As Is Ever the Case, Christ the King Loses No Matter Who Wins Elections

Let me stipulate the following before doing what many people who view these articles despise: bursting bubbles of “glimmers of hope” to be had from the anti-Incarnational American electoral system that runs on the engine of the divisions engendered by the Protestant Revolution and the welter of Judeo-Masonic falsehoods that have flowed all too logically in its wake in the past five hundred seven years:

First, Kamala Harris has an intelligent quotient, to quote Mel Gibson, of a fencepost. She is vapid, incapable of speaking in anything other than word salads as she is nothing other than a cliche-machine for her leftist ideology that makes room for every Marxist shibboleth while making war upon Chrsit the King, His Holy Church, and the binding precepts of the Divine Positive Law and the Natural Law. 

Second, Kamala Harris Emhoff is simply a Trojan Horse for a fifth term in which the anti-American, pro-abort/pro-sodomite globalist and statist named Barack Hussein Obama/Barry Soetoro can continue to exercise near presidential power either through direct or back channel means (I say a fifth term, not a fourth, as he conducted a subversive shadow presidency during President Donald John Trump’s first term in the White House between January 20, 2017, and January 20, 2021).

Third, Kamala Harris is a militantly anti-Catholic statist who hates dissent and has contempt for those who oppose baby-killing and sodomy and is as much a stooge of the Chinese Communist Party as her chubby authoritarian vice-presidential running mate, Timoth James “Let Minneapolis Burn” Walz.

Fourth, stipulating all the above, it must be remembered that the single fact that disqualifies Kamla Harris Emhoff and Timothy James Walz, is their unqualified support for the daily slaughter of innocent preborn human beings by chemical and surgical means, up to and including requiring Catholics in the healthcare industry to defy the binding precepts of the Divine Positive Law and the Natural Law and violate their consciences to participate in the genocide of the preborn as well as in the mutilation of innocent who have been convinced by agents of the devil to undergo life-altering surgeries that permanently maim their bodies and cause untold spiritual and emotional harm.

Fifth, Kamala Harris Emhoff and Timothy James Walz are inveterate liars and demagogues of the first order.

Each has claimed falsely that former President Donald John Trump would sign a national ban on abortion in spite of the following facts: (1) Trump has said explicitly that he would VETO such a bill in the improbable case that such a bill was ever passed by both houses of Congress; (2) that a national abortion ban would be struck down by the Supreme Court of the United States of America as a violation of the demigod of “states’ rights” that served as the basis of the Court’s decision in the case of Thomas E. Dobbs, Mississippi State Health Officer v. Jackson Women’s Organization, June 24, 2022.

Kamala Harris Emhoff and Timothy James Walz have also claimed falsely that former President Donald John Trump would ban the immoral practice of in vitro fertilization when he has been vociferous in his support for the monstrous, money-making, child-killing staple of “fertility clinics” that prey upon vulnerable people who are unable to accept God’s Holy Will for them, noting as well that many others use this diabolical technology to have children out of wedlock or to provide those engaged in lives of perversity in violation of the Sixth and Ninth Commandments to have children that they can call their “own” to corrupt from their very infancy.

Kamala Harris Emhoff and Timothy James Walz are thus children of hell for whose conversion we must pray every day without fail. They have no place in public life whatsoever, and it tells a great deal about the tragedy of what happens in a country devoid of right principles nearly half, if not more, of the American electorate are planning to vote for intellectually vapid tools of evil who are more than ready to continue the sellout of the United States of America to Xi Jinping as millions of more illegal immigrants are permitted to come into this country and wreck the fabric of entire communities as they will be granted amnesty and thus easy citizenship to join the voter rolls sooner rather than later.

Does that mean that there are “glimmers of hope” represented by the ticket of former President Donald John Trump and United States Senator James David Vance?

No, it does not.

Thus, let me stipulate the following about the Trump-Vance ticket.

First, Donald John Trump has great natural courage. Of this there is no question whatsoever. He is a quintessential but eminently likeable and very humorous brash New Yorker who lacks any sense of genuine self-knowledge and is absolutely clueless about First and Last Things.

