There was a "parade" in Boston, Massachusetts, on Saturday, June 12, 2010. The "parade" was a celebration of perversity as people steeped in unrepentant sins against the Sixth and Ninth Commandments showed their "pride" in their sins that cry out to Heaven for vengeance, bringing to life once again these words of Saint Paul the Apostle in his Epistle to the Romans that describe our circumstances today just as much as they described the environment of the city where he was martyred for the Holy Faith in 67 A.D. under orders from Emperor Nero:
For this cause God delivered them up to shameful affections. For their women have changed the natural use into that use which is against nature. And, in like manner, the men also, leaving the natural use of the women, have burned in their lusts one towards another, men with men working that which is filthy, and receiving in themselves the recompense which was due to their error. And as they liked not to have God in their knowledge, God delivered them up to a reprobate sense, to do those things which are not convenient; Being filled with all iniquity, malice, fornication, avarice, wickedness, full of envy, murder, contention, deceit, malignity, whisperers, Detractors, hateful to God, contumelious, proud, haughty, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, foolish, dissolute, without affection, without fidelity, without mercy. Who, having known the justice of God, did not understand that they who do such things, are worthy of death; and not only they that do them, but they also that consent to them that do them. (Romans 1: 18-32.)
The shameless public displays of perverse affections that take place on a worldwide basis every June, the very month of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus that was pierced by the lance of the Roman centurion, Saint Longinus, as It poured out the sacramental elements of water and His Most Precious Blood in atonement for our sins that had placed Him on the gibbet of the Holy Cross, attract civic officials who belong to both major organized crime families of naturalism in the United States of America, the Republican Party and the Democratic Party, including Catholics who are have been disciplined by conciliar authorities for their support of chemical and surgical assassinations of babies under cover of the civil law and the nonexistent"rights" of those steeped in sins that cry out to Heaven for vengeance to identify themselves by the very fact of their sins as they seek "rights" and privileges for being so "oriented."
I have personally seen pro-abortion Catholics Mario Matthew Cuomo, Rudolph William Giuliani, and George Elmer Pataki, among others, march on Fifth Avenue right in front of the Cathedral of Saint Patrick on the fourth Sunday of June at various times. I also saw the man who defeated me for the United States senatorial nomination of the New York State Right to Life Party on September 14, 1998, the "pro-life" Alfonse M. D'Amato, who was endorsed by the lavender activist group "Human Rights Campaign" for re-election against his Democratic Party challenger that year, the pro-abortion, ever-in-your-face-and-in-front-of-a-camera United States Representative Charles Schumer (see D'Amato Wins Endorsement), march on Fifth Avenue on at least one occasion without a word of protest from any "bishop" in the conciliar structures.
The late United States Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan, a pro-abortion Catholic who served as a United States from the State of New York from January 3, 1977, to January 3, 2001, was quoted by a lavender activist that a Cadillac used in one parade on Fifth Avenue was a "visible rolling symbol" of "pride" (see Stonewall 34). Yet it is that Daniel Patrick Moynihan had a "Mass of Christian Burial" at Saint Patrick's Church, the oldest Catholic church in Washington, District of Columbia, on March 31, 2003, despite his support for baby-killing under cover of the civil law as a "civil right," which he reiterated that he would not recant when I questioned him about it at a "town hall" meeting in Mineola, New York, in 1988, and despite his support the special "rights" for those steeped in unrepentant Mortal Sins of unnatural vice against the Sixth and Ninth Commandments. Moynihan was even praised by a conciliar monsignor at that "Mass of Christian Burial:"
Daniel Patrick Moynihan, naval gunnery officer and four-term United States senator, was buried today at Arlington National Cemetery with full military honors.
The graveside ceremony followed a funeral mass at St. Patrick's Church, the oldest Roman Catholic church in Washington and the parish where Mr. Moynihan worshiped before his death last Wednesday at 76.
