No Room for Christ the King at Ground Zero

by Thomas A. Droleskey

O God of love, compassion, and healing, look on us, people of many different faiths and traditions, who gather today at this site, the scene of incredible violence and pain.

We ask you in your goodness to give eternal light and peace to all who died here— the heroic first-responders: our fire fighters, police officers, emergency service workers, and Port Authority personnel, along with all the innocent men and women who were victims of this tragedy simply because their work or service brought them here on September 11, 2001.

We ask you, in your compassion to bring healing to those who, because of their presence here that day, suffer from injuries and illness. Heal, too, the pain of still-grieving families and all who lost loved ones in this tragedy. Give them strength to continue their lives with courage and hope.

We are mindful as well of those who suffered death, injury, and loss on the same day at the Pentagon and in Shanksville, Pennsylvania. Our hearts are one with theirs as our prayer embraces their pain and suffering.

God of peace, bring your peace to our violent world: peace in the hearts of all men and women and peace among the nations of the earth. Turn to your way of love those whose hearts and minds are consumed with hatred.

God of understanding, overwhelmed by the magnitude of this tragedy, we seek your light and guidance as we confront such terrible events. Grant that those whose lives were spared may live so that the lives lost here may not have been lost in vain. Comfort and console us, strengthen us in hope, and give us the wisdom and courage to work tirelessly for a world where true peace and love reign among nations and in the hearts of all. (Prayer Service at Ground Zero, Sunday, April 20, 2008, text from the conciliar Vatican website .)

Any self-respecting Grand Master of a Masonic lodge could utter the words that will be "prayed" by Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI on Sunday, April 20, 2008, at the site of the former twin towers of the World Trade Center, a place that has been called since Tuesday, September 11, 2001, as "Ground Zero."

Any self-respecting Talmudic rabbi could utter the words that will be "prayed" by Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI on Sunday, April 20, 2008, at the site of the former twin towers of the World Trade Center, a place that has been called since Tuesday, September 11, 2001, as "Ground Zero."

Any self-respecting Mohammedan imam could utter the words that will be "prayed" by Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI on Sunday, April 20, 2008, at the site of the former twin towers of the World Trade Center, a place that has been called since Tuesday, September 11, 2001, as "Ground Zero."

Any self-respecting Mormon or Seventh Day Adventist or Jehovah's Witness could utter the words that will be "prayed" by Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI on Sunday, April 20, 2008, at the site of the former twin towers of the World Trade Center, a place that has been called since Tuesday, September 11, 2001, as "Ground Zero."

Almost any self-respecting Protestant minister, especially those of the "mainstream" Protestant sects (Anglicanism, Presbyterianism, Methodism, Lutheranism, United Church of Christ) could utter the words that will be "prayed" by Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI on Sunday, April 20, 2008, at the site of the former twin towers of the World Trade Center, a place that has been called since Tuesday, September 11, 2001, as "Ground Zero," admitting that a few Protestant ministers of the evangelical/fundamentalist variety would be more inclined to what Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI will not do in this prayer to be offered on April 20, 2008: mention the Holy Name of the Divine Redeemer, Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

No, there is no room for Christ the King at "Ground Zero" during the visit of Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI to the site where the former twin towers collapsed on September 11, 2001. This is quite appropriate. There was no room for Christ the King at Saint Patrick's Cathedral in the Borough of Manhattan of the City of New York, New York, on Wednesday, September 11, 2002, in the "homily" delivered by Edward "Cardinal" Egan (see No Room for Christ at Saint Patrick's Cathedral, written three and one-half years before I began writing about sedevacantism).

Yes, Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI will close the ceremony with a blessing offered in the Name of "the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit," although the program printed by the conciliar Vatican and the United States Conference of Conciliar "Bishops" does not indicate that he will start the "prayer" by making the Sign of the Cross, which all Catholics do when they begin any prayer. The Holy Name of the Divine Redeemer, Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, will not be mentioned at all in the prayer that he offers after kneeling on the ground at the site of the former twin towers of the World Trade Center and is offered a candle by an employee of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.

