When Will The Madness End?
Part One
by Thomas A. Droleskey
When will the madness end?
When will the madness of otherwise intelligent, rational human beings referring to an arch-heretic, Joseph Ratzinger, as a true Successor of Saint Peter and his fellow band of arch-heretics, men such as Gerhard Ludwig Muller and Joseph Augustine Di Noia, as "bishops" and officials in the Catholic Church end?
These heretics and blasphemers in the counterfeit church of conciliarism are being bolder and bolder in their evil proclamations. They seem to be unable to hold their tongues even for a moment as they boast of of the revolutionary doctrines that it is not unreasonable to believe that Pope Saint Pius X could foresee as spreading universally at some point if Modernism merely went "underground" without being yanked out by the roots.
"Toody, SHUT UP!"
Gerhard Ludwig Muller, Ratzinger/Benedict's pal and comrade-in-Modernist-arms from the Federal Republic of Germany, seems to be enjoying himself quite a bit in the week since he has been appointed as the prefect of the conciliar church's Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith. Then again, he likes a good party, especially when he has the opportunity to put his arms around the bare arm or waists of adoring "punkers" (see Gerhard Ludwig Muller welcomes punk girls, which contains an image of two scantily clad women "punkers" with the new head of conciliar doctrine, a photograph that is not necessary to see but which demonstrates the man's complete lack of understanding of the dignity of the episcopacy that he thinks, albeit falsehood, has been bestowed upon him). Indeed, the man is gabbing just as much as his new subordinate, "Archbishop" Joseph Augustine Di Noia, O.P., the newly appointed president of "Pontifical" Commission Ecclesia Dei (see Deft? Daft Is More Like It, part two, Daft? Deft Is More Like It, part three and Does The Defense of Catholic Truth Matter To You?).
This is all reminiscent of a wonderful hilarious episode of Car 54, Where Are You?, "Change Your Partner," that aired on Sunday, October 8, 1961. The premise of the episode, the fourth in the first season of the series, was the remarkable discovery by a police chief, played by the late Dan Frazer, who would play Captain Frank McNeil on Kojak from 1973 to 1978 (I had a chance to meet him on the set of Kojak in 1976 after Kevin Dobson, who played Detective Bobby Crocker, invited me to visit after meeting me at Shea Stadium), who was amazed that Officers Francis Muldoon, played by the late Fred Gwynne, and Gunther Toody, played by the late Joe E. Ross, had been together for nine straight years without interruption. The police chief queried Muldoon and Toody separately to see what held them together even though they were so different from each other. Muldoon was thoughtful and reflective; Toody never stopped talking about nonsense.
The police chief discovered in the course of his question of Toody and Muldoon that each had a few minor gripes about one another, gripes that each began to notice and to be bothered by more and more after they had been questioned. Exasperated with each other and in the presence of a the police chief and newspaper reporters, Toody and Muldoon requested a change in partners, much to the embarrassment of the long suffering Captain Paul Block of the fictional Fifty-third Precinct, played so well by the late Paul Reed, who was appearing on the Broadway in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying throughout the entire two-year run of Car 54, Where Are You?
Each of the patrolmen of the Fifty-third precinct were assigned to be the partner of either Toody or Muldoon, with whom none could get along.
In one delightful moment that only a New Yorker could appreciate (series' creator Nat Hiken, who had also created and produced You'll Never Get Rich, aka The Phil Silvers Show, spent an entire year visiting New York City police precincts to get a "feel" for police work and the interpersonal relationships within precinct houses and while on patrol with police officers), Officer Ed Nicholson, played by one of the program's two surviving cast members, Hank Garrett, is teamed with Toody, wearing a blank expression riding in the passenger seat as Toody just gabbed and gabbed and gabbed. Finally, Nicholson, who had had quite enough of Toody, turned to his left and tapped Toody on his right shoulder. The following exchange occurred:
Nicholson: Toody.