Second, despite his indomitable spirit and natural courage, however, former President Donald John

Trump is a political coward when it comes to the most pressing moral issue of the day, the daily slaughter of the innocent preborn by chemical and surgical means. His moral equivocation can be summarized as follows:

1. A firmly stated belief that there must all legislation to restrict the surgical assassination of the innocent preborn must include “exceptions” even though the civil law can never justly permit the direct, intentional killing of any innocent human being.
2. A firmly stated belief that opposition to “exceptions” is “harsh” and “extreme.”
3. A firmly stated opposition to all “heartbeat bills,” which happen to be immoral for reasons discussed nearly three years ago in The Supreme Masters of Sophistry: Unable to Admit the Fifth Commandment Exists.
4. A firmly stated opposition to enforcing that part of the United States Code that prohibits the mailing of the human pesticide, abortion pills.
5. A firmly stated belief that the killing of the innocent preborn is a matter of the “Mutable Will of the People" and thus has nothing to do with rendering complete obedience to the immutable will of God.
6. A firmly stated support for in vitro fertilization (see Your "Pro-Life" President is At It Again) that he has repeated time and time again, not that it matters to Kamala Harris Emhoff or Timothy James Walz.
7. A firmly stated belief that the issue of the surgical execution of innocent preborn children is a “small” issue (see Baby Butchery is Not A "Small Issue" to Christ the King).
8. A firmly stated belief that “everyone” wanted the issue of surgical baby-killing to be “returned to the people,” a delusional falsehood as there would never have been any controversy at all over the Dobbs decision if “everyone” wanted Roe v. Wade overturned.
9. Donald John Trump has, by taking these positions, repositioned the “official” “conservative” position about baby butchery that is being adopted by many of his Congressional supporters, including the Chairman of the Committee on the Judiciary of the United States House of Representatives, James Jordan (R-Ohio).
10. As noted in the past, Donald John Trump has thus accomplished what the likes of Lee Atwater (before his conversion to Catholicism), Richard Bond, Robert Joseph Dole, Jr., and many other Republicans sought and failed to accomplish: namely, the removal of the life issue from Republican campaigns as candidates show the fealty to the former president and not to Christ the King.

Third, Donald John Trump remains a firm supporter of sodomy even though he is opposed to the mutilation of children and the participation of men in women’s sports activities while remaining supportive of “transgenderism” for adults.

Fourth, for all of his talk about protecting American sovereignty from globalism, former President Donald John Trump has been very supportive of the World Economic Forum and even the Bilderberger meetings, to which he has sent such representatives as the sodomite Peter Thiel and his son-in-law, Jared Kushner, and United States Secretary of State Michael Pompeo, an apostate from the Catholic Faith. Can the former president be that oblivious to the anti-population, anti-family, anti-national sovereignty agenda of these utilitarian social engineers?

Fifth, Donald John Trump remains a Gentile Zionist who is completely supportive of whatever the Israeli government does, including the ongoing massacre of the innocent in Gaza, Syria, and Lebanon. Sixth, it must never be forgotten that then President Donald John Trump bought the plandemic agenda hook, line, and sinker and gave an open admirer of Madame Defarge, aka Hillary Diane Rodham Clinton, Anthon Fauci, and then authorized lockdowns and stood by as Fauci and his coconspirator against genuine public health, Deborah Birx, rejected early intervention in the treatment of those afflicted with the Wuhan Bioweapon (SARS-CoV-2) and forbade the use of genuine life-saving treatments in favor of the cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all protocols that wound up killing many of those who genuinely died from the virus while falsely attributing normal deaths to the virus in order to boast their own power and continue the lockdowns. Trump’s support of these two anti-family, anti-health merchants of mendacity was irresponsible played a large role in his being defeated by the ice-cream loving mental midget with aviator glasses who spent most of his putative presidency at Rehoboth Beach in Delaware, Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr.

Eighth, in this regard it must also never be forgotten that Donald John Trump boasted of having started “Operation Warp Speed,” which he still refuses to recognize as a mistake that continues to kill thousands upon thousands of people and has injured thousands upon thousands of others around the world while continuing to persist in the mythology that his “vaccines” saved over one hundred million lives. He continues to believe all the wrong people, and a second Trump term will likely see his support for more “vaccines,” including some, according to a recent video presentation, DEATH BY NANOTECH: YOU WON'T EVEN FEEL IT (for which one must use custody of the eyes during her program’s formal introduction) made by Dr. Jane Ruby that was sent to me yesterday afternoon that will be delivered by self-administered patches with the gene-altering mRNA technology that will deliver hundreds of microneedles into recipients for the continuous release of the bioweapons that are called vaccines. Two of the investors in this mRNA delivery technology are Vivek Ramaswamy and a certain James David Vance.