Thus it is, ladies and gentlemen, that anyone who has in the past criticized a conciliar "bishop" for not mentioning the the Holy Name of Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ in prayers "offered" in "ecumenical" gatherings and who remains silent in the face of this outrage committed by the false "pontiff" against Our Lord, an outrage that will come four days after he accepts as "gifts" from the representatives of false religion "symbols" that are loathed by God as they represent devil worship itself--and an outrage that will come just two days after entering into a Jewish synagogue and participating in "inter-religious" prayer with representatives from Protestantism and Orthodoxy, will have to write articles and letters of apology to any and all conciliar "bishops" whom he may have criticized for doing that which Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI is prepared to do: to be silent about the Holy Name in public.

Edward "Cardinal" Egan was silent about the Holy Name at Yankee Stadium on September 23, 2001, emceed by Oprah Winfrey and James Earl Jones, of all people, twelve days after the tragic events of September 11, 2001, keeping his peace about Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ in the presence of a Talmudic rabbi, Arthur Schneier, who blew a ram's horn (the Blowing of the Shofar), and representatives of Protestantism, Orthodoxy, Mohammedanism, Hinduism and of the Sikhs. Egan sat as an "equal" with these charlatans. Here is what "Cardinal" Egan prayed that day:

Almighty and eternal father, we are gathered here as your people and your children. Out of love you brought us into existence, out of love you fashioned each and every one of us in your own image and likeness. Thus we come to you with the greatest measure of confidence, we come to you with the greatest measure of trust. We come as well with heavy hearts for just 13 days ago our beloved city and our beloved nation were violated. We lost women and men and children whom we sorely needed, whom we greatly admired, whom we dearly cherish. In our hospitals hundreds are in pain, in our homes thousands are in mourning, and in all of us there abides an urgent need for you and your grace. Heavenly father, wrap us in your providential care. Take our deceased brothers and sisters into your divine presence forever, strengthen our injured, console our families from whom so many have been taken so brutally. And make us all here in New York, in Washington and across the length and breadth of this land your noble people, your virtuous people. Yes, Lord, your holy people. We need courage to deal with our pain, we need justice to deal with the evil doers who have harmed us so fiercely. We need faith, wisdom and strength of soul for ourselves, each and every one, for our president and those who work with him, for our governor and those who work with him, for our mayor and those who work with him, for our police officers, heroes all, for our firefighters, heroes all, for our health care and emergency workers, heroes all. Gracious God, guide us, hear us. We are yours and yours we have a wish to be. Draw us closer to you in this hour of tragedy and pain. This we beg as your children with the utmost of trust, the utmost of confidence, the utmost of love, now and forever. Amen (applause). (Yankee Stadium Prayer Service. Although he should not have been at this ecumenical travesty, it is to the credit of the conciliar "bishop" of the Diocese of Brooklyn at the time, Thomas Daily, that he did mention the name of Our Lord Jesus Christ once and did invoke Our Lady under the title of "Mary, Queen of Peace." The Armenian Orthodox bishop, Anania Arapajian, started his prayer with an invocation to Our Lord, Who was also invoked by two Protestant ministers, meaning that four speakers of twenty-seven mentioned Our Lord's Holy Name. A member of the conciliar "college of cardinals" refused to do, as did a representative of the Greek Orthodox Church in the United States of America.)

Who yet attached to the conciliar structures can criticize Edward Egan for not mentioning the Holy Name of Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ? Karol Wojtyla/John Paul II represented himself as an "equal" with representatives of false religions repeatedly throughout his false "pontificate." So has Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI, who celebrates the third anniversary of his "election" as the head of the counterfeit church of conciliarism, which is part and parcel of the One World Ecumenical Church, on Saturday, April 19, 2008.

Silence about the Holy Name is a grave sin, especially so on the part of a priest. Joseph Ratzinger is not a bishop, no less a legitimate Successor Saint Peter. He is a true priest, however, ordained on the Feast of Saints Peter and Paul, June 29, 1951, which makes his betrayal of Christ the King even more offensive to God. The Apostles rejoiced when they were deemed worthy ill-treatment for the sake of the Holy Name of the Divine Redeemer, Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ:

And they indeed went from the presence of the council, rejoicing that they were accounted worthy to suffer reproach for the name of Jesus. And every day they ceased not in the temple, and from house to house, to teach and preach Christ Jesus. (Acts 5: 41-42.)

The conciliarists do voluntarily what the Sanhedrin ordered the Apostles to do under threat of death: to refrain from any public mention of the Holy Name of Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ:

And calling in the apostles, after they had scourged them, they charged them that they should not speak at all in the name of Jesus; and they dismissed them. (Acts 5: 40.)

