Republished: Only One God Is the True God: The Most Blessed Trinity

Today is Trinity Sunday and the Commemoration of the First Sunday after Pentecost, thus beginning the second half of the liturgical year that began with the First Sunday of Advent.

The mystery of the Most Holy Trinity was revealed to us by Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Although there are clear references in the text of the Old Testament to a plurality of Persons in the Divine Godhead ("Let us make man in our own image"), human reason, which can come to the conclusion that God exists, is insufficient to know about the existence of the Most Blessed Trinity. Our Lord Himself, the Second Person of the Most Blessed Trinity made Man in Our Lady's Virginal and Immaculate Womb, had to reveal this to us.

The doctrine of the Most Holy Trinity is rejected by all infidels and misrepresented by most Protestant sects. Indeed, many Protestants, especially in the evangelical and fundamentalist sects, are "baptized" in "the name of the Lord Jesus," not in "The Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost," which is invalid on its face. This means that many hundreds of thousands of Protestants are not even Christians despite their thinking that they are.

We must defend the doctrine of the Most Blessed Trinity with our very lives if necessary, having frequently recourse to the making of the Sign of the Cross throughout the day. This is a custom that is held dear by many Spaniards and Latin Americans. Indeed, the jockey who rode Nyquist to victory in the Kentucky Derby on Saturday, May 7, 2016, the Feast of Saint Stanislaus, did so, something that was shown in slow motion as a replay of the post-race "cooling off" of the horses trot was broadcast. This should put many Catholics in this country to shame for fearing to make invoke the very sign of God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost when in public.

Remember, Jorge Mario Bergoglio did not want to give a "blessing," not that he is capable of giving one as a lay Jesuit revolutionary, that is, when address the crowd on the Capitol Mall in Washington, District of Columbia, on Thursday, September 24, 2015, the Feast of Our Lady of Ransom, for fear of offending "unbelievers." It cannot be that way we us.

Speaking of Jorge, work on part ten of "Jorge's Exhortation of Self-Justification Before Men" continues. A slight delay (which is a native New Yorker's understatement of the situation) was caused when our old minivan's engine died on Friday while I was running errands for the family some distance from home. My prayer is that the problem is covered by the warranty that came with the used engine installed last September, although I will not know anything about that until tomorrow. Thus it is that part ten of my current series has suffered a slight delay. However, I will do my best to get it completed by Tuesday morning (possibly sooner).

A blessed Trinity Sunday to you all.

Our Lady of the Most Holy Trinity, pray for us.

Saint Rita of Cascia, pray for us.

Jorge's Exhortation of Self-Justification Before Men, part nine

As you can see from the “time stamp” on this home page, the hour is very late (or early if one is in Europe—or the middle of the afternoon in Australia or New Zealand).

Although I would like to be done with Amoris Laetitia once and for all, the care that is needed to deal with each of the remaining passages requires at least two more parts to this series.

Our Lady of the Rosary, pray for us.

Pope Saint Peter Celestine V, pray for us.

No Human Being Is A Vegetable

Do not fear. My concluding commentary on Amoris Laetitia is a day away, delayed by this current commentary on yet another little child, Israel Stinson, whose life is imperiled by Modernity’s modern death-dealers dressed in white coats. Please take the time to read this commentary and to pray for Israel Stinson, his parents, Dr. Paul A. Byrne, and the entire staff of Life Legal Foundation. Our Lady of the Rosary, pray for us. Saint Venantius, pray for us.

To Suffer In This Time For Christ the King Is A Privilege

Yes, I am a “party pooper” when it comes to the quadrennial madness of naturalism that descends like a plague of locusts to distract even Catholics from viewing the world through the supernatural eyes of the Holy Faith at all times.

Thus it is that this commentary about the “guidelines” for public schools issued by the administration of President Barack Hussein Obama/Barry Soetoro three days ago seeks to provide a supernatural context to what so many see only on the level of pure naturalism.

Remember this and remember it well: Naturalism is of the adversary, and there I no defeating naturalism with any kind of naturalism.

Viva Cristo Rey!

Viva La Virgen de Guadalupe!

Part nine of my commentary on Amoris Laetitia should appear on Whit Wednesday, May 18, 2016, which is Ember Wednesday and the Commemoration of Saint Venantius. There is much work involved to complete what will be my concluding commentary on an exhortation that is the work of the demons themselves.