Glimmers of hope?

I don’t think so.

Leaving aside former President Donald John Trump’s epic use of obscenities and vulgarities, up to and including the public profanation of Holy Name of Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, the “best” that can be said about the former president, apart from his engaging personality and genuine, undeniable love of people and his sincerest, most heartfelt desire to help his country, is that he is not Kamala Harris Emhoff, and no one in public life--including Donald John Trump, James Donald Vance, Kamala Harris Emhoff, and Timothy "Forked Mouth" would fear the following words of Pope Pius XI in Casti Connubii, Decemeber 31, 1930, even if they were to present with them to their very faces:

Those who hold the reins of government should not forget that it is the duty of public authority by appropriate laws and sanctions to defend the lives of the innocent, and this all the more so since those whose lives are endangered and assailed cannot defend themselves. Among whom we must mention in the first place infants hidden in the mother's womb. And if the public magistrates not only do not defend them, but by their laws and ordinances betray them to death at the hands of doctors or of others, let them remember that God is the Judge and Avenger of innocent blood which cried from earth to Heaven. (Pope Pius XI, Casti Connubii, December 31, 1930.)

While we pray for the conversion of all those who solicit, perform, cooperate in, or support the chemical and/or surgical execution of the innocent preborn, we also have a duty to remind those in public life who enable these executions of the very direct words written by Pope Pius XI about their fate when they stand before the Avenger of innocent blood when they die, and it is indeed apropos to call to mind what Pope Pius IX said on the occasion of the eighteen hundredth anniversary of Nero’s persecutions in 67 A.D.;

The great centennial celebration proceeded. Who would have dared to say, whilst Nero reigned at Rome and Christians were as pariahs, tolerated only in order to afford the spectacle of their tortures to a heathen multitude, that eighteen hundred years from Nero's time, Christianity would flourish and celebrate in that city, which was the scene of its greatest trials, as well as all over the world, its victory and the glorious martyrdom of its apostilic founders! The month of June, 1867, will ever be memorable in the annals of the church. Never had so many bishops assembled in the holy city. Nor were there ever there, at one time, so many priests and pilgrims of all ranks and classes. The duties of the time were commenced early in the month. On the 11th and 12th of June, consistories were held in presence of the bishops, in order to make preparation for the canonization of two hundred and five Japanese Christians -- priests, catechist, laymen, women and children -- put to death in hatred of the Chrisitan faith from 1617 to 1632. Had we ever so much need of intercessors in heaven and patterns in this world?" A little later he also said, alluding to the festival at Paris; "Man has not been placed on the earth solely in order to amass  wealth; still less in order to lead a life of pleasure. The world is ignorant of this. It forgets mind, and devotes itself to matter. Neither you nor I are of this world of which I speak. You are come here in good disposition to seek the edification of your souls. I hope therefore, that you will bear away with you a salutary impression. Never forget, my children, that you have a soul, a soul created in the image of God, and which God will judge. Bestow on it more thought and care than on industrial speculations, railways, and all those lesser objects which constitute the good things of this world. Someone ought to explain to Donald John Trump that he is not infallible and that he has a soul which he will lose for all eternity if he does not convert to the Catholic Faith and then become a defender of her teaching from which no one can dissent legitimately.

This having been noted, however, it is likely that many Catholics who know better will shut their mouths about all the evils the former and quite possible future president will continue to promote in a second term, and will be this silence, much of will be accompanied by the same kind of willful ignorance I heard from the mouth of a fully traditional true Catholic priest in 2007 when he was incredulous after I had gave him documentation that then President George Walker Bush promoted contraception with American taxpayer dollars (“Who says such a thing? I never heard this.” Respectfully, I told the priest, “Father you are not paying attention. All you do is vote for someone who says he is “pro-life”, and you think that all will be well thereafter. Part of civil responsibility is knowing what officials actually do after they get elected.” This priest is not alone. Most Catholics do this no matter where they fall along the vast expanse of the ecclesiastical divide in this time of apostasy and betrayal).

