Refusing Communion With Apostasy

by Thomas A. Droleskey

The American Broadcasting Company television program Nightline, which debuted under that title on March 24, 1980, had its origins as a series of nightly special broadcasts known as The Iran Crisis: American Held Hostage (with the number of days added since the capture of sixty-six hostages from the United States of America on November 4, 1979, by self-styled "student militants" in the Islamic Republic of Iran; thirteen black Americans were released on November 19 and 20, 1979, with another, Richard Queen, released on July 11, 1980, for health reasons, leaving a total of fifty-two who were held hostage for the full 444 days between their capture and their release six minutes after the inauguration of President Ronald Wilson Reagan on January 20, 1981). One could just as easy imagine the following headlines for broadcasts on my as of yet unsuccessful Ustream programs (each of the number of days for each of the proposed" programs" below is "current" to this date, April 27, 2009).

"Archbishop" Robert Zollitsch Held Harmless, Day Seventeen, a program that continues until Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI denounces the conciliar "archbishop" of Freibourg, Germany, for denying that Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ died for our sins. (Gloria.tv: Chairman of German Bishops’ Conference denies Christ's Expiatory Death)

Catholics Held Hostage, Day 18,445, a program that reviews the state of the counterfeit church of conciliarism, begun with the "election" of Angelo Roncalli on October 28, 1958, as it continues to hold most Catholics in the world and most institutions that belong to the Catholic Church hostage to its falsehoods, apostasies, blasphemies and daily sacrileges.

The Mass Held Hostage, Day, 14,627, a program that reviews the offenses given to God by the Protestant and Masonic Novus Ordo service, which was promulgated by Giovanni Montini/Paul VI on April 3, 1969.

Catholic Tongues Held Hostage, Day 376, a program that continues until some priest in a Motu community publicly defends the honor and glory and majesty of God by denouncing Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI's grievous, scandalous and sacrilegious violation of the First Commandment by personally esteeming the symbols of five false religions with his own priestly hands at the "John Paul II Cultural Center" in Washington, District of Columba, on Thursday, April 17, 2008, see for yourself, April 17, 2008 - 6:15 p.m. - Interreligious Gathering.

Mind you, these among the the "programs" that could be generated by the apostasies, sacrileges, blasphemies and novelties of the One World Ecumenical Church that is an ape of the Catholic Church but is not in fact the Catholic Church, which can never be spotted by the least trace of error or change, as dogmatic councils and pope after pope made clear prior to the death of our last true pope, Pope Pius XII. Here are just a few reminders of the consistent, perennial and immutable teaching of the Catholic Church on this very central point concerning the nature of her Divine Constitution:

Would that they [the Modernists[ had but displayed less zeal and energy in propagating it! But such is their activity and such their unwearying labor on behalf of their cause, that one cannot but be pained to see them waste such energy in endeavoring to ruin the Church when they might have been of such service to her had their efforts been better directed. Their artifices to delude men's minds are of two kinds, the first to remove obstacles from their path, the second to devise and apply actively and patiently every resource that can serve their purpose. They recognize that the three chief difficulties which stand in their way are the scholastic method of philosophy, the authority and tradition of the Fathers, and the magisterium of the Church, and on these they wage unrelenting war. Against scholastic philosophy and theology they use the weapons of ridicule and contempt. Whether it is ignorance or fear, or both, that inspires this conduct in them, certain it is that the passion for novelty is always united in them with hatred of scholasticism, and there is no surer sign that a man is tending to Modernism than when he begins to show his dislike for the scholastic method. Let the Modernists and their admirers remember the proposition condemned by Pius IX: "The method and principles which have served the ancient doctors of scholasticism when treating of theology no longer correspond with the exigencies of our time or the progress of science." They exercise all their ingenuity in an effort to weaken the force and falsify the character of tradition, so as to rob it of all its weight and authority. But for Catholics nothing will remove the authority of the second Council of Nicea, where it condemns those "who dare, after the impious fashion of heretics, to deride the ecclesiastical traditions, to invent novelties of some kind...or endeavor by malice or craft to overthrow any one of the legitimate traditions of the Catholic Church"; nor that of the declaration of the fourth Council of Constantinople: "We therefore profess to preserve and guard the rules bequeathed to the Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church, by the Holy and most illustrious Apostles, by the orthodox Councils, both general and local, and by everyone of those divine interpreters, the Fathers and Doctors of the Church." Wherefore the Roman Pontiffs, Pius IV and Pius IX, ordered the insertion in the profession of faith of the following declaration: "I most firmly admit and embrace the apostolic and ecclesiastical traditions and other observances and constitutions of the Church.''  (Pope Saint Pius X, Pascendi Dominici Gregis, September 8, 1907.)

