Pressing The Mute Button
by Thomas A. Droleskey
Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI's betrayal of Christ the King and the Catholic Faith at the Talmudic synagogue in Rome, Italy, two days ago now is, as I noted yesterday in Saint Peter and Anti-Peter, remarkable for its boldness. Ratzinger/Benedict once again promoted the false belief that Christians had to have a "respect" for a "Jewish interpretation" of the Old Testament, stating also that Jews and Christians pray to the "same Lord," making it appear as well that the "people of the Covenant" had a perfectly valid means of sanctification and salvation. Ratzinger/Benedict entered the synagogue as the Talmudic choir sang Psalm 126, indicating very clearly that a Talmudic synagogue is a "house of the Lord" when it is actually a den of the devil.
Reaction from Talmudic quarters has been quite predictable. Some observers have indeed noted Ratzinger/Benedict's reaffirmation of the "validity" of the false religion that it Talmudic Judaism:
“The pope’s speech was important, because he confirmed some fundamental concepts – for example the irreversibility of the divine covenant with the Jewish people. That’s an important concept for Catholics, because for several centuries in Catholicism there was the ideology, or the idea, of substitution, that the Catholic church substitutes for the Jewish people.” (Rabbi Alfonso Arbib, Chief Rabbi of Milan, A sampling of reaction to Ratzinger's synagogue visit.)
Several centuries, Rabbi Arbib? The Catholic Church still teaches that the Mosaic Covenant was superseded by the New and Eternal Covenant that Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ instituted at the Last Supper and ratified by the shedding of every single drop of His Most Precious Blood on the wood of the Holy Cross on Good Friday. That the last two conciliar "pontiffs," Karol Wojtyla/John Paul and Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI, have rejected supersessionism is a clear statement of their being apostates who have defected from the Catholic Faith.
Catholics who love the true God of Divine Revelation as He has revealed Himself to us through His true Church should be outraged at the offenses given to God and the harm done to the souls of Catholics and non-Catholics alike by Ratzinger/Benedict by his very presence at the Rome synagogue, to say nothing of the horrific speech that he gave in this den of the devil where the Sacred Divinity of Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ is denied and actually mocked in the blasphemous Talmud. It is, of course, interesting to note the predictable silence of the leaders of the Motu communities, men who are already compromised by their full acquiescence to the letter and the spirit of conciliarism, and silence of the bishops of the Society of Saint Pius X, whose founder, the late Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre, was furious at Wojtyla/John Paul II after the latter's visit to that same synagogue in Rome on April 13, 1986, as they engage Vatican officials in "negotiations" on points contained in the Deposit of Faith that have been put into question by the "Second" Vatican Council and the "magisterium" of the conciliar "pontiffs."
The roster of those who have pressed the "mute button," so to speak, on themselves rather than to rise to defend the honor and majesty and glory of God and the integrity of His Deposit of Faith is impressive.
Bishop Fernando Areas Rifan of the Society of Saint John Mary Vianney in Campos, Brazil, has been utterly silent, although he is capable of finding a way of praising Ratzinger/Benedict's apostate visit to the Rome synagogue.
Father John Berg, the current superior of the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Peter, remains as silent now as he was on April 17, 2008, after Ratzinger/Benedict directly violated the First and Second Commandments by esteeming the symbols of five false religions with his own priestly hands at the John Paul II Cultural Center in Washington, District of Columbia.
Monsignor Gilles Wach, the founder of the Institute of Christ the King, Sovereign Priest, is so silent in the face of these apostasies that he must be in the witness protection program.
Bishop Bernard Fellay, the Superior-General of the Society of Saint Pius X who has been busy recently expelling priests who disagree with his policy of negotiating away various truths of the Catholic Faith, has said not a word about Ratzinger/Benedict's visit to the Rome synagogue.
Bishop Bernard Tissier de Mallerais of the Society of Saint Pius X, considered by many to be a "hardliner" within an organization that is founded on a false, condemned ecclesiology (see True Popes Never Need to Convert to the Faith and Negotiating To Become An Apostate; see also
March to Oblivion, High Church, Low Church, Nothing to Negotiate, Those Who Deny The Holocaust, Recognize and Capitulate, A Little Bit "In," A Little Bit "Out", Disciples of Caiphas, Under The Bus, Nothing New Under the Conciliar Sun, Story Time in Econe, Shell Games With Souls, Pots and Kettles, One Sentence Says It All, Smashing Through the Conciliar Looking Glass, Winning at the Waiting Game), has said not a word about Ratzinger/Benedict's betrayal of Christ the King at the Rome synagogue two days ago.
Bishop Alfonso de Galaretta, who is leading the Society of Saint Pius X's delegation in its "negotiations" with the representatives of William "Cardinal" Levada and the conciliar Congregation of the Doctrine of the Faith, has been silent about Ratzinger/Benedict's Judaizing of what the false "pontiff" believes to be the Catholic Faith.
Bishop Richard Williamson, whose interview with a Swedish television reporter that aired on January 21, 2009, was one of the reasons that Ratzinger/Benedict put his betrayal of Christ the King at the Rome synagogue on his "to do" list last year, might say something on his Dinoscopus blog. He has yet to do so, however.
There are, of course, countless priests and presbyters in the Motu communities and in the diocesan structures who maintain their own silence in the face of one offense given to God after another by Ratzinger/Benedict, including those given two days ago in the synagogue in Rome. Most of these men have made their "peace" with their silent acquiescence to the blasphemies of the conciliar "pontiff," oblivious that their silence in the face of these grave offenses given to God has been condemned most solemnly by Pope Saint Leo the Great:
But it is vain for them to adopt the name of catholic, as they do not oppose these blasphemies: they must believe them, if they can listen so patiently to such words. (Pope Saint Leo the Great, Epistle XIV, To Anastasius, Bishop of Thessalonica, St. Leo the Great | Letters 1-59 )
What will the "usual suspects" listed above say about all of this? Most of them will simply press the "mute button" on themselves once again and live in a false sense of peace and security as they reassure themselves that they have no obligation to oppose blasphemy and error, refusing over and over and over again to defend the honor and glory and majesty of the Most Blessed Trinity.
We must continue to pray our Rosaries and to make reparation to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary for our own many sins and those of the whole world, remembering these very words of Our Lady that she spoke to Saint Dominic de Guzman, the founder of the Order of Preachers, who has certainly shown his beneficence to my own little family quite remarkably in the past two weeks:
"One day, through the Rosary and Scapular I will save the world."
It is no accident that Our Lady appeared clothed in the garment of Mount Carmel during her last apparition in the Cova da Iria on October 13, 1917. We must try to fulfill Our Lady's Fatima Message in our own lives, trusting that the offerings that we make to her as the totally consecrated slaves of her Divine Son through her Immaculate Heart will one help to usher in the triumph of that same Immaculate Heart, at which point the apostasies of the conciliarists and the lies of the scions of Modernity will be wiped away.
Viva Cristo Rey! Vivat Christus Rex!
Immaculate Heart of Mary, triumph soon!