No, as I noted eight years ago and as I will note yet again, Christ the King and the pursuit of the common temporal good in light of man’s Last End loses no matter who wins the election on November 5, 2024, within the Octave of All Saints and, in some places, the Feast of the Holy Relics.

Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ really meant it when He said:

I am the true vine; and my Father is the husbandman. [2] Every branch in me, that beareth not fruit, he will take away: and every one that beareth fruit, he will purge it, that it may bring forth more fruit. [3] Now you are clean by reason of the word, which I have spoken to you. [4] Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abide in the vine, so neither can you, unless you abide in me. [5] I am the vine: you the branches: he that abideth in me, and I in him, the same beareth much fruit: for without me you can do nothing.

[6] If any one abide not in me, he shall be cast forth as a branch, and shall wither, and they shall gather him up, and cast him into the fire, and he burneth. [7] If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, you shall ask whatever you will, and it shall be done unto you. [8] In this is my Father glorified; that you bring forth very much fruit, and become my disciples. [9] As the Father hath loved me, I also have loved you. Abide in my love. [10] If you keep my commandments, you shall abide in my love; as I also have kept my Father's commandments, and do abide in his love. (John 15: 1-10.)

Remember also these words of Pope Pius X in Ubi Arcano Dei Consilio, December 23, 1922:

 There is over and above the absence of peace and the evils attendant on this absence, another deeper and more profound cause for present-day conditions. This cause was even beginning to show its head before the War and the terrible calamities consequent on that cataclysm should have proven a remedy for them if mankind had only taken the trouble to understand the real meaning of those terrible events. In the Holy Scriptures we read: "They that have forsaken the Lord, shall be consumed." (Isaias i, 28) No less well known are the words of the Divine Teacher, Jesus Christ, Who said: "Without me you can do nothing" (John xv, 5) and again, "He that gathereth not with me, scattereth." (Luke xi, 23)

28. These words of the Holy Bible have been fulfilled and are now at this very moment being fulfilled before our very eyes. Because men have forsaken God and Jesus Christ, they have sunk to the depths of evil. They waste their energies and consume their time and efforts in vain sterile attempts to find a remedy for these ills, but without even being successful in saving what little remains from the existing ruin. It was a quite general desire that both our laws and our governments should exist without recognizing God or Jesus Christ, on the theory that all authority comes from men, not from God. Because of such an assumption, these theorists fell very short of being able to bestow upon law not only those sanctions which it must possess but also that secure basis for the supreme criterion of justice which even a pagan philosopher like Cicero saw clearly could not be derived except from the divine law. (Pope Pius XI, Ubi Arcano Dei Consilio, December 23, 1922.)

That last paragraph, number twenty-eight, says it all. The gist of the two hundred thirty-seven articles linked at the top of this article can be summarized in the following words written by Pope Pius XI nearly eighty-eight years ago:

They waste their energies and consume their time and efforts in vain sterile attempts to find a remedy for these ills, but without even being successful in saving what little remains from the existing ruin. (Pope Pius XI, Ubi Arcano Dei Consilio, December 23, 1922.)

No nation can be “saved” by means merely secular, and no nation can know any kind of true national greatness by sacrifice the lives of innocent children on the altar of political expediency as the so-called “lesser evil” becomes almost entirely indistinguishable from the supposed “greater evil.”

Vote as often as you want.

Keep hoping against hope as more and more grave evils get institutionalized under cover of the civil and law and within every nook and cranny of what passes for “popular culture” because the man who “saved us from a Harris-Walz” administration wants it that way as he has no understanding about nor belief in  the fact that many of things he supports are abject evils that are not only not the foundation of an effort to make a nation “great” again but are indeed impediments to the realization of a genuine national greatness wherein those who rule do so in all that pertains to the temporal and eternal good of souls according to the Divine Mind of Christ the King as He has discharged it exclusively in His Holy Catholic Church, outside of which there is no salvation and without which there can be no true social order.

Tomorrow, Sunday, October 27, 2024, is the Feast of Christ the King and the Commemoration of the Twenty-third Sunday after Pentecost.