From the Beginning: A Mission to Convert All Men and Nations

Today is Pentecost Sunday, the birthday of Holy Mother Church, the upon which the first pope, Saint Peter, who was vivified as the Vivifier Himself, God the Holy Ghost, descended upon him and Our Lady and the other Apostles (and the rest of the disciples) gathered in the Upper Room in Jerusalem as they completed their Novena to God the Holy Ghost ten days after Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ's glorious Ascension to His Father's right hand on Ascension Thursday.

Saint Peter wasted no time in doing something that is forbidden, at least in a de facto sense (see Wonder No More, which was revised in various parts yesterday afternoon), in the counterfeit church of conciliarism: he preached to the Jews about the necessity of their converting to the true Faith.

The missionary work of the Church to seek with urgency the unconditional conversion of all men and all nations to the her maternal bosom, outside of which there is no salvation and without which there is no true social order, brought us glorious missionaries who were willing to embrace many sacrifices, including martyrdom itself, to spread the Faith of the Divine Redeemer, Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, so that men and all nations would be able to order themselves rightly according to the Deposit of Faith that He has entrusted exclusively to Holy Mother Church for Its eternal safekeeping and infallible explication and by means of a fervent cooperation with the graces won for us by the shedding of Our Lord's Most Precious Blood and that flow into our hearts and souls through the loving hands of Our Lady, she who is the Mediatrix of all Graces.

The work of conversion does not end when one is Baptized or Confirmed. The work of conversion away from our sinful selves to become more conformed to the Cross of the Divine Redeemer and the merciful designs of His Most Sacred Heart for us is one that is constant. Every beat of our hearts, consecrated as they must be to that same Sacred Heart of Jesus through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary, must burn with fire for the love of God as He has revealed Himself to us through His true Church and as we seek to grow in holiness and to make reparation for our sins and those of the whole world. It is useless for us to be converted in the Baptismal font unless we are willing to let God the Holy Ghost help to convert us every day to cooperate more fully with His Seven Gifts and Twelve Fruits.

Saint Paul the Apostle explained that the spiritual man, the one who is filled with Sanctifying Grace, cannot be understood by the sensual or worldly man:

For what man knoweth the things of a man, but the spirit of a man that is in him? So the things also that are of God no man knoweth, but the Spirit of God. Now we have received not the spirit of this world, but the Spirit that is of God; that we may know the things that are given us from God. Which things also we speak, not in the learned words of human wisdom; but in the doctrine of the Spirit, comparing spiritual things with spiritual. But the sensual man perceiveth not these things that are of the Spirit of God; for it is foolishness to him, and he cannot understand, because it is spiritually examined. But the spiritual man judgeth all things; and he himself is judged of no man. (2 Cor. 2: 11-15)

We must keep this in mind when our relatives and friends and associates do not understand how we can refuse to keep our silence when a putative "pontiff" calls a mosque as a "jewel" or as a "sacred" place or as he prays as a Jew without mentioning the Holy Name of the Divine Redeemer (doing voluntarily what the leaders of Sanhedrin tried to force the Apostles to do, that is, to mention the "name of that man no more") and has he praises the nonexistent ability of false religions to help build the "better world." We cannot care about what others think of us. We must say and do only those things that are pleasing God, never fearing to raise our voices to defend His greater honor and glory and majesty when these are offended by one claiming to speak for the Catholic Church on earth.

The Mystical Bride of Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, Holy Mother Church, is as spotless and as immaculate as Our Blessed Mother herself. The Catholic Church did not give us "hootenanny" liturgies before the aftermath of the "Second" Vatican Council.

She did not give us "inter-religious dialogue" and "inter-religious" prayer services.

She gave us liturgies that came from God the Holy Ghost, not travesties that reaffirm people in the spirit of he world.

She gave us clarity of doctrine, not ambiguity and complexity that took one "clarification" after another to attempt to make "clear."

And Holy Mother Church has always mirrored Our Blessed Mother's hatred of heresy and error, which was part of the meditation written by the late Father Frederick Faber on the Sixth Dolor of Our Lady:

In the judgment of the world, and of worldly Christians, this hatred of heresy is exaggerated, bitter, contrary to moderation, indiscreet, unreasonable, aiming at too much, bigoted, intolerant, narrow, stupid, and immoral. What can we say to defend it? Nothing which they can understand. We had, therefore, better hold our peace. If we understand God, and He understands us, it is not so very hard to go through life suspected, misunderstood and unpopular. The mild self-opinionatedness of the gentle, undiscerning good will also take the world's view and condemn us; for there is a meek-loving positiveness about timid goodness which is far from God, and the instincts of whose charity is more toward those who are less for God, while its timidity is searing enough for harsh judgment. There are conversions where three-quarters of the heart stop outside the Church and only a quarter enters, and heresy can only be hated by an undivided heart. But if it is hard, it has to be borne. A man can hardly have the full use of his senses who is bent on proving to the world, God's enemy, that a thorough-going Catholic hatred of heresy is a right frame of mind. We might as well force a blind man to judge a question of color. Divine love inspheres in us a different circle of life, motive, and principle, which is not only not that of the world, but in direct enmity with it. From a worldly point of view, the craters in the moon are more explicable things than we Christians with our supernatural instinct.