The conciliarists do voluntarily what the Roman emperors and other pagan potentates and barbarians and the Protestants and Freemasons and all social revolutionaries have sought to do from the time of French Revolution to the present, to keep Christ the King from reigning over nations as He is recognized as the King of individual men and of all nations on the face of this earth as He has revealed Himself exclusively to men through His Catholic Church that He founded upon the Rock of Peter, the Pope.

Yes, just four days after Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI will have violated the First Commandment by accepting as gifts the symbols of false religions that are hateful in the sight of God, he will have the temerity to ask God "to look on us, people of many different faiths and traditions" as though each and every "faith" and "tradition" was pleasing in His sight, which they are not. No effort will be made to explain that the only way to retard the prevalence of sin in the world is by the unconditional conversion of all men to the Catholic Church, whereby they have access to and seek to cooperate with the Sanctifying Graces won for them by the shedding of every single drop of the Most Precious Blood of Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and that flow into human hearts and souls through the loving hands of Our Lady, the Mediatrix of All graces. There is even no prayer for the conversion of those responsible for the tragic events of September 11, 2001, to convert to the true Faith, only a call for them to "turn to your way of love."

Generic expressions of "love" and of "common faith," which is a phrase to be used in a "prayer" offered by Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI at Saint Joseph's Church in the Yorkville section of the Borough of Manhattan of the City of New York, New York, are not truthful as they reaffirm those in false religions in their own beliefs about God's "way of love" and in the belief that adherents of any false religion, including Protestants and the Orthodox, share a "common faith" with the true Church. Oh, yes, they share a "common faith" with the counterfeit church of conciliarism. This is true, most certainly. A "common faith" with the true Church. Not at all.

Pope Pius XI, writing in Mit Brennender Sorge, March 17, 1937, explained the necessity of speaking of using terms properly, warning also about acts of infidelity to Christ the King:

Faith in Christ cannot maintain itself pure and unalloyed without the support of faith in the Church, "the pillar and ground of the truth" (1 Tim. iii. 15); for Christ Himself, God eternally blessed, raised this pillar of the Faith. His command tO hear the Church (Matt. xviii. 15), to welcome in the words and commands of the Church His own words and His own commands (Luke x. 16), is addressed to all men, of all times and of all countries. The Church founded by the Redeemer is one, the same for all races and all nations. Beneath her dome, as beneath the vault of heaven, there is but one country for all nations and tongues; there is room for the development of every quality, advantage, task and vocation which God the Creator and Savior has allotted to individuals as well as to ethnical communities. The Church's maternal heart is big enough to see in the God-appointed development of individual characteristics and gifts, more than a mere danger of divergency. She rejoices at the spiritual superiorities among individuals and nations. In their successes she sees with maternal joy and pride fruits of education and progress, which she can only bless and encourage, whenever she can conscientiously do so. But she also knows that to this freedom limits have been set by the majesty of the divine command, which founded that Church one and indivisible. Whoever tampers with that unity and that indivisibility wrenches from the Spouse of Christ one of the diadems with which God Himself crowned her; he subjects a divine structure, which stands on eternal foundations, to criticism and transformation by architects whom the Father of Heaven never authorized to interfere.

