As impervious as most Americans are to the daily slaughter of the preborn, both by chemical and surgical means, in their own country, they are even more impervious to the truly diabolical "family planning" practices of Red China. American politicians of both major organized crime families of naturalism, the Republican Party and the Democratic Party, are particularly deaf, dumb and blind to these diabolical practices, which have included such horrors as forced abortion, forced sterilization, and a limit of one child-per-family. This is so principally, although far from exclusively, that the more well-heeled among members of the governing class have financial portfolios replete with investments with multinational corporations that are themselves heavily invested in the showcase of Communist tyranny today, Red China. One can't all that terribly upset about the spilled blood of innocent babies and the violation of the Natural Law rights of parents when one's "daily bread."
Although it is true that forced abortion in Red China is still a de facto practice in some rural areas of Red China after it has been, as claimed by the Chicom authorities in Beijing,banned on a de jure basis nationwide, forced sterilization is still a widespread practice in many parts of Red China as bureaucrats in the southern part of Red China, eager to show their "competency" in enforcing the one-child-per-family policy, are mutilating the bodies of human beings at a furious pace:
Doctors in southern China are working around the clock to fulfil a government goal to sterilise — by force if necessary — almost 10,000 men and women who have violated birth control policies. Family planning authorities are so determined to stop couples from producing more children than the regulations allow that they are detaining the relatives of those who resist.
About 1,300 people are being held in cramped conditions in towns across Puning county, in Guangdong Province, as officials try to put pressure on couples who have illegal children to come forward for sterilisation.
The 20-day campaign, which was launched on April 7, aims to complete 9,559 sterilisations in Puning, which, with a population of 2.24 million, is the most populous county in the province.
A doctor in Daba village said that his team was working flat out, beginning sterilisations every day at 8am and working straight through until 4am the following day.
Zhang Lizhao, 38, the father of two sons, aged 6 and 4, said that he rushed home late last night from buying loquats for his wholesale fruit business to undergo sterilisation after his elder brother was detained. His wife had already returned so that the brother would be freed.
Mr Zhang said: “This morning my wife called me and said they were forcing her to be sterilised today. She pleaded with the clinic to wait because she has her period. But they would not wait a single day. I called and begged them but they said no. So I have rushed back. I am satisfied because I have two sons.”
Thousands of others have refused to submit and officials are continuing to detain relatives, including elderly parents, to force them to submit to surgery. Those in detention are required to listen to lectures on the rules limiting the size of families.
On April 10 The Southern Countryside Daily reported on about 100 people, mostly elderly, packed into a damp 200sq m (2,150sq ft) room at a township family planning centre. The newspaper said: “There were some mats on the floor but the room was too small for all people to lie down and sleep, so the young ones had to stand or squat. Owing to the lack of quilts, many cuddled up to fight the cold.”
Among those being held was the 68-year-old father of Huang Ruifeng, who has three daughters. Mr Huang said: “Several days ago a village official called me and asked me or my wife to return for the surgery. Otherwise they would take away my father.” He said that he was too busy to go and did not have confidence in village medical techniques. In any case, he wanted his wife to give birth to a son first.
An official at the Puning Population and Family Planning Bureau, who declined to be identified, told The Global Times: “It’s not uncommon for family planning authorities to adopt some tough tactics.”
In Puning county couples with illegal children and their relatives who apply for permits to build a house are rejected. Illegal children are refused residency registration, a penalty that denies them access to healthcare and education.
Authorities have discovered, however, that those methods have less success than rounding up relatives.
One official said that an investigation would be launched to establish whether authorities in Puning had exceeded their remit.
A state-level regulation stipulates that couples who violate the family planning policy must not be punished without proper authorisation and family members may not be penalised to put pressure on couples.
In the years after China launched its strict “one couple, one child” family planning policy in the late 1970s abuses such as forced late-term abortions, sterilisations and even the killing of newborn babies were widely reported. Such practices have diminished in recent years, as the policy has become more widely accepted and exceptions have been introduced.
Officials in Puning are under particular pressure, however: they risk failing in their bid for promotion to a second-tier county if they cannot meet all quotas. That includes keeping the number of births within government limits.
The county is under criticism from Guangdong authorities, who want to slow a population growth that is reflecting badly on the entire province. One reason for Puning’s large population is that families in the mainly rural region often have up to three or four children.
Many of those with extra children have left to find factory jobs along the more developed coast, taking advantage of being away from local government surveillance to give birth outside the quotas.