As we continue to rely upon the patronage of Our Lady, especially by means of her Most Holy Rosary, may we ever keep in mind the following words of Pope Pius XI in Quas Primas, December 11, 1925:

We firmly hope, however, that the feast of the Kingship of Christ, which in future will be yearly observed, may hasten the return of society to our loving Savior. It would be the duty of Catholics to do all they can to bring about this happy result. Many of these, however, have neither the station in society nor the authority which should belong to those who bear the torch of truth. This state of things may perhaps be attributed to a certain slowness and timidity in good people, who are reluctant to engage in conflict or oppose but a weak resistance; thus the enemies of the Church become bolder in their attacks. But if the faithful were generally to understand that it behooves them ever to fight courageously under the banner of Christ their King, then, fired with apostolic zeal, they would strive to win over to their Lord those hearts that are bitter and estranged from him, and would valiantly defend his rights.

Moreover, the annual and universal celebration of the feast of the Kingship of Christ will draw attention to the evils which anticlericalism has brought upon society in drawing men away from Christ, and will also do much to remedy them. While nations insult the beloved name of our Redeemer by suppressing all mention of it in their conferences and parliaments, we must all the more loudly proclaim his kingly dignity and power, all the more universally affirm his rights.  (Pope Pius XI, Quas Primas, December 11, 1925.) 

Yes, we must the more loudly proclaim His Kingly dignity and power, and all the more universally affirm His rights as we hold aloft the standard of the Holy Cross of Christ the King and pray as many Rosaries each day as our state-in-life permits.

Reiterating Basic Truths Related to Modernity and Its Rejection of the Social Reign of Christ the King

a nation that is not founded on right principles must degenerate into the barbarism of our present era, having no immutable teaching authority to guide it, choosing to be "guided" by the demigods of national founding fathers and/or by the shifting winds of majoritarian sentiment at any particular point in time. Contradiction and instability are bound to result, as we can see with great clarity today. It is very much beside the point to argue that the "founders" would have opposed this or that social evil. They premised the entire fabric of national life under the Constitution upon the false belief that men could sort out their differences by means of a cumbersome process of negotiation and debate in the national legislative process, believing that there was no single belief that could unite men and guide them in the pursuit of the common good as the supreme and eternal good each man was kept in mind. There is no way, therefore, for naturalists to use a naturalist Constitution to defend against various evils. Evil must win when man does not subordinate himself to the Deposit of Faith that Our Blessed Lord and Saviour entrusted exclusively to the Catholic Church and when men do not have belief in, access to or cooperation with Sanctifying Grace.

Here is a summary of the major principles that explain why naturalism is incapable of providing the framework for social order and must yield to the forces of barbarism over the course of time:

1) There are limits that exist in the nature of things beyond which men have no authority or right to transgress, whether acting individually or collectively in the institutions of civil governance.

2) There are limits that have been revealed positively by God Himself in his Divine Revelation, that bind all men in all circumstances at all times, binding even the institutions of civil governance.

3) A divinely-instituted hierarchy exists in man’s most basic natural unit of association: the family. The father is the head of the family and governs his wife and children in accord with the binding precepts of the Divine positive law and the natural law. Children do not have the authority to disobey the legitimate commands of their parents. Parents do not have the authority to issue illegitimate and/or unjust commands.

4) Our Lord Himself became Incarnate in Our Lady’s virginal and immaculate womb, subjecting Himself to the authority of His creatures, obeying his foster-father, Saint Joseph, as the head of the Holy Family, thus teaching us that all men everywhere must recognize an ultimate authority over them in their social relations, starting with the family.

5) Our Lord instituted the Catholic Church, founding it on the Rock of Peter, the Pope, to be the means by which His Deposit of Faith is safeguarded and transmitted until the end of time. The Church is the mater, mother, and magister, teacher, of all men in all nations at all times, whether or not men and nations recognize this to be the case.

6) The Pope and the bishops of the Church have the solemn obligation to proclaim nothing other than the fullness of the truths of the Faith for the good of the sanctification and salvation of men unto eternity and thus for whatever measure of common good in the temporal real, which the Church desires earnestly to promote, can be achieved in a world full of fallen men.

