Someone Was Killed to Killed to Keep "J. R." Alive

by Thomas A. Droleskey

Father Vincent Miceli, S.J., was a superb defender of the Catholic Faith. Although his thick South Bronx dialect threw many who took him lightly off guard, Father Miceli was a great scholar and thorough researcher.

I had the privilege in the Fall of 1984 of compiling a name index for an anthology of his articles that were published under the title of Women Priests and Other Fantasies, finding time for this while I was teaching three courses as an adjunct professor in the Department of Government and Politics at Saint John's University in Jamaica, Queens, New York. Although I had spent a year living in the same residence, Saint Philip's Hall, at Holy Apostles Seminary as Father Miceli in the 1983-1984 academic year, and got to know him very well during that time, I was very impressed with the careful nature of his good Catholic scholarship in the book he asked me to index. This scholarship was also evident in his other books, including his doctoral dissertation at Fordham University, Ascent to Being, and The Gods of Atheism, The Antichrist, The Roots of Violence and his last book, a collection of retreat talks, Rendezvous with God.

Father Miceli, who entered the New Orleans Province of the Society of Jesus in 1936 at the age of twenty-one and was ordained to the Holy Priesthood in 1949, was, though, a boy from the South Bronx to the core of his pugnacious being. He was a street-fighter without peer. He loved to tear heretics to shreds with his incisive intelligence and his sharp, biting wit. One of his favorite ways of referring to a Catholic who dissent from the Sacred Deposit of Faith was by saying, "He [or she] is a disaaaaassta!"

To wit, pun completely intended, Father Miceli was eating a tuna fish salad sandwich in the refectory of Holy Apostles Seminary in Cromwell, Connecticut, in September of 1983. I was seated at the table with him along with two seminarians, Michael Scott and Anthony Mary Dandry, whose deaths in 2011 and 2010, respectively, were noted on the home page of this site earlier this year, and a seminarian who has since risen to some prominence in the conciliar structures as a presbyter-commentator. Also at the table was a woman who was taking theology courses at the seminary for "theological fulfillment" just "in case" God the Holy Ghost "changed His mind" about ordaining women to the priesthood. Father Miceli patiently gave one learned explanation after another to this woman to show her about the ontological impossibility of ordaining women to the priesthood. Finally, however, Father Miceli, having reached the point of total intellectual exasperation, just shook his head in disbelief and spoke while chewing his tuna fish salad sandwich, "Lady, you're crazy!" He then smiled broadly, being very pleased with himself, and looked from side to side for approvals of satisfaction from the rest of us, which he, quite of course, received.

Father Miceli was also pleased with how his first appearance on the Communist News Network's Crossfire with founding cohost Patrick Buchanan and Tom Braden in 1984 had gone as he debated pro-abortion former United States Representative Robert Drinan (D-Massachusetts), who was at that time the head of Americans for Democratic Action (appropriately, the man who succeeded him in his Congressional district after the conciliar Vatican forced him out of elected office in 1980 also succeeded him later in 1984 as the head of Americans for Democratic Action, a chap named Barnett "Barney" Frank). I was up at Holy Apostles Seminary a visit during the summer of 1984 on the day after his appearance. Speaking to Father William Heidt, O.S.B., and to Father John J. Jackie Boy Sullivan and yours truly, Father Miceli crowed in his patented way, "Did you see me carve up Drinan last night? They had to tag his toes after the program. They took him out feet first."

It was five years later that I saw Father Miceli on Larry King Live as he debated Father John McNeill, S.J., using the occasion to come out with a wonderful line that I have repeated many times, "Father, Father, God made Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve (Father Miceli smiled very slyly, as he was wont to do when he was particularly pleased with one of his tart responses; Father McNeill had been expelled from the Society of Jesus by conciliar authorities in 1987 and now practices psychotherapy specializing in "Queer Theology").

Father Vincent Miceli, who was exclaustrated by the Society of Jesus in 1982 after had done the "unpardonable" in his book The Antichrist, that is, to criticize the Society and its long time Father General, Father Pedro Arrupe, S.J.), was a great scholar and he had a great sense of humor. He also enjoyed himself, going fishing a lot with his good friend, the late Dr. William Marra, with whom he appeared every Sunday night on WOR Radio on a radio program called Where Catholics Meet (which was produced the founder of Latin Mass Magazine, Roger McCaffrey), and he was a huge fan of Dallas, which ran on the Columbia Broadcasting System from April 2, 1988, to May 3, 1991.

