On A Mission Of Their Very Own

by Thomas A. Droleskey

At a time when zeal for souls and almost all sense of the horror of personal sin has been lost by most of the "bishops" and "presbyters," it is truly amazing to see God use the forces of nature to get our attention. Although I was in the middle of composing another article to be posted today, I was flabbergasted when the article below, which appeared in the newspaper of the Archdiocese of Colombo, Sri Lanka, was sent to me by a reader. You will see why after you have read the article:

In July 2008 a severe persecution of Christians broke out in the Indian state of Orissa. A 22 year old nun was burnt to death when angry mobs burnt down an orphanage in Khuntpali village in Barhgarh district, another nun was gang raped in Kandhamal, mobs attacked churches, torched vehicles, houses of Christians destroyed, and Fr. Thomas Chellen, director of the pastoral center that was destroyed with a bomb, had a narrow escape after a Hindu mob nearly set him on fire. The end result saw more than 500 Christians murdered, and thousands of others injured and homeless after their houses were reduced to ashes. Recently a strange and dramatic event took place in Orissa, which has many people talking and wondering.

In recent months, herds of wild elephants have begun to storm villages that are home to some of the worst persecutors of Christians during the troubles. In one village, where in August a year ago the Christians had to run for their lives while their homes were being destroyed by rioters, a herd of elephants emerged from the surrounding jungle exactly one year later, in July 2009, at the same time of the day of the attack.

These elephants first attacked a rock crusher machine owned by a key leader of the persecution movement. They then went on to destroy his house and farms.

Hundreds of villagers have been forced to take shelter in camps in the Indian state of Orissa after repeated attacks by a herd of elephants.

Seven people have been killed and several others injured in attacks by a herd of 12-13 elephants over the past few weeks in Kandhamal district.

Over 2,500 people living in 45 villages have been affected by the attacks, district chief Krishen Kumar said.

It is, however, unclear why this herd of elephants migrated from the Lakheri sanctuary in a neighbouring district. He said the herd had travelled some 300km into Kandhamal, and even entered a town in the district. Wildlife officials were camping at the site of the attacks and trying to find out why the elephants had come out of their sanctuary. The villagers say elephants attack their areas in herds, causing heavy destruction.

Gaining momentum, they rampaged through other non-Christian homes, demolishing gardens and singling out the home of persecutors, leaving Christian homes untouched.

These strange attacks have spread, and according to a report, the elephants have already destroyed more than 700 houses in 30 villages, and killed five people. Nobody in this area has seen or even imagined the unique appearance of a herd of wild elephants such as this. The elephants are not ordinary elephants; they appear to be on a mission.

Typically, smaller elephants enter a village first, appearing to survey the community. They then rejoin the larger herd, and larger elephant soon follow and get the job done.

The ministry partner in India stated “We think that it might have something to do with the avenging the blood of martyrs. In fact the fear of God has fallen on the local people, who have labeled these elephants “Christian elephants.”

With little help coming from the administration, the villagers have taken to road blockades. "The elephants have destroyed crops and selected houses. But officials too express helplessness. "There is no permanent habitat of elephants in Sundargarh. They come from Bihar, Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand where their habitats have shrunk. But is not clear how and why these elephants reached Orissa. (http://www.archdioceseofcolombo.com/news.php?id=851.)

These words from the Prophecy of Daniel come to mind after reading this amazing story, which must surely confound ecumenists in the counterfeit church of conciliarism who have gone out of their way to praise the false religion of Hinduism, going so far as to see a "Happy Diwali" message each year to Hindu leaders:

O all ye beasts and cattle, bless the Lord: praise and exalt him above all for ever. (Prophecy of Daniel 3: 81.)

I guess these beasts, the elephants, who have blessed the Lord with their rampages in India as animals always do the will of God and never sin, did not get the "message" from Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI when he said the following last month:

"For people of faith or people of good will, the resolution of human conflicts and the delicate coexistence of different religious expressions can be transformed into an opportunity for human coexistence within a social order full of goodness and wisdom, the origin and impulse of which lies in God. Such coexistence, respecting the nature of things and the inherent wisdom that comes from God, is called peace." (RELIGIONS ARE A FORCE FOR PEACE AND RECONCILIATION .)