Toody: What?
Nicholson (screaming at the top of his lungs): SHUT UP! (This hilarious scene can be seen, pun intended, at seven minute, fifteen second mark in part two of the episode on You Tube: Car 54 where are you? "Change your partner" Part 2).
Well, this is what I have to say to "Archbishop" Gerhard Ludwig Muller: SHUT UP!
Yes, here is what Muller, the blasphemer who denies the Perpetual Virginity of the Blessed Virgin Mary (see Rationalizing The Work of Rationalists), said in his most recent interview, which can be found in translated form on the Catholic Conservation website, as the rising conciliar star of stage and screen:
Q: Did your commitment to the liberation theology endangers your appointment?
A: I do not know. If you know the Catholic faith, we know that to her
essentially belong the social obligation, the responsibility for the
world, the love of the poor. Liberation theology is a big word - but
every Christian theology as something to do with the freedom of man. Also in South America in
this context, it is about theological questions: Given the misery and
indignity that many people around us can not imagine, given this glaring
injustice, we can not simply go away with a pious raising of eyebrows
about it. Faith and doing good go together. These are the two sides of a
coin.
Q: Are you then in agreement with the Pope?
A: Total agreement . Not even when he was my predecessor's predecessor in
the CDF did he put liberation theology in its entirety in question, but
some aspects which I fully underline. Liberation theology is not a loose
mix of communism and the Catholic faith. Theology, if it is to be
Catholic, you must find out an answer from his own sources. The social
teaching of the Catholic Church has proven to be far superior to the
Marxist analysis. We do not want a society that is divided into rich and
poor, and in which one has access to education,
and not the other. Workers and employers must not act against each
other as pure interest groups, but they must all be committed to the
common good. Even against the rampant commercialization of all aspects
of life we must be critical: the economy is there for people, not vice
versa.
Q: You have been declared, in respect of such words, to be among the liberals. Did that surprise you?
A: Oh well. Saint Thomas Aquinas says, "Deus maxime liberalis est - God is
the Greatest Liberal". (Cathcon- normally translated as “God therefore
is in the highest degree "liberal” to ensure that there is no conflation of the ideas of
liberality with the practice of liberalism in any sense). In the
original sense is liberalis is liberally and generously. " In this
sense, I love being a liberal.
(Cathcon- one waits for years for the Head of the CDF to quote St Thomas and he is now used in such a poor way)
Q: You have always been very critical of the SSPX. Now, you are responsible
as Prefect for the return of the fallen-away Society into the bosom of
the Church. How difficult is it?
A: The negotiations of the Vatican with the SSPX brothers are friendly, Christian and humane, but clearly in formation. Who wants to become Catholic
again must recognise the authority of the Pope and the bishops (Cathcon-
the SSPX certainly think they both are Catholic and recognise the
authority of the Pope. Big misunderstanding from Mueller which is at
variance with various Vatican statements of recent years). No one
should think that they can impose his own ideas of the Catholic Church.
The talks in Rome are not negotiations between two parties. No religious
fraternity may impose conditions of the church.
Q: The negotiations between the SSPX with the Vatican have been going on since January 2009. How much more time is needed?
A: Eventually, the "point of no return" is coming and they must decide: Do
they wish for the unity of the Church? This includes the acceptance of
the form and content of the Second Vatican Council, and the previous and
subsequent statements and decisions of the Magisterium. There is no
other way. (Cathcon- he seems to be deliberately tearing up bridges
that have already been built).
Q: The main criticism of the SSPX is the Second Vatican Council's- the
permission for Masses in the local language instead of Latin. Is there
any leeway?
A: What can be granted, is that which actually belongs to the diversity of the Catholic faith and life. The
liturgical reform of Vatican II was factually correct and necessary.
One cannot issue polemic against it just because there are abuses.
Q: The SSPX have just designated you again as a heretic, that is, as one who has fallen from the faith.