The Church, whose work lies among men and operates through men, may see her divine mission obscured by human, too human, combination, persistently growing and developing like the cockle among the wheat of the Kingdom of God. Those who know the Savior's words on scandal and the giver of scandals, know, too, the judgment which the Church and all her sons must pronounce on what was and what is sin. But if, besides these reprehensible discrepancies be between faith and life, acts and words, exterior conduct and interior feelings, however numerous they be, anyone overlooks the overwhelming sum of authentic virtues, of spirit of sacrifice, fraternal love, heroic efforts of sanctity, he gives evidence of deplorable blindness and injustice. If later he forgets to apply the standard of severity, by which he measures the Church he hates, to other organizations in which he happens to be interested, then his appeal to an offended sense of purity identifies him with those who, for seeing the mote in their brother's eye, according to the Savior's incisive words, cannot see the beam in their own. But however suspicious the intention of those who make it their task, nay their vile profession, to scrutinize what is human in the Church, and although the priestly powers conferred by God are independent of the priest's human value, it yet remains true that at no moment of history, no individual, in no organization can dispense himself from the duty of loyally examining his conscience, of mercilessly purifying himself, and energetically renewing himself in spirit and in action. In Our Encyclical on the priesthood We have urged attention to the sacred duty of all those who belong to the Church, chiefly the members of the priestly and religious profession and of the lay apostolate, to square their faith and their conduct with the claims of the law of God and of the Church. And today we again repeat with all the insistency We can command: it is not enough to be a member of the Church of Christ, one needs to be a living member, in spirit and in truth, i.e., living in the state of grace and in the presence of God, either in innocence or in sincere repentance. If the Apostle of the nations, the vase of election, chastised his body and brought it into subjection: lest perhaps, when he had preached to others, he himself should become a castaway (1 Cor. ix. 27), could anybody responsible for the extension of the Kingdom of God claim any other method but personal sanctification? Only thus can we show to the present generation, and to the critics of the Church that "the salt of the earth," the leaven of Christianity has not decayed, but is ready to give the men of today -- prisoners of doubt and error, victims of indifference, tired of their Faith and straying from God -- the spiritual renewal they so much need. A Christianity which keeps a grip on itself, refuses every compromise with the world, takes the commands of God and the Church seriously, preserves its love of God and of men in all its freshness, such a Christianity can be, and will be, a model and a guide to a world which is sick to death and clamors for directions, unless it be condemned to a catastrophe that would baffle the imagination.

Every true and lasting reform has ultimately sprung from the sanctity of men who were driven by the love of God and of men. Generous, ready to stand to attention to any call from God, yet confident in themselves because confident in their vocation, they grew to the size of beacons and reformers. On the other hand, any reformatory zeal, which instead of springing from personal purity, flashes out of passion, has produced unrest instead of light, destruction instead of construction, and more than once set up evils worse than those it was out to remedy. No doubt "the Spirit breatheth where he will" (John iii. 8): "of stones He is able to raise men to prepare the way to his designs" (Matt. iii. 9). He chooses the instruments of His will according to His own plans, not those of men. But the Founder of the Church, who breathed her into existence at Pentecost, cannot disown the foundations as He laid them. Whoever is moved by the spirit of God, spontaneously adopts both outwardly and inwardly, the true attitude toward the Church, this sacred fruit from the tree of the cross, this gift from the Spirit of God, bestowed on Pentecost day to an erratic world.

In your country, Venerable Brethren, voices are swelling into a chorus urging people to leave the Church, and among the leaders there is more than one whose official position is intended to create the impression that this infidelity to Christ the King constitutes a signal and meritorious act of loyalty to the modern State. Secret and open measures of intimidation, the threat of economic and civic disabilities, bear on the loyalty of certain classes of Catholic functionaries, a pressure which violates every human right and dignity. Our wholehearted paternal sympathy goes out to those who must pay so dearly for their loyalty to Christ and the Church; but directly the highest interests are at stake, with the alternative of spiritual loss, there is but one alternative left, that of heroism. If the oppressor offers one the Judas bargain of apostasy he can only, at the cost of every worldly sacrifice, answer with Our Lord: "Begone, Satan! For it is written: The Lord thy God shalt thou adore, and Him only shalt thou serve" (Matt. iv. 10). And turning to the Church, he shall say: "Thou, my mother since my infancy, the solace of my life and advocate at my death, may my tongue cleave to my palate if, yielding to worldly promises or threats, I betray the vows of my baptism." As to those who imagine that they can reconcile exterior infidelity to one and the same Church, let them hear Our Lord's warning: -- "He that shall deny me before men shall be denied before the angels of God" (Luke xii. 9).

What applied to the leaders of Nazi Germany seventy-one years ago applies equally well to a native of Germany who is more than willing to deny Our Lord before men in some instances in order to maintain his absolute, bedrock "faith" in his conciliar principles, for which he is willing to lay down his very life. He believes that false ecumenism is true, that the consistent teaching and practice of the Catholic Church do not bind his conscience whatsoever as man's perception of "truth" never grasps it fully, thus making it subject to "adjustments" and "modifications" and "adaptations" in each successive generation, according to the "needs" and "insights" of the mythical entity known as "modern" man. Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI is thoroughly committed to false ecumenism as an expression of the "anchoring" of "truth" in a different place at a different time, showing himself, of course, to disbelieve in the very nature of God, Whose Holy Truths must be believed at all times and in all places in exactly the same way as they have been believed in the past without any question whatsoever. Truth cannot contradict itself because there is no contradiction in the Author of all truth, God: Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.