“So the fathers of the Fourth Council of Constantinople, following closely in the footsteps of their predecessors, made this solemn profession: ‘The first condition of salvation is to keep the norm of the true Faith. For it is impossible that the words of our Lord Jesus Christ Who said, “Thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my Church” (Matt. 16:18), should not be verified. And their truth has been proved by the course of history, for in the Apostolic See the Catholic religion has always been kept unsullied, and its teaching kept holy.’ ...for they fully realized that this See of St. Peter always remains untainted by any error, according to the divine promise of our Lord and Savior made to the prince of his disciples, ‘I have prayed for thee, that thy faith may not fail; and do thou, when once thou has turned again, strengthen thy brethren’ (Luke 22:32).” (On the infallible teaching authority of the Roman pontiff, a decree of the Vatican Council, 1870; a fuller rendition of the quotation cited by Pope Saint Pius X in Pascendi Dominici Gregis.)

As for the rest, We greatly deplore the fact that, where the ravings of human reason extend, there is somebody who studies new things and strives to know more than is necessary, against the advice of the apostle. There you will find someone who is overconfident in seeking the truth outside the Catholic Church, in which it can be found without even a light tarnish of error. Therefore, the Church is called, and is indeed, a pillar and foundation of truth. You correctly understand, venerable brothers, that We speak here also of that erroneous philosophical system which was recently brought in and is clearly to be condemned. This system, which comes from the contemptible and unrestrained desire for innovation, does not seek truth where it stands in the received and holy apostolic inheritance. Rather, other empty doctrines, futile and uncertain doctrines not approved by the Church, are adopted. Only the most conceited men wrongly think that these teachings can sustain and support that truth. (Pope Gregory XVI, Singulari Nos, June 25, 1834.)

Those, who are unhappily infected with these errors, hold that dogmatic truth is not absolute but relative, that is, it agrees with the varying necessities of time and place and with the varying tendencies of the mind, since it is not contained in immutable revelation, but is capable of being accommodated to human life. Besides this, in connection with things which must be believed, it is nowise licit to use that distinction which some have seen fit to introduce between those articles of faith which are fundamental and those which are not fundamental, as they say, as if the former are to be accepted by all, while the latter may be left to the free assent of the faithful: for the supernatural virtue of faith has a formal cause, namely the authority of God revealing, and this is patient of no such distinction. For this reason it is that all who are truly Christ's believe, for example, the Conception of the Mother of God without stain of original sin with the same faith as they believe the mystery of the August Trinity, and the Incarnation of our Lord just as they do the infallible teaching authority of the Roman Pontiff, according to the sense in which it was defined by the Ecumenical Council of the Vatican. Are these truths not equally certain, or not equally to be believed, because the Church has solemnly sanctioned and defined them, some in one age and some in another, even in those times immediately before our own? Has not God revealed them all? For the teaching authority of the Church, which in the divine wisdom was constituted on earth in order that revealed doctrines might remain intact for ever, and that they might be brought with ease and security to the knowledge of men, and which is daily exercised through the Roman Pontiff and the Bishops who are in communion with him, has also the office of defining, when it sees fit, any truth with solemn rites and decrees, whenever this is necessary either to oppose the errors or the attacks of heretics, or more clearly and in greater detail to stamp the minds of the faithful with the articles of sacred doctrine which have been explained. But in the use of this extraordinary teaching authority no newly invented matter is brought in, nor is anything new added to the number of those truths which are at least implicitly contained in the deposit of Revelation, divinely handed down to the Church: only those which are made clear which perhaps may still seem obscure to some, or that which some have previously called into question is declared to be of faith. (Pope Pius XI, Mortalium Animos, January 6, 1928.)

Most baptized Catholics today do not understand that what they think is the Catholic Church is but her counterfeit ape that has been responsible for one apostasy and sacrilege and blasphemy after another. They do not understand that their "popes" have expelled from themselves from the Catholic Church by virtue of holding privately and articulating most publicly beliefs contrary to the Catholic Faith long before their "elevation" as putative "pontiffs." Most baptized Catholics do not understand this because they have become accustomed to the novelties and innovations and apostasies and blasphemies and sacrileges that have been perpetrated by the conciliar officials in the name of the Catholic Church without realizing that those aberrations have been condemned by the Catholic Church and that to embrace any one of them causes a person to fall from the Catholic Faith in Its entirety, as Pope Leo XIII made clear in Satis Cognitum, June 29, 1896:

The Church, founded on these principles and mindful of her office, has done nothing with greater zeal and endeavour than she has displayed in guarding the integrity of the faith. Hence she regarded as rebels and expelled from the ranks of her children all who held beliefs on any point of doctrine different from her own. The Arians, the Montanists, the Novatians, the Quartodecimans, the Eutychians, did not certainly reject all Catholic doctrine: they abandoned only a certain portion of it. Still who does not know that they were declared heretics and banished from the bosom of the Church? In like manner were condemned all authors of heretical tenets who followed them in subsequent ages. "There can be nothing more dangerous than those heretics who admit nearly the whole cycle of doctrine, and yet by one word, as with a drop of poison, infect the real and simple faith taught by our Lord and handed down by Apostolic tradition" (Auctor Tract. de Fide Orthodoxa contra Arianos).