A: I must not give an answer to every stupidity. (Cathcon- image what the
response had been if the SSPX had issued a press release calling the
Archbishop dumb. Mutual respect is needed for dialogue, as the Vatican
is only too quick to point out in other ecumenical dialogues). (As found on Catholic Conservation, which translated the original German text in the Mittelbayerische Zeitung.)
As the hour is very late, I will not spend much time to belabor points made so frequently on this site.
First, "liberation theology" is from the devil of its very nature. No matter Muller's protestations to the contrary, "liberation theology" is based in Marxism. There will always be economic inequality in the world. The true way to alleviate the temporal suffering of human beings is for Holy Mother Church to attend first and foremost to the salvation of souls by teaching her children the immutable truths of her Mystical Spouse and Invisible Head and by administering the graces He won for us on the wood of the Holy Cross through her sacraments.
One of the reasons there is more injustice today than in the past is that more men around the world are steeped in the horror of unrepentant personal sin. Even many of those steeped in material poverty live immoral lives and desire only one thing: to be materially wealthy.
While Holy Mother Church and her children must perform the Corporal Works of Mercy for our brothers and sisters in Christ the King, it is also incumbent to discharge the Spiritual Works of Mercy first and foremost. The first law of the Church is the salvation of souls. Men must suffer in this vale of tears. Those who exploit the poor, whether by means of substandard wages or by charging usurious interests on loans or forcing them to work in horrible conditions, will suffer a terrible fate eternally if they do not repent. On the other hand, those so exploited who do not bear their suffering well as they pray for the conversion of their exploiters may very well lose their own salvation.
We are to be liberated from our enslavement to sin, yes, even from any attachment to our Venial Sins, and from enslavement to our disordered self-love.
"Archbishop" Muller, having lost the Catholic Faith, has no true understanding of Pope Leo XIII's Rerum Novarum, May 15, 1891, and Pope Pius XI's Quadragesimo Anno, May 15, 1931. His "social teaching" comes from the Marxist theologian Father Gustavo Gutierrez and from the socialism of Giovanni Montini/Paul VI's Populorum Progressio, March 26, 1967. Having no understanding of the horror of personal sin, he is oblivious to this simple statement of Catholic truth that was enunciated by Silvio Cardinal Antoniano in the Sixteenth Century:
The more closely the temporal power of a nation aligns itself with the
spiritual, and the more it fosters and promotes the latter, by so much
the more it contributes to the conservation of the commonwealth. For it
is the aim of the ecclesiastical authority by the use of spiritual
means, to form good Christians in accordance with its own particular end
and object; and in doing this it helps at the same time to form good
citizens, and prepares them to meet their obligations as members of a
civil society. This follows of necessity because in the City of God, the
Holy Roman Catholic Church, a good citizen and an upright man are
absolutely one and the same thing. How grave therefore is the error of
those who separate things so closely united, and who think that they can
produce good citizens by ways and methods other than those which make
for the formation of good Christians. For, let human prudence
say what it likes and reason as it pleases, it is impossible to produce
true temporal peace and tranquillity by things repugnant or opposed to
the peace and happiness of eternity. (Silvio Cardinal Antoniano, quoted by Pope Pius XI in Divini Illius Magistri, December 31, 1929.)
Second, Gerhard Ludwig Muller's self-serving, self-congratulatory distortion and misrepresentation of the words of Saint Thomas Aquinas represent yet another blasphemy against the very nature of God Himself. God is liberal in the bestowing of His graces upon us sinful men. His is liberal in extending His mercy to us when we are repentant and having a true purpose of amendment as expressed in the Sacred Tribunal of Penance. Hie liberal with the gifts He bestows upon us, although He does not bestow such gifts equally. He is liberal with the crosses that He sends us as He knows that each of these are the means of our salvation if we bear them well and offer up whatever merit we might earn therefrom to Him through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary.