No, the "Christian elephants," who must have been taken off of the Zenit dispatches and missed Ratzinger/Benedict's plea for coexistence with false religions, were not exactly sporting any of these bumper stickers as they attacked the homes of those who had persecuted Christians a year before:

The lords of the counterfeit church of conciliarism have had their desire for "inter-religious dialogue" frustrated time and again by adherents of the Talmud and the Koran and by such "eastern" religions as Hinduism and Buddhism. Ratzinger/Benedict has personally esteemed the symbols of these false religions. He believes that each false religions possesses "values" that can help to foster "mutual understanding" and thus lead to the building of the "better world." Ratzinger/Benedict's representative to non-Christian religions, Jean-Louis "Cardinal" Tauran, has greeted Hindus warmly with annual "Happy Diwali" letters such as this one from 2008:

1. As Diwali approaches, your religious feast, I am sure all of you in your respective families, neighbourhoods and communities will be taking time to share your joy with one another. On behalf of the Pontifical Council for Interreligious Dialogue I am happy to have this opportunity, for the first time since taking office, to send you my greetings. Sensitive to your religious feelings and respectful of your ancient religious tradition, I sincerely hope that your search for the Divine, symbolized through the celebration of Diwali, will help you to overcome darkness with light, untruth with truth and evil with goodness.

2. The world around us is yearning for peace. Religions promise peace because they trace their origin to God who, according to Christian belief, is our peace. Can we, as believers of different religious traditions, not work together to receive God’s gift of peace and to spread it around us so that the world becomes for all people a better place to live? Our respective communities must pay urgent attention to the education of believers, who can so easily be misled by deceitful and false propaganda.

3. Belief and freedom always go together. There can be no coercion in religion: no one can be forced to believe, neither can anyone who wishes to believe be prevented from doing so. Allow me to reiterate the teaching of the Second Vatican Council, which is quite clear on this point: “It is one of the major tenets of Catholic doctrine that man’s response to God in faith must be free. Therefore no one is to be forced to embrace the faith against his own will” (Declaration on Religious Freedom, Dignitatis Humanae, 10). The Catholic Church has been faithful to this teaching as Pope Benedict XVI reminded recently to the Ambassadors of India and other countries to the Holy See: “… Peace is rooted in respect for religious freedom, which is a fundamental and primordial aspect of the freedom of conscience of individuals and of the freedom of peoples” (18 May 2006). Forming believers first of all to discover the full dimensions and depth of their own religion, and then encouraging them to know other believers as well constitutes an important challenge for religious communities committed to building world peace. Let us not forget that ignorance is the first and, perhaps, the principal enemy in the life of believers, while the combined contribution of every enlightened believer provides a rich resource for lasting peace.

4. Like all human relationships, those between people of different religions need to be nourished by regular meetings, patient listening, collaborative action, and above all, by an attitude of mutual respect. Accordingly, we must work to build bonds of friendship, as indeed must the adherents of all religions. “Friendship is nourished by contacts, by a sharing in the joy and sadness of different situations, by solidarity and mutual assistance” (John Paul II, Message to the participants of the International Convention “Matteo Ricci: for a dialogue between China and the West”, 24 October 2001, 6). In situations of misunderstanding, people need to come together and communicate with one another, in order to clarify, in a fraternal and friendly spirit, their respective beliefs, aspirations and convictions. Only through dialogue, avoiding all forms of prejudice and stereo-typed ideas about others and by faithful witness to our religious precepts and teaching, can we truly overcome conflicts. Dialogue between followers of different religions is the necessary path today, indeed it is the only appropriate path for us as believers. Together, in collaboration, we can do much to build a society of harmony and a world of peace.