The practice of the Church has always been the same, as is shown by the unanimous teaching of the Fathers, who were wont to hold as outside Catholic communion, and alien to the Church, whoever would recede in the least degree from any point of doctrine proposed by her authoritative Magisterium. Epiphanius, Augustine, Theodore :, drew up a long list of the heresies of their times. St. Augustine notes that other heresies may spring up, to a single one of which, should any one give his assent, he is by the very fact cut off from Catholic unity. "No one who merely disbelieves in all (these heresies) can for that reason regard himself as a Catholic or call himself one. For there may be or may arise some other heresies, which are not set out in this work of ours, and, if any one holds to one single one of these he is not a Catholic" (S. Augustinus, De Haeresibus, n. 88).

The need of this divinely instituted means for the preservation of unity, about which we speak is urged by St. Paul in his epistle to the Ephesians. In this he first admonishes them to preserve with every care concord of minds: "Solicitous to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace" (Eph. iv., 3, et seq.). And as souls cannot be perfectly united in charity unless minds agree in faith, he wishes all to hold the same faith: "One Lord, one faith," and this so perfectly one as to prevent all danger of error: "that henceforth we be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine by the wickedness of men, by cunning craftiness, by which they lie in wait to deceive" (Eph. iv., 14): and this he teaches is to be observed, not for a time only - "but until we all meet in the unity of faith...unto the measure of the age of the fullness of Christ" (13). But, in what has Christ placed the primary principle, and the means of preserving this unity? In that - "He gave some Apostles - and other some pastors and doctors, for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ" (11-12).

God cannot contradict Himself. As has been noted in numerous articles on this site recently (see the list of 2007 articles provided in Atop the Kremlin Wall), especially in Story Time in Econe, Mocking Our Lord on the Day of His Incarnation, Pots and Kettles, Embracing The Faith No Matter the Consequences, Piracy, Conciliar Style, They Like It!, Barabbas Wins Again, Bookended From Birth to Birth, and Silence), conciliarism, both in its spirit and its praxis, contradicts the Catholic Church in endless numbers of ways. This evidence is clear and it is denied only by those who use the Modernist method of conditioning dogmatic statements in the past on the historical circumstances in which they were made, making a mockery of the work of God the Holy Ghost in guiding the Church infallibly by inspiring the Fathers of the Church's authentic dogmatic councils and our true popes to issue statements in the precise language that they did so that they "that revealed doctrines might remain intact for ever, and that they might be brought with ease and security to the knowledge of men" so that, as The Oath Against Modernism teaches us, "the absolute and immutable truth preached by the apostles from the beginning may never be believed to be different, may never be understood in any other way."

The "tent" under which is pitched the One World Ecumenical Church of conciliarism is very big. It includes, of course, those who subscribe to the officially approved apostasies of conciliarism (the new ecclesiology, which was critiqued by Bishop Donald Sanborn in The New Ecclesiology: An Overview, the Modernist notion of dogmatic truth and false ecumenism and "inter-religious" prayer services and the esteeming of the symbols of false religions and religious liberty and separation of Church and State, each of which is contrasted with the dogmatic teaching of the Catholic Church in Ratzinger's War Against Catholicism). Under the "big tent" of conciliarism, however, one can also find all manner of apostates who go beyond the approved apostasies of this Modernist religion to deny articles of the Catholic Faith that have not been, at least not in a de jure sense, abandoned in its official texts.

One can remain in "good standing" in this "big tent" of conciliarism even though he denies that Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ is in a validly consecrated Host (see this most important article about Maurice Zundel: The Eucharistic heresy of Paul VI's friend, a link found at The Novus Ordo Files News Archive and Analysis - Novus Ordo Watch).

One can remain in "good standing" in this "big tent of concilairism even if he denies that Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ died in atonement for ours ins (see Silence and Zollitsch heresy championed earlier by Rahner, yet another link found at The Novus Ordo Files News Archive and Analysis - Novus Ordo Watch.)

One can remain in "good standing" in this "big tent" of conciliarism even if he claims that the execution of Jews in World War II was the "greatest crime in history" (see No Crime Is Worse Than Deicide).

One can remain in "good standing" in this "big tent" of conciliarism even if he promotes as a public office-holder various sins (including abortion, both by chemical and surgical means, the sin of Sodom, usury) that cry out to Heaven for vengeance (see Cushing's Children and Honors Aplenty for Devils Galore; also review the list of such articles provided in Penance Is Better Than Ever in 2009).

One can remain in "good standing" in this "big tent" of conciliarism if he denies Our Lord's miracles, including His Bodily Resurrection from the dead, and if he denies the inerrancy of Sacred Scripture and if they promote a variety of other heresies and errors, as I pointed out in Voices From Hell:

Many of these official "representatives" of the counterfeit church of conciliarism have denied the Perpetual Virginity of Our Lady and have denied that she was Assumed body and soul into Heaven.

Many of these official "representatives" of the counterfeit church of conciliarism, aping the example set by this sect's false "pontiffs," have participated quite openly in syncretist liturgies and have blasphemed God by participating in inter-religious "prayer" services, some of which involve the outright incorporation of pagan practices into what has purported to be "Catholic" liturgies.

Many of these official "representatives" of the counterfeit church of conciliarism have endorsed contraception and abortion and perverse acts in violation of the binding precepts of the Sixth and Ninth Commandments.

