No Security in the Womb? Then No Security Anywhere Else at Anytime

At the root of all true hatred of human beings in the world is the devil's hatred of the true God of Divine Revelation, the Most Blessed Trinity. The adversary inspired Eve and, through her wiles, Adam, into disobeying God as they ate of the fruit from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil in the Garden of Eden.

Original Sin disordered man's relationship with God. It disordered man's relationship with his fellow man. It even disrupted the balance and harmony of nature itself. 

Each of the problems that we face in the world has Original Sin as its remote cause and the Actual Sins of men as its proximate cause. That is why, my good and few readers, who keep dwindling away, it appears, there is no electoral, political, economic, legal, constitutional, secular, naturalistic, ideological or philosophical way to ameliorate the effects of fallen human nature. The state of the world depends upon the state of souls. Despite the fact that there will be disorder and disharmony in the world until the Second Coming of Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ at the end of time, the extent to which there is more order in the world at any given time is the result of the extent to which the very inner life of the Most Blessed Trinity, Sanctifying or Habitual Grace, dwells in the souls of men as they seek to make reparation for their sins and grow in virtue as members of the Catholic Church.

Once again, let me turn to Pope Saint Pius X and Pope Pius XI to drive home this fundamental point that so many Catholics all across and up and down the vast expanse of the ecclesiastical divide seem eager to ignore during the diabolical assaults that afflict their immortal souls every time the false opposites of naturalism engage in their mock contests that are called elections: 

Here we have, founded by Catholics, an inter-denominational association that is to work for the reform of civilization, an undertaking which is above all religious in character; for there is no true civilization without a moral civilization, and no true moral civilization without the true religion: it is a proven truth, a historical fact. (Pope Saint Pius X, Notre Charge Apostolique, August 15, 1910.)

20. Every true and lasting reform has ultimately sprung from the sanctity of men who were driven by the love of God and of men. Generous, ready to stand to attention to any call from God, yet confident in themselves because confident in their vocation, they grew to the size of beacons and reformers. On the other hand, any reformatory zeal, which instead of springing from personal purity, flashes out of passion, has produced unrest instead of light, destruction instead of construction, and more than once set up evils worse than those it was out to remedy. No doubt "the Spirit breatheth where he will" (John iii. 8): "of stones He is able to raise men to prepare the way to his designs" (Matt. iii. 9). He chooses the instruments of His will according to His own plans, not those of men. But the Founder of the Church, who breathed her into existence at Pentecost, cannot disown the foundations as He laid them. Whoever is moved by the spirit of God, spontaneously adopts both outwardly and inwardly, the true attitude toward the Church, this sacred fruit from the tree of the cross, this gift from the Spirit of God, bestowed on Pentecost day to an erratic world. (Pope Pius XI, Mit  Brennender Sorge, March 17, 1937.)

Yes, we must reform our own lives with every beat of our hearts, consecrated as they must be to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary. In order to do this, of course, we love God as He has revealed Himself to us exclusively through His Catholic Church with our whole mind, our whole soul, our whole body, our whole heart and our whole strength. We must love others for love of Him, Who wills the good of all men, which is the salvation of their immortal souls as members of the Catholic Church.

To love God, therefore, we must hate what he hates.

God hates sin. So must we.

God hates heresy. So must we.

God hates falsehood any kind. So must we.

God hates false religions and has nothing to do with them. So must we.

To hate sin is not to hate the sinner.

To hate heresy is not to hate the heretic.

To hate falsehood is not to hate those who propagate it.

To hate false religions is not to hate those to adhere to them.

Catholics know all of this.

Granted.

Unfortunately, we live in a topsy-turvy world that is suffering the effects of the overthrow of the Social Reign of Christ the King wrought by the Protestant Revolution and the subsequent rise and triumph of Judeo-Masonry and its multiplicity of "ideas" that have enshrined naturalism as the foundation of personal and social life. Men fall prey to sentimentality and emotionalism, illogic and passion. They are prone to believe everything except the true religion, prone to make excuses for their own sins and to seek to enable family members and friends who are living lives of unrepentant sin.

As the devil hates God but knows that he cannot destroy Him, he wants to do the next best thing: to convince men to hate God and His Holy Church and the binding precepts of the Divine Positive Law and the Natural Law so that they will wind up hating themselves and their fellow men, becoming instruments of disorder and violence in the world.

Catholicism is not a panacea for personal and social order. Each us of is wounded by the vestigial after-effects of Original Sin and and our own Actual Sins. The Middle Ages of Christendom was marked with various episodes of wars among Catholic kingdoms and even against popes themselves,. The fact that individual Catholics fail to cooperate with the graces won for them on the wood of the Holy Cross by the shedding of every single drop of the Most Precious Blood of Christ the King, Our Divine Redeemer, and that flow into our hearts and souls through the loving hands of Our Lady, she who is the Mediatrix of All Graces, is to the discredit of individual Catholics who added to social disorder by means of their sins, not to the discredit of the Faith or any of Its immutable doctrines, including the Social Reign of Christ the King.

Pope Pius XII made this point in his first encyclical letter, Summi Pontificatus, October 10, 1939:

It is true that even when Europe had a cohesion of brotherhood through identical ideals gathered from Christian preaching, she was not free from divisions, convulsions and wars which laid her waste; but perhaps they never felt the intense pessimism of today as to the possibility of settling them, for they had then an effective moral sense of the just and of the unjust, of the lawful and of the unlawful, which, by restraining outbreaks of passion, left the way open to an honorable settlement. In Our days, on the contrary, dissensions come not only from the surge of rebellious passion, but also from a deep spiritual crisis which has overthrown the sound principles of private and public morality. (Pope Pius XII, Summi Pontificatus, October 10, 1939.)

The errors of pluralism have divided people needlessly into warring camps as a permanently-established political class, composed of competing sets of naturalists, each of which believes that the Incarnation of the Second Person of the Blessed Trinity in the Virginal and Immaculate Womb of His Most Blessed Mother by the power of the Third Person of the Most Blessed Trinity, God the Holy Ghost at the Annunciation is, at best, a matter of complete indifference to personal and social order. So many Americans live from election to election, always believing that "change," whether it be in the direction of "progress" for naturalists of the "left" or in the direction of "constitutionalism" or "liberty" or "limited government" for naturalists of the "right."

Although divisions on some matters will always occur until the General Judgment of the Living and the Dead on the Last Day at the Second Coming of Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, it is also true that men today have been needlessly divided about matters pertaining to First and Last Things, oblivious to the fact that they have been given a spotless mother, Holy Mother Church, to serve as their mater and magister (mother and teacher) in this passing, mortal vale of tears. Most men today believe that they are automatons, either independent of any concept of God or "free" from the "dictates" of a hierarchical church.

Personal and social disaster cannot but be the result of such a brew of error. Men resort more and more to violence today because they do not know of the tender mercies of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus. They do not know that they have a Blessed Mother who made possible their salvation by her perfect fiat to the will of God the father at the Annunciation. They do not realize that the supernatural helps they need to overcome all sin in their lives and to pray for the conversion of those who are promoting evil in society flow through the loving hands of that same Blessed Mother, who gave the Rosary with her own blessed hands to Saint Dominic de Guzman so that we could be more closely united to her Divine Son, Christ the King, through the mysteries contained in her psalter, the Rosary.