There was one time on a Friday evening that I walked into the recreation room in Saint Philip's Hall at Holy Apostles Seminary in the Fall of 1983, seeing Father Miceli glued to Dallas, which was being shown on the wide screen television in the room. Father Miceli said to me in a very excited voice, "Look, Sue Ellen's got him [John Ross Ewing, Jr., otherwise known as "J.R."] good this time!" Father Miceli was very happy about this development. (Just as aside, I knew two other priests in the conciliar structures, one of whom had an earned doctorate in sacred theology, who were similarly addicted to Dallas.)

The man who became the star of Dallas by turning what began as a supporting role into a starring one, Larry Hagman, the son of the late Ben Hagman and the actress Mary Martin, died on Friday, November 23, 2012, the Feast of Pope Saint Clement I. Hagman, who had admitted to being drunk during many filmings of Dallas in the 1980s, should have died in 1995 as a result of liver cirrhosis. He lived for another seventeen years, however, because a living human being was killed by mercenaries in order to give that victim's liver to Larry Hagman, who was certainly a talented actor, something he demonstrated in the 1964bHenry Fonda motion picture Fail Safe, in which he played a fictional president's Russian language translator.

One person was killed to keep the man who would be identified on the street by passersby as "J. R." after having established the character of Major Anthony "Tony" Nelson in I Dream of Jeannie from 1965 to 1970 alive for seventeen years. That was bad enough. Hagman, acting in what he believed to be in the best interests of his "fellow man," used those stolen seventeen years of life to campaign vigorously in behalf of "organ donation" so that those declared to be "brain dead" could keep on "giving the gift of life." This  is what appears on his official website:

As one who has personally been touched by the gift of life, I encourage you to work with me to drive home the message that organ donation works and every American should consider it. Last year, 11,684 Americans and their families donated organs. This resulted in 20,593 life-saving transplants. Although these numbers are promising, it is still not enough for the thousands more critically ill individuals who could have been helped if more organs were available. There are now more than 82,000 people on the national organ transplantation waiting list. Everyday, 16 people die waiting for an organ transplant to give them a second chance at life.

It is so important to get the word out … transplantation saves lives. Experts suggest that each of us could save or help as many as 50 people by being an organ donor.

We recycle everything these days … paper, cardboard, glass, plastic, tires …. why not recycle ourselves?

Please help by signing your donor card. Click Here, if you would like to download an organ donor card.

Thank you for your efforts.

Larry Hagman (Be An Organ Donor - Larry Hagman.)

Even though Mr. Hagman did not realize it as he swallowed the medical industry's manufactured, profit-making myth of "brain death" hook, line and sinker, he used the final seventeen years of his life to convince people to be accomplices in their own surgical dismemberment while also serving to help to reassure "recipients" that everything would be "all right" for them.

The notice on his website boasts of the fact that 11, 684 Americans had "donated" their body members in the year prior to its posting. Those "donations," however, were effected by cruel executions as the body snatchers of Modernity declared as "brain dead" living human beings.

This happened recently in the infamous case of a boxer named Hector Camacho. Consider the reflection by Catholic writer Philip Lawler on the butchery of this poor man's living body:

Boxer Hector Camacho died on Saturday, his doctor said:

His death was reported by Dr. Ernesto Torres, the director of the Centro Medico trauma center in Puerto Rico, who said Camacho had a heart attack and died a short time later after being taken off life support.

This is confusing, because the same doctor had announced on Thursday that Camacho was “brain dead.” If “brain death” really is death, then the doctor appears to be saying that Camacho died twice, which is absurd.

Can a dead man have a heart attack? Would it be medically significant?

Camacho’s family agreed to turn off life-support systems after hearing the “brain dead” diagnosis. Naturally it was an anguishing decision. But as another news account has it

Camacho’s condition deteriorated before his family opted to take him off life support.

Again there’s an absurdity here alongside the tragedy. A dead man’s condition can’t “deteriorate.” Medically speaking, death is as bad as it gets.

Come to think of it, what is “life support” for someone who is dead? Machines can mimic some of the natural processes of a living body, but at that point the machines “support” nothing; their work is pointless. It might have made sense in this case to unplug the machines after Camacho’s heart attack, if it was then evident that he was dead. But the doctor’s statement suggests that he died after the machines were unplugged (and two days after the doctor recommended unplugging them).

What was the cause of Hector Camacho’s death: a gunshot, a heart attack, or the removal of life-support systems? We can’t know the answer to that question until we know when he died. And frankly, we don’t. (The City Gates : Can a man die twice? The problem with 'brain death'.)