Many of these official "representatives" of the counterfeit church of conciliarism have worked closely with openly pro-abortion organizations (in the name of "social justice," of course), using a variety of "shell games" to funnel money from "Catholic" Charities and the "Catholic" Campaign for Human Development to fund these organizations that are committed to the pursuit of one abject evil after another.

Many of these official "representatives" of the counterfeit church of conciliarism have endorsed the theological and ontological impossibility of "women's ordination."

Many of these official "representatives" of the counterfeit church of conciliarism have opposed quite openly the Catholic Church's teaching concerning the admissibility of the imposition of the death penalty for capital crimes following the fulfillment of all of the requirements of due process of law.

Many of these official "representatives" of the counterfeit church of conciliarism have encouraged citizens of foreign nations to enter the United States of American illegally.

Many of these official "representatives" of the counterfeit church of conciliarism have supervised the integration of formerly Catholic hospitals with secular "health-care systems," looking the other way as babies have been killed by means of surgical abortions and as women have undergone elective sterilizations.

Many of these official "representatives" of the counterfeit church of conciliarism have convinced young Catholics attached to their false structures that it does not make any difference what they believe as each "religion" represents a "path" to God.

Many of these official "representatives" of the counterfeit church of conciliarism have promoted the false, naturalistic ideologies of socialism, communism, feminism, environmentalism and, among so many others, evolutionism.

Many of these official "representatives" of the counterfeit church of conciliarism have promoted indecency of dress and speech. Some have promoted motion pictures that promote various sins, oblivious to the simple fact that sin is what caused Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ to suffer unspeakable horrors in His Sacred Humanity and caused His Blessed Mother's Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart to be pierced through and through with Seven Swords of Sorrow.

Many of these official "representatives" of the counterfeit church of conciliarism have denied the existence of Purgatory and Hell, endorsing quite openly the heresy of "universal salvation."

Many of these official "representatives" of the counterfeit church of conciliarism have denied--openly and shamelessly--the doctrine of Transubstantiation and the sacerdotal nature of the Mass and the unique nature of the Catholic priesthood, which is different both in degree and in kind from the common priesthood of the faithful that each Catholic has by virtue of his Baptism.

Many of these official "representatives" of the counterfeit church of conciliarism have disparaged devotion to the Mother of God, being especially contemptuous of her Most Holy Rosary, and to the saints, relishing with delight in the destruction of their statues and images in formerly Catholic churches now under their insidious control.

Many of these official "representatives" of the counterfeit church of conciliarism have, aping this sect's false "pontiffs," reaffirmed Talmudic Judaism, a completely false religion that is loathsome in the sight of God, as a perfectly "valid" means of salvation, discouraging Catholics from seeking the conversion of Jews to the true Faith:

According to Roman Catholic teaching, both the Church and the Jewish people abide in covenant with God. We both therefore have missions before God to undertake in the world. The Church believes that the mission of the Jewish people is not restricted to their historical role as the people of whom Jesus was born "according to the flesh" (Rom 9:5) and from whom the Church’s apostles came. As Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger recently wrote, "God’s providence … has obviously given Israel a particular mission in this ‘time of the Gentiles.’" However, only the Jewish people themselves can articulate their mission "in the light of their own religious experience."

Nonetheless, the Church does perceive that the Jewish people’s mission ad gentes (to the nations) continues. This is a mission that the Church also pursues in her own way according to her understanding of covenant. The command of the Resurrected Jesus in Matthew 28:19 to make disciples "of all nations" (Greek = ethnē, the cognate of the Hebrew = goyim; i.e., the nations other than Israel) means that the Church must bear witness in the world to the Good News of Christ so as to prepare the world for the fullness of the kingdom of God. However, this evangelizing task no longer includes the wish to absorb the Jewish faith into Christianity and so end the distinctive witness of Jews to God in human history.

Thus, while the Catholic Church regards the saving act of Christ as central to the process of human salvation for all, it also acknowledges that Jews already dwell in a saving covenant with God. The Catholic Church must always evangelize and will always witness to its faith in the presence of God’s kingdom in Jesus Christ to Jews and to all other people. In so doing, the Catholic Church respects fully the principles of religious freedom and freedom of conscience, so that sincere individual converts from any tradition or people, including the Jewish people, will be welcomed and accepted.

However, it now recognizes that Jews are also called by God to prepare the world for God’s kingdom. Their witness to the kingdom, which did not originate with the Church’s experience of Christ crucified and raised, must not be curtailed by seeking the conversion of the Jewish people to Christianity. The distinctive Jewish witness must be sustained if Catholics and Jews are truly to be, as Pope John Paul II has envisioned, "a blessing to one another." This is in accord with the divine promise expressed in the New Testament that Jews are called to "serve God without fear, in holiness and righteousness before God all [their] days" (Luke 1:74-75). (Joint Reflections on Covenant and Mission.)

(This is rank apostasy.)

Some of the conciliar "bishops" have nominated pro-abortion Talmudic "rabbis" for "papal" knighthoods and medals.

