On the Feast of the Queenship of the Blessed Virgin Mary (2019)

This is a revised reflection in honor of the of the Queenship of the Blessed Virgin Mary, which was instituted by Pope Pius XII in 1954. This feast is annually on May 31 at the conclusion of the month of May, which is the month of Our Lady.

Every person on the face of this earth is called to honor Mary our Immaculate Queen. Every nation on this earth is called to give public honor to the Queen of Heaven and of Earth, Our Lady, she who made possible our very salvation by her perfect Fiat to the Holy Will of God the Father at the Annunciation. It is fitting that we end her month, the month of May, with this great feast as we hope end our lives with the help of her prayers so that we can enjoy an unending Easter Sunday of glory in Paradise as we give all adoration and worship to the Most Blessed Trinity and give her our due love, honor and gratitude.

(My commentary on Robert Mueller, a ghoul of a Deep State swamp creature, will be posted no later than Monday, June 3, 2019. Thank you.)

Our Lady, Queen of Heaven and of Earth, pray for us.

Saint Petronilla, pray for us.

Christ the King Takes His Throne in Heaven

Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ's forty days' of teaching the Apostles after his glorious Resurrection from the dead on Easter Sunday culminated this very day, Ascension Thursday, as He instructed the Eleven as follows before going up into Heaven from Mount Olivet at whose foot He had suffered His Agony in the Garden six weeks before as Saints Peter, James and John slumbered:

"And the eleven disciples went into Galilee, unto the mountain where Jesus had appointed them. And seeing him they adored: but some doubted. And Jesus coming, spoke to them, saying: All power is given to me in heaven and in earth. Going therefore, teach ye all nations; baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and behold I am with you all days, even to the consummation of the world." (Matthew 28: 16-20.)

'There is no "expiration" date on this command. Indeed, the commentary in the Bishop Richard Challoner version of the Douay-Rheims Bible explains that the command is in force until Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ comes in glory on the Last Day to judge the living and the dead and that His Church could never go astray, meaning, of course, that it is impossible for the Catholic Church to give any impression at all that God is pleased with false religions such as Mohammedanism and Talmudic Judaism, which is what the conciliar "popes" have done consistently in the past fifty-nine years, having reached the point of complete absurdity now under Jorge Mario Bergoglio:

18 "All power"... See here the warrant and commission of the apostles and their successors, the bishops and pastors of Christ's church. He received from his Father all power in heaven and in earth: and in virtue of this power, he sends them (even as his Father sent him, St. John 20. 21) to teach and disciple, not one, but all nations; and instruct them in all truths: and that he may assist them effectually in the execution of this commission, he promises to be with them, not for three or four hundred years only, but all days, even to the consummation of the world. How then could the Catholic Church ever go astray; having always with her pastors, as is here promised, Christ himself, who is the way, the truth, and the life. St. John 14."

The Catholic Church can never go astray. She is infallible. She does not give us any "new ecclesiology" or "hermeneutic of continuity and discontinuity" to deconstruct the meaning of dogmatic truth, thus attacking the essence of the nature of God Himself, or false ecumenism. Her pastors do not esteem the symbols and values and places of false religions and they do not engage in "inter-religious" "prayer" services. Her pastors do not teach that false religions have a "right" from God to propagate their false beliefs publicly and they do not praise those false beliefs for being "able" to "contribute" to the building of a "better" world. Pastors of the Catholic Church insist always and at all times that Catholicism is the one and only foundation of personal and social order with no equivocation, uncertainty, ambiguity or obscurity of any kind. As Pope Pius XI noted in Mortalium Animos, January 6, 1928, there is need to "strain" to "find" Catholicism in the pronouncements made by Holy Mother Church:

"For the teaching authority of the Church, which in the divine wisdom was constituted on earth in order that revealed doctrines might remain intact for ever, and that they might be brought with ease and security to the knowledge of men, and which is daily exercised through the Roman Pontiff and the Bishops who are in communion with him, has also the office of defining, when it sees fit, any truth with solemn rites and decrees, whenever this is necessary either to oppose the errors or the attacks of heretics, or more clearly and in greater detail to stamp the minds of the faithful with the articles of sacred doctrine which have been explained. " (Pope Pius XI, Mortalium Animos, January 6, 1928.)

How has the integrity of the doctrine of the First Commandment been stamped on "minds of the faithful" by the words and deeds of the conciliar "popes"?