To refuse to seek with urgency the conversion of all men and all nations to the true Church is to show oneself to be an enemy of God, an enemy of the souls for whom He shed every single drop of His Most Precious Blood on the wood of the Holy Cross and an enemy of the very social order one seeks to "restore" by inter-denominational or nondenominational or naturalistic ways that rely upon false ecumenism, religious liberty and separation of Church and State to accomplish.

Indeed, to refuse to speak of the Holy Name of Jesus Christ in "mixed" company--and to compound this crime by having received the symbols of false religions with esteem and equanimity as "gifts" from people of different "traditions--is to violate the First and Second Commandments, both actively, by receiving as "gifts" symbols of devil worship, and passively, by refusing to speak of Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ so as not to violate the "sensibilities" of the false ecumenism of the One World Ecumenical Church.

And the Lord spoke all these words: I am the Lord thy God, who brought thee out of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. Thou shalt not have strange gods before me.

Thou shalt not make to thyself a graven thing, nor the likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or in the earth beneath, nor of those things that are in the waters under the sea.

Thou shalt not adore them, nor serve them: I am the Lord thy God, mighty, jealous, visiting iniquity of the fathers upon the children, unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me: and shewing mercy unto thousands to them that love me, and keep my commandments."

Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain: for the Lord will not hold him guiltless that shall take the name of the Lord his God in vain. (Exodus 20: 1-7.)

Pope Saint Pius X warned us of these our days:

We fear that worse is to come: the end result of this developing promiscuousness, the beneficiary of this cosmopolitan social action, can only be a Democracy which will be neither Catholic, nor Protestant, nor Jewish. It will be a religion (for Sillonism, so the leaders have said, is a religion) more universal than the Catholic Church, uniting all men become brothers and comrades at last in the "Kingdom of God". - "We do not work for the Church, we work for mankind."

And now, overwhelmed with the deepest sadness, We ask Ourselves, Venerable Brethren, what has become of the Catholicism of the Sillon? Alas! this organization which formerly afforded such promising expectations, this limpid and impetuous stream, has been harnessed in its course by the modern enemies of the Church, and is now no more than a miserable affluent of the great movement of apostasy being organized in every country for the establishment of a One-World Church which shall have neither dogmas, nor hierarchy, neither discipline for the mind, nor curb for the passions, and which, under the pretext of freedom and human dignity, would bring back to the world (if such a Church could overcome) the reign of legalized cunning and force, and the oppression of the weak, and of all those who toil and suffer.

Many and varied offenses will be given to God for all, Catholic and non-Catholic alike, to see during the upcoming visit of Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI. The horrible outrages of receiving the symbols of false religions and entering the Talmudic synagogue and paying homage to the United Masonic Nations organization and praying with heretics and schismatics and being silent about the Holy Name of Jesus Christ at "ground zero" will take place as the usual outrages of the Protestant and Masonic Novus Ordo service will be on full display.

That is, members of the laity, both men and women, many of the latter who will be cross-dressed as men (I'll have an article about cross-dressing, that is, women wearing pants at any time or in any place, soon and how this offends the Mother of God greatly) will invade the "sanctuary," such as a "sanctuary" can be at Nationals Park in Washington, District of Columbia, and Yankee Stadium in the Borough of the Bronx in the City of New York, New York, to serve as lectors and lectorettes and as readers of the "Prayer of the Faithful." The formula "for you and for all" will be used each time the Novus Ordo service is "celebrated" by Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI. Protestant hymns will be sung. What purports to be Holy Communion will be distributed in the hand. The hideous "sign of peace" will be given amongst the assembled multitudes. Other outrages associated with these extravaganza "Masses" will manifest themselves as the events take place.

It is for this reason, therefore, that His Excellency Bishop Daniel L. Dolan accepted most favorably a suggestion from one of his parishioners, Mrs. Jean Bischel, to have Rosaries of reparation prayed for Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI's appearance at the United Masonic Nations organization on Friday, April 18, 2008. Given all of the other outrages listed herein that will take place during the visit of the head of the counterfeit church of conciliarism, it is a most worthy and efficacious effort to make time on Friday, April 18, 2008, to pray all fifteen decades of Our Lady's Most Holy Rosary in reparation for the multiple, egregious offenses that will be given to God by the words and actions of the man most people in the world believe to be, albeit falsely, His Vicar on earth.

