud teachers, who presume to scan, judge, approve, and blame, by the measure of their vain conceits, the great God who has given them everything they are and have, and who, out of infinite love for His creatures, has deigned to humble Himself and become one of ourselves, although knowing that men would make this very condescension an argument for denying that He is God.

Remove our prejudices, O thou great lover of truth! and crush within us those time-serving and unwise theories, which tend to make us Christians forget that Jesus is King of this world, and look on the law, which equally protects error and truth, as the perfection of modern systems. May we understand that the rights of the Son of God and of His Church do not cease to exist, because the world ceases to acknowledge them; that to give the same protection to the true religion and to those false doctrines which men have set up in opposition to the teachings of the Church, is to deny that all power has been given to Jesus in heaven and on earth; that those scourges which periodically come upon the world are the lessons which Jesus gives to those who trample on the rights of His Church, rights which He so justly acquired by dying on the cross for all mankind; that, finally, though it be out of our power to restore those rights to people that have had the misfortune to resign them, yet it is our duty, under pain of being accomplices with those who would not have Jesus reign over them, to acknowledge that they are the rights of the Church.

And lastly, dear saint, in the midst of the dark clouds which lower over the world, console our holy mother the Church, who is now but a stranger and a pilgrim amidst those nations which were her children, but have now denied her; may she cull the flowers of holy virginity among the faithful, and may that holy state be the attraction of those fortunate sols who understand how grand is the dignity of being a bride of Christ. If, at the very commencement of her ministry, during the age of persecution, the holy Church could lead countless virgins to Jesus, may it be so even now in our own age of crime and sensuality; may those pure and generous hearts, formed and consecrated to the Lamb by this holy mother, become more and more numerous; and so give to her enemies this irresistible proof that she is not barren, as they pretend, and that it is she that alone preserves the world from universal corruption, by leavening it with angelic purity. We must be willing to stand up for the truths of our Catholic Faith, including the Social Reign of Christ the King, without any equivocation or compromise in the slightest, yes, no matter if doing so costs us our very physical lives as to die for Our King will win us the crown of the only life that matters, eternal life in the glory of God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost in Heaven. 

Every Rosary we pray, offered up to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary, will help to make reparation for our sins, which are so responsible for the state of the Church Militant on earth and for that of the world-at-large, and those of the whole world, including the conciliarists who blaspheme God regularly by means of lies such as the "hermeneutic of continuity and discontinuity." The final triumph belongs to the Immaculate Heart of the very Mother of God who brought forth her Divine Son on Christmas Day.

Let us take confidence always in this triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary as we let her, who was given by her Divine Son, Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, to be our own Mother as she was given by Him to Saint John the Beloved, who represented us at the foot of the Holy Cross, to be his Mother. The conciliarists lose in the end. Christ the King will emerge triumphant once again as the fruit of the triumph of the Immaculate Heart of His Mother and our Queen, Mary Immaculate.