Most men today do not realize that there is nothing that any of us can suffer, whether personally or socially, that is equal of what one of our least Venial Sins caused Our Lord to suffer in His Sacred Humanity on the wood of the Holy Cross and that caused those Seven Swords to be thrust through and through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary. They tend, therefore, to dwell on their own pain, whether real or imagined, and to stew in their own juices as they conjure up hatred for their fellow human beings, each of whom is made in the image and likeness of the Most Blessed Trinity and for whose salvation we must pray fervently as one of the Spiritual Works of Mercy.

Living in a world that has been deprived of a superabundance of Sanctifying and Actual Graces as a result of the barren liturgical rites of the counterfeit church of conciliarism, most men today are "catechized" by television or the internet or what passes for "entertainment" in popular culture. They are tossed about from one thing to another without having any clear, coherent understanding of their identity as redeemed creatures and that each of us will have to make an accounting of our lives at the moment of our Particular Judgments. Men who lack the Catholic Faith, you see, must descend more and more into a coarseness of life and culture that produces a class of neo-barbarians who are not only at the gates but who are well inside of the fort of the city.

We are living a world that was born of Modernity’s bloody revolution against the true Church five hundred years ago and has been nurtured and sustained in blood as one social revolution after another has based its particular prescriptions for a “just world” on hate.

Hatred of God.

Hatred of His true Church.

Hatred of those who profess the Holy Faith publicly.

Hatred of anyone who refuses to submit to the Judeo-Masonic “new world order” that was made possible by Martin Luther’s Protestant Revolution five centuries ago.

Modernity has produced a veritable bloodbath of victims, including the unseen victims of the chemical and surgical abortions and, as noted nearly eighteen years ago in Chronicling the Adversary's Global Takeover of the Healthcare Industry, the untold tens of millions of innocent human beings who are being killed in hospitals, hospices, nursing homes and even in their own homes.

A world in which people have become accustomed to reports of subway shovings, random street attacks, including slashings, clubbings, and beatings, and supposedly “run of the mill” drive-by shootings, hit and run accidents, out-of-control taxis or other motor vehicles mowing down pedestrians on sidewalks, and other such incidents that it is only the extraordinary types of violence, such as the Shamsud-Din Jabbar, a faithful, observant Mohammedan convert who took the Koran’s call to slay infidels seriously when he drove a rented pickup truck into a crowd of early-morning revelers on Bourbon Street in New Orleans, Louisiana, on New Year’s Day, January 1, 2025, killing fourteen people, including at least two young Catholics, and injuring thirty others.

This, of course, is a great tragedy, an act of terrorism. Without minimizing this horror, of course, Shamsud-Din Jabbar’s murderous act, which was carefully planned and included improvised explosive devices that he was evidently ready to set off if he had not been killed in a shootout with the police, was made more possible than might otherwise have been the case by the zeal of the outgoing administration of Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. and Kamala Harris Emhoff to investigate, harass, intimidate and, in all too many cases, prosecute and imprison Americans who were opposed to the daily terrorism against innocent preborn children in their mothers’ wombs that its officials were obsessed with promoting and protecting as well as many others who opposed their ideological crusade to suppress legitimate freedom of expression by calling them “domestic terrorists,” “extremists,” or “white supremacists”:

Early Wednesday morning, a radical Islamic terrorist drove his truck through a crowd of people celebrating the start of the New Year in New Orleans. Fifteen people were murdered and more than 35 injured. But maybe this tragedy could have been avoided if the FBI spent less time targeting parents, Catholics, and countless other dissidents and instead focused its resources on catching actual terrorists.

Shamsud-Din Jabbar plowed through a crowd in his Ford F-150 Lightning EV truck draped with an ISIS flag before shooting at police officers, who fatally shot Jabbar. Jabbar “recently converted to Islam” and “began acting erratically in recent months,” according to The New York Times.

Unfortunately under the leadership of then FBI Director Christopher Wray, the FBI was too busy doing things like helping to orchestrate a kidnapping plot targeting Democrat Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer to catch a terrorist.

Here are some others the FBI was too busy targeting while a terrorist became radicalized on U.S. soil.

Catholics

Documents obtained by House Republicans in 2023 reveals multiple FBI field offices were involved in the drafting of the infamous memo that labeled Catholics as potential domestic terrorists.

A leaked FBI memo revealed a Richmond, Virginia, field office was investigating alleged “white supremacy” amongst Catholics who attended Latin Mass. The memo warned of “Radical-Traditionalist Catholics” and noted possible infiltration into Catholic communities using “various kinds of informants.” Subsequent memos show FBI field offices in Los Angeles and Portland were involved in targeting Catholics.

Trump Supporters

Jabbar reportedly began radicalizing in recent months, according to The New York Times. But the FBI wouldn’t have caught on to that because around the same time that Jabbar was radicalizing, the FBI was singling out Trump supporters, a report from Newsweek showed.

Newsweek reported that “nearly two-thirds of the FBI’s current investigations” focused on Trump supporters accused of disregarding “anti-riot” laws.

After Jan. 6, the FBI expanded its “anti-government or anti-authority violent extremists-other” (AGAAVE) category to “jumpstart investigations into Americans based on their political affiliations,” as my colleague Jordan Boyd reported. More than a year later, the FBI created the “AGAAVE-Other” category, which devoted its resources to monitor, as Boyd explained, “anyone the agency deemed an anti-government ‘domestic violent extremist’ with seemingly adverse political affiliations.” Newsweek reported that while Trump supporters were not officially designated as members of this category, “government insiders acknowledge that it applies to political violence ascribed to the former president’s supporters.”

An unnamed senior intelligence official reportedly said he believes “Trump’s army constitutes the greatest threat of violence domestically … politically … that’s the reality and the problem set.”

Parents At School Board Meetings

The Department of Justice (DOJ) issued a memo in October of 2021 instructing the FBI to label activist parents at school board meetings with “threat tags.” The guidance came just days after the Biden White House approved a recommendation from the National School Board Association that called for counterterrorism measures to be used against parents who spoke up at school board meetings.

Attorney General Merrick Garland “encouraged the use of an FBI tip line for individuals to flag parents for surveillance,” as my colleague Tristan Justice reported.

Tiffany Justice, co-founder of Moms for Liberty, told The Federalist of a mother who was reported to the FBI for simply being “quite upset” at a school board meeting when speaking about the adverse effects of quarantines and school closures.

Pro-Lifers

During the Biden administration, the FBI targeted 55 pro-lifers for “praying, singing, and evangelizing at abortion facilities across the U.S.,” as Boyd reported. Under the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act, the Biden administration targeted pro-lifers instead of targeting terrorists or the at least 90 instances of “abortion-fueled firebombing, vandalism, and other attacks on lifesaving pregnancy centers, pro-life organizations, and churches …”

In fact, 75-year-old Paulette Harlow was charged and found guilty for violating the FACE Act after she prayed at a Washington, D.C., abortion facility. Harlow was sentenced to two years in jail.