God has given human beings the faculty of reason that is denied to all other beings. It is outside the realm of rationality to state three different times of death for one person. However, this is has become the "new normal" in many cases so as to justify the killing of the innocent human beings for their valuable bodily members. Why is it so difficult to realize that this is so? Please review two recent articles on this site, Stories That Speak For Themselves and First-Hand Evidence Of Fraud, that provide contemporary evidence of the "new normal" that is used to justify the execution of innocent beings.

As I am always conscious of the fact that each week brings new readers to this site, it is always important to reprise the basic facts about "brain death" as summarized so clearly and in such a concise manner as done by Dr. Paul Byrne in his interview five years ago now with Mrs. Randy Engel in The Michael Fund Newsletter:

Editor: When we speak of vital organs, what organs are we talking about?

Dr. Byrne: Vital organs (from the Latin vita, meaning life) include the heart, liver, lungs, kidneys and pancreas. In order to be suitable for transplant, they need to be removed from the donor before respiration and circulation cease. Otherwise, these organs are not suitable, since damage to the organs occurs within a brief time after circulation of blood with oxygen stops. Removing vital organs from a living person prior to cessation of circulation and respiration will cause the donor’s death.

Editor: Are there some vital organs which can be removed without causing the death of the donor?

Dr. Byrne: Yes. For example, one of two kidneys, a lobe of a liver, or a lobe of a lung. The donors must be informed that removal of these organs decreases function of the donor. Unpaired vital organs however, like the heart or whole liver, cannot be removed without killing the donor.

Editor: Since vital organs taken from a dead person are of no use, and taking the heart of a living person will kill that person, how is vital organ donation now possible?

Dr. Byrne: That’s where “brain death” comes in. Prior to 1968, a person was declared dead only when his or her breathing and heart stopped for a sufficient period of time. Declaring “brain death” made the heart and other vital organs suitable for transplantation. Vital organs must be taken from a living body; removing vital organs will cause death.

Editor: I still recall the announcement of the first official heart transplant by Dr. Christian Barnard in Cape Town, South Africa in 1967. How was it possible for surgeons to overcome the obvious legal, moral and ethical obstacles of harvesting vital organs for transplant from a living human being?

Dr. Byrne: By declaring “brain death” as death.

Editor: You mean by replacing the traditional criteria for declaring death with a new criterion known as “brain death”?

Dr. Byrne: Yes. In 1968, an ad hoc committee was formed at Harvard University in Boston for the purpose of redefining death so that vital organs could be taken from persons declared “brain dead,” but who in fact, were not dead. Note that “brain death” did not originate or develop by way of application of the scientific method. The Harvard Committee did not determine if irreversible coma was an appropriate criterion for death. Rather, its mission was to see that it was established as a new criterion for death. In short, the report was made to fit the already arrived at conclusions.

Editor: Does this mean that a person who is in a cerebral coma or needs a ventilator to support breathing could be declared “brain dead”?

Dr. Byrne: Yes.

Editor: Even if his heart is pumping and the lungs are oxygenating blood?

Dr. Byrne: Yes. You see, vital organs need to be fresh and undamaged for transplantation. For example, once breathing and circulation ceases, in five minutes or less, the heart is so damaged that it is not suitable for transplantation. The sense of urgency is real. After all, who would want to receive a damaged heart?

Editor: Did the Harvard criterion of “brain death” lead to changes in state and federal laws?

Dr. Byrne: Indeed. Between 1968 and 1978, more than thirty different sets of criteria for “brain death” were adopted in the United States and elsewhere. Many more have been published since then. This means that a person can be declared "brain dead" by one set of criteria, but alive by another or perhaps all the others. Every set includes the apnea test. This involves taking the ventilator away for up to ten minutes to observe if the patient can demonstrate that he/she can breathe on his/her own. The patient always gets worse with this test. Seldom, if ever, is the patient or the relatives informed ahead of time what will happen during the test. If the patient does not breathe on his/her own, this becomes the signal not to stop the ventilator, but to continue the ventilator until the recipient/s is, or are, ready to receive the organs. After the organs are excised, the “donor” is truly dead.

Editor: What about the Uniform Determination of Death Act (UDDA)?

Dr. Byrne: According to the UDDA, death may be declared when a person has sustained either “irreversible cessation of circulatory and respiratory functions” or “irreversible cessation of all functions of the entire brain, including the brain stem.” Since then, all 50 states consider cessation of brain functioning as death.

Editor: How does the body of a truly dead person compare with the body of a person declared “brain dead”?

Dr. Byrne: The body of a truly dead person is characterized in terms of dissolution, destruction, disintegration and putrefaction. There is an absence of vital body functions and the destruction of the organs of the vital systems. As I have already noted, the dead body is cold, stiff and unresponsive to all stimuli.

Editor: What about the body of a human being declared to be “brain dead”?