7) It is not possible for men to live virtuously as citizens of any country unless they first strive for sanctity as citizens of Heaven. That is, it is not possible for there to be order in any nation if men do not have belief in access to and cooperation with sanctifying grace, which equips them to accept the truths contained in the Deposit of Faith and to obey God’s commands with diligence in every aspect of their lives without exception.

8) The rulers of Christendom came to understand, although never perfectly and never without conflicts and inconsistencies, that the limits of the Divine positive law and the natural law obligated them to exercise the powers of civil governance with a view towards promoting man’s temporal good in this life so as to foster in him his return to God in the next life. In other words, rulers such as Saint Louis IX, King of France, knew that they would be judged by Our Lord at the moment of his Particular Judgment on the basis of how well they had fostered those conditions in their countries that made it more possible for their subjects to get to Heaven.

9) The rulers of Christendom accepted the truth that the Church had the right, which she used principally through her Indirect Power over civil rulers by proclaiming the truths of the Holy Faith, to interpose herself in the event that a civil ruler proposed to do something or had indeed done something that violated grievously the administration of justice and thus posed a grave threat to the good of souls.

10) The Social Kingship of Jesus Christ may be defined as the right of the Catholic Church to see to it that the binding precepts of the Divine Positive Law and the Natural Law are the basis of the actions of civil governance in all that pertains to the good of souls and that those who exercise civil power keep in mind man’s last end, the salvation of his immortal soul as a member of the Catholic Church. Civil leaders must, therefore, recognize the Catholic Church as the true Church founded by God Himself and having the right to reprimand and place interdicts upon those who issue edicts and ordinances contrary to God’s laws.

This is but a brief distillation of the points contained in the brilliant social encyclical letters of Popes Leo XIII, St. Pius X, and Pius XI, in particular, although Popes Gregory XVI and Pius IX also contributed to their reiteration and explication. I have spent much time in the past twenty-five years or so illustrating these points with quotations from these encyclical letters, which contain immutably binding teachings that no Catholic may dissent from legitimately (as Pope Pius XI noted in Ubi Arcano Dei Consilio in 1922).

The Modern State, including the United States of America, is founded on a specific and categorical rejection of each of these points. Consider the following:

1) Martin Luther himself said that a prince may be a Christian but that his religion should not influence how he governs, giving rise to the contemporary notion of “separation of Church and state,” condemned repeatedly by Popes in the Nineteenth and early Twentieth Centuries.

2) Martin Luther planted the seeds of contemporary deconstructionism, which reduces all written documents to the illogical and frequently mutually contradictory private judgments of individual readers, by rejecting the Catholic Church as the repository and explicator of the Deposit of Faith, making the “private judgment” of individuals with regard to the Bible supreme. If mutually contradictory and inconsistent interpretations of the Bible can stand without correction from a supreme authority instituted by God, then it is an easy thing for all written documents, including a Constitution that makes no reference at all to the God-Man or His Holy Church, to become the plaything of whoever happens to have power over its interpretation

3) The sons of the so-called Enlightenment, influenced by the multifaceted and inter-related consequences of the errors of the Renaissance and the Protestant Revolt, brought forth secular nations that contended the source of governing authority was the people. Ultimately, all references to “God” were in accord with the Freemasonic notion of a “supreme intelligence” without any recognition of the absolute necessity of belief in and acceptance of the Incarnation and of the Deposit of Faith as it has been given to Holy Mother Church for personal happiness and hence al social order.

4) The Founding Fathers of the United States of America did not believe that it was necessary to refer all things in civil life to Christ the King as He had revealed Himself through His true Church, believing that men would be able to pursue “civic virtue” by the use of their own devices and thus maintain social order in the midst of cultural and religious pluralism. This leads, as Pope Leo XIII noted of religious indifferentism, to the triumph of the lowest common denominator, that is, atheism.  

5) As the Constitution of the United States of America admits of no authority higher than its own words, it, like the words of Holy Writ are for a Protestant or to a Modernist, is utterly defenseless when the plain meanings of its words are distorted and used to advance ends that its framers would have never thought imaginable, no less approved in fact. The likes of Barack Hussein Obama/Barry Soetoro and Hillary Diane Rodham Clinton have no regard for the words of the Constitution or for the just laws passed by Congress, and Donald John Trump is plainly ignorant of some of the fact that there are seven articles in the Constitution and twenty-seven amendments to it since its ratification in 1788. We are governed by men who are contemptuous or law or wholly ignorant of it. Quite a state of affairs.