Rules in Puning, as throughout rural China, allow farmers to have a second child if the first is a daughter. After that couples must stop. By the morning of April 12 Puning officials said that they had achieved, in a mere five days, about half of their sterilisation goal after their “education” persuaded people to comply.
Family planning
• China is the world’s most populous country with about 1.3 billion people. By 2025 the population is expected to exceed 1.4 billion
• The birthrate is low at 14 births per 1,000 people every year but the infant mortality rate is also low, at 20.25 deaths per 1,000 live births
• The single-child policy, referred to by the Chinese Government as the family planning policy, was introduced in 1978 to ensure that China could feed all of its people
• The policy stipulates that couples living in cities can have one child, unless one or both are from an ethnic minority or they are both only children. In most rural areas a couple may have a second child after a break of several years
• Despite the policy, it is common to find couples in the countryside, where 80 per cent of the population live, with a large number of children
• Many couples get round the law by sending pregnant women to stay with relatives, then claiming that the baby was adopted or belongs to a friend or relative
• Critics say that the policy has led to the killing of female infants because of the traditional preference for boys. ( China tries to sterilize ten thousand)
What word of condemnation has issued forth from the lips of any member of the administration of President Barack Hussein Obama? None.
What word of condmenation issued forth from the lips of any member of the administration of former President George Walker Bush as forced abortions were being carried out in the southwest part Red China in 2007? None:
The forced abortion campaign hit the southern Chinese province like a deadly hurricane. The provincial government decided that too many babies were being born. Local officials were warned that population control quotas had to be met or their heads would be on the chopping block. They reacted by hunting down and arresting hundreds of women for the crime of being pregnant. Taken by force to hospitals and clinics, these were aborted against their will. It did not matter whether the women were past the point of viability, or even whether they were already in labor. Their babies were killed all the same.
The above could stand as an accurate description of what I witnessed in China's Guangdong province in 1979-80. In reality, it is what is happening right now in the neighboring province of Guangxi. And what has happened in county after county, province after province, over the past 27 years. The one-child terror campaign that started back in 1980 continues to the present day, violating women and tearing apart families throughout China.
Guangxi's proximity to Hong Kong allowed word of the Communist crackdowns to leak out.
In fact, the only thing unusual about this latest campaign is how quickly news of these atrocities spread outside of China. Guangxi province is not far from Hong Kong. No sooner had the campaign begun in May of this year than word reached the former British colony and from there the outside world. Guangxi, like Guangdong and Hong Kong, is Cantonese speaking. It is also one of the more developed regions of China, where many people have cell phones and access to the Internet. It was by these means that the victims of the terror campaign communicated their suffering to the outside world.
National Public Radio, the taxpayer-funded alternative to Rush Limbaugh, actually ran a story on the campaign on its Morning Edition show. This described in harrowing detail the plight of Guangxi resident Wei Linrong. She and her husband, Liang Yage, already had one child but wanted a second. Mrs. Liang was arrested when she was seven months pregnant and forced to abort her child. The Liangs are Christian, NPR reported, and do not believe in abortion.
The Hong Kong and foreign press also reported how local officials were imposing punitive fines on those who had already given birth to second children. These fines were, in some cases, equivalent to several years' income.
In response to these heavy-handed tactics riots broke out in 28 towns throughout the region. Thousands went on the rampage, storming government buildings, breaking windows, smashing furniture and vandalizing vehicles. Some rioters even tried to set buildings on fire. To quell the unrest, the regional government called in hundreds of armed police.

The sympathy of the foreign press was obviously with the victims of forced abortions. NPR’s Morning Edition told not just the Liang's story, but other tales of Chinese women whose babies were aborted weeks, sometimes days before they were due to be born. The Los Angeles Times published full-color photos of the riots and printed the stories of peasants who had “finally had enough.” Even the New York Times finally got into the act with a long piece about the tragic inner-city abortion rates among young, unmarried Chinese women. (It apparently took the Times several days to figure out a pro-abortion slant.)
The official Xinhua News Agency, reacting to the foreign media coverage, went into damage control mode. Xinhua claimed that only 28 people were arrested in the aftermath of the riots, a number which seems ridiculously low under the circumstances. Xinhua also suggested that instead of jail terms the misguided villagers were to get counseling: 4,200 Communist Party cadres had been dispatched to the area to engage the villagers in dialogue about their complaints and ease tension in the 28 troubled towns. Xinhua did not reveal whether these cadres were armed.