The FBI has long smeared pro-lifers as threats, with former FBI-special-agent-turned-whistleblower Steve Friend revealing in an interview with the Tennessee Informer that the FBI showed agents a video produced by the far-left Southern Poverty Law Center that, according to Friend, “ranked people who oppose abortion, pro-life activists, as a greater threat than Islamists.”

Grandmas

Imagine how much worse Wednesday’s deadly event would have been had the FBI not taken dangerous grandmothers like 71-year-old Rebecca Lavrenz off the street?

Lavrenz was recently convicted on four counts after she entered the Capitol on Jan. 6 for roughly 10 minutes, having briefly spoken to at least one Capitol Police Officer prior to exiting, according to the official statement of facts. Two FBI agents showed up to her home on April 19, 2021, returning the following week for a consensual interview. Lavrenz was sentenced to one year probation.

At least Americans can rest easy knowing threats like Lavrenz, parents at school board meetings, Trump supporters and Catholics are off the streets. (FBI Decided To Persecute Dissidents Rather Than Hunt Terrorists.)

Remember, this website is on the list of “radical traditional Catholics as characterized by the Christophobic Southern Poverty Law Center, whose list of “hate groups,” which is commingled with genuine white supremacists and promoters of armed violence, that was lifted whole by Richmond, Virginia, field office of the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation and, contrary to the assurances made by its going director, the contemptuously smarmy Christopher Ashley Wray, was disseminated far and wide across the FBI’s vast network of espionage against political dissidents.

Meanwhile, the very same people who in the Biden-Harris administration who have opened the borders to alleged “asylum seekers” from Mexico and Central America that have included such Central Americans as men from the Middle East, some of whose names have been on genuine terrorist watch lists, and Red Chinese spies and who are fully supportive of the daily slaughter of the innocent preborn by chemical and surgical means cannot even admit that an act of terrorism is precisely that if it is committed by a believing, faithful Mohammedan such as Shamsud-Din Jabbar:

Democrats and liberal media outlets were focused on hyping up terror threats linked to White supremacy while downplaying threats from jihadist terrorist groups like ISIS prior to the New Orleans terrorist attack on Wednesday.

On New Year's Day, a 42-year-old Native Texas man plowed his pickup truck into a crowd of New Year's revelers on Bourbon Street, New Orleans, killing at least 14 and injuring more than 30 others. The FBI identified the man responsible for the attack as Shamsud-Din Jabbar, who was flying an ISIS flag on his truck at the time of the attack. The incident has revived previous comments on national security threats made by liberal pundits and Democratic lawmakers.

"According to the intelligence community, terrorism from White supremacy is the most lethal threat to the homeland today. Not ISIS, not al Qaeda — White supremacists," President Biden said in June 2021. 

Biden would again call White supremacy the "most dangerous terrorist threat" facing the nation during a commencement address at Howard University on May 13, 2023. The following day, MSNBC host Jonathan Capehart asked Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas if he thought Biden's remarks about White supremacy being the "most dangerous terror threat" facing the nation were correct.  "It tragically is," Mayorkas responded. 

Mayorkas and Attorney General Merrick Garland gave similar responses at a congressional hearing in 2021 when asked by then-Sen. Patrick Leahy, D-Vt., if "White supremacy extremists remain the most persistent lethal threat we face in the homeland today?"

"Indeed, that is the case," Mayorkas said. 

When Garland was asked if he agreed with Mayorkas, he responded, "I do, and that's the most recent assessment of the FBI."

Their comments came on the heels of a reported released by the Director of National Intelligence that found racially motivated extremists pose the most lethal domestic terrorism threat to America. In a March 2021 congressional hearing, FBI director Christopher Wray testified that the threat from domestic violent extremism was "metastasizing" across the U.S. 

According to DHS, there were 231 domestic terrorism incidents between 2010 and 2021. Of these, about 35% were classified as racially or ethnically motivated. These attacks were also the most lethal, however the FBI and DHS does not break down the racial background of the offenders in this category. 

Anti-government or anti-authority-motivated violent extremism was the second-largest category of attacks and resulted in 15 deaths over the same 11-year period. 

A report from the New America think tank concluded that far-right extremists have killed 134 people across more than three dozen attacks, while US-based individuals that the FBI terms "Jihadists" killed 107 people across 14 attacks. The FBI defines far-right terrorism as consisting of anti-government, militia, White supremacist and anti-abortion violence.

New York Governor Kathy Hochul stated in a speech to New Yorkers on Nov. 22, 2022, that "White supremacists, right-wing extremists and domestic terrorists are trying to stoke fear in the hearts of New Yorkers," and that "they want us to think twice about our safety before we worship, before we get on a subway."

Joy Reid, host of MSNBC's "The ReidOut," explained why she thinks domestic terrorism isn't condemned in the same vitriolic way that foreign terrorism is by Republicans, in a Nov. 2023 broadcast.

"Iran becomes a surrogate for Muslims, we're going to shoot people in Mexico and talking about fentanyl becomes a surrogate for brown people south of our border," Reid said.

Her guest, Cornell Belcher, was also disheartened by the idea that not enough attention is being drawn to White supremacist terror when compared with foreign threats.

"You never hear them say we're going to take out, or we're going to smoke White supremacy out of this country, in the same way that they talk about terrorism in other places," Belcher said.

"I wonder why that is?" he asked. 

ISIS is a jihadist group that has carried out terrorist attacks worldwide but has lost momentum in recent years, including in 2019 when U.S. forces killed Iraqi militant and ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. The FBI said Thursday that Jabbar had been "inspired" by ISIS, adding it had not found any evidence that he was directed by ISIS to carry out the attack. 

The brother of the suspected terrorist told The New York Times that Jabbar had been raised Christian, but converted to Islam. The sibling, Abdur Jabbar, underscored that his brother does not represent the Islamic faith and instead called his actions an example of "radicalization."  (Dems and media hyped "white" & "far-right" terrorism while downplaying ISIS.)

Admitting that the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria’s propaganda may have played a role in transforming Shamsud-Din Jabbar into planning his terrorist act that occurred three days ago, the propaganda that influenced him was not a corruption of Mohammedanism as Abdur Jabbar believes but a faithful representation of the teachings of the false prophet Mohammed:

September 622 [A.D.] marks a defining event in Islam—the hijra. Muhammed and a coterie of followers persecuted by fellow Banu Qurayza tribesmen fled from Mecca to Yathrib, later known as Medina. The Muslim sources described Yathrib as having been a Jewish city founded by a Palestinian diaspora population that had survived the revolt against the Romans. The Jews of the north Arabian peninsula were highly productive oasis farmers. These Jews were eventually joined by itinerant Arab tribes from southern Arabia who settled adjacent to them and transitioned to a sedentary existence.

Following Muhammad’s arrival, he reordered Medinian society. The Jewish tribes were isolated, some were then expelled, and the remainder attacked and exterminated. Muhammad distributed among his followers as “booty” the vanquished Jews property—plantations, fields, and houses—using this “booty” to established a well-equipped cavalry corps. For examine within a year after the massacre (in 627) of the Jewish tribe, the Banu Qurayza, Muhammad, according to a summary of sacralized Muslim sources, waited for some act of aggression on the parts of the Jews of Khaybar, whose fertile lands and villages he had destined for his followers to furnish an excuse for an attack.