Dr. Byrne: In this case, the body is warm and flexible. There is a beating heart, normal color, temperature, and blood pressure. Most functions continue, including digestion, excretion, and maintenance of fluid balance with normal urine output. There will often be a response to surgical incisions. Given a long enough period of observation, someone declared “brain dead” will show healing and growth, and will go through puberty if they are a child.

Editor: Dr. Byrne, you mentioned that “brain dead” people will often respond to surgical incisions. Is this referred to as “the Lazarus effect?”

Dr. Byrne: Yes. That is why during the excision of vital organs, doctors find the need to use anesthesia and paralyzing drugs to control muscle spasms, blood pressure and heart rate changes, and other bodily protective mechanisms common in living patients. In normal medical practice, a patient’s reaction to a surgical incision will indicate to the anesthesiologist that the anesthetic is too light. This increase in heart rate and blood pressure are reactions to pain. Anesthetics are used to take away pain. Anesthesiologists in Great Britain require the administration of anesthetic to take organs. A corpse does not feel pain. (The Michael Fund Newsletter.)

As several articles (Why Should Death Of Any Kind Get In The Way?,Good Rule Of Thumb: Reject What Conciliarists Promote, Dispensing With The Pretense of "Brain Death") within the past year have indicated, the profiteering, bloodsucking body-snatchers of the medical industry and the alleged "ethicists" who advise them are increasingly dispensing with their fiction of "brain death" in order to kill the vital members of "profitable" human being altogether. This is not an anomaly. This is no more an "abuse" of a legitimate medical practice than so-called "liturgical abuses" during the staging of the Protestant and Masonic Novus Ordo liturgical service represent each the result of falsehoods, the lie of 'brain death" in one instance and the sacramentally barren nature of the "ordinary form of the 'one' Roman Rite" in the other. It is simply and inescapable that those who are committed to defending their past actions must wilfully ignore that 'brain death" has been a fiction from the very beginning as the only way to extract transplantable vital members from one person to another is to kill the "donor."

Brain death is a lie. To sign up to be an "organ donor" is to render under physicians the legal warrant to kill you with your own consent. Those who have trafficked in this lie and who have encouraged people to sign up to be "organ donors" in order to "give the gift of life" will have to answer to God at the moment of their Particular Judgments for the human beings who have been executed as a result of their acceptance and propagation of the complete and total fabrication that is "brain death" in order to facilitate "vital organ donation."

Larry Hagman and Hector Camacho discovered the truth about "brain death" and "vital organ donation" at the moment of their own Particular Judgments recently as their sins were shown to them very clearly in the light of Divine Justice Himself. God alone knows the subjective state of souls. We do know, however, that every thought we had, every word we uttered and every act we committed will be revealed to us clearly at that terrible moment of the Particular Judgment, which could come for any of us at any time, yes, even when we least expect it. (See On the Particular Judgment - by Saint Alphonsus Liguori and/or my recording of this sermon at the Save Thy Soul section at the Traditional Catholic Sermons Website under the listings for Saint Alphonsus de Liguori--The Eighth Sunday after Pentecost).

God will not be mocked. He is trying to communicate to us loud and clear that there is no such thing as "brain death."

Yes, as pointed out recently in Dispensing With The Pretense of "Brain Death," anyone who can remain unmoved the clear evidence that God has provided us in case after case after case about the simple fact that living human beings are executed in order to make them "organ donors" must be driven by sentimentality and/or a "guilty conscience" for having convince a loved one or a friend to take the advice of the likes of the late Larry Hagman to "give the gift of life. And those who know that this is so and remain silent about such crimes are just as guilty in their commission as are those who know what Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI does when He offends God by the esteeming of the symbols of false religions and propagating false doctrines is wrong but who nevertheless remain silent for one reason or another. Truth is truth. Those who refuse to defend it are as guilty as those who attack it directly.

One lie begets other lies. "Brain death" is a lie from beginning to end.

The lie of the Protestant Revolution has resulted in the proliferation of Protestant sects numbering as many as thirty-three thousand, producing irreligion in its work as a logical consequence.

The lie of "civil liberty" without the Social Reign of Christ the King as It must be exercised by His true Church, the Catholic Church, has resulted in the lie of the monster civil state of Modernity that is now being used by God as a chastisement upon us for refusing to take seriously Holy Mother Church's Social Teaching.

The lie of "religious liberty" has led people to believe that the path to social order and personal salvation can be found in any religion or in no religion at all.

The lie of "public education" has led to a taxpayer-subsidized machine to program their captives to be steeped in one ideologically-laden slogan after another to make them willing servants of the monster civil state and to participate merrily in neo-barbaric practices that were eradicated in Europe in during the First Millennium and in most parts of the Americas in the second half of the Second Millennium by the missionary work of the Catholic Church.