Some of the conciliar "bishops" have been feted by Masonic organizations such as B'Nai Brith.

One of these conciliar "bishops," the late John "Cardinal" O'Connor, the conciliar "archbishop" of New York from March 19, 1984, to May 3, 2000, said on national television that God "was smiling" on a Catholic man's "conversion" to Talmudic Judaism.

One of these conciliar bishops, the late Joseph "Cardinal" Bernardin, dared to blaspheme Saint John the Evangelist by claiming in an address at Hebrew University in Jerusalem on March 23, 1995, just about twenty months before his death, that his Gospel and Epistles, composed under the direct inspiration of the Third Person of the Most Blessed Trinity, God the Holy Ghost, are the sources of modern "anti-Semitism:

In the interim, as we await a scholarly resolution of the question of antisemitism in the New Testament, I would strongly urge that the Church adopt a pastoral approach. Father Raymond Brown, a renowned Catholic scholar on the Gospel of St. John, has suggested that the basis of a pastoral approach, at least with with respect to the Fourth Gospel, which is generally considered among the most problematic of all New Testament books in its outlook towards Jews and Judaism. In commenting on John's use of the term, "the Jews," Brown expresses his conviction that, by deliberately using this generic term (where other gospel writers refer to the Jewish authorities or the various Sacred Temple Jewish parties), John meant to extend to the synagogue of his own day blame that an earlier tradition had attributed to the Jewish authorities. Although John was not the first to engage in such extension, he is the most insistent New Testament author in this regard. Brown attributes this process in John to the persecution that Christians were experiencing during that time at the hands of the synagogue authorities. Jews who professed Jesus to be the Messiah had been officially expelled from Judaism, thus making them vulnerable to Roman investigation and punishment. Jews were tolerated by Rome, but who were these Christians whom the Jews disclaimed?

Father Brown maintains that this This is a key pastoral point. Christians today must come to see that such teaching, which an acknowledged part of their biblical heritage, can no longer be regarded as definitive teaching in light of our improved understanding of developments in the relationship between early Christianity and the Jewish community of the time. As Brown says in his book, The Community of the Beloved Disciple, "It would be incredible for a twentieth-century Christian to share or justify the Johannine contention that 'the Jews' are the children of the Devil, an affirmation which is placed on the lips of Jesus (John 8: 44)."

Negative passages such as these must be re-evaluated in light of the Second Vatican Council's strong affirmation in its Declaration on the Relation of the Church to Non-Christian Relations (Nostra Aetate) that Jews remain a covenanted people, revered by God. The teaching of recent Popes has also emphasized this. Pope John Paul II, in particular, has often highlighted the intimate bond that exists between Jews and Christians who are united in one ongoing covenant. ("Antisemitism: The Historical Legacy and the Continuing Challenge for Christians".)

Each of the conciliar "bishops" without exception undermines the innocence and the purity of the young by means of permitting and promoting explicit classroom instruction in matters pertaining to the Sixth and Ninth Commandments.

Large numbers of the conciliar "bishops" have participated in the systematic protection of their perverted brethren in the conciliar "hierarchy" and the conciliar "priesthood," participating in many instances in the systematic intimidation of those who dared to bring the perverted behavior to their attention in the first place. That Roger "Cardinal" Mahony, the conciliar "archbishop" of Los Angeles, is under investigation by a Federal grand jury at the present time for his own role in this protection of "priest"-perverts is one of the few pieces of bright "news" recently. (One wonders if Mahony will be made the "archpriest" of the Basilica of Saint Paul Outside-the-Walls to provide a "bookend," of sorts, to the protection given by the late Karl Wojtyla/John Paul II to Bernard "Cardinal" Law following the latter's being discovered as knowingly protecting "priest"-perverts and seeking to cover-up their crimes.)

To be in "full communion" with the counterfeit church of conciliarism is to be in "full communion" with its "popes" who violate the First Commandment repeatedly and grievously by esteeming the symbols of false religions and treating the "ministers" and "clerics" of false religions, each of which is hated by God, as legitimate representatives of "religion," and by walking into places of false worship that belong, of course to the devil, thereby violating the Canon Law of the Catholic Church that has its roots in the unbroken tradition of the Apostles themselves (see The Laws of God Forbidding All Communication in Religion With Those of a False Religion).

To be in "full communion" with the counterfeit church of conciliarism is to be in "full communion" with its "popes" and "bishops" who refuse to seek with urgency the unconditional conversion of non-Catholics to the true Church is to make a mockery of these stirring words of the saint whose feast we celebrated four days ago, Saint Fidelis of Sigmaringen, who said the following when he was told that he could save his life by denying the Catholic Faith, the unchanged and unchangeable Catholic Faith that has been handed down to us from the Apostles, who received It from Our Lord Himself:

"I came to extirpate heresy, not to embrace it."