God, however, has no "political program" or "ideology." He is God, without beginning or end. He is immutable. And He is most illiberal when it comes to the toleration of heresy, blasphemy, sacrilege and other theological or liturgical or moral errors as He does not not want souls confused as He is denied the honor and glory that are His due.
Gerhard Ludwig Muller remains a blasphemer and a heretic.
Third, it is not "stupid" for the Society of Saint Pius X to have termed Gerhard Ludwig Muller a heretic as this is what he is. It is stupid, however, for anyone, whether bishop, priest or member of the laity, in the Society of Saint Pius X to contend that men such as Gerhard Ludwig Muller and the man who appointed him, Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI, are Catholics when they are blasphemers and heretics, men guilty of one public sacrilege after another, starting with their daily staging of the Protestant and Masonic Novus Ordo service that has always been and will always be a mockery of the true worship of God that has been offered by the Catholic Church from her very origins and which can never be an incentive to impiety of any kind. (For a basic review of the horror of the Novus Ordo and its contrast with Novus Ordo liturgical service, please see Taking The Obvious For Granted.)
No, contrary to what those suffering from "Romanitas" (the desire to please the heretical and blaspheming Roman authorities by making one excuse for them after another) contend, it does not take a licentiate or a doctorate in Sacred Theology to recognize heresy when it is before us or to recognize apostasy as represented by the following images that are simply one of many that could be brought forth, images that will be contrasted in part two of this series with the examples of several of the martyrs whose feasts have been offered in recent days:
At the Cologne synagogue: prayer with the Jews
Ratzinger/Benedict receiving a
copy of the Koran, "John Paul II Cultural Center," Washington, District
of Columbia, Thursday, April 17, 2008. Would Our Lord receive a copy of
this blasphemous document, no less with a smile on his face? See the
video of this exercise in apostasy, (See for yourself, April 17, 2008 - 6:15 p.m. - Interreligious Gathering.)
What's that about a picture being worth a thousand words?
Layman Rowan Williams
greets Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI at Westminster Abbey, Friday,
September 17, 2010. Note that Rowan Williams wore a miter. Joseph
Ratzinger/Benedict XVI, did not wear one. Obviously, neither are
bishops, although Ratzinger/Benedict is a true priest, something that
Williams is not.
Here is my two word response to Gerhard Ludwig Muller's conciliar ramblings and the efforts of those who are seeking to defend him in order to protect their own "access" to Roman authorities in the name of "obedience" and "humility:" SHUT UP!
Denying the Very Divine Constitution of Holy Mother Church
Meanwhile, good readers, the conciliar "bishops" of the so-called United States Conference of Catholic Bishops have been hard at work "learning" more about Talmudic "teaching" concerning the New Testament:
WASHINGTON—Gatherings
of two different Catholic-Jewish dialogues explored topics including economics, education, religious freedom and even a Jewish commentary on the New Testament.
The semi-annual consultation of the
U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops/National Council of Synagogues (USCCB/NCS)
discussed the publication of Amy Jill Levine and Mark Zvi Brettler's book, The Jewish Annotated New Testament (Oxford, 2012) at their May 22 meeting in New York City. Bishop Denis Madden,
auxiliary of Baltimore, and Rabbi David Straus of the Main Line Reform Temple
in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania co-chaired the meeting.
"The
publication of Levine's and Brettler's comprehensive work on the New Testament
represents an important milestone in Catholic-Jewish relations," said Bishop
Denis Madden, chairman of the USCCB Committee on Ecumenical and Interreligious
Affairs. "Never before has a group of Jewish scholars made so learned and
technical a reading of the New Testament. Clearly, this new effort reflects the
progress we have made since the Second Vatican Council in mutual respect for each
other's sacred Scriptures."
Cardinal Timothy Dolan of New York,
president of USCCB, joined the meeting to extend his greetings and welcome to
all the participants. He made brief remarks on the central importance of
Catholic-Jewish dialogue and, in particular, of the work done between the USCCB
and National Council of Synagogues. He thanked all of the members present for
their continued dedication.