But no such opportunity offering, he resolved in the autumn of the year (i.e., 628) on a sudden and unprovoked invasion of their territory. Ali (later, the fourth “Rightly Guided Caliph,” especially revered by Shi’ite Muslims) asked Muhammad why the Jews of Khaybar were being attacked, since they were peaceful farmers, tending their oasis, and was told by Muhammad he must compel them to submit to Islamic laws. The renowned twentieth-century scholar of Islam David Margoliouth observed aptly:

Now the fact that a community was idolatrous, or Jewish, or anything but Mohammedan, warranted a murderous attack upon it.

Muhammad’s subsequent interactions with the Christians of northern Africa followed a similar pattern, noted by the scholar of Islam’s origins Richard Bell. The “relationship” with the Christians ended as that with the Jews (ended)—in war,” because Islam as presented by Muhammad was a divine truth, and unless Christians accepted this formulation, which acceped this formulation, which included Muhammad’s authority, “conflict was inevitable, and there could have been no real peace while he [Muhammad] lived.”

The modern Muslim scholar Ali Dashti’s biography Muhammad 23 Years” A Study of the Prophetic Career of Mohammad has also chronicled Muhammad’s “changed course” at Medina, where the Muslim prophet begins to “issue orders for war” in multiple and repeated Koranic revelations (sura [chapter] 9 being composed almost entirely of such war proclamations—permanent injunctions against pagans, Jews, and Christians). Prior to enumerating the numerous assassinations Muhammad ordered, Ali Dashti observes:

Islam was gradually transformed from a purely spiritual mission into a militant and punitive organization whose progress depended on booty from raids and [tax] revenue. . . The Prophet’s steps in the decade after hejra [emigration from Mecca to Medina] were directed to the end of establishing and consolidating a religion-based state. Some of the deeds done on his command [were] killings of prisoners and political assassinations.

Thus Muhammad himself waged a series of pro-jihad campaigns to subdue the Jews, Christians, and pagans of Arabia. As numerous modern-day pronouncements by leading Muslim theologians confirm (see, for example, Yusuf Al-Qaradawi’s “The Prophet Muhammad as a Jihad Model”), Muhammadan jurisconsults and theologians from eighth to ninth centuries onward, based on their interpretation of Koranic verses, and long chapters in the “hadith,” or acts and sayings of the Muslim prophet Muhammad, especially those recorded by al-Bukhari (d. 869) and Muslim (d. 874).

Ibn Kaldun (d. 1406), jurist, renowned philosopher, historian and sociologist, summarized these consensus opinions form five centuries of prior Muslim jurisprudence with regard to the uniquely Islamic institution of Jihad:

In the Muslim community, the holy war is a religious duty, because of the universalism of the [Muslim] mission and [the obligation to] convert everybody to Islam either by persuasion or by force. . . . The other religious groups did not have a universal mission, and the holy war was not a religious duty for them, save only for purposes of defense. . . . Islam is under obligation to gain power over other nations.

Classical Islam jurists such as Ibn Khaldum also formulated the concepts of Dar al Islam and Dar al Harb (Arabic for “The House of Islam and the House of War”). Armand Abel, the leading twentieth-century expert on the Muslim conception of Dar al Harb, summarizes as it follows:

Together with the duty of the “war in the way of God” (or jihad), this universalistic aspiration would lead the Moslems to see the world as being divided fundamentally into two parts. On the one hand there was that part of the world where Islam prevailed, where salvation had been announced, where the religion that ought to reign was practiced; this was Dar al Islam. On the other hand, there was the part which still awaited the establishment of the saving religion and which constituted, by definition, the object of the holy war. This was the Dar al Harb. The latter, in the view of Moslem jurists, was not populated by people who had a natural right not to practice Islam, but rather by people destined to become Moslems who, through impiousness, refused to accept this great benefit. Since they were destined sooner or later to be converted at the approach of the victorious armies of the Prophet’s successor, or else killed for their rebelliousness, they were the rebel subjects of the Caliph. Their kings were nothing but odious tyrants who, by opposing the progress of the saving religion together with their armies, were following a Satanic inspiration and rising up against the designs of Providence. And so no respite should be granted them, no truce; perpetual war should their lot, waged in the course of the winter and summer ghazu [razzias]. If the sovereign of the country thus attacked desired peace, it was possible for him, just like for any tributary or community, to pay the tribute for himself and for his subjects. Thus the [Byzantine] Empress Irene [d. 803] “purchased peace at the price of her humiliation,” according to the formula stated in the dhimma contract itself, by paying 70,000 pounds in gold annually to the Caliph of Baghdad. Many other princes agreed in this way to come tributaries—often after long struggles—and to see their dominions pass from the status of dar al Harb to that of dar al Sulh. In this way, those of their subjects who lived within the boundaries of the territory ruled by the Caliphate were spared the uncertainty of being exposed arbitrarily, without any guarantee, to the military operations of the summer ghazu and the winter ghazu: indeed, anything within the reach of the Moslem armies as they advanced, being property of impious men and rebels, were mercilessly consigned to the lot specified in the Koranic verse about the sword, and their women and children were treated like things. (Andrew G. Bostom went on to describe how non-Muslims are viewed by faithful, believing Mohammedans:

A non-Muslim who is not protected by a treaty is called harbi, “in a state of war,” “enemy alien; his life and property are completely unprotected by law. (Andrew G. Far from being a “religion of peace,” Mohammedanism is by its very demonic nature a religion of war and aggression against all “infidels.”

Suffice it to say for the moment that the inability of most of those who are adherents of the false opposite of the naturalist “left,” who believe that Christianity is a form of “violence” against “diversity,” are incapable of admitting that Mohammedans can do anything wrong, which is why they go out of their way to refuse to refer any Mohammedan act of terrorist by its right name.

Remember, the administration of Barack Hussein Obama/Barry Soetoro and Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr., even refused to blame the mythical entity of “radical Islam” as bearing any responsibility for what happened in France in the Charlie Hebdo attack ten years ago or what happened elsewhere in the world during eight years in office from January 20, 2009, to January 20, 2017, including right here in the United States of America.

That “transformative” administration went to great lengths to avoid describing the group of faithful, believing Mohammedans in Nigeria, Boko Haram, that continues to kidnap, assault, and murder Christians as a Mohammedan terror cell. Obama/Soetoro and his equally racialist attorney general, Eric Holder, never referred to the persecution and execution of Christians by Mohammedans as they believing that they can alter the public’s perception of reality by refusing to call evil by its proper name.

Officials in the Obama/Soetoro-Biden administration refused at first to term Major Nidal Malik Hasan, M.D., U.S.A., who shot forty-three people and killed thirteen of these people at Fort Hood, Texas, on Thursday, November 5, 2009, as a Mohammedan terrorist (see Killing In The Name of The Religion of Peace). It was only much later that the officials of Obama/Soetoro- Biden administration used the word "terrorism" to refer to Nidal's killing spree even though he was in contact with an American born jihadist, Anwar al-Awlaki, who was killed in an American drone attack in Yemen on September 30, 2011, who had urged his followers to kill Americans. Officials of the United States Army and in the Federal Bureau of Investigation (F.B.I.) knew of this connection in advance of the Nidal Malik Hasan's shootings and did nothing as they did not consider him a threat. “Lone Wolf” Mohammedan attacks, such as those that occurred on two police officers in Jamaica, Queens, New York, on Friday, October 24, 2014, the Feast of Saint Raphael the Archangel, were described variously as “unrelated” to Mohammedanism or the work of “deranged” individuals.