To be in "full communion" with the counterfeit church of conciliarism is to "worship" according to the Protestant and Masonic Novus Ordo service in "churches" such as one below that is featured on the home page of the Conciliar Diocese of Lafayette, Louisiana:

This image shows the "stage" for the services held at Saint Joseph Church in Milton, Louisiana. Apart from the presence of a Crucifix, this stage, which has a "table" in the place of an altar, is the living, breathing embodiment of the admonition given by Pope Pius XII in Mediator Dei, November 20, 1947, that condemned the spirit of the liturgical revolutionaries that would give Catholics attached to the counterfeit church of conciliarism the abominable Novus Ordo service forty years ago this year:

Assuredly it is a wise and most laudable thing to return in spirit and affection to the sources of the sacred liturgy. For research in this field of study, by tracing it back to its origins, contributes valuable assistance towards a more thorough and careful investigation of the significance of feast-days, and of the meaning of the texts and sacred ceremonies employed on their occasion. But it is neither wise nor laudable to reduce everything to antiquity by every possible device. Thus, to cite some instances, one would be straying from the straight path were he to wish the altar restored to its primitive tableform; were he to want black excluded as a color for the liturgical vestments; were he to forbid the use of sacred images and statues in Churches; were he to order the crucifix so designed that the divine Redeemer's body shows no trace of His cruel sufferings; and lastly were he to disdain and reject polyphonic music or singing in parts, even where it conforms to regulations issued by the Holy See.

Yes, those who go to Saint Joseph's Church in Milton can have their "stage" with their Empty Tabernacle that is the result of men "consecrated" according to the conciliar rite of "consecration that is almost identical to rite used in the Anglican sect that was condemned infallibly by Pope Leo XIII in Apostolicae Cuarae, September 18, 1896. They can be in "full communion" with Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI without worrying for one second about how he offends God grievously by violating the First Commandment regularly and as God is offended on a daily basis in the context of the hideous Novus Ordo service performed on the stage in their conciliar church building. After all, They Like It!

Catholics within the boundaries of the Diocese of Lafayette in Louisiana that is now in conciliar captivity who desire to be in communion with the Catholic Church, she who cannot change and who can never give us "clown Masses" and "folk Masses" and "rock Masses" and false ecumenism and the new ecclesiology and esteem the symbols or the "values" of false religions, must be attacked by conciliar "bishop" of Lafayette, Michael Jarrell, who issued the following "notification" about the "confusion" caused by Christ the King Church in Lafayette, Louisiana, which is served by Father Francis Miller, O.F.M., and Our Lady of the Rosary Chapel in Shuteston, Louisiana, which is served by His Excellency Bishop Daniel L. Dolan and the priests associated with himself and His Excellency Bishop Donald Sanborn (a third church, Saint Philomena Chapel, listed in the notification is served by priests who do not inform the faithful of their position concerning the illegitimacy of Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI's claim to the papacy, the sort of Opinionism critiqued so well by Bishop Sanborn):

In recent months, some confusion has arisen concerning the status of Christ the King Church located at 510 Northwest Evangeline Thruway in Lafayette. It is my duty to inform all Catholics that Christ the King Church is not in communion with the Catholic Church. It possesses no canonical status in the Church, and therefore its priests do no exercise legitimate ministries in the Church. Catholics who wish to remain in communion with the Church are not to participate in services at Christ the King Church except in those rare circumstances provided for in Church law. One’s pastor should be consulted. The separation among Christians is a sad, but real condition in our world. Let us all pray and work appropriately in a true spirit of ecumenism for a day when all followers of Jesus will be fully united in faith and practice.

The same judgments and the same directives apply to Our Lady of the Rosary Chapel in Shuteston (near Lewisburg) and Saint Philomena Chapel in Morse. (Click here for the link to this 'notification' found in a parish bulletin of a parish in conciliar captivity in the Diocese of Lafayette .)

No, it is the "popes" and the "bishops" and the "priests" of the counterfeit church of conciliarism who are not in communion with the Catholic Church as they subscribe to each of the apostasies and blasphemies and errors and outrages wrought by the "Second" Vatican Council and its aftermath.

As noted before, the "popes" and the "bishops" and the "priests" of the counterfeit church of conciliarism believe in the new ecclesiology that has been condemned repeatedly by the authority of the Catholic Church (see The New Ecclesiology: Documentation).

The "popes" and the "bishops" and the "priests" of the counterfeit church of conciliarism believe in the false ecumenism of conciliarism that includes Joseph Ratzinger's rejection of the "ecumenism of the return" that is in direct contradiction to the constant teaching of the Catholic Church, reiterated so clearly and forcefully by Pope Pius IX, Iam Vos Omnes, September 13, 1868, Pope Leo XIII, Praeclara Gratulationis Publicae, June 20, 1894, and Pope Pius XI, Mortalium Animos, January 6, 1928

The "popes" and mandy of the "bishops" and the "priests" of the counterfeit church of conciliarism have either given "blessings" with or been "blessed" by the "ministers" of non-Catholic religions (for just one such example, see Argentine Cardinal kneels to receive Protestant 'blessing'; other photographs indicative of a revolution against the Catholic Faith may be viewed at Church Revolution in Pictures, which contains some photographs that should not be seen by the young, a telling commentary on the shameless nature of the false religion of conciliarism).