Professor Amy Jill Levine of
Vanderbilt University gave a brief overview of her work, co-edited with
Professor Marc Brettler of Brandeis University, while Jesuit Father John
Donahue, professor of New Testament at Loyola University, Baltimore, offered a
Catholic response. Dialogue members then discussed various aspects of biblical
studies, as well as how the publication of The
Jewish Annotated New Testament marked a deepening of understanding in
Catholic-Jewish relations. Levine stressed that it is vital for Jews to study the New Testament to gain respect for their Christian neighbors, even as
Christians must do the same with the Hebrew Scriptures.
Rabbi Gil Rosenthal, executive director
of the National Council of Synagogues, remarked: "This important volume is
testimony not only to the enormous competence of its editors and authors, but
to the spirit of dialogue that can allow Jews to read and appreciate the Jewish
context of Christian scriptures."
Reports on other dialogue issues,
such as continued progress in the implementation of practical aspects of the
Vatican-Israeli accord, and updates on the reconciliation of the Society of St.
Pius X with the Vatican filled the second half of the meeting. Plans for a
two-day October dialogue were considered, centered around the topic of the role
of religion in the public square. (www.usccb.org/news/2012/12-125.cfm.)
You mean to say that Holy Mother Church has not known what adherents of the Talmud think about the New Testament prior to now? This is a denial of her Divine Constitution as she is given by her Divine Founder and Invisible Head to know all falsehood that is taught concerning her as her Fathers and Doctors and other learned theologians have made clear for centuries. All non-Catholics, including adherents of the Talmud, need to be converted to the Catholic Faith.
The idiots engaged in this "dialogue" and "path of study" ought to consider the following words of Pope Saint Pius X to understand that the just social order can be based only on Catholicism, not on "inter-religious" "dialogue" and "mutual cooperation."
Here we have, founded by Catholics, an
inter-denominational association that is to work for the reform of
civilization, an undertaking which is above all religious in character;
for there is no true civilization without a moral civilization, and no
true moral civilization without the true religion: it is a proven truth,
a historical fact. The new Sillonists cannot pretend that they
are merely working on “the ground of practical realities” where
differences of belief do not matter. Their leader is so conscious of the
influence which the convictions of the mind have upon the result of the
action, that he invites them, whatever religion they may belong to, “to
provide on the ground of practical realities, the proof of the
excellence of their personal convictions.” And with good reason: indeed,
all practical results reflect the nature of one’s religious
convictions, just as the limbs of a man down to his finger-tips, owe
their very shape to the principle of life that dwells in his body.
This being said, what must be thought of the promiscuity in which young
Catholics will be caught up with heterodox and unbelieving folk in a
work of this nature? Is it not a thousand-fold more dangerous for them
than a neutral association? What are we to think of this appeal
to all the heterodox, and to all the unbelievers, to prove the
excellence of their convictions in the social sphere in a sort of
apologetic contest? Has not this contest lasted for nineteen
centuries in conditions less dangerous for the faith of Catholics? And
was it not all to the credit of the Catholic Church? What are we
to think of this respect for all errors, and of this strange invitation
made by a Catholic to all the dissidents to strengthen their
convictions through study so that they may have more and more abundant
sources of fresh forces? What are we to think of an association in which
all religions and even Free-Thought may express themselves openly and
in complete freedom? For the Sillonists who, in public lectures
and elsewhere, proudly proclaim their personal faith, certainly do not
intend to silence others nor do they intend to prevent a Protestant from
asserting his Protestantism, and the skeptic from affirming his
skepticism. Finally, what are we to think of a Catholic who, on entering
his study group, leaves his Catholicism outside the door so as not to
alarm his comrades who, “dreaming of disinterested social action, are
not inclined to make it serve the triumph of interests, coteries and
even convictions whatever they may be”? Such is the profession of faith
of the New Democratic Committee for Social Action which has taken over
the main objective of the previous organization and which, they say,
“breaking the double meaning which surround the Greater Sillon both in
reactionary and anti-clerical circles”, is now open to all men “who
respect moral and religious forces and who are convinced that no genuine
social emancipation is possible without the leaven of generous
idealism.” (Pope Saint Pius X, Notre Charge Apostolique, August 15, 1910.)