Similarly, the threat of a Mohammedan man, Jacob Mugambi Muriithi, to behead a former coworker at a nursing home in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, was termed a "bizarre coincidence" in a report published in The Oklahoman newspaper even though Muriithi said that it was his duty as a Mohammedan to behead Christians the day after another Mohammedan man, Alton Alexander Nolen, had actually beheaded a coworker at a good processing plant, Vaughan Foods, in the same city on Thursday, September 26, 2014 (see Alton Nolen Allegedly Beheads Oklahoma Coworker):

In a bizarre coincidence, a fired Oklahoma City nursing home employee was arrested Friday after a co-worker reported he threatened to cut her head off.

Jacob Mugambi Muriithi, 30, is being held in the Oklahoma County jail on a terrorism complaint. His bail is set at $1 million.

“We take these threats very seriously,” Oklahoma County District Attorney David Prater said.

The arrest came on the same day police in Moore revealed fired Vaughan Foods worker Alton Alexander Nolen beheaded a co-worker after he was fired Thursday. Nolen is a Muslim convert.

Muriithi was identified as a native of Kenya who is living in Oklahoma City. He worked at Bellevue Nursing Home in northwest Oklahoma City, police reported.

The co-worker reported Muriithi threatened her while they were both working at the nursing home Sept. 13, a police detective wrote in an arrest warrant affidavit.

The woman was not identified.

She said Muriithi identified himself as a Muslim and said he “represented ISIS and that ISIS kills Christians,” the detective told a judge in the affidavit. The two had not worked together before.

Bizarre coincidence?

Every effort must be made by the lords of Modernity in the world and the lords of Modernism in the counterfeit church of conciliarism to indemnify violence that is part and parcel of a false religion, Mohammedanism, while those who oppose the prevailing moral evils of the day must be reviled, if not prosecuted, as “haters” who must be considered as possible sources of “domestic terrorism, something that, as noted in part one of this commentary, the United States Department of Homeland Security attempted to do fifteen years ago now and that the former Mayor of the City of New York, New York, Michael Rubens Bloomberg, actually said out loud following in the wake of the attempting car bombing in Times Square in the Borough of Manhattan in May of 2010:

CBS Evening News Anchor Katie Couric asked New York's Mayor Mike Bloomberg if the bombing attempt could be a precursor to a bigger attack.

"There is no credible evidence so far that this attack was more than at least one person, the driver," said Mayor Mike Bloomberg. "After that there is no evidence that anyone else was involved. It may be, but we can't say that it is."

"There is some speculation that the materials in the Nissan Pathfinder were similar to ones that were found to some failed attacks in the U.K.," Couric asked.

"There's a limited number of things you would need," Bloomberg said. "You'd need a timer, you'd need a battery as an energy source you'd need some explosive and you'd need something to enhance it. That's going to be true no matter where or when the...another attack took place. So, anything would have enough commonalities for the conspiracy theorists to blow it up if you don't mind the pun and make something out of it."

"Are you concerned about the impact this might have on tourism?" Couric asked.

"I think people today understand we live in a dangerous world," Bloomberg said. "And you can't let the terrorists win by locking yourself in a room. What I can guarantee you is we're doing everything that we can. Whether or not we will have somebody in exactly the right place at exactly the right time to prevent something down the future nobody can do that - nobody can guarantee you."

"But there is no evidence here of a conspiracy. There is no evidence that it's tied in to anything else. It looks like an amateurish job, done by at least one person," Bloomberg added.

But if another attack were to occur, Mayor Bloomberg and the heads of all emergency response agencies would be in the city's situation room. It's powered by its own generator and allows the team to monitor video feeds, television coverage - even the corner of 45th and Seventh Avenue, where a crisis was averted.

Law enforcement officials don't know who left the Nissan Pathfinder behind, but at this point the Mayor believes the suspect acted alone.

"If I had to guess, twenty five cents, this would be exactly that," Bloomberg said. "Homegrown maybe a mentally deranged person or someone with a political agenda that doesn't like the health care bill or something. It could be anything." Michael Bloomberg is a reprobate. He was always eager as Mayor of the City of New York to disparage those in the "religious right" for the nation's problems. So was former United States Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, who originated some of the cliches about “domestic terrorism” that have been spewed for the past four years by one of her successors at Homeland Security, the hideous enabler of illegal immigrant crime and genuine domestic terror named Alejandro Mayorkas. Napolitano, Obama/Soetoro, Biden, Mayorkas, and Merrick Garland have been as one in their belief that the only real danger to the “homeland” comes from "homegrown," "domestic terrorists” who criticize "the government" and/or who are pro-life or oppose the sodomite agenda. These spineless, gutless ideologues only believe in the promotion of abject moral evils as they have promoted a censorious form of social engineering designed to curb legitimate human freedoms.

The truth is, of course, that the would-be 2010 Times Square bomber, Faisal Shahzad, a naturalized citizen of the United States of America who was born in Pakistan, which has become a key base of operations for the Taliban, was indeed a Mohammedan and was intent on carrying out the desires of the Pakistani-based Taliban, something that the Obama/Soetoro administration later had to admit, albeit quietly and not at the presidential level. All this to avoid the use of the words "Islamic terrorism."

This calls to mind the prophetic insight of Dr. Aleskandr I. Solzhenitsyn on the paralysis of reason and action caused by political correctness:

A decline in courage may be the most striking feature which an outside observer notices in the West in our days. The Western world has lost its civil courage, both as a whole and separately, in each country, each government, each political party and of course in the United Nations. Such a decline in courage is particularly noticeable among the ruling groups and the intellectual elite, causing an impression of loss of courage by the entire society. Of course there are many courageous individuals but they have no determining influence on public life. Political and intellectual bureaucrats show depression, passivity and perplexity in their actions and in their statements and even more so in theoretical reflections to explain how realistic, reasonable as well as intellectually and even morally warranted it is to base state policies on weakness and cowardice. And decline in courage is ironically emphasized by occasional explosions of anger and inflexibility on the part of the same bureaucrats when dealing with weak governments and weak countries, not supported by anyone, or with currents which cannot offer any resistance. But they get tongue-tied and paralyzed when they deal with powerful governments and threatening forces, with aggressors and international terrorists.

Although the late Dr. Aleksandr I. Solzhenitsyn was referring to the late James Earl Carter, Jr. (The Great Appeaser Has Died), his trenchant remarks applied just as much to Barack Hussein Obama/Barry Soetoro and to his equally tongue-tied predecessor, George Walker Bush, and his vice president turned president in name only, Joseph Robinette, Jr., when it comes to understanding that it is not "radical Islamists" that are perpetrating attacks on American citizens abroad and have done so here at home. It is faithful, believing Mohammedans who are doing so. Mohammedanism is of its very demonic nature a religion of violence and bloodshed.