5. Dear Hindu Friends, the hand I warmly extend to greet you on the occasion of your feast is also a gesture of willingness on the part of the Catholic Church to meet and collaborate with you, your families, your community leaders and all followers of the Sanatana dharma, in order to promote harmony in society and peace in the world. Once again, I wish each one of you a happy Diwali. (Jean-Louis Cardinal Tauran, Message to the Hindus on the Feast of Diwali.)

The conciliarists do not understand--and they really don't want to understand--that all of their invocations to Dignitatis Humanae's call for "religious liberty" and of Ratzinger/Benedict's repeated calls for respecting "the freedom of conscience of individuals and of the freedoms of peoples" mean nothing to those who are completely faithful to their wretched "religious" "traditions in seeking the death of those who they consider to be infidels. Conciliarism seeks to "convert" adherents of false, non-Christian religions into becoming as tolerant of falsehood and error as they are. The Jews and the Mohammedans and the Hindus and the Buddhists and others want nothing to do with this false concept of religious toleration. They want their way all of the time, and they insist that no one who claims to represent the Catholic Church do anything about converting them out of their false religions. The conciliarists have complied most happily.

There have been times, of course, when the conciliarists have permitted Hindu "worship" to take place in Catholic venues, including in the very Chapel of the Apparitions in the Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima in Portugal:

"All the invocations of the pagans are hateful to God because all their gods are devils."

Saint Francis Xavier wrote these words to Saint Ignatius about the pagan religion of Hinduism. Francis Xavier, writing from India at the time, merely restates the truth from the infallible Sacred Scriptures: "The gods of the Gentiles are devils". (Psalm 95:5)

Yet on May 5, 2004 — the Feast of Pope Saint Pius V — the Little Chapel of the Apparitions at Fatima was allowed to be used for a pagan Hindu ceremony. This Little Chapel (also called the Capelinha) is built on the site where Our Blessed Mother appeared to the 3 children of Fatima in 1917.

News of the Hindu worship service at Fatima was broadcast on May 5 on SIC, a national television station in Portugal. CFN spoke with two people in Portugal, independent from one another, who saw the televised newscast. The May 22 Portugal News also reported on the event.

According to the broadcast, a busload of Hindus were allowed to commandeer the sanctuary inside the Fatima Capelinha and to use the Catholic altar for their rituals. The SIC newscaster said, "This is an unprecedented unique moment in the history of the shrine. The Hindu priest, or Sha Tri, prays on the altar the Shaniti Pa, the prayer for peace."

The outrage occurred with the blessing of Shrine Rector Msgr. Guerra. No one may use the Capelinha without Rector Guerra’s permission.

The Hindus wore traditional garb, a Hindu "priest" in traditional Hindu vestments led the ceremony that consisted in the offering of flowers and food. This would seem to indicate that the Hindus performed their pagan puja, a ritual in which the offering of flowers and food is central.

After the Hindu worship service at the Catholic altar, the Hindus were escorted by Fatima authorities to see a model of the huge, round-shaped modernistic shrine at Fatima now under construction, a fifty million dollar eyesore that will blot the landscape of Our Lady’s apparitions.

One of the Hindus is reported to have said that they go to Fatima because there are many gods, and the gods have wives and companions who will bring good luck. This is a blasphemy against the Queen of Heaven as it places Our Blessed Mother on the same level as some sort of "wife" of a false god.

Thus, the Hindus did not even come to Fatima to learn of, or take part in, Catholic prayer. Rather, they folded the holy event of Fatima into their own superstitions and pagan myths.

These Hindus are said to be from Lisbon, where they have a Hindu temple and a community of a couple hundred. The SIC broadcast showed the Hindus’ house of worship that contained the many statues of their gods and goddesses.

It is reported that pilgrims who witnessed the event at Fatima were scandalized, but Shrine Rector Guerra defended the use of the Marian Shrine for pagan worship.