6) This is but the secular version of Antinomianism: the belief advanced by those who took the logic of Luther’s argument of being “saved by faith alone” to its inexorable conclusion that one could live a wanton life of sin and still be saved. Luther himself did not see where the logic of his rejection of Catholic doctrine would lead and fought against the Antinomians. In like manner, you see, the Constitutionalists and Federalists of today do not see that what is happening today in Federal courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States, is the inexorable result of a Constitution that rejects Christ the King and the Catholic Church. These Constitutionalists and Federalists will fight time and time again like Sisyphus pushing the bolder up a hill. They will always lose because they cannot admit that the thing they admire, the Constitution, is the proximate problem that has resulted in all of the evils they are trying to fight.

A nation founded on false premises, no matter the "good intentions" of those whose intellects were misinformed by several centuries of naturalist lies and Protestant theological heresies and errors, is bound to degenerate more and more over time into a land of materialism and hedonism and relativism and positivism and utilitarianism and naturalism and paganism and atheism and environmentalism and feminism and barbarism. Many evils, including the daily carnage against the preborn, both by surgical and chemical means, continue to be committed in this country. American "popular culture" destroys souls and bodies both here and abroad. Full vent is given each day to a panoply of false ideas that are from Hell and confuse even believing Catholics no end as they try to find some "naturalist" hero or idea by which to win the "culture wars," oblivious to the fact that it is only Catholicism that can do so.

Widespread vote fraud must, you see, become even more widespread and universal. After all, Americans who are not concerned about the daily slaughter of the preborn have shown themselves all too willing to overlook such "minor" things as undeclared wars, unconstitutional executive orders and directives, unjust judicial decisions, a ceasless surrender of legitimate national sovereignty, and illegal actions that put into jeopardy the nation's national security interests. Why should vote fraud matter at all to people willing overlook crimes against God and man from which they, whether or not they realize it, must suffer as the state of the nation worses over time?

It was in his first encyclical letter, Ubi Arcano Dei Consilio, December 23, 1922, that Pope Pius XI described the true nature of modern political parties:

To these evils we must add the contests between political parties, many of which struggles do not originate in a real difference of opinion concerning the public good or in a laudable and disinterested search for what would best promote the common welfare, but in the desire for power and for the protection of some private interest which inevitably result in injury to the citizens as a whole. From this course there often arise robberies of what belongs rightly to the people, and even conspiracies against and attacks on the supreme authority of the state, as well as on its representatives. These political struggles also beget threats of popular action and, at times, eventuate in open rebellion and other disorders which are all the more deplorable and harmful since they come from a public to whom it has been given, in our modern democratic states, to participate in very large measure in public life and in the affairs of the government. Now, these different forms of government are not of themselves contrary to the principles of the Catholic Faith, which can easily be reconciled with any reasonable and just system of government. Such governments, however, are the most exposed to the danger of being overthrown by one faction or another. (Pope Pius XI, Ubi Arcano Dei Consilio, December 23, 1922.)

We must remember that Catholicism is the one and only foundation of personal and social order, a point made by so many of our true popes in the past two hundred years, including Pope Pius XI in Ubi Arcano Dei Consilio:

Because the Church is by divine institution the sole depository and interpreter of the ideals and teachings of Christ, she alone possesses in any complete and true sense the power effectively to combat that materialistic philosophy which has already done and, still threatens, such tremendous harm to the home and to the state. The Church alone can introduce into society and maintain therein the prestige of a true, sound spiritualism, the spiritualism of Christianity which both from the point of view of truth and of its practical value is quite superior to any exclusively philosophical theory. The Church is the teacher and an example of world good-will, for she is able to inculcate and develop in mankind the "true spirit of brotherly love" (St. Augustine, De Moribus Ecclesiae Catholicae, i, 30) and by raising the public estimation of the value and dignity of the individual's soul help thereby to lift us even unto God.