''Pat Moynihan was a man of quiet faith,'' Msgr. Peter J. Vaghi told the mourners. ''For him, this found expression in his long commitment to the body politic, the pursuit of the common good and his special care for the poor, the family structure and the most needy in our midst.'' Daniel Patrick Moynihan's "faith" was so "quiet" that it never got in the way of his duties as a public official when it was "inconvenient" and electorally risky to stand up in defense of truth that civil law must be subordinated at all times to the binding precepts of the Divine Positive Law and the Natural Law as they have been entrusted exclusively by Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ for their eternal safekeeping and infallible explication. There was certainly room in the "big tent" of concilairism for Daniel Patrick Moynihan in life just as there was room for a chap named Edward Moore Kennedy, who was given a full hootenanny of conciliar "Mass of Christian Burial" on Saturday, August 29, 2009, despite his own militant support for "abortion rights" and for "gay rights," including the absurdity known as "gay marriage" (Another Victim of Americanism; Behold The Free Rein Given to Error; Behold The Free Rein Given to Error; Unfortunate Enough to Be A Baby; Unfortunate Enough to Be A Baby; Beacon of Social Justice?; Spotlight On The Ordinary; What's Good For Teddy Is Good For Benny; Sean O'Malley: Coward and Hypocrite: More Rationalizations and Distortions just in case you have forgotten what happened nearly ten months ago now.)
The legacy of public support for grave moral crimes that belonged to the late Daniel Patrick Moynihan and the late Edward Moore Kennedy is, of course, being kept quite alive by the still living Catholic pro-aborts listed above and scores upon scores of others that have been listed in articles of mine in The Wanderer, The Remnant, Celebrate Life, Catholic Family News, Latin Mass: A Journal Catholic Culture, the Daily Catholic website, the Seattle Catholic websites (most of my articles on that site have been purged), and this site (and its predecessor published journal of the same name). Among those pro-aborts and pro-perversion Catholics who remain in good standing in the structures of the counterfeit church of conciliarism are Vice President of the United States of America Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr., Speaker of the House of Representatives of the United States of America Nancy Patricia D'Alesandro Pelosi, United States Senator Richard Durbin (D-Illinois), the Minority Leader of the United States Senate, United States Senators Thomas Harkin (D-Iowa), Patricia Murray (D-Washington), Jack Reed (D-Rhode Island), John F. Kerry (D-Massachusetts), Christopher Dodd (D-Connecticut), Robert Menendez (D-New Jersey), Susan Collins (R-Maine), Patrick Leahy (D-Vermont), Kirsten Gillibrand (D-New York), Barbara Mikulski (D-Maryland), Mary Landrieu (D-Louisiana), United States Secretary of Health and Human Services (and recipient of much campaign cash from the late late-term baby-killer George Tiller) Kathleen Sebelius, California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, Michigan Governor Jennifer Granholm, New York Governor David Paterson, and New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson. This is, of course, just a partial listing.
One of the biggest pro-abort and pro-perversion Catholic politicians around is the man called by some in Boston, Massachusetts, as "Mayor Mumbles," Thomas Menino, the Mayor of the City of Boston who participated yet again in the perversity parade held in Beantown on Saturday, June 12, 2010:
There were beads, batons, and body paint, but this year’s gay pride parade in Boston was also a political battlefield in the campaign for governor.
Incumbent Governor Deval Patrick marched with his daughter, Katherine, who is openly gay, and a contingent of sign-wielding supporters.
Later came Republican candidate Charles D. Baker, who worked the crowd with his openly gay brother Alexander (who goes by the name Sandy) and his openly gay running mate, Senate minority leader Richard Tisei.
Handshakes, smiles, and waves abounded. Both candidates got cheers and hoots of support, although there were also some in the crowd who pronounced themselves unimpressed.
“I think a lot of it is political maneuvering,’’ said 27-year-old David Siegel, an undecided voter from Mission Hill. “What would sway my vote is if a candidate didn’t march today.’’
While marching in a gay pride parade was once controversial, and may still be in some places, yesterday’s event in Boston felt mainstream.