Appearing on Portuguese television, Guerra regurgitated the long-discredited, ecumenical slogan that different religions should concentrate on what we have in common and not on what separates us. He also said that all religions are good because they all lead us to God. As reported in previous issues of Catholic Family News, the principle that "all religions lead to God" is nothing more than one of Freemasonry’s fundamental tenets. The French Freemason, Yves Marsaudon wrote, "One can say that ecumenism is the legitimate son of Freemasonry". (John Vennari, Catholic Family News. See also: Shrine Rector Attempts to Justify Hindu Prayer Service at Fatima )

All religions are "good." No, God hates each and every false religion. He wants each of the adherents of false religions to convert unconditionally to the true Faith, Catholicism. Failing to get the attention of his rational creatures to do his bidding for Him, God has chosen, it appears, irrational beasts, elephants, to get some of the Hindus to think about whether the rampaging elephants that have targeted the homes of non-Christians have been sent to convert them out of their diabolical religious beliefs.

These Indian elephants, who cannot be killed as they came out of a sanctuary, pose a special problem also for environmentalists and for evolutionists as they select the homes and properties of the persecutors of Catholics. Could these "elephants" be "evolving" into "Christian" warriors? Ah, imagine the difficulties that a committed environmentalist and evolutionist must confront when dealing with elephants who seem to be on a "mission" that is beyond their own ability to direct.

We know, of course, that the false ecumenism of conciliarism is incompatible with the Catholic Faith. Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ has sent us His own Most Blessed Mother to help those outside of the Faith to convert. We should be steadfast in our own efforts, if only by our prayers and our distribution of blessed Green Scapulars, to plant a few seeds for the conversion of non-Catholics and apostates, remembering that in doing so we are following the mission that Our Lord gave to the Apostles before He Ascended into Heaven on Ascension Thursday, a mission that His Blessed Mother has undertaken both in Heaven and on earth.

Indeed, Our Lady sought the conversion of the Albigensians to the true Faith when she gave Saint Dominic de Guzman, the founder of the Order of Preaches, her Most Holy Rosary.

Our Lady sought the conversion of millions upon millions of indigenous Americans to the true Faith when she appeared to Juan Diego in 1531.

Our Lady sought the conversion of a French Catholic apostate, who had gone over to the evil that is Calvinism, in Plantee, France, in 1656 (see If You Do Not Return to the True Faith, You Will Be Cast Into Hell!).

Our Lady sought the conversion of the Catholic-hating Jew named Alphonse Ratisbonne in the Church of San Andrea delle Fratte in Rome, Italy, on January 20, 1842.

Our Lady and false ecumenism are mutually incompatible. Our Lady is also incompatible with any "world order" that excludes the Social Reign of her Divine Son, Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

Father Maximilian Kolbe, the Conventual Franciscan who founded the Knights of the Immaculate and who was the militant foe of all forms of naturalism, understood in the 1920s and the 1930s that there was no greater enemy of the Immaculata than "today's ecumenism:"

"Only until all schismatics and Protestants profess the Catholic Creed with conviction, when all Jews voluntarily ask for Holy Baptism – only then will the Immaculata have reached its goals.”

“In other words”
Saint Maximilian insisted, “there is no greater enemy of the Immaculata and her Knighthood than today’s ecumenism, which every Knight must not only fight against, but also neutralize through diametrically opposed action and ultimately destroy. We must realize the goal of the Militia Immaculata as quickly as possible: that is, to conquer the whole world, and every individual soul which exists today or will exist until the end of the world, for the Immaculata, and through her for the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus. (Father Karl Stehlin, Immaculata, Our Ideal, Kansas City, Missouri, Angelus Press, 2007, p. 37.)