Finally, the Church is able to set both public and private life on the road to righteousness by demanding that everything and all men become obedient to God "Who beholdeth the heart," to His commands, to His laws, to His sanctions. If the teachings of the Church could only penetrate in some such manner as We have described the inner recesses of the consciences of mankind, be they rulers or be they subjects, all eventually would be so apprised of their personal and civic duties and their mutual responsibilities that in a short time "Christ would be all, and in all." (Colossians iii, 11)

Since the Church is the safe and sure guide to conscience, for to her safe-keeping alone there has been confided the doctrines and the promise of the assistance of Christ, she is able not only to bring about at the present hour a peace that is truly the peace of Christ, but can, better than any other agency which We know of, contribute greatly to the securing of the same peace for the future, to the making impossible of war in the future. For the Church teaches (she alone has been given by God the mandate and the right to teach with authority) that not only our acts as individuals but also as groups and as nations must conform to the eternal law of God. In fact, it is much more important that the acts of a nation follow God's law, since on the nation rests a much greater responsibility for the consequences of its acts than on the individual.

When, therefore, governments and nations follow in all their activities, whether they be national or international, the dictates of conscience grounded in the teachings, precepts, and example of Jesus Christ, and which are binding on each and every individual, then only can we have faith in one another's word and trust in the peaceful solution of the difficulties and controversies which may grow out of differences in point of view or from clash of interests. An attempt in this direction has already and is now being made; its results, however, are almost negligible and, especially so, as far as they can be said to affect those major questions which divide seriously and serve to arouse nations one against the other. No merely human institution of today can be as successful in devising a set of international laws which will be in harmony with world conditions as the Middle Ages were in the possession of that true League of Nations, Christianity. It cannot be denied that in the Middle Ages this law was often violated; still it always existed as an ideal, according to which one might judge the acts of nations, and a beacon light calling those who had lost their way back to the safe road.

There exists an institution able to safeguard the sanctity of the law of nations. This institution is a part of every nation; at the same time it is above all nations. She enjoys, too, the highest authority, the fullness of the teaching power of the Apostles. Such an institution is the Church of Christ. She alone is adapted to do this great work, for she is not only divinely commissioned to lead mankind, but moreover, because of her very make-up and the constitution which she possesses, by reason of her age-old traditions and her great prestige, which has not been lessened but has been greatly increased since the close of the War, cannot but succeed in such a venture where others assuredly will fail. We must remember these words, inspired directly by the Third Person of the Most Blessed Trinity, God the Holy Ghost, contained in Saint Paul's Epistle to the Ephesians:

Put you on the armour of God, that you may be able to stand against the deceits of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood; but against principalities and power, against the rulers of the world of this darkness, against the spirits of wickedness in the high place. Therefore take unto you the armour of God, that you may be able to resist in the evil day, and to stand in all things perfect. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of justice, And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace:

In all things taking the shield of faith, wherewith you may be able to extinguish all the fiery darts of the most wicked one. And take unto you the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit (which is the word of God). By all prayer and supplication praying at all times in the spirit; and in the same watching with all instance and supplication for all the saints. (Ephesians 6: 11-18.)

Our Lady's Most Holy Rosary is our weapon and her Brown Scapular of Mount Carmel is our shield in this time when the forces of Antichrist in the worlds of Modernity and Modernism have rigged things against the Holy Faith and those who adhere to it despite their own sins.

The worst thing that can happen to us is the loss of our immortal souls for all eternity, not the transitory schemes of those whose ascent to power has been rigged by the devil himself to tempt us into the throes of despair.

The saints were never slow in embracing their crosses, and they never murmured in the midst of them. With Blessed Job they have exclaimed:

And said: Naked came I out of my mother' s womb, and naked shall I return thither: the Lord gave, and the Lord hath taken away: as it hath pleased the Lord so is it done: blessed be the name of the Lord.  (Job 1: 21.)

We must suffer as did Blessed Job as we know full well that God brings good out of evil and as we look Heavenward to Our Lady to beseech her to shower down upon us the graces her Divine Son won for us by the shedding of every single drop of His Most Blessed Blood during His Passion and Death on the wood of the Holy Cross on Good Friday so that we can persevere to the end as Catholics who live and die solely as soldiers of Christ the King through her own Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart.