Sun Life insurance corporation threw Mardi Gras-style beads emblazoned with its logo. There were drag queens and scantily clad men tossing lollipops from floats, but also a showing by the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Department, TD Bank, and TJX, parent company of the TJ Maxx and Marshalls chain. Employees at the National Grid utility marched, some soaking wet from a soaking rain, alongside a festooned bucket truck.
Hundreds of thousands turned out to watch and few people seemed deterred by the downpour. The only candidate for governor who did not appear was State Treasurer Timothy P. Cahill, who is running as an independent. A staffer said he was spending the day in his hometown of Quincy and planned to march in the city’s Flag Day Parade yesterday evening.
Patrick and his daughter marched behind the Lesbian & Gay Big Apple Corps, which featured a baton twirler, flag wavers, and marching band.
After the parade, Patrick was endorsed by MassEquality, the state’s largest gay rights group. Patrick’s daughter worked as an intern for the group in 2008.
When asked why he chose Patrick over Baker, executive director Scott Gortikov said Patrick had shown strong leadership by signing recent antibullying legislation and repealing a 1913 law that prevented out-of-state lesbian and gay couples from marrying in Massachusetts.
Patrick and Baker support gay marriage; however, only Patrick also supports the Transgender Civil Rights Bill, which makes it illegal to discriminate on the basis of “gender identity or expression.’’
Patrick “has a history of going to bat very forcefully for the gay community,’’ Gortikov said.
And, Gortikov said, “Richard Tisei is not running for governor . . .’’
The legislation has been a thorny issue for Baker because it was cosponsored three years ago by his now running mate Tisei.
Social conservatives have referred to it as the “bathroom bill,’’ contending that it would sanction unisex bathrooms and locker rooms.
Baker referred to it as such at the state’s Republican convention last month, saying he would veto it.
Some remembered that unhappily yesterday.
Brenda Cole of Brookline said Baker would have to do more than walk in the parade or run with a gay running mate to get her vote, calling his lack of support for the bill a “big deal.’’
“I don’t see the point of having a gay running mate if you’re against gay rights,’’ she said. “We need more than lip service.’’
Mare Freed of Somerville said she has been to the parade seven or eight times over the years and it gets bigger each time. Freed said Patrick’s status as the father of an openly gay daughter won’t affect her vote this fall.
“I’m very happy that he’s proud of his daughter just they way she is,’’ Freed said, but that’s where it ends.
Kirsten Martin of Jamaica Plain said Tisei came up to her and introduced himself as he walked the parade route. She had never heard of him but liked how he looked her in the eye when she spoke.
Curious to learn more, she grabbed her iPhone and did a quick search for his party affiliation and voting record.

"Yesterday's event felt mainstream." As a friend of ours in Rhode Island is wont to say, "Now that's a statement for you." Corporate America is in the vanguard of supporting chemical and surgical baby-killing and perversity, making us unwilling enablers in the process as we line their pockets with our purchases and transactions. Oh, I forget. Pluralism is supposed to be "benefit" to the people of Modernity. I forgot. Just another sign of the aging process. Only another eight hundred ninety-three days until I turn sixty years of age, if it is God's Holy Will to sustain my physical life on earth until that time, something that I must never take for granted whatsoever. It's just part of the aging process that I seem to forget Ratzinger/Benedict's constant exaltations of the "coexistence" of religions. I forgot.
I digress yet again. Mea culpa.
Although I will save a specific commentary on the naturalists of the false opposite of the "right" making open appeals for votes to those steeped in moral degradation and perversity for a separate article, it is indeed interesting that our tolerant, passive acceptance of the "lesser of two evils" has made the dose of the supposedly "lesser evil" in American electoral politics greater and greater over the course of time. Thus it is that a completely pro-abortion and pro-perversion candidate for public office, Charlie Baker, who is the former chief executive office of a health management organization (HMO), Harvard Pilgrim Health Care that provides coverage for contraception, voluntary sterilization, and surgical baby-killing in the "hard cases" with a "proud" practitioner of Mortal Sins against nature as a running mate is considered by some in the Bay State, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, to be a "lesser evil" than incumbent Governor Deval Patrick. The positions of a viable third party candidate, Massachusetts State Treasurer Timothy Cahill, and his own lieutenant governor running mate, Paul Loscocco, on baby-killing and perversity are unknown to this writer (and remain so after a diligent search for their positions).