This cowardly, ideologically based refusal to recognize that Mohammedanism of its nature preaches violence against infidels even though there are many cafeteria-style Mohammedans in Western countries who deny this plain fact was exhibited most recently by a spokeswoman for the Federal Bureau of Investigation who had the temerity to deny that the New Year’s Day attack was indeed an attack of terror:

After Shamsud-Din Jabbar’s New Orleans attack turned a New Year’s celebration into violent tragedy, the Federal Bureau of Investigation continues to show why it has forfeited the trust of the American people. 

Jabbar affixed an ISIS flag to the pickup he drove at high speed into a crowd of revelers, killing at least 14 people. 

Yet the FBI at first refused to call the attack what it plainly was: terrorism. 

That’s even though it arrested a shocking 10 ISIS wannabes in 2024 alone, thankfully before they were able to carry out any attacks — including a 17-year-old in Arizona. 

“This is not a terrorist event,” emphasized Alethea Duncan, assistant special agent in charge at the NOLA office. 

Now the FBI has admitted what was obvious to everyone, including the killer’s brother — who said Jabbar had been radicalized.

Plus, Duncan also initially claimed Jabbar didn’t act alone, only for the bureau to walk that back as well. 

Seems like a question the chief federal domestic law enforcement agency should be 100% clear on before saying word one.

The local G-men screwed up so badly that the DC office sent in one of its counterterrorism honchos, Christopher Raia, to clean up the mess. 

Very unusual. Yet no one should be surprised. 

The bureau’s initial hesitance to tell the truth plainly stems from the Biden administration’s most insane idée fixe, i.e., that white supremacists are the most dangerous terror group in the country. 

This is the agency that wasted its time going after school board protesters and religious Catholics under Biden political hack Attorney General Merrick Garland as jihadi recruitment ramped up. 

Even as the visible evidence of the ISIS threat in the West has been piling up for years.

Remember the monstrous Bastille Day truck attack in Nice in 2016? It killed 86 and injured hundreds. ISIS claimed it. 

Berlin saw a terrorist ram Christmas festivalgoers the following year, another obscenity ISIS claimed.  

ISIS claimed the deadly London Bridge truck attack that same year.

New York saw its own truck attack in 2017, which killed eight on the far West Side, by another ISIS follower. 

Call these people what they are. 

Terrorists. 

Not lone wolves, or troubled youth, or sufferers from mental illness. 

Jabbar was not on a terror watchlist, the FBI said in a congressional briefing.

If he was “on their radar” in some other way — and the agency’s miserable record under President Biden suggests that’s far from impossible — heads should roll. 

Actually, heads are already set to roll, as President-elect Donald Trump has a major bureau shakeup high on his to-do list, to the loud chagrin of the DC business-as-usual crowd.

The FBI’s bungling in New Orleans is fresh proof that Trump is right and the Swamp needs draining to restore public faith in this corrupted, hollowed-out and utterly politicized institution. (Shamsud-Din Jabbar's New Orleans attack was terrorism. Why did the FBI lie about it?.)

Yet, the New Year's Day massacre in New Orleans was act of terrorism carried out by a believing a native born American convert to Mohammedanism, something that easy for anyone with an iota of intellectual honesty can admit. 

A secular writer put it this way:

Not long ago, a Texas native named Shamsud-Din Jabbar pledged allegiance to the Islamic State group on Facebook. Now, perhaps if he had been an election-denying vaccine skeptic, Jabbar might have gotten himself noticed by law enforcement. Instead, Jabbar was free to ram his rented Ford pickup truck into a crowd on Bourbon Street in New Orleans, murdering 15 people. Jabbar, who had guns and explosive devices in his truck, was killed in a shootout in which he wounded two police officers.

Law enforcement officials and media, as is their wont, reflexively downplayed the Islamic aspects of mass murder. The lead agent in the investigation initially declared that the FBI did not consider the attack a “terrorist event.” There was a small problem, however, as Jabbar had flown not an Appeal to Heaven or Gadsden flag, but one of those black ones favored by Sunni terrorist groups such as al Qaeda and the Islamic State group on his truck. The FBI was quickly compelled to walk back its claim.

It is perhaps understandable why the Justice Department, which has spent years obsessing about white supremacists, allegedly the greatest threat to our way of life; orthodox Catholics; pro-lifers; parents who oppose COVID-19 restrictions imposed by school boards; and candidates of the opposition party, somehow missed this man. But the prevarications about the nature of Islamic terrorism are not.

You might recall former President Barack Obama, who once promised the world that the future wouldn’t belong to those “who slander the prophet of Islam,” refused to refer to the most violent ideology in the world as “radical Islam,” instead using a slew of euphemisms to conceal reality. This has become the norm.

As of this writing, I have learned much about Jabbar’s “checkered marital history” and “financial difficulty” but little about his radicalization at a mosque in Houston. Divorced men with debt typically do not, as most of you probably know, begin murdering infidels.

One suspects we will soon hear that Jabbar acted alone, as we did so many other Islamic terrorists. Just another member of the “United Amalgamated Union of Lone Wolves and Isolated Extremists,” as Mark Steyn once quipped.

New York Times columnist Charles Blow, who is incapable of processing any event without making it about race, contends that the “really big problem” on the domestic terrorism front “is young white men.” There is no global “young white man” terrorism work. There is no prevailing “young white man” theology that imbues theological or ideological legitimization to murder. There is no “young white man” state that funds or spreads extremism and is trying to obtain nuclear weapons. The men and women who murder in the name of Islam, on the other hand, are part of a worldwide, ideological, and political movement.

Yes, it’s complicated. And while it’s important to understand the theologically disparate groups that operate in the Middle East, it is insufferably pedantic to act as if we have a great responsibility to worry about which faction is yelling “Abu Akhbar” before plowing a truck into a crowd or a plane into a building.

The broader goal of the Islamic State group fanboy Jabbar and the Oct. 7, 2023, “militant” who guns down the elderly at a bus stop in southern Israel is the same. Jabbar’s intentions align with those of Hadi Matar, the jihadi who attempted to murder novelist Salman Rushdie, still under a four-decade-old fatwa issued by the religious authorities of the Iranian regime.

In March 2024, Jabbar’s theological compatriots attacked Crocus City Hall in the suburbs of Moscow, murdering over 130 civilians. In 2023, Sunni Islamists from Gaza murdered over 1,000 Israelis and engaged in other atrocities. In 2019, a series of Islamic State group bombings struck churches and hotels in Sri Lanka on Easter Sunday, killing over 250 civilians. Then, of course, there is endless violence in places such as Nigeria, Mali, and Burkina Faso, where 600 people were massacred in one event this summer. . . .

One of the likely reasons elites underplay these dangers is to manage Americans, who they seem to believe will break out into spasms of violence against Muslims after every terrorist event. It is absurd.

Christopher Hitchens once called “Islamophobia” a “stupid neologism” that “aims to promote criticism of Islam to the gallery of special offenses associated with racism.” The “Islamophobia” accusation is meant to play on the tolerant nature of most Americans to chill debate. “Islamophobia” conflates criticism of an illiberal, often violent, theology and political belief system with hatred of people.