Although this announcement has been posted on the home page of this site, I think it worthwhile to incorporate it in the context of this brief article by way of a very important reminder:

"Your assistance is urgently needed on Friday April 18th. On this day the head of the One-World Church, Joseph Ratzinger, will be meeting with the leaders of the One-World Government, the United Nations, in New York City. No good will come from this, but rather great offense to God with the advancement of the agenda of the One- Worlders. A full Rosary for reparation and protection will be prayed at church before the Blessed Sacrament exposed at 4:45 Friday afternoon. Please come and pray with us, or at least organize rosary groups of family and friends to repair God’s honor and protect His Church on this very sad day. Please spread this message to as many souls as possible."

A DOUBLE DAY

"For the third year, we will celebrate the Feast of Our Lady of Consolation by hosting a pilgrimage right here in our own church, venerating the beautiful image of Our Lady of Consolation we are privileged to possess. This year’s observance will combine the pilgrimage (procession, special Mass & prayers, a meal) with a day of recollection (special spiritual talks, and the meditated rosary).

"The opening procession and devotions are at 8:15 AM on Saturday, April 19th. High Mass is at 9:00 AM, and is followed by a brunch. The spiritual conference will then be given, with closing devotions in church. The day will conclude a little after noon. Please come! Please spread the word and invite others to do so."

His Excellency Bishop Dolan's plans for a Rosary of reparation in front of Our Lord's Real Presence solemnly exposed in a monstrance was inspired, he told me two days ago, by learning that His Excellency Bishop Mark A. Pivarunas, the Superior General of the Congregation of Mary Immaculate Queen, planned to do precisely this during the Friday evening Holy Hour at Mary Immaculate Church in Omaha, Nebraska, following the completion of the 6:00 p.m. Mass on April 18, 2008. We will participate in a Rosary prayed at a Shrine of Our Lady at Our Lady of the Rosary Chapel in Monroe, Connecticut, following the 10:45 a.m. school Mass. His Excellency Bishop Robert F. McKenna, O.P, will lead the Rosary that day, April 18, 2008, However, it is possible for each of us to simply pray all fifteen mysteries of Our Lady's Most Holy Rosary that day even if a true bishop or a true priest is unable to lead us in doing so.

Mind you, each of us must be conscious every day of making reparation for our own many sins, which wounded Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ once in time, causing also Seven Swords of Sorrow to be thrust through and through His Most Blessed Mother's Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart, and have wounded His Mystical Body here on earth, that is, the Church Militant. Each of us must be consecrated to Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary. Each of us must try to live more and more penitentially as we offer to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus through that Immaculate Heart of Mary all of of prayers and sufferings and sacrifices and humiliations and penances and mortifications, conscious, of course, of praying each day, not only on Friday, April 18, 2008, as many Rosaries as our states-in-life permit, making an effort, where at all possible, to assist daily at a true offering of the Immemorial Mass of Tradition in the catacombs where no concessions are made to conciliarism at all, making an effort to spend time with Our Beloved in His Real Presence on a regular basis (once again, where this is at all possible).

Our acts of reparation can help to undo the harm of our own sins and those of the whole world. Our acts of reparation can help to appease the wrath of God that will be aroused by the sight of the man purporting to be His Vicar on earth receiving symbols of false religions and entering a synagogue and paying obeisance to the United Masonic Nations and offering the Novus Ordo and engaging in inter-religious prayer with Protestants and the Orthodox and refusing to speak of the Holy Name of Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ at "ground zero."

These are not minor things. These are major offenses given to God. We must recognize this with sobriety and with a firm desire to defend the honor and majesty of God. And we need to pray to Saint Teresa of Avila that we do not wind up minimizing--or being silent about--major offenses given to God in public view and in the name of the Catholic Church:

"Know this: it is by very little breaches of regularity that the devil succeeds in introducing the greatest abuses. May you never end up saying: 'This is nothing, this is an exaggeration.'" (Saint Teresa of Avila, Foundations, Chapter Twenty-nine)

Isn't it time to pray a Rosary now?