Christ the King has taken His throne in Heaven. We must ascend with Him in our thoughts and prayers at all times as we refuse to have our minds and hearts poisoned by the words and the deeds of the false shepherds of the counterfeit church of conciliarism who dare to blaspheme God so regularly and so openly and/or who refuse to open their mouths in defense of the honor and majesty and glory of God when He is so blasphemed and offended.

As the angel made clear to the Eleven as they looked into the sky as Our Lord disappeared from their sight on this day, there is work for us to do:

"They therefore who were come together, asked him, saying: Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel? But he said to them: It is not for you to know the times or moments, which the Father hath put in his own power: But you shall receive the power of the Holy Ghost coming upon you, and you shall be witnesses unto me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and Samaria, and even to the uttermost part of the earth. And when he had said these things, while they looked on, he was raised up: and a cloud received him out of their sight. And while they were beholding him going up to heaven, behold two men stood by them in white garments. " Who also said: Ye men of Galilee, why stand you looking up to heaven? This Jesus who is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come, as you have seen him going into heaven. Then they returned to Jerusalem from the mount that is called Olivet, which is nigh Jerusalem, within a sabbath day's journey. And when they were come in, they went up into an upper room, where abode Peter and John, James and Andrew, Philip and Thomas, Bartholomew and Matthew, James of Alpheus, and Simon Zelotes, and Jude the brother of James. All these were persevering with one mind in prayer with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brethren." (Acts 1: 6-14.)

Yes, we can't stand around all day long looking into the sky. There is work for us to do before Our Lord comes for us at the moment of our own Particular Judgments, which can come at any hour and on any day, and at the end of the world to judge the living and the dead.

The work that we have to do is to sanctify and to save our immortal souls as members of the Catholic Church, work that requires us to be attentive to the graces that were won for us on the wood of the Holy Cross by the shedding of every single drop of Our Blessed Lord Saviour Jesus Christ's Most Precious Blood and the flow into our hearts and souls through the loving hands of Our Lady, she who is the Mediatrix of All Graces. And to cooperate with the graces that Our Lady sends we must be fortified in prayer, which is one of the reasons that we must keep most assiduously the first Novena in the history of the Church, the Novena to God the Holy Ghost. Our Lady was separated from her Divine Son when He Ascended to Heaven. She was united to Him, however, by means of her reception of His Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity in Holy Communion. She was united to the Apostles and the others who prayed in the same Upper Room where He had instituted the Holy Priesthood and the Holy Eucharist at the Last Supper on Maundy Thursday. She is united to us. She is our Blessed Mother. We need to ask her for all the graces that we need to save and to sanctify our souls as we eschew worldliness, which is the theme of today's substantially revised article, and as we refuse to participate in the fraud of a false religion, conciliarism, that is replete with daily outrages given to her Divine Son, starting with the outrage that is the Protestant and Judeo-Masonic Novus Ordo liturgical service, and as we make much reparation for our sins and those of the whole world as the consecrated slaves of her Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart.

Today is also the sixtieth anniversary of my First Holy Communion at Saint Aloysius Church in Great Neck, New York, on Saturday, May 30, 1959. I remember and treasure the day very well. Please pray for my fellow First Communicants, living and deceased, and for the priests and religious, living and deceased, assigned to Saint Aloysius Church and School at that time. Thank you.

A new article, , was published early on Wednesday, May 29, 2019, the Feast of Saint Mary Magdelene de Pazzi and the commemorations of the Vigil of the Ascension of Our Lord and of the Rogation Day on which the Lesser Litanies were prayed.

Finally, I will have a few words to say about the smarmy creature who dwells in the the deepest part of the Deep State's swamp, Rober Mueller, in a few days, who has made it clear that he follows Soviet-style "justice": "You show me the man, I'll show you the crime." The coup is on, and it is rolling at breakneck speed down the impeachment road.

A blessed Feast of the Ascension of Our Lord Jesus Christ to you all.

Our Lady of the Rosary, pray for us.

[Saints whose feasts are not commemorated today because they are impeded]:

Double-Minded Jorge Knows Every Trick in the Modernist Book

This article has taken three full days to compose. Work started on the Fifth Sunday after Pentecost by transcribing material from Dom Prosper Gueranger’s The Liturgical Year before proceeding to the task of writing the text and of providing documentation from our true popes. Your patience is appreciated.

Oh, you want to know what this commentary is about?

Well, isn’t the title a bit of a giveaway?

Suffice it to say before I sleep that two of Jorge Mario Bergoglio’s recent addresses have provided the “launching pad” for this new commentary.

Our Lady of the Rosary, pray for us.

Saint Mary Magdalene de Pazzi, pray for us.

Sant Bede the Venerable, pray for us.