When Trump suggested an impractical “Muslim ban” in 2016, barring immigration from nations with high numbers of extremists, leftists compared it to the restrictive quotas of Jews in the 1930s that doomed thousands to perish under Nazi rule. Of course, the difference, need it be said, is that those who practice Islam in Syria and Judaism in Germany are not the same. Islam is unique among the major faiths in its reticence to modernity and embrace of violence.

Muslims are, and should be, protected equally by Western values that everyone else enjoys. More than that, it is a civic virtue to live with others peacefully. But no one gets special dispensation from debate or reality. Most American Muslims live perfectly normal, peaceful, and quite prosperous lives. As smart as anyone else, they are surely aware that Islam isn’t the same as Presbyterianism merely because both are faiths.

A significant majority of Muslims around the world believe Sharia should be the law of the land, according to the Pew Research Center’s exhaustive study on the matter. This is something to strongly consider when thinking about our immigration policy. Thus far, we have been far more successful than Europe in assimilating newcomers from the Middle East. That trend is in danger as we not only stop expecting immigrants to embrace American values but reject them ourselves. Does anyone watching how our elite universities function believe that we are doing a good job raising Americans who value these tenets?

It has always been a mystery why the Left feels compelled to grade the world’s most pervasive illiberal ideology on a steep curve. But these days, many progressives have taken it further and begun championing the jihadi cause. Only days after the Islamic attack in New Orleans, hundreds of “pro-Palestinian” protesters blocked Sixth Avenue in Manhattan, chanting, “Long live the intifada!”

Some Republicans have tried to tie the New Orleans attack to our broken border. It’s not true. Jabbar was an American who earned a degree from Georgia State University, served in the Army from 2006 to 2015, and had a job at Deloitte, which only demonstrates that the threat of Islamism is global.

Still, Jabbar’s attack is also an obvious warning as to why a rickety border is an invitation for another 9/11. Indeed, there have been numerous reports from the Biden administration about an “ISIS-affiliated human smuggling network” moving hundreds of people into the United States.

Of course, terrorism isn’t the most dangerous immediate problem for people in this country. There are more murders in New Orleans due to criminality in any given month than were from this terrorist attack. But Islamism is still one of our greatest menaces in the world. We shouldn’t be lulled into complacency or bullied into ignoring this truth. (Don’t let the Left downplay the threat of Islamic radicalism.)

Yes, we live in a world where some demonically driven souls actually celebrate the deaths of those they deem to be expendable and/or applaud killers for the "cause" that motivates to wantonly kill innocent people, and our world without Christ the King and His Catholic Church must be one in which government officials feel free to lie as they cleave to their own ideological agendas.

To wit, officials at the FBI have been lying for a long time, decades even.

Remember the needless killing of Mrs. Vicki Weaver at Ruby Ridge, Idaho, on August 21, 1992, which occurred under the watch of then United States Attorney General William Barr (recognize the name?), or the Janet “I See No Whitewatergate/Chinagate Evil” Reno’s order to lay siege to the Branch Davidian cult’s compound in Waco, Texas, that culminated on April 19, 1993, after a fifty-one day standoff, leaving eighty-two people, including twenty-two children, dead.

What about the tragic events that unfolded on Septembe 11, 2001, or the anthrax scare that occurred shortly thereafter?

(Mind you, I am not even bringing up the assassination of President John Fitzgerald Kennedy on November 22, 1963, the full facts of which may never be known in this passing, mortal vale of tears.)

A world that has grown accustomed to killing the innocent preborn and has sanctioned the killing of the sick, the injured, the elderly, and the terminally ill in so-called healthcare institutions under the pretense of one lie after another is one in which those who do not fear the loss of their immortal souls in hell for all eternity feel emboldened to say and do whatever they want no matter how often they lie or no matter how many people must suffer and/or die as a result. We have been governed by heartless, soulless sociopaths who mask themselves as the “experts” or the “professionals” or as officials from “the government” who believe in their own infallibility and invisibly to pursue their agenda of genuine hatred against all that is right, just, and good.

No security for the preborn in the womb?

Then there will be no security for anyone else anywhere at any time when men and their nations do live under the sweet yoke of Christ the King and as children of his true Church who seek to live as redeemed creatures and reocgnize in all others the Divine impress.

Although not everyone is a particular target of terrorists these days, we are all at risk when men not only do not take seriously their civic duty to defend the innocent but pervert it by promoting the kill of the innocent as they look the other while crimes are committed by individuals or groups upon those who lives public officials are fully expendable.

It was not always this way, of course.

Catholic kingdoms were once ruled by men whose personal holiness and virtuous pursuit of justice were such that Holy Mother Church raised them to her very altars as canonized saints.

Although attention on this site has been given to the likes of Saint Edward the Confessor, Saint Louis IX, King of France, Saint Casimir, Saint Henry the Emperor, Saint Stephen the Hungary and Saint Canute, among others, it is instructive to contrast the chaos, hatred and violence of the present moment with the example of the King of Castile and Leon, Saint Ferdinand III, a first cousin of Saint Louis IX, who always understood that he had to rule in a manner befitting Christ the King, to whom he would have to make an accounting for his stewardship over his subjects.

King Saint Ferdinand III was born in 1199, precisely one hundred years after the death of his famous ancestor, Rodrigo Diaz—El Cid, and God favored him with many important victories over political rivals in other Spanish kingdoms and, of course, against the Moors themselves. It was King Saint Ferdinand III who captured Cordoba in 1236 for Christ the King and His true Church.

In all conflicts, however, the only thing that mattered to King Saint Ferdinand III was to do the will of God and to restrain his own passions so that everything he did would be of God. He sought only the honor and glory of God, not his own.

Moreover, he sought to establish a just rule of law after he had conquered Seville on December 22, 1248, that was modeled on the one had had promulgated in Toledo. As one can see in the text quoted below, Saint Ferdinand III, whose feast is observed on May 30, which is the date on which I received my first Holy Communion in 1959 at Saint Aloysius Church in Great Neck, New York, from the hands of Father Robert E. Mason, sought to give honor and glory to the Most Blessed Trinity above all else. He was quite a contrast to the naturalists of the false opposites of the “right” and the “left” today whose minds are but a jumble of erroneous ideas and beliefs and whose souls are readily inclined to surrender to passionate, unrestrained anger and bitterness:

In addition to these plans, the King was simultaneously working, helped by his son Don Alfonso and his twelve councilors, on the great undertaking of unifying the laws. He wanted the Code of Laws of Seville to be finished when the kingdom representatives met.

He prayed much during those days and nights in which he studied, discussed and drew up the immortal document. One of the last discussions dealt with the style that should be used in writing the Code. The King, who was usually more concerned with the content than the language, until then had used the familiar style of daily conversation. His son Don Alfonso and his secretary Father Remondo insisted, however, that this code of law should be written with a great majesty proportional to the importance of the conquered city. “Also, Lord, know that in Rome the popes and the great princes use a higher form of language,” said the secretary.

The King smiles at their insistence, but since he like to follow the advice of prudent men, and the good Don Remondo was very prudent, he pleased him by using the serious and solemn “we.”