Our Lady offered the following words to the Venerable Mary of Agreda that can serve as consolation to us when we are attacked for refusing to have anything to do with the apostates of conciliarism who make a mockery of the Faith and who do such damage to the souls that have been redeemed by the shedding of every single drop of her Divine Son's Most Precious Blood:

My daughter, in the constancy and invincible fortitude with which I vanquished the demons, thou hast one of the most urgent motives for persevering in grace and acquiring great crowns. The human nature and that of the angels (even though they be devils) are subject to contrary and opposite conditions; for the spiritual nature is indefatigable, and that of mortals weak and so prone to fatigue, that it soon tires and succumbs in labor. As soon as it finds any difficulty in the practice of virtue it is discouraged and turns back; what it presumes with pleasure on one day, it contemns the next; what seemed agreeable today, it finds hard tomorrow; not it wishes, then again it does not wish; sometimes it is fervent, sometimes lukewarm. But the demon is never fatigued or weakened in his efforts at tempting souls. The Almighty, however, is not wanting in his providence; for He limits and restrains the power of the demons, so that they cannot pass the measure set for them, nor exert all their indefatigable powers for the persecution of souls. On the other hand He supports the weakness of men, giving them grace and strength to resist and overcome their enemies on the prescribed battleground.

Hence the inconstancy of souls in virtuously maintaining their position during temptation and in not bearing with fortitude and patience the inconveniences of doing good and fighting against the demons, s not excusable. The bent of passion, drawing man toward the sensible and the pleasurable, suddenly presents itself across the path of duty and the demons, with diabolical astuteness, seek to exaggerate the hardship and disagreeableness of mortification, representing it as dangerous to health and life. Thus he deludes innumerable souls to precipitate themselves from one abyss to another. In this thou hast before thy eyes, my daughter, a very common aberration of the worldly-minded, but which is very abominable in the sight of the Lord and myself. Hence it is, that many men are weak, wavering and indisposed toward the practice of virtue or penitential mortification for their sins. And the very ones who are so weak in doing good, are strong in doing evil. In the service of the devil they are constant and are ready to undergo much more difficult and arduous tasks in sinning, than the law of God commands for the practice of virtue. They show themselves tardy and imbecile in the work of saving their souls, eager and strong to load upon themselves eternal damnation.

This damage also those who profess a life of perfection are wont in part to incur, if they unduly consider the hardships attached to such a life. Drawn into this deception, they either hinder their advance in perfection or afford the devil many victories in temptation. In order that thou, my daughter, mayest not incur this danger, thou shouldst consider the fortitude and constancy with which I resisted Luther and all hell, and the magnanimity with which I despised his illusions and temptations, not permitting myself to be disturbed, or to pay any attention to them; for this is the best way to overcome haughty pride. Nor was I ever led by any temptation to remissness in my labors or my exercises; but I augmented them, together with my prayers, petitions and tears, as is necessary in the time of battle with those enemies. Hence I exhort thee to do the same in eager watchfulness; because they temptations are not of the ordinary kind but are directed against thee in highest malice and astuteness. Of this I have warned thee many times and this experience teaches thee.

Since thou hast noticed the great terror caused to the demons at perceiving the sacramental Lord resting in my bosom, I wish to call they attention to two things. First, that for the overthrow of hell and for causing fear in the demons, all the holy Sacraments of the Church are most powerful means; but above all the holy sacrament of the Eucharist. This was one of the hidden purposes of the Lord my Son, in the institution of this sovereign mystery and of the other Sacraments. If in our time men do not ordinarily feel these powerful effects, it is because in the frequency of the reception of the Sacraments much of the veneration and estimation in receiving them has been lost. But do not doubt, that souls who frequent them with devotion and piety, are formidable to the demons and that they exercise great power and dominion over them in the same as thou hast seen and described it of me. The explanation of this fact is: that the divine fire, in the pure souls, finds itself as it were in its own element. In me it was active to the limit of possibility in a mere creature, and therefore I inspired such terror to the demons. (Venerable Mary of Agreda, A Popular Abridgement of the Mystical City of God, pp. 724-726.)