Pope John Saint I, pray for us.

Saint Augustine of Canterbury, pray for us.

Always Consigned to Arguing About the Inarguable, part two

[Specific page citations have been inserted into indented texts that quoted from the Catholic grade school reader entitled With Courage and Faith that was published in 1941. The appendix includes a poem, "Washington's Birthday," which was included in the De La Salle Fith Reader (published in 1922), that was written by a a Calvinist of the "Dutch Reformed" sect by the name of Margaret Sangster. False ecumenism and nationalism were being spoonfed to young American Catholics, making it little wonder that there was a ready reception of the "Second" Vatican Council and the Protestant and Judeo-Masonic Novus Ordo liturgical service. Our Lady, Help of Christians, pray for us!]

This is a follow-up, replete with an appendix filled with examples of Americanism as taught to Catholic school children nearly eighty years ago, to the commentary published on the Fourth Sunday after Easter and the Commemoration of Pope Saint Peter Celestine, which begins by discussing President Donald John Trump’s objections to the State of Alabama’s almost-total ban on surgical baby-killing and for long prison sentences against baby-killers.

Much of the commentary, however, is devoted to a discussion of the conciliar “bishops’” long-held support for “exceptions” as a matter of “strategic” expediency without ever having one proposed, no less lobbied for, completely no-exceptions legislation when it might have been possible for such a total ban to have passed muster in Congress in the immediate aftermath of the decisions of the Supreme Court of the United States of America in the cases of Roe v. Wade and Doe v. Bolton, January 22, 1973. Obviously, men who can offend God by breaking the First and Second Commandments by engaging in false ecumenism and praising false religions can find it pretty acceptable to refuse to stand up to the butchers of Modernity and their political enablers.

The concluding part of the commentary examines the precepts of Americanism that have been reviewed many times on this site. I do so again for the sake of those who are new to this website and with a bit of a new twist by, as noted just above, commenting upon pure Americanist propaganda that made its way to books used in Catholic elementary schools in the 1940s and 1950s.

Always Consigned to Arguing About the Inarguable, part one

My brother once said in the 1960s that our father’s attorney was deserving of what he called “the Bronze Turtle Award” for the slow pace at which he handled legal cases.

Well, I suppose that I am worthy of the “Bronze Turtle Award” for being so slow to get new commentaries posted. However, I am doing the best that I can given the book projects that are underway.

This commentary focuses on the almost-total ban on surgical baby-killing in the State of Alabama and some of the reaction to it, most notably that of one of the supporter of Red China’s one-child per family program (which has become a “two-child per family program in recent year), namely, Marion Gordon “Pat” Robertson, whose net worth is estimated to range from $200 million to $1 billion dollars. Heresy and error pay in this life, not in eternity.

Part two, which will focus on the conciliar “bishops” and Americanism, will be published in a few days.

Our Lady of the Rosary, pray for us.

Pope Saint Peter Celestine, pray for us.

Saint Pudentiana, pray for us.

Refusing to See the Divine Impress In All Others, part two: Candidates for Execution at the Whims of Utilitarian “Professionals”

[Friday, May 17, 2019 Update: Work proceeds on book projects. However, today will be spent writing a commentary on the well-intentioned but morally flawed bill that was passed by the Alabama State Legislature and signed into law yesteday by Governor Kay Ivey. The is morally flawed as it contains the needless "life of the mother" "exception" that permits any baby assassin to certify that a mother has such an "exception." However, there are no "exceptions" to the Fifth Commandment's prohibition against willful murder.

[Nonetheless, however, the new Alabama law is meant to test the legal waters in an attempt to reverse the decision of the Supreme Court of the United States of America in the cases of Roe v. Wade and Doe v. Bolton, January 22, 1973. My commentary will explain why it is likely that the new law will be declared unconstitutional by the nation's high court with the Chief Justice John Glover Roberts coming through for the forces of darkness yet again. I hope to have the commntary published by late Saturday or on Sunday. There is a substantial amount of additional transcription to do. Thank you for your patience.]

With apologies for the delay, I hereby present the second and final part of the current series. This part focuses once again on the dangerous traps for patients everywhere in the healthcare industry that are set to ensnare the unsuspecting the moment they walk into most physicians’ offices for the first time to determine what kind of “quality of life” patients enjoy. Patients who are adjudged to have a “poor” “quality of life” are thus put on a “merciful,” “compassionate” path to death after they are convinced (coerced, manipulated, pressured) into agreeing upon a “care plan” that makes them and/or their relatives materially complicit in their executions.