Those arrested, whether 28 or, more likely, several hundred in number cannot expect to be treated well in jail. A blind attorney, who has been one of the leading activists in China against forced abortions, was recently severely beaten while in jail. Human rights groups say prison officials ordered fellow inmates to beat him after he resisted having his head shaved and insisted on his legal rights. This is unusual only in that the officials themselves did not administer the beating.
How many more millions of women will have to suffer forced abortion before China's leaders realize the bankruptcy of the policy they adopted so long ago? (Steven W. Mosher, One-Child Terror Campaign Continues)
The administration of former President George Walker Bush did deny American taxpayer dollars through the United States Agency for International Development to the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) because of forced abortions and forced sterilizations in Red China under terms of the Kemp-Kasten Amendment, which was enacted originally on August 15, 1985 (see Kemp-Kasten Amendment Legislative History.) All the while, however, the "pro-life" George Walker Bush administration fully funded voluntary"family planning programs," including the funding of abortifacient contraceptives, here in the United States of America and around the world, providing funding directly for surgical abortions in cases where a mother's life was said to be endangered. What the George Walker Bush administration did not do, however, was impose any direct sanctions on the government of Red China itself for its coercive "population control" policies as to do so would be to damage "economic relations" with a country where most of our manufactured goods are made by what is, for all intents and purposes, slave labor.
[Remember, this was the "pro-life" George Walker Bush whose Solicitor General argued before the Supreme Court of the United States of America that pro-life champion Joseph Scheidler was akin to a "bandit" under the Hobbs Act of 1946 because he was taking money away from a legitimate "business," that is, the business of baby-killing, by means of his sidewalk counseling. This was the same "pro-life" George Walker Bush whose administration did nothing to reverse the September, 2000 decision of the Food and Drug Administration of the United States Department of Health and Human Services to permit the sale of the human pesticide, RU-486, the French abortion pill. This was the same "pro-life" George Walker Bush administration whose own Food and Drug Administration authorized over-the-counter sales of the so-called "Plan B emergency contraceptive," which is an abortifacient baby-killing potion.]
Not one word issued forth from the lips of any official of the administration of former President William Jefferson Blythe Clinton about forced abortions and forced sterilizations as the evil means to enforce the evil one-child-per-family policy in Red China. The thoroughly pro-abortion Clinton, whose own vice president, Albert Arnold Gore, Jr., favored a one-child-per family policy on a worldwide basis, had no intention of condemning his Red Chinese paymasters, being all too willing to sell out the legitimate national security interests of the United States of America that he had taken an oath of office to protect in exchange for the illegal campaign donations he accepted from Red Chinese arms merchants who were permitted to "sleep over" at the White House. Not one word issued forth from the lips of President George Herbert Walker Bush to condemn forced abortions and forced sterilizations in Red China. Indeed, Bush the elder sent his National Security Advisor, Brent Scowcroft, a
member of the Trilateral Commission and a close associate of former United States Secretary of State Henry A. Kissinger, for whom Scowcroft once worked and whom he succeeded as the late President Gerald Rudolph Ford, Jr.'s National Security Advisor, to Red China on December 10, 1989, just a little over six months after the massacre of students in Tianamen Square on June 3 and 4, 1989, to reassure Red Chinese Communist Party Chairman Deng Xiaoping that the Bush the elder still considered the octogenarian Communist despot to be a "friend" of the United States of America
Indeed,
the Red Chinese, enemies of the legitimate national security and economic interests of the United States of America, are pretty much immune from any biting criticism from an incumbent American president as they have been permitted to invade our economic infrastructure without a shot being fired and as they have been enabled by one presidential administration, Republican and Democratic, after another ever since the late President Richard Milhous Nixon's Shanghai Communique (February 28, 1972 Full Text) with then Red Chinese Premier Chou En-lai.
Who cares about "regional aberrations" such as those taking place now in Puning county in Guangdong Province in Red China? Too bad. We can't let that interfere with our economic relations with the Red Chinese thugs or let that stand in the way of the mythical "democratization" of Red China, right? Wrong. The members American governing class that is beholden to the multinational corporate and banking classes simply do not care for objective moral truth, no matter whether it concerns the the taking of innocent human lives or the bodily mutilation of innocent human beings or the protection of a nation's legitimate national sovereignty and security, which includes the preservation of domestic jobs and the refusal to "outsource" those jobs to foreign nations merely as a means of maximizing profit. Moral truth matters nothing to devils who reject the Social Reign of Christ the King and who live their lives in search of bigger and better ways to enrich themselves and to assure themselves of more and more of the power of this world.