We must remain steadfast in our own efforts against sin in our lives, forgiving others as we are forgiven in the Sacred Tribunal of Penance, being earnest about making reparation for our sins and those of the whole world as the consecrated slaves of Our Lord through His Most Blessed Mother's Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart, considering it our privilege to be insulted and calumniated and subjected to detraction from others prior to the just Judgment of God that will be rendered on our souls at the moment of our deaths and that will be revealed for one and all to see on the Last Day at the General Judgment of the Living and the Dead. Yes, we who caused Our Lord to suffer unspeakable horrors in His Sacred Humanity during His Passion and Death and who wound His Mystical Body today, we who have thrust those Seven Swords of Sorrow through His Most Blessed Mother's Immaculate Heart, we--each of us--must be willing to suffer and to suffer well everything that happens to us as the means to glorify God and to make reparation for our own sins and those of the whole world as the slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

We are dealing with forces at present that are preternatural. We are not going to "will" ourselves out of the apostasies of the moment. While a given article here and there might help one or two souls now and again, we have to recognize that any and all efforts, whether spoken or written, to combat the apostasies of the day, will come to nothing if they are not undergirded by the rock solid foundation of assisting at the daily offering of the Immemorial Mass of Tradition, offered by priests who make no concessions to conciliarism or to its false shepherds, profound Eucharistic piety, and deep, tender devotion to the Mother of God by means o the reverent praying of as many Rosaries each day as our states-in-life permit. .

Our efforts to form our own families so as to keep them unspotted by the world and unspotted by the apostasies of conciliarism will come to nothing if we fail to remember the promises of Sacred Heart of Jesus revealed to Saint Margaret Mary Alacoque and thus fail to keep the Nine First Fridays.

Our efforts to seek the restoration of the Social Reign of Christ the King are fruitless if we do not keep the Five First Saturdays, spending at least fifteen minutes in prayer before the Blessed Sacrament as we truly meditate upon the mysteries contained in Our Lady's Most Holy Rosary, as we should be doing on this very day, the First Saturday of the month of January in the year of Our Lord 2010.

Our efforts to convince others that the "modern church" is not the Catholic Church will be less effective if we do not accuse ourselves on a regular (weekly) basis in the Sacred Tribunal of Penance, resolving after we have received Absolution from an alter Christus acting in persona Christi to live more penitentially, giving all of our sufferings and those of the Church Militant on earth to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary.

We must, however, be people, unlike many of the conciliar revolutionaries, who are on fire for our love of the Rosary, which Our Lady stressed in Fatima is a principal means after Holy Mass itself to save our own souls and to help to convert other poor sinners and thus to save them from the fires of Hell that she had shown to Jacinta, Francisco and Lucia on July 13, 1917. Our Lady told Francisco that he would have to pray many Rosaries to get to Heaven. Francisco Marto, mind you! And we must convince more and more of our friends and acquaintances to pray the Rosary. Our Lady wants this. So does her Divine Son.

Consider these words of Saint Louis Grignion de Montfort, contained in The Secret of the Rosary:

Later on, when these trials were over, thanks to the mercy of God, our Lady told Blessed Alan[de la Roche] to revive the former Confraternity of the Holy Rosary. Blessed Alan was one of the Dominican Fathers at the monastery at Dinan, in Brittany. He was an eminent theologian and a famous preacher. Our Lady chose him because, since the Confraternity had originally been started in that province, it was fitting that a Dominican from the same province should have the honour of re-establishing it.

Blessed Alan began this great work in 1460, after a special warning from our Lord. This is how he received that urgent message, as he himself tells it:

One day when he was offering Mass, our Lord, who wished to spur him on to preach the holy Rosary, spoke to him in the Sacred Host. "How can you crucify me again so soon?" Jesus said. "What did you say, Lord?" asked Blessed Alan, horrified. "You crucified me once before by your sins," answered Jesus, "and I would willingly be crucified again rather than have my Father offended by the sins you used to commit. You are crucifying me again now because you have all the learning and understanding that you need to preach my Mother's Rosary, and you are not doing it. If you only did that, you could teach many souls the right path and lead them away from sin. But you are not doing it, and so you yourself are guilty of the sins that they commit."

This terrible reproach made Blessed Alan solemnly resolve to preach the Rosary unceasingly.