The purpose of this commentary, however, is to stress yet again that everything can be tolerated by the lords of the counterfeit church of conciliarism, including open support for two of the four sins that cry out to Heaven for vengeance, except an adherence to the true Faith as It has been given us by Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and passed down to us through the centuries under the infallible protection of God the Holy Ghost without a shadow of any change or alteration. Mayor Mumbles has a lot of company in the counterfeit church of conciliarism, which is indeed, contrary to Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI's laughable assertion in his "homily" at a Novus Ordo service in the Piazza San Pietro in Vatican City on Friday, June 11, 2010, the Feast of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, tolerant of error (see Get The Man A Mirror), starting with the false "pope" himself, who openly blasphemes God by committing, objectively speaking, Mortal Sins against the First and Second Commandments by esteeming the symbols of false religions and calling their symbols of false worship as "sacred." Mayor Mumbles is in a lot of company, starting with his "pope" himself.
Alas, the false religion of conciliarism shows forth its sterility all of the time as the pews of once thoroughly Catholic churches continue to empty and as they are forced to close their schools and seminaries and to sell off their properties to pay off the victims of perverted clergymen who have been protected, reassigned and promoted time and time again as they crimes have been covered up and high-powered lawyers for insurance companies employed to attempt to intimidate those victims from speaking out publicly, worse yet to file lawsuits which involve the nasty business known as "depositions" (see Judge plans to release Mahony's deposition in priest abuse case.) The largest conciliar-controlled high school in the world, Cardinal Dougherty High School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, has now graduated its last class as it is closing its doors forever (Letter to parents of Cardinal Dougherty High School and Last Class Graduates From Cardinal Dougherty High).
That which is false, founded in one condemned proposition after another, will show forth its sterility over the course of time as it tolerates all manner of errors on a practical level that, at least theoretically, are condemned "officially" but without, at least for the most part, any disciplinary actions imposed upon those who hold and promote those errors publicly. It is pretty difficult for the lords of conciliarism to have a consistent policy of discipline with those who defect from articles contained in the Deposit of Faith and who promote grave moral evils when each of them, without exception, defies the ancient anathemas of the Catholic Church concerning the nature of dogmatic truth, false ecumenism and "inter-religious prayer services" and as they support openly such things as separation of Church and State and religious liberty.
We have much reparation to make to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary for our sins and for those of the whole world. Much reparation to make, especially in this month of June.
With Our Lady as our sure guide and intercessor, may we indeed be ever earnest about making reparation for our own many sins, each of has contributed to the worsening of the state of the Church Militant on earth and of the world-at-large. Once again, make no mistake about it: our own sins and our ingratitude and our lukewarmness have exacerbated, that is, worsened, the state of the Church Militant on earth. We cannot be content to wallow in spiritual mediocrity. We must accept whatever penances and humiliations that God chooses to send us so that we can give them back to His Most Sacred Heart through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of His Most Blessed Mother as her consecrated slaves, especially by means of praying as many Rosaries as our states-in-life permit.
Our Lady stands by the tomb of her Divine Son, Who has been buried mystically by the conciliarists' contempt for the truths that He has revealed exclusively through His Catholic Church and have been taught infallibly by her without any hint or shadow of change from Pentecost Sunday. We must keep her company at that tomb in our prayers, being ever willing to take on more penances and to renounce our own comfort and convenience and all attachment to human respect in order to help to usher in the day when the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary will make it possible for the enemies of her Divine Son in the modern world and in the grips of Modernism will be vanquished, permitting the restoration of all things in Christ the King as we honor her as our Immaculate Queen.