The King and his notary were both sitting at their work table, the latter with his pen in his hand ready to write. After a few moments of silent prayer during which he often made a great Sign of the Cross, the noble King of Castile and Leon began to dictate:

“In the name of Him Who is the true and everlasting God, Who in one God with the Son and with the Holy Ghost, and one Lord in Three Persons and one in substance; and Who gave us His glory; and if we believe this of Him and in His Son and in the Holy Ghost, then we believe in the true, everlasting god, and we adore the Three Persons, the unity in essence and the equality in the divinity; and in the name of this Trinity with which we begin and end all of the good deeds we perform, we call upon Him to be the beginning and the end of this our work. Amen.”

Don Ferdinand remained suspended for some time in ecstasy, unable to tear his soul from Him Who captivated it whenever He was invoked. Returning to his senses, he continued:

“All those who see this document should remember the great benefits, the great graces, the great favors, the great honors and the great happiness granted by Him Who is the beginning and source of all good, to all Christendom and especially to Castile and Leon in the days and the time of Don Ferdinand, who, by the grace of God, is King of Castile, of Toledo, of Leon, of Galicia, of Seville and of Jaen. All should understand and know that the many benefits He gave and showed to us Christians and against Moors are not because of our merits but because of His great kindness and His great mercy, and because of the intercession of the prayers and merits of Holy Mary, whose servant we are, and because,  and because of the help she gave us with her blessed Son, and because of prayers and merits of St. James, whose lieutenant we are and whose standard we carry, and who always helped us to conquer and to do good, and who showed his favor to us and all our sons and our noblemen and our vassals, and all of the people of Spain, He made and ordered and ordained that we who are His knights, and through our labors and with the help and advice of Don Alfonso our first son, and Don Alfonso our brother, and our other sons, and with the help and advice of the other noblemen and our loyal vassals of Castile and Leon we conquered all of Andalusia for the service of God and the expansion of Christianity more generously and completely than it was conquered by any other king or man; and though He honored and showed great favor in the other conquests of Andalusia, we believe He showed us His grace and His favor more abundantly and more generously in the conquest of Seville, which we accomplished with His help and with His power, as Seville is greater and more noble than the other cities of Spain. And because of this, we, the King Don Ferdinand, servant and knight of Christ, because we received so many benefits and so many favors and in so many ways from Him Who is all good, we want, by right and reason, to share those benefits that God granted us with our vassals and with the prelates who inhabited Seville for us; and because of this, we, the King Don Ferdinand, joined by the Queen Dona Joan, our wife, and our sons Don Fadrique and Don Henry, we grant and give this Code of Law and these freedoms expressed in this document.”

He then proceeded to dictate the Code, copied from that of Toledo, which was celebrated by all for the many freedoms it granted. It first declares the rights of those who are knights and grants honors to those having a horse worth fifty marks giving them freedom from the King's service for at least eight months during the year. It continues by stating the privileges that would be enjoyed by those living in the suburb of the Francos, allowing then ample freedom to buy and sell without paying duties and exempting them from standing guard duty which, during those times without permanent armies, the citizens were obliged to serve. Further, they could not be obliged to lend money to the King by force, they were granted the honor of knighthood, and had the duty of forming an army for him on the same conditions as the men from Toledo.

It covers the area of the men of sea, first creating the post of mayor to be held by a man knowledgeable in the matters related the sailors' trade. Their litigation and common offenses were to be judged by the mayors of Seville, but if those involved did not agree with the sentence, the mayor has “to look for six good men knowledgeable in the Code of 'sea laws' and review the litigation with them, notifying the plaintiff of what they believed to be right; and if the plaintiff does not like the judgment agreed upon by the mayor and those six good men, let his appeal to us.” Afterward, it made the same concessions to the sailors as it had to those in the suburb of Francos in respect to selling, buying and trading.

After giving them the honor of knighthood, the code determined the conditions of their service, which reads as follows: “The are obliged to serve the King with their ships and their weapons for three months. If the King needs them for a longer tour, he shall pay them.” This obligation of forming an army on the sea spared them the obligation of serving on land, with the exception that it should be for the town's benefit, in which case they were required to serve with the others. As see, the ships were equivalent to horses in the King's mind, and his son and successor used the same criteria when he says, “The ships are the riding animals of those who go by sea just as the horses are for those who go by land.” It also granted them the right to have a butcher's shop in their suburb with the duties paid by the King.

And lastly, it orders all of the inhabitants of Seville, knights, merchants, and sailors, to pay him ten percent from the gardens and farms on the surrounding lands of the Guadalquiver “as this . . . is our right. And we order that from the bread and the wine and the cattle and from all the other things, you pay your due obligation to the Church as it is done in Toledo.” The code ends by threatening he who dares decrease the freedoms of that code of law with “provoking the wrath of God and my own,” and ordering him to “pay to us and to whoever reigns after us one hundred marks of gold.” (Sister Maria del Carmen Fernandez de Castro Cabeza A.C.J., The Life of the Very Noble King of Castile and Leon Saint Fernando III, pp. 267-270.

This is the kind of justice lacking in a world that has overthrown the Social Reign of Christ the King. This is the kind of justice that even the conciliar revolutionaries would reject precisely because it was based upon the very face of expanding Christendom and of governing according the teaching of Christ the King as He had revealed Himself exclusively to men through His true Church, the Catholic Church.

The bloodletting and assaults against innocent citizens for holding beliefs contrary to the decrees of the high priests and priestesses of the anti-Incarnational civil state of Modernity cannot be stopped by means merely natural. No call to “civility” or “unity” is going to succeed. Catholicism—and Catholicism alone—is the only foundation of order within the souls of men and hence of a truly well-ordered sense of justice within nations and among them.

This is all a chastisement for the multifarious ways in which the Most Holy Trinity has been dishonored and blasphemed in a land of such “civil liberty” that every manner sin and indecent behavior is protected by the civil laws and celebrated in all the quarters of social life.

We are eyewitnesses to the process of American disintegration, which is all the more reason for us to spend time, if at all possible where you live in this time of apostasy and betrayal (or sending our Guardian Angel to so for us if this is not possible as we make a Spiritual Communion as though were physically before Our Lord in His Real Presence), before the Blessed Sacrament and by uniting ourselves more fully to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, Which beats for us with such love in the Adorable Sacrament of the Altar, through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary as we keep faithful to the recitation of her Most Holy Rosary every day without fail.

On this First Friday in the month of January, the month of the Holy Name of Jesus, whose feast is celebrated tomorrow, Sunday, January 5, 2025, as commemorations are made of the Vigil of the Epiphany of Our Lord Jesus Christ, and of Pope Saint Telesphorus, we pledge to make reparation to the Immaculate Heart of Mary for our own sins and those of the whole world while remembering that Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ has given us two last remedies to help us amidst in a world that denies His Social Kingship over men and their nations: His Blessed Mother's Most Holy Rosary and devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

May Our Lady help us today to make our devotions to the Immaculate Heart of Mary fervent so that they can bear much fruit at the time of her Divine Son's choosing for the conversion of all those steeped in the blindness of hatred and rage to the true Faith so that they live in the light of the Light of the World and the true peace of the Prince of Peace.