We must therefore permit God the Holy Ghost to come into our souls with His bright burning flames at every moment of our lives so that we will filled with love of God and hatred of our own sins as we seek to cooperate with the graces He sends us through the loving hands of His Spouse, Our Lady, making sure to honor His Spouse as we pray as many Rosaries each day as our states-in-life permit.

May this be our prayer this day and every day our own lives:

Come, Holy Ghost, fill the hearts of Thy faithful and enkindle in them the fire of Thy love.

V. Send forth Thy Spirit and they shall be created.

R. And Thou shalt renew the face of the earth.

Let us pray. O God, Who didst instruct the hearts of the faithful by the light of the Holy Ghost, grant us in the same Spirit to be truly wise, and ever to rejoice in His consolation. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.

A blessed Pentecost Sunday and Octave to you all!

P.S. There should be an original article dealing with the insane decision of the administration of President Barack Hussein Obama/Barry Soeotro to make Federal aid to America's public centers of ideological mind control ("public schoos") contingent on providing access to lavatories on the basis of the "choice" of a boy or a girl to use the facility of his or her opposite gender. Absolute insanity. By the way, I don't think we're going to hear anything from Jorge Mario Bergoglio about this. Just a wild guess.

By His Gifts We Can Know, Love and Serve God As Members of His True Church

As we were away most of yesterday for much-needed chiropractic adjustments, whose costs were made possible for a few generous souls who responded to my recent brief mention of the PayPal donation button that is still in need of a bit more exercise, I am able to write a complete commentary on our reigning caesar’s latest power grab that mandates all American brainwashing centers (referred to more commonly as “public schools”) provide access to their lavatory facilities to students who believe themselves to be of a different gender than that with which they were given by God in the womb. To believe oneself to be that which he is not was considered to be a sign of mental illness or disorder in the not-too-distant past. It is now a “civil rights” issue.

Although there are many aspects to be covered in a brief commentary later today (part nine of “Jorge’s Exhortation of Self-Justification” remains a work in progress as I transcribe various entries from the Denizger manual of dogmatic theology to use in its text), suffice it to say for the moment that the members of the false opposite of the naturalist “left” never fail to govern according to their ideology.

Indeed, “leftists” are shameless in their efforts to use and abuse their governing power to impose upon the entire country their agenda of statism, perversity, and indecency. The very people who have long screamed at pro-life Americans for supposedly “imposing” their “religious views” upon others do not hesitate for a second to impose their ideological agenda as a means of establishing legal precedents that they know their hapless opponents in the organized crime family of the naturalist “right” will oppose meekly, if at all, on the merely naturalistic grounds of Federalism and states’ rights.

Making matters worse is the fact that the presumptive presidential nominee of the Republican Party, Donald John Trump, had no “opinion” when asked about it yesterday, Friday, May 13, 2016, the Feast of Saint Robert Bellarmine and the ninety-ninth anniversary of Our Lady’s first apparition to Jacinta and Francisco Marto and their cousin Lucia dos Santos in the Cova da Iria near Fatima, Portugal. Trump said that it is up to the states to “decide” that which is beyond human beings to decide. Excuse me, Mr. Trump, you don’t have an “opinion” on a matter of clear moral right and clear moral wrong? One cannot defeat Hillary Diane Rodham Clinton with such moral obtuseness.

This is just one of the reasons I am not now nor ever will be any kind of cheerleader for Donald John Trump, which does not mean that I am a cheerleader for the cravenly corrupt and amoral statist named Hillary Diane Rodham Clinton. Truth matters, and the only reason to run for president in the farce that is American electoral politics is to speak to the truth. The plain truth about what Obama/Soetoro did yesterday is that it is insane and puts further into jeopardy the protection of the bodies and souls of children who are unfortunate those children who attend America’s brainwashing centers of naturalism and moral relativism.

This is all a gigantic, diabolically-inspired and set trap.

Catholicism is the one and only foundation of personal sanctity and social order. Any Catholic who thinks that there is some kind of naturalistic “solution” or “short cut” to save the United States of America from falling into the abyss is attempting to stop the devil’s assaults with the devil’s means, naturalism. Naturalism can never—as in absolutely never—be used to stop naturalism. Nations whose laws are permitted to offend God in monstrous ways can never be made “secure” from disorder within and from enemies without their borders. Those who think otherwise had better consult Pope Pius XI’s Ubi Arcano Dei Consilio, December 22, 1922.