The "popes" and the "bishops" and the "priests" of the counterfeit church of conciliarism believe in a concept of religious liberty that was condemned by Pope Pius VI, Brief Quod aliquantum, March 10, 1791, and by Pope Pius VII in Post Tam Diuturnas, April 29, 1814, Pope Gregory XVI in Mirari Vos, August 15, 1832, Pope Pius IX in Quanta Cura, December 8, 1864, and, among others, Pope Leo XIII in Immortale Dei, November 1, 1885, and Libertas, June 20, 1888.

The "popes" and the "bishops" and the "priests" of the counterfeit church of conciliarism participate in "liturgies" that are abominable in the sight of God and that have done grave damage to souls by accustoming them to profanation in the context of what purports to be the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and by denying them Sanctifying Grace.

We have been privileged to assist at Holy Mass at Christ the King Church on over seventy occasions in the past few years. The Catholics who assist at Holy Mass at Christ the King Church are very blessed to have a true son of Saint Francis, Father Francis Miller, O.F.M., as their pastor. He is single-minded in trying to help his people to reject the world and its false allurements, a mission that was close to one of the saints we commemorate today, Saint Louis de Montfort (see A Convergence of Dark Forces), so that they can scale the heights of personal sanctity as the totally consecrated slaves of Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary.

Blessed with a clear understanding of the "operation of error" represented by conciliarism, Father Francis Miller, O.F.M., takes to heart these words that Saint Athanasius wrote to his flock during the midst of the Arian heresy:

"May God console you! ... What saddens you ... is the fact that others have occupied the churches by violence, while during this time you are on the outside. It is a fact that they have the premises – but you have the Apostolic Faith. They can occupy our churches, but they are outside the true Faith. You remain outside the places of worship, but the Faith dwells within you. Let us consider: what is more important, the place or the Faith? The true Faith, obviously. Who has lost and who has won in the struggle – the one who keeps the premises or the one who keeps the Faith? True, the premises are good when the Apostolic Faith is preached there; they are holy if everything takes place there in a holy way.

"You are the ones who are happy; you who remain within the Church by your Faith, who hold firmly to the foundations of the Faith which has come down to you from Apostolic Tradition. And if an execrable jealousy has tried to shake it on a number of occasions, it has not succeeded. They are the ones who have broken away from it in the present crisis. No one, ever, will prevail against your Faith, beloved Brothers. And we believe that God will give us our churches back some day.

"Thus, the more violently they try to occupy the places of worship, the more they separate themselves from the Church. They claim that they represent the Church; but in reality, they are the ones who are expelling themselves from it and going astray. Even if Catholics faithful to Tradition are reduced to a handful, they are the ones who are the true Church of Jesus Christ." (Letter of St. Athanasius)

What applies to Father Francis Miller, O.F.M., and the truly wonderful people of Christ the King Church in Lafayette, Louisiana, applies as well to the work being done at Our Lady of the Rosary Chapel, where the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass according to the Roman Rite of the Catholic Church is offered twice a month. His Excellency Bishop Dolan and the priests who serve the remnant faithful at Our Lady of the Rosary Chapel, which was started by Father Francis Fenton of the Orthodox Roman Catholic Movement in 1976, provide the same good care there as is provided at Saint Gertrude the Great Church in West Chester, Ohio, and Saint Clare's Church in Columbus, Ohio, and Saint Hugh of Lincoln Church in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church in Fraser, Michigan, and Queen of All Saints Church in Brooksville, Florida. There has even been a happy cooperation between Our Lady of the Rosary Chapel and Christ the King Church for nearly two years now.

Catholics in the Lafayette, Louisiana, area, therefore, have been given two oases of the Faith where they can be assured that no concessions whatsoever are made to the counterfeit church of conciliarism or to the nonexistent legitimacy of its false "shepherds."

To refuse to be in communion with apostasy is a duty of the Catholic Faith, as Father Frederick Faber made clear in The Dolors of Mary/The Foot of the Cross:

The love of God brings many new instincts into the heart. Heavenly and noble as they are, they bear no resemblance to what men would call the finer and more heroic developments of character. A spiritual discernment is necessary to their right appreciation. They are so unlike the growth of earth, that they must expect to meet on earth with only suspicion, misunderstanding, and dislike. It is not easy to defend them from a controversial point of view; for our controversy is obliged to begin by begging the question, or else it would be unable so much as to state its case. The axioms of the world pass current in the world, the axioms of the gospel do not. Hence the world has its own way. It talks us down. It tries us before tribunals where our condemnation is secured beforehand. It appeals to principles which are fundamental with most men but are heresies with us. Hence its audience takes part with it against us. We are foreigners, and must pay the penalty of being so. If we are misunderstood, we had no right to reckon on any thing else, being as we are, out of our own country. We are made to be laughed at. We shall be understood in heaven. Woe to those easy-going Christians whom the world can understand, and will tolerate because it sees they have a mind to compromise!

