This protracted commentary about the decision of the Supreme Court of the United States of America in the case of Murthy v. Missouri, June 26, 2024, was published about five hours ago, around 6:44 p.m., Eastern Daylight Saving Time. It is now Midnight.
No, I did not watch the debate. I was praying for the various people, living and deceased, for whom I pray every day as the debate was taking place and spending some time in spiritual reading thereafter.
Although I have read enough commentary about the debate to know that that the Adderall did not work for President in Name Only Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr., the following comment made by former President Donald John Trump makes any satisfaction over Biden's incompetence on live television without a teleprompter even after a week's debate preparation at Camp David pale into insignificance:
TRUMP: First of all, the Supreme Court just approved the abortion pill. And I agree with their decision to have done that, and I will not block it.
And if you look at this whole question that you’re asking, a complex, but not really complex.
Fifty-one years ago, you had Roe v. Wade, and everybody wanted to get it back to the states, everybody, without exception, Democrats, Republicans, liberals, conservatives. Everybody wanted it back. Religious leaders.
And what I did is I put three great Supreme Court justices on the court, and they happened to vote in favor of killing Roe v. Wade and moving it back to the states. This is something that everybody wanted.
Now, 10 years ago or so, they started talking about how many weeks and how many of this are getting into other things, but every legal scholar, throughout the world, the most respected, wanted it brought back to the states. I did that.
Now the states are working it out. If you look at Ohio, it was a decision that was – it was – it was an end result that was a little bit more liberal than you would have thought. Kansas, I would say the same thing. Texas is different. Florida is different.
But they’re all making their own decisions right now. And right now, the states control it. That’s the vote of the people.
Like Ronald Reagan, I believe in the exceptions, I am a person that believes. And frankly, I think it’s important to believe in the exceptions. Some people, you have to follow your heart, some people don’t believe in that.
But I believe in the exceptions for rape, incest, and the life of the mother. I think it’s very important. Some people don’t. Follow your heart.
But you have to get elected also and – because that has to do with other things. You’ve got to get elected.
The problem they have is they’re radical because they will take the life of a child in the eighth month, the ninth month, and even after birth – after birth.
If you look at the former governor of Virginia, he was willing to do this. He said, we’ll put the baby aside and we’ll determine what we do with the baby. Meaning, we’ll kill the baby.
What happened is we brought it back to the states and the country is now coming together on this issue. It’s been a great thing. (READ: Biden-Trump debate partial rush transcript.)
So, Donald John Trump will not block access to human pesticides as he repeats the same garbage he has been repeating since September of last year. Those interested can read my commentaries on this craven betrayal to electoral expediency: Another Memorandum to Clueless Don from Queens: Catholics Do Not Compromise on Truth, Pontius Trump Washes His Hands of the Blood of Innocent Babies, and Your "Pro-Life" President is At It Again.
I have said this before. I am saying it again: There is nothing complex about killing a baby, and it does not matter whether that direct, intentional killing takes place by chemical or surgical means. Thou shalt not kill means that all innocent human life is inviolable without any exceptions whatsoever.
Trump gave his canned answer, only adding the part about agreeing with the decision of the Supreme Court of the United States of America in the case of FDA v. Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine, June 14, 2024, that I discussed in The Supreme Masters of Sophistry Strike Again!.
No mas.
Apart from commenting on whoever it is that the organized crime family of the false opposite of the naturalist "left" will choose to replace the fully pro-abortion, pro-sodomite Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr., to be its presidential nominee against the partly pro-abortion, pro-sodomite Donald John Trump, I am done with this absurdity.
Suspend rationality if you choose to do so.
However, no country can ever be made great, whether again or for the first time, on the blood of innocent human beings.
Pray for the miracle of the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary to get us out of this mess.
I hope to have another commentary published by around by sometime Saturday aftrnoon, June 29, 2024, the Feast of the Solemnity of Saints Peter and Paul.