Well, I will write more later today.

We need Our Lady’s help.

Our Lady of Fatima, pray for us.

Saint Boniface Martyr, pray for us.

Today's article is a republished reflection for the Vigil of Penecost, which is a day of fast for those between the ages of twenty-one and fifty-nine and a day of partial abstinence for those seven years of age or older. This does not mean that those of us over the age of fifty-nine should not fast if able to do so, only that it is not morally obligatory to fast. We should keep in mind that God is most pleased with the souls who gave Him more than the minimum required by Church law. We must give Him our all as the consecrated slaves of His Co-Equal, Co-Eternal Divine Son, Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary.

Our Lady of the Rosary, pray for us.

Jorge's Exhortation of Self-Justification Before Men, part eight

Yes, here is part eight of my continuing series on Amoris Laetitia.

This is a very long commentary.

The next segment will conclude the penance associated with writing these commentaries. Several spiritual reflections will be published next week after the concluding part of this series is posted, which I hope will be by the Vigil of Pentecost and the Commemoration of Saint Boniface Martyr.

Finally, the PayPal donation button is as lonely as the late Jesse White's Maytag Repairman. Non-tax-deductible financial gifts are always welcome, especially since there is a paucity of such gifts at this time. Thank you.

Our Lady of the Rosary, pray for us.

Saints Nereus, Achelleus, Domatilla, and Pancras, pray for us.

Exposing the Farce Once and For All, part two

It is back to part eight of the Amoris Laetitia series for posting by Wednesday.

I did want to complete this unexpected follow-up to Thursday's article before returning to Jorge's piece d'abyss.

Our Lady of the Rosary, pray for us.

Saint Gregory Nazianzen, pray for us.

Spiritual Resource: Novena to God the Holy Ghost, 2016

The oldest of all of Holy Mother Church's Novenas, the Novena to God the Holy Ghost in preparation for Pentecost Sunday, May 15, 2016, began last night, May 6, 2016, the Feast of Saint John the Evangelist Before The Latin Gate within Octave of the Ascension of Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. The last day to pray for the Novena, of course, is on the Vigil of Pentecost, Saturday, May 15, 2015.

Given the lateness of the hour and the overnight posting of yesterday's commentary, my unexpected sequel to yesterday's commentary will be posted later today, Saturday, May 7, 2016, the Feast of Saint Stanislaus. The principal subject of the commentary will be the "conservative" statist named United States Representative Paul Davis Ryan, although the bobsey-twins of nonstop global warfare, United States Senators John Sidney McCain III (R-Arizona) and Lindsay Graham (R-North Carolina), a thirty-third degree Freemason, will certainly get a most dishonorable mention or two.

Although I have expressed my own reservations about Donald John Trump, I have given him credit for exposing the farce that is the supposed "opposition" political party of the false opposite of the naturalist "right. It is truly remarkable to see how bold petty elitists such as Paul Davis Ryan head for the tall grass when faced with even the possibility that their donor-funded lives of power and influence might be overturned in response to widespread public outrage. I have just a few things more to say about these petty little enablers of statism and constant warfare before returning to the drudgery of Amoris Laetitia.

Our Lady, Queen of the Holy Apostles, pray for us.

Saint Stanislaus, pray for us.

Exposing the Farce Once and For All

(The reality of a lack of financial resources has caused me to drastically curtail the monthly allotment of gigabytes for which I must pay a good deal of money. This means that I must limit my time online more than ever before. I have, however, taken the time to correct typographical errors in today's article, which will be followed by an unexpected sequel tomorrow.)

Those who have read the political commentaries that have been posted on this site since last summer (as well as the ones that I have written in the past) will not be surprised to learn that this article is not a celebration of the current election cycle. As a political scientist, I give credit where credit is due, and Donald John Trump has accomplished a political feat that has just thrown out every campaign “playbook” ever written.

As a Catholic, though, I weep for our nation when considering the debt that we owe God for our sins and that it has come to pass in these our times that the presidential candidates of the two major organized crime families of naturalism in the United States of America are both secular humanists who are clueless about the binding precepts of the Divine Positive Law and the Natural Law.

Part eight of my continuing series on Amoris Laetitia should appear by tomorrow. Part nine will conclude the series, which has been truly penitential.

Our Lady of the Rosary, pray for us.

Saint John the Evangelist, pray for us.