The love of souls is one of these instincts which the love of Jesus brings into our hearts. To the world it is proselytism, there mere wish to add to a faction, one of the selfish developments of party spirit. One while the stain of lax morality is affixed to it, another while the reproach of pharisaic strictness! For what the world seems to suspect least of all in religion is consistency. But the love of souls, however apostolic, is always subordinate to love of Jesus. We love souls because of Jesus, not Jesus because of souls. Thus there are times and places when we pass from the instinct of divine love to another, from the love of souls to the hatred of heresy. This last is particularly offensive to the world. So especially opposed is it to the spirit of the world, that, even in good, believing hearts, every remnant of worldliness rises in arms against this hatred of heresy, embittering the very gentlest of characters and spoiling many a glorious work of grace. Many a convert, in whose soul God would have done grand things, goes to his grave a spiritual failure, because he would not hate heresy. The heart which feels the slightest suspicion against the hatred of heresy is not yet converted. God is far from reigning over it yet with an undivided sovereignty. The paths of higher sanctity are absolutely barred against it. In the judgment of the world, and of worldly Christians, this hatred of heresy is exaggerated, bitter, contrary to moderation, indiscreet, unreasonable, aiming at too much, bigoted, intolerant, narrow, stupid, and immoral. What can we say to defend it? Nothing which they can understand. We had, therefore, better hold our peace. If we understand God, and He understands us, it is not so very hard to go through life suspected, misunderstood and unpopular. The mild self-opinionatedness of the gentle, undiscerning good will also take the world's view and condemn us; for there is a meek-loving positiveness about timid goodness which is far from God, and the instincts of whose charity is more toward those who are less for God, while its timidity is searing enough for harsh judgment. There are conversions where three-quarters of the heart stop outside the Church and only a quarter enters, and heresy can only be hated by an undivided heart. But if it is hard, it has to be borne. A man can hardly have the full use of his senses who is bent on proving to the world, God's enemy, that a thorough-going Catholic hatred of heresy is a right frame of man. We might as well force a blind man to judge a question of color. Divine love inspheres in us a different circle of life, motive, and principle, which is not only not that of the world, but in direct enmity with it. From a worldly point of view, the craters in the moon are more explicable things than we Christians with our supernatural instincts. From the hatred of heresy we get to another of these instincts, the horror of sacrilege. The distress caused by profane words seems to the world but an exaggerated sentimentality. The penitential spirit of reparation which pervades the whole Church is, on its view, either a superstition or an unreality. The perfect misery which an unhallowed  touch of the Blessed Sacrament causes to the servants of God provokes either the world's anger or its derision. Men consider it either altogether absurd in itself, or at any rate out of all proportion; and, if otherwise they have proofs of our common sense, they are inclined to put down our unhappiness to sheer hypocrisy. The very fact that they do not believe as we believe removes us still further beyond the reach even of their charitable comprehension. If they do not believe in the very existence our sacred things, how they shall they judge the excesses of a soul to which these sacred things are far dearer than itself? (Father Frederick Faber, The Foot of the Cross, published originally in England in 1857 under the title of The Dolors of Mary, republished by TAN Books and Publishers, pp. 291-295.)

We are one day away from the Solemnity of Saint Joseph in Paschaltide. We need to intensify our devotions to Our Lady's Most Chaste Spouse, Saint Joseph, who is the Patron of the Universal Church and the Protector of the faithful, that his prayers will help us to be steadfast in our clinging to true bishop and true priests in the catacombs during this time of apostasy and betrayal we suffer through the Mystical Passion, Death and Burial of His foster-Son, Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, with the spirit of perfect resignation as characterized the founder of the Congregation of the Passion, Saint Paul of the Cross, and Saint Louis Grignion de Montfort, who saw many of his plans, including his magnificent Calvary scene, come to nothing in this life so that they could bear fruit in eternity. Saint Joseph, who did God's Holy Will with promptness, will help us to be as patient in the carrying the crosses that we must bear in this era of apostasy and betrayal as was he and as were Saints Paul of the Cross and Louis de Montfort.

The final victory belongs to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Our daily praying of as many Rosaries each day as our states-in-life permit will help to plant a few seeds for this great victory as we endeavor to make reparation to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus through that same Immaculate Heart for our sins and those of the whole world, keeping in mind once again these words of Pope Pius XI, contained in Quas Primas, December 11, 1925:

We may well admire in this the admirable wisdom of the Providence of God, who, ever bringing good out of evil, has from time to time suffered the faith and piety of men to grow weak, and allowed Catholic truth to be attacked by false doctrines, but always with the result that truth has afterwards shone out with greater splendor, and that men's faith, aroused from its lethargy, has shown itself more vigorous than before.

Although we pray most fervently for Catholics still attached to the structures of the counterfeit church of conciliarism and recognize the simple truth that most of us who, solely by means of the graces of Our Lady and through no merits of our own, cling to the Catholic Church are not better than--and probably, at least in my case, far worse than--they, we must nevertheless be about the serious business of refusing communion with apostasy no matter how many names we are called and no matter how many phony "notifications" are published by men who are no more "bishops" of the Catholic Church than Billy Graham, the Fuller Brush Man himself.

Immaculate Heart of Mary, triumph soon.