The lie of contraception and "family planning" led to increases in the rates of marital infidelity, the abandonment of spouses and children, the proliferation children with stepmothers and stepfathers and and step-siblings, leaving many children rootless and without any sense of being loved unto eternity that each person craves for whether or not he realizes it.

The lie of contraception led steadily to the acceptance of eugenic sterilization and then sterilization for any reasons and, ultimately, to the acceptance of surgical baby-killing on demand.

The lies of contraception and explicit instruction in matters pertaining to the Sixth and Ninth Commandments broke down the natural psychological resistance of children to matters that are age inappropriate, robbing them of their innocence and purity, turning them into hedonists as they have grown older, leading eventually to the widespread acceptance of the sins that destroyed the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha with fire and brimstone.

The lies that were told by Fathers Annibale Bugnini, C.M., and Ferdinando Antontelli, O.F.M., in the 1950s gave us unprecedented and most radical changes in the Holy Week ceremonies that started to accustom Catholics to ceaseless change as an ordinary feature of the liturgical life of the Catholic Church, climaxing in the Trojan Horse that was the Protestant and Masonic Novus Ordo service that, no matter how many times the conciliarists to "fix it," will always be an instrument of innovation and experimentation as it was designed to be precisely that from the moment Bugnini and Antonelli began their plans for the "Mass of the Future."

Thus it is that the lie of "brain death" has accustomed most people, Catholics and non-Catholics alike, into accepting uncritically the representations made by a medical industry that endorses the violation of the Sovereignty of God over the sanctity and fecundity of marriage and of the violation of the surgical dismemberment of the innocent preborn and that is in league with the pharmaceutical industry to use us a walking guinea pigs for drugs designed to keep us dependent on them as the "high priests and priestesses" of "modern medicine."

When did the lie of "brain death" originate? At the beginning:

[1] Now the serpent was more subtle than any of the beasts of the earth which the Lord God had made. And he said to the woman: Why hath God commanded you, that you should not eat of every tree of paradise? [2] And the woman answered him, saying: Of the fruit of the trees that are in paradise we do eat: [3] But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of paradise, God hath commanded us that we should not eat; and that we should not touch it, lest perhaps we die. [4] And the serpent said to the woman: No, you shall not die the death. [5] For God doth know that in what day soever you shall eat thereof, your eyes shall be opened: and you shall be as Gods, knowing good and evil. (Genesis 3: 1-5.)

It is very easy to be deceived.

It is very easy to be deceived by the lie of how "special" we are, of how we are "not like others."

It is very easy to be deceived by others and to let human respect get in the way of a firm defense of the truth when necessity compels such a defense lest souls be imperiled.

It is very easy to be deceived by the prevailing trends in what passes for popular culture, to give unto the "high priests and high priestesses" of banking, commerce, industry, education, law, entertainment, social science, politics, law, government, news and information and medicine the status of near-infallibility as even Catholics have been convinced to live as naturalists without regard for anything supernatural whatsoever.

Do not believe the false prophets. Do not follow the priests and presbyters who have swallowed the falsehoods of the false prophets of the medical industry hook, line and sinkers. Suffer for the truth without compromise as consecrated slaves of Christ the King through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary, our Immaculate Queen, no matter what you might have to suffer in this passing, mortal vale of tears.

Never sign up to be an "organ donor."

Tell your family members that they must never sign up to be "organ donors"--or, if they have, to rescind the "permission" that they have given to be unwitting accomplices and accessories in their own execution by means of being dissected alive.

Do not delay. Do not follow their false prophets in the world or the priests/presbyters who proselytize in their behalf.

We must pray to Our Lady to keep us from being so deceived, especially by the lies that we tell to ourselves, which is why we must be assiduous in praying as many Rosaries each day as our state-in-life permits.

We must always raise the standard of Christ the King as we exhort one and all to recognize that Our King, Who awaits in tabernacles for our acts of love and thanksgiving and reparation and petition, must reign over each man and each nation and that His Most Blessed Mother, Mary our Immaculate Queen, is to be honored publicly by each man and each nation, including by the government of the United States of America, in order to know what it is to be blessed abundantly by the true God of Divine Revelation. May each Rosary we pray this day and every day help to plant seeds for this as we seek to serve Christ the King through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary our Immaculate Queen, who do not view any living human being as a ready product for dismemberment in the name of the lie "providing the gift of life."

Immaculate Heart of Mary, triumph soon!

Isn't it time to pray a Rosary now ?