Our Lady also said to him one day to inspire him to preach the Rosary more and more, "You were a great sinner in your youth, but I obtained the grace of your conversion from my Son. Had such a thing been possible, I would have liked to have gone through all kinds of suffering to save you, because converted sinners are a glory to me. And I would have done that also to make you worthy of preaching my Rosary far and wide."

Saint Dominic appeared to Blessed Alan as well and told him of the great results of his ministry: he had preached the Rosary unceasingly, his sermons had borne great fruit and many people had been converted during his missions.

He said to Blessed Alan, "See what wonderful results I have had through preaching the Rosary. You and all who love our Lady ought to do the same so that, by means of this holy practice of the Rosary, you may draw all people to the real science of the virtues."

Briefly, then, this is the history of how Saint Dominic established the holy Rosary and of how Blessed Alan de la Roche restored it.

From the time Saint Dominic established the devotion to the holy Rosary up to the time when Blessed Alan de la Roche reestablished it in 1460, it has always been called the Psalter of Jesus and Mary. This is because it has the same number of Hail Marys as there are psalms in the Book of the Psalms of David. Since simple and uneducated people are not able to say the Psalms of David, the Rosary is held to be just as fruitful for them as David's Psalter is for others.

Ever since Blessed Alan de la Roche re-established this devotion, the voice of the people, which is the voice of God, gave it the name of the Rosary, which means "crown of roses." That is to say that every time people say the Rosary devoutly they place on the heads of Jesus and Mary 153 white roses and sixteen red roses. Being heavenly flowers, these roses will never fade or lose their beauty.

Our Lady has approved and confirmed this name of the Rosary; she has revealed to several people that each time they say a Hail Mary they are giving her a beautiful rose, and that each complete Rosary makes her a crown of roses.

So the complete Rosary is a large crown of roses and each chaplet of five decades is a little wreath of flowers or a little crown of heavenly roses which we place on the heads of Jesus and Mary. The rose is the queen of flowers, and so the Rosary is the rose of devotions and the most important one. The Secret of the Rosary

You see, the practice of praying the Rosary was lost between the time of the Fourteenth and the Fifteenth Centuries. Our Lady gave the Rosary to Saint Dominic, who used it to crush the Albigenses heresy. She told Father Alan de la Roche to re-establish the Confraternity of the Holy Rosary in the year 1460, just 101 years before the Battle of Lepanto.

We are in a figurative Battle of Lepanto at present, dealing with preternatural forces that appear to vastly outnumber those who have chosen, despite their own sins and failings, to remain faithful to the authentic patrimony of the Catholic Church and have rejected such abominations as the Novus Ordo Missae and the "luminous mysteries" (how do the 150 Psalms fit into the the number 200?) and the new ecclesiology and ecumenism and religious liberty and separation of Church and State. We are hated by our own former friends and colleagues and by many of members of our own families. None of this matters if we care to unite ourselves to the Mercies of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus through Our Lady's Most Holy Rosary, giving each Rosary we pray to the Sacred Heart through the Immaculate Heart of Mary as her consecrated slaves.

We need only be faithful to the practice of the daily praying of the Most Holy Rosary. Our Lady will bring about results that we may not see until eternity, please God we persist until our dying breaths in states of Sanctifying Grace. Everyone--and I mean everyone--has time to pray at least one set of the mysteries of Our Lady's Most Holy Rosary each and every day without fail. Make no mistake about and, as our dear Lucy Mary Therese Norma is wont to say, "mark hard hard it your memory:" It is the devil who wants you to make a million excuses as to why you can't find time to pray the Rosary on a daily basis, no less to speak about with love publicly and to invite all others to join you in its prayer recitation.

We don't need rampaging elephants to help us to practice the Faith as we seek to make reparation for our sins and those of the whole world as the totally consecrated slaves of Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary. We do pray, however, that those who are outside of the Faith will see the hand of God in using wild beasts to chastise infidels and convert to the Catholic Church, outside of which there is no salvation and without which there can be no true social order.

Viva Cristo Rey! Vivat Christus Rex!

Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for us now and the hour of our death. Amen.