My focus for most of the rest of this month is on putting out at least two books of anthologies. I will write new articles occasionally, although I may simply write short notes on the home page instead of the longer articles while linking to older articles that have dealt with a particular situation or development.

Thank you.

Saint Robert Bellarmine, S.J., pray for us.

On the [Commemorated] Feast of Saint Michael the Archangel

[Late night update on May 9, 2019: The next article is progressing. Indeed, it was progressing nicely yestersday until I had to place what was a fourth, time-consumig phone call to our former satellite internet provider after having had an unexpected and substantial charge (at least for me) for not returning an obsolete radio transmitter that no less than three agents had told me that I had did not have to return.

[Much of this evening was spent dealing with the problem, in a phone conversation with a corporate employee at a Filipino call center (outsourcing, of course). The employee told me that the three other representatives with whom I spoke before I returned the company's mode two months ago were incorrect, that, yes, I had to return the radio transmitter. That's right, three representatives got it wrong. Nonetheless, though, I was told that I would get a refund based on what the first representative had told me but that the refund would not show up again until June 6, 2019! Penance is better than ever in 2019, and my sins, which are so many, deserve as much penance as God in His great mercy chooses to send me. We are gratetful to a friend who has assisted us at this time given the unexpected shortfall.

[Thus, patient readers, I should have the next article completed for posting by late Satuday or on Sunday. One or two books will follow in a few weeks thereafter. Thank you.]

Today, May 8, 2019, is the [commemorated] Feast of the Dedication of the Church of Saint Michael the Archangel in these traditional venues that adhere to the General Roman Calendar of 1954 but is a double major feast otherwise. It is worthwhile to note that this feast was abolished altogether by Antipope John XXIII in 1960. Giovanni Battista Enrico Antonio Maria/Paul VI abolished the Prayers after Low Mass, including the Prayer to Saint Michael the Archangel, that had been made optional by Roncalli in 1960. Interesting, no?

We need Saint Michael's intercession more now than ever before. We need his help in our own daily battles with the forces of the world, the flesh, and the devil. And, of course, we need his help with to remain faithful to the true Faith without making any concessions at all to conciliarism or its false officials who blaspheme God so regularly, so boldly, so repeatedly and with a chorus of bobble heads making excuses for them in their sins against the First and Second Commandments, which are just as important as the Sixth and Ninth Commandments.

Our Lady, Queen of the Angels, pray for us.

Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us and keep us!

On the Solemnity of Saint Joseph (2019)

Today is the Solemnity of Saint Joseph in Paschaltide, a feast that originated under the title of “The Patronage of Saint Joseph” in 1847 by Pope Pius IX before being given its current name in 1911 and then repositioned two years later on the Wednesday following the Second Sunday after Easter by Pope Saint Pius X. This reflection is by way of an annual reminder, slightly revised, to trust in Saint Joseph, the Patron of the Universal Church and the Protector of the Faithful, in these times of persecution by the forces of Antichrist in the world and in the counterfeit church of conciliarism.

Our Lady of the Rosary, pray for us.

Saint Joseph, Patron of the Universal Church and Protector of the Faithful, pray for us.

Refusing to See the Divine Impress In All Others, part one: Memorandum to Mister Rogers

A very late/early hour.

This commentary focuses on the idiocy of Alabama State Representative John Rogers, and it could easily have been entitled "Memorandum to Mister Rogers." As this is part one of two parts, I have chosen the current title as part two will deal with efforts on the part of deathcare industry to kill off anyone whose "quality of life" they deemed to be not worth the time, effort and cost to keep in good health, no less to keep alive.

Finally, will someone tell Bonehead Biden that Margaret Thatcher is dead. He couldn't possibly have spoken with him recently unless he is sitting in on one of Hillary Diane Rodham Clinton's seances with Eleanor Roosevelt Roosevelt.

Our Lady of the Rosary, pray for us.

Saint Stanislaus, pray for us.

Pope Saint Pius V: A Rigid Foe of Heresy and All False Religions

This is a slightly revised version of a reflection on the saintly life and work of  the great Dominican, Pope Saint Pius X, who is indeed quite a contrast to the life and the work of the conciliar revolutionaries.

Work continues on several articles after an interruption of several days this week necessitated by duties in support of my family and other matters that arose unexpectedly. An original article should appear tomorow. I am sorry for the absence of articles. However, I am also spending time putting together anthologies of my articles. There are not enough hours in the day, but I do what I can as I am able according to the graces sent to me by Our Lady.

Our Lady of the Rosary, pray for us.

Pope Saint Pius V pray for us.
