Francis And Other Judases Abound In Holy Week
by Thomas A. Droleskey
Holy Mother Church lives out the life of her Divine Founder and Invisible Head, Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, not only mystically until His Second Coming in glory on the Last Day at the General Judgment of the living and the dead, but also through the annual liturgical cycle. As we are now in Holy Week, when our attention should be focused exclusively on the sufferings that our sins caused Our Divine Redeemer, Christ the King, to undergo during His fearsome Passion and Death, sufferings that were shared in their entirety by His Most Blessed Mother, it is not unusual for Judases of one sort or another to abound with great public boldness.
The chief layman among the Judases abounding this week is none other than the star of the hour, Jorge Mario Bergoglio/Francis, who sent a letter yesterday, Monday, March 25, 2013, Monday in Holy Week, to the chief Talmudist in Rome, Rabbi Riccardo di Segni, to express his best wishes for the Talmudic observance of Passover, a feast that was superseded by the New and Eternal Passover instituted by Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ at the Last Supper and that He ratified by the shedding of every single drop of His Most Precious Blood on the wood of the Holy Cross on Good Friday:
VATICAN CITY — A few hours before Rome's Jewish community was to
begin its Passover observances, Pope Francis sent a brief note praying
that God would bless them and asking community members for their
prayers.
"May the Almighty, who freed his people from slavery in Egypt to
guide them to the Promised Land, continue to free you from every evil
and accompany you with his blessing," the pope said in the message
delivered March 25.
Passover, the eight-day commemoration of God freeing the Jewish people from slavery in Egypt, was set to begin that evening.
Thanking Rabbi Riccardo di Segni, chief rabbi of Rome, for attending
his inaugural Mass March 19 and a meeting with religious leaders the
next day, Pope Francis said, "I am particularly pleased to extend to you
and the entire Rome community my most fervent wishes for the great
Passover feast.
"I ask you to pray for me, while I assure you of my prayers for you,
trusting that we can deepen the bonds of esteem and mutual respect," the
pope said.
On the website of Rome's Jewish community, Rabbi di Segni said he
appreciated the message and planned to respond with a message wishing
the pope and Rome's Christians a happy Easter. (Pope Francis wishes Jewish community happy Passover, asks for prayers.)
What scandal.
What an act of a latter-day equivalent of Judas Iscariot.
Our Lord alone is the New Moses, Who has led us out through the parted waters of Baptism into the true Promised Land of Sanctifying Land as Sanctifying Grace as a member of His Catholic Church so that we can journey through the desert of life and gain entry into the eternal Promised Land of Heaven, where the souls of the just gaze upon the glory of the Beatific Vision of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Ghost in the company of the Most Blessed Virgin Mary, Saint Joseph and all of the saints and angels. There is no other Promised Land.
The old Passover has been obliterated. It is dead. It is the worship of the devil:
It firmly believes, professes and teaches that the legal prescriptions of the old
Testament or the Mosaic law, which are divided into ceremonies, holy sacrifices and
sacraments, because they were instituted to signify something in the future, although they
were adequate for the divine cult of that age, once our lord Jesus Christ who was
signified by them had come, came to an end and the sacraments of the new Testament had
their beginning. Whoever, after the passion, places his hope in the legal prescriptions
and submits himself to them as necessary for salvation and as if faith in Christ without
them could not save, sins mortally. It does not deny that from Christ's passion until the
promulgation of the gospel they could have been retained, provided they were in no way
believed to be necessary for salvation. But it asserts that after the promulgation of the
gospel they cannot be observed without loss of eternal salvation. Therefore it denounces
all who after that time observe circumcision, the sabbath and other legal prescriptions as
strangers to the faith of Christ and unable to share in eternal salvation, unless they
recoil at some time from these errors. Therefore it strictly orders all who glory in the
name of Christian, not to practise circumcision either before or after baptism, since
whether or not they place their hope in it, it cannot possibly be observed without loss of
eternal salvation. . . . .