Father Denis Fahey, writing in The Mystical Body of Christ in the Modern World, explained the difference between a world where the Social Reign of Christ the King is accepted and respect and the world of Modernity in which we find ourselves at this time:
By the grace of the Headship of the Mystical Body, our Lord Jesus Christ is both Priest and King of redeemed mankind and, as such, exercises a twofold influence upon us. Firstly, as a Priest, He communicates to us the supernatural life of grace by which we, while ever remaining distinct from God, can enter into the vision and love of the Blessed Trinity. We can thus become one with God, not, of course, in the order of substance or being, but in the order of operation, of the immaterial union of vision and love. The Divine Nature is the principle of the Divine Vision and Love, and by grace we are ‘made partakers of the Divine Nature.’ This pure Catholic doctrine is infinitely removed from Masonic pantheism. Secondly, as King, our Lord exercises an exterior influence on us by His government of us. As King, He guides and directs us socially and individually, in order to dispose all things for the reception of the Supernatural Life which He, as Priest, confers.
Society had been organized in the thirteenth century and even down to the sixteenth, under the banner of Christ the King. Thus, in spite of deficiencies and imperfections, man’s divinization, through the Life that comes from the sacred Humanity of Jesus, was socially favoured. Modern society, under the influence of Satan, was to be organized on the opposite principle, namely, that human nature is of itself divine, that man is God, and, therefore, subject to nobody. Accordingly, when the favourable moment had arrived, the Masonic divnization of human nature found its expression in the Declaration of the Rights of Man in 1789. The French Revolution ushered in the struggle for the complete organization of the world around the new divinity–Humanity. In God’s plan, the whole organization of a country is meant to aid the development of a country is meant to aid the development of the true personality of the citizens through the Mystical Body of Christ. Accordingly, the achievement of true liberty for a country means the removal of obstacles to the organized social acceptance of the Divine Plan. Every revolution since 1789 tends, on the contrary, to the rejection of that plan, and therefore to the enthronement of man in the place of God. The freedom at which the spirit of the revolution aims is that absolute independence which refuses submission to any and every order. It is the spirit breathed by the temptation of the serpent: ‘For God doth know that in what day soever you shall eat thereof, your eyes shall be opened; and you shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.’ Man decided then that he would himself lay down the order of good and evil in the place of God; then and now it is the same attitude. Pope Pius XI explained in Divini Redemptoris, March 19, 1937, that there can be no cooperation with Communism, which is the embodiment of the anti-Incarnational spirit of Modernity, in any way whatsoever:
See to it, Venerable Brethren, that the Faithful do not allow themselves to be deceived! Communism is intrinsically wrong, and no one who would save Christian civilization may collaborate with it in any undertaking whatsoever. Those who permit themselves to be deceived into lending their aid towards the triumph of Communism in their own country, will be the first to fall victims of their error. And the greater the antiquity and grandeur of the Christian civilization in the regions where Communism successfully penetrates, so much more devastating will be the hatred displayed by the godless. (Pope Pius XI, Divini Redemptoris, March 19, 1937.)
None of the leaders of the two organized crime families of naturalism in the United States of America understand or accept this, which is why they continue their merry "engagement" with the "People's Republic of China, an "engagement" that may very well result in Red Chinese economic and/or military aggression against the United States of American.
Then again, why should the leaders of the naturalistic crime families, the Republicans and the Democrats, understand this when the false "pontiff," Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI, has sold out the underground Catholics in Red China and urged them to cooperate with the officials of the heretical and schismatic Chinese Patriotic Catholic Association? The counterfeit church of concilairism preaches its own form of "constructive engagement" with the Communists under the slogans of "inter-cultural dialogue." Behold the results of such "engagement" and "dialogue" as the devil wins time and and time and time again.
Indeed, Ratzinger/Benedict categorizes the murderous regime in Red China as nothing other than another kind of "structure" or "administration" of a civil state. It is nothing of the sort. It is an illegitimate regime that seized power by brute force, shedding the blood of millions upon millions of innocent human beings in the process, and it has maintained itself in power by those same means, enabled in the past thirty-eight years by one American presidential administration after another and by large multinational corporations who have exploited the availability of cheap labor in Red China to manufacture substandard merchandise and to produce a food supply that is, in many instances, replete with toxins that have actually killed people.
The government of the "People"s Republic of China is not based on "neutral" principles of garden-variety naturalism, not that those "ordinary" principles of naturalism are not offensive to God and harmful to social order, of course. The government of Red China is based on a specific and categorical rejection of God and upon the primacy of the civil state over its citizens. It is an evil regime from beginning to end, and it must be the duty of each Catholic in China to pray for an end ot the reign of Communist terror there and to the conversion of this land to the true Faith.