But, on the contrary, by ignoring the laws
governing human nature and by breaking the bounds within which they
operate, the human person is lead, not toward progress, but towards
death. This, nevertheless, is what they want to do with human society;
they dream of changing its natural and traditional foundations; they
dream of a Future City built on different principles, and they dare to
proclaim these more fruitful and more beneficial than the principles
upon which the present Christian City rests.
No, Venerable Brethren, We must repeat with the utmost energy in these
times of social and intellectual anarchy when everyone takes it upon
himself to teach as a teacher and lawmaker - the City cannot be built
otherwise than as God has built it; society cannot be setup unless the
Church lays the foundations and supervises the work; no,
civilization is not something yet to be found, nor is the New City to be
built on hazy notions; it has been in existence and still is: it is
Christian civilization, it is the Catholic City. It has only to be set
up and restored continually against the unremitting attacks of insane
dreamers, rebels and miscreants. Omnia instaurare in Christo. (Pope Saint Pius X, Notre Charge Apostolique, August 15, 1910.)
Here's from the lips of the fictional Officer Ed Nicholson to the participants in the insanity posted on the website of the United States Conference of United Apostates and Blasphemers: SHUT UP!
When Will The Madness End?
When will this madness end?
It will end in God's good time as He sees fit.
Sin abounds in the world. Sin abounds in the lives of Catholics all up and down and across the vast expanse of the ecclesiastical divide. Sin abounds even in our own hearts and souls, especially when we lose sight of the fact that God has known from all eternity that these terrible events through which we are living would occur.
Take heart, however. Yes, take heart with the courage and love of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary. It is a privilege, yes, verily a privilege, I tell you, to live in these challenging times as this is time that God has ordained from all eternity for us to be alive. This means that there is work, important work, for each and every one of us to do as we seek to sanctify and save our souls during this time of apostasy and betrayal. We must plant seeds for the restoration of the Church Militant on earth and of Christendom in the world.
No, we may not live long enough to see this restoration. Moses was permitted to see the Promised Land of Canaan but he was not permitted by God to enter because of the infidelity of the Jewish people he had led out of the desert following their liberation from captivity to the Pharaoh, himself an image of he devil. We may not live enough to see the restoration of the Church Militant on earth and of Christendom in the world because of our own infidelities, which is we should and must embrace with gratitude each and every chastisement that comes our way, especially those that bring us low, very low, before our fellow men. Everything is revealed on the Last Day at the General Judgment of the living and the dead. Why not accept the chastisement that comes from recognizing the stupidity and madness of the counterfeit church of concilairism and of those who think that they "resist" and "sift through" the words and actions of a true pope.
Every Rosary we pray will help us console the good God as we seek to make reparation to Him through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary for all sins and those of our whole word, especially by praying as many Rosaries each day as our state-in-life permits.
Be cheerful in this time of apostasy and betrayal. There is work to do as we plant seeds for Christ the King through Mary our Immaculate Queen.
What are waiting for?
Viva Cristo Rey!
Isn't it time to pray a Rosary now?
Our Lady of the Rosary, pray for us!
Vivat Christus Rex! Viva Cristo Rey!
Saint Joseph, pray for us.
Saints Peter and Paul, pray for us.
Saint John the Baptist, pray for us.
Saint John the Evangelist, pray for us.
Saint Michael the Archangel, pray for us.
Saint Gabriel the Archangel, pray for us.
Saint Raphael the Archangel, pray for us.
Saints Joachim and Anne, pray for us.