The Catholic Church does not use "force" to effect such conversions. She uses the graces won for us on the wood of the Holy Cross by Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and that flow into our hearts and souls through the loving hands of Our Lady, she who is the Mediatrix of All Graces, to effect such conversions, aided by the blood of the martyrs who refused to compromise one little bit with evil regimes. The Catholic Church seeks the establishment of the Social Reign of Christ the King all nations as each civil government in the world recognizes her as the true religion and as its rulers stand ready to yield to her maternal intervention, exercised judiciously and rarely only after the exhausting of her Indirect Power of teaching and preaching and exhortation, when the good of souls demands such intervention.
Quite opposed to the apostate spirit of Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI, Pope Saint Pius X wrote the following in Notre Charge Apostolique, August 15, 1910:
But, on the contrary, by ignoring the laws governing human nature and by breaking the bounds within which they operate, the human person is lead, not toward progress, but towards death. This, nevertheless, is what they want to do with human society; they dream of changing its natural and traditional foundations; they dream of a Future City built on different principles, and they dare to proclaim these more fruitful and more beneficial than the principles upon which the present Christian City rests.
No, Venerable Brethren, We must repeat with the utmost energy in these times of social and intellectual anarchy when everyone takes it upon himself to teach as a teacher and lawmaker - the City cannot be built otherwise than as God has built it; society cannot be setup unless the Church lays the foundations and supervises the work; no, civilization is not something yet to be found, nor is the New City to be built on hazy notions; it has been in existence and still is: it is Christian civilization, it is the Catholic City. It has only to be set up and restored continually against the unremitting attacks of insane dreamers, rebels and miscreants. Omnia instaurare in Christo.
Today is the Feast of Our Lady of Good Counsel here in the United States of America. We must turn to Our Lady of Good Counsel in these times of apostasy and betrayal to remain steadfast in the Faith as we confront the devils of Modernity in the world and devils of Modernism in the counterfeit church of conciliarism, each of whom is aided and abetted by the devils we permit to run amok in our own souls by means of our refusal to pray more fervently, to fast more regularly, to seek to root out our many venial faults and failings, to accept our daily crosses and humiliations with more and more joy and gratitude as we seek to make reparation to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary for our own many sins.
We must seek as Pope Leo XIII remind us, to follow the counsels of Our Lady, who will bring forth the victory of her Immaculate Hear at the time appointed by her Divine Son. Let us always take consolation in this truth as we go about the business of serving Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ through that same Immaculate Heart of Mary, praying as many Rosaries each day as our state-in-life permits.

Our Lady of Good Counsel (from Miraculous Image of Our Lady of Good Counsel)
The image received its papal coronation on November 17, 1682. A canon of Saint Peter's chapter was sent to represent Pope Innocent XI. A report was written five days later describing the image as touching the wall only at the upper edge and not supported by other means. It is from this date on that the existence of the painting as such was considered miraculous, not only because of its arrival at Genazzano, but because it is for the most part suspended in the air. Eyewitnesses also testify to extraordinary phenomena regarding changing features of the image. Since that time, there have been many privileges granted to the shrine, papal visits and honors.
An undated prayer card in our Marian Library tells us, "As can be seen from the register at the shrine [in Genazzano, Italy], Benedict XIV, Pius VIII, Pius IX, and Leo XIII are enrolled as members" of the organization then known as the Pious Union of Our Lady of Good Counsel. "It was Leo XIII who chose the motto for its members: Children, follow her counsels. Pope Pius XII placed his pontificate under the maternal care of Our Lady of Good Counsel."
In 1777 the Sacred Congregation of Rites approved a Proper Office commemorating the history of the shrine. The Augustinians were granted the privilege of this office. In the newly revised Collection of Masses of the Blessed Virgin Mary, (1988) there is also a special votive Mass in honor of The Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of Good Counsel. In the United States, there is a chapel dedicated to Our Lady of Good Counsel in the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception.
Our Lady of Good Counsel soon became a symbol of lay involvement and responsibility in Counter-reformation times. It was the woman, Petruccia, who saw the need for the restoration of a church fallen to ruins. She gave her utmost for the restoration and beautification of the church, and according to the story, she also prayed for the church. Today, there are women's groups, such as the Christian Mothers here in America, who turn to the patronage of Our Lady of Good Counsel.