It [the Holy Roman Catholic Church] firmly believes, professes, and
proclaims that those not living within the Catholic Church, not only
pagans, but also Jews and heretics and schismatics cannot become
participants in eternal life, but will depart "into everlasting fire
which was prepared for the devil and his angels" [Matt. 25:41],
unless before the end of life the same have been added to the flock;
and that the unity of the ecclesiastical body is so strong that only to
those remaining in it are the sacraments of the Church of benefit for
salvation, and do fastings, almsgiving, and other functions of piety and
exercises of Christian service produce eternal reward, and that no one,
whatever almsgiving he has practiced, even if he has shed blood for the
name of Christ, can be saved, unless he has remained in the bosom and
unity of the Catholic Church. (Cantate Domino,, February 4, 1442.)
28.That He completed His work on the gibbet of the
Cross is the unanimous teaching of the holy Fathers who assert that the
Church was born from the side of our Savior on the Cross like a new Eve,
mother of all the living. [28]
"And it is now," says the great St. Ambrose, speaking of the pierced
side of Christ, "that it is built, it is now that it is formed, it is
now that is .... molded, it is now that it is created . . . Now it is
that arises a spiritual house, a holy priesthood." [29] One who reverently examines this venerable teaching will easily discover the reasons on which it is based.
29.And first of all, by the death of our
Redeemer, the New Testament took the place of the Old Law which had been
abolished; then the Law of Christ together with its mysteries,
enactments, institutions, and sacred rites was ratified for the whole
world in the blood of Jesus Christ. For, while our Divine
Savior was preaching in a restricted area -- He was not sent but to the
sheep that were lost of the house of Israel [30] -the Law and the Gospel were together in force; [31] but on the gibbet of his death Jesus made void the Law with its decrees, [32] fastened the handwriting of the Old Testament to the Cross, [33] establishing the New Testament in His blood shed for the whole human race. [34]
"To such an extent, then," says St. Leo the Great, speaking of the
Cross of our Lord, "was there effected a transfer from the Law to the
Gospel, from the Synagogue to the Church, from many sacrifices to one
Victim, that, as our Lord expired, that mystical veil which shut off the
innermost part of the temple and its sacred secret was rent violently
from top to bottom." [35]
30. On the Cross then the Old Law died, soon to be buried and to be a bearer of death, [36] in order to give way to the New Testament of which Christ had chosen the Apostles as qualified ministers; [37]
and although He had been constituted the Head of the whole human family
in the womb of the Blessed Virgin, it is by the power of the Cross that
our Savior exercises fully the office itself of Head in His Church.
"For it was through His triumph on the Cross," according to the teaching
of the Angelic and Common Doctor, "that He won power and dominion over
the gentiles"; [38]
by that same victory He increased the immense treasure of graces,
which, as He reigns in glory in heaven, He lavishes continually on His
mortal members it was by His blood shed on the Cross that God's anger
was averted and that all the heavenly gifts, especially the spiritual
graces of the New and Eternal Testament, could then flow from the
fountains of our Savior for the salvation of men, of the faithful above
all; it was on the tree of the Cross, finally, that He entered into
possession of His Church, that is, of all the members of His Mystical
Body; for they would not have been united to this Mystical Body. (Pope Pius XII, Mystici Corporis, June 29, 1943.)
Jorge Mario Bergoglio/Francis is a figure of Judas Iscariot and a figure of Antichrist, continuing the wretched denials of the infallible teaching of the Catholic Church by daring to give public recognition to a false religion and its false rituals and observances.
Catholic teaching is clear, and Jorge Mario Bergoglio/Francis is on the wrong side of Catholic teaching.
Enough.
The Worst Enemy of Jews Imaginable
Although Jorge Mario Bergoglio/Francis apes his predecessors as "Petrine Ministers" of the counterfeit church of conciliarism by professing his great love and esteem for the Jews, he is actually the worst enemy of every Jewish people alive today. He is their worst enemy because he openly shows respect for their false religion and does not seek with urgency their conditional conversion to the Catholic Faith. And he is a scandal to Orthodox Jews who are opposed to the surgical execution of babies in most instances and who are completely opposed to any kind of special rights for those who are engaged in perverse sins against the Sixth and Ninth Commandments that cry out to Heaven for vengeance.
An Orthodox rabbi whom I have known for many years, a man who knows that I, much like his late friend Joseph Sobran, seek his unconditional conversion to the Catholic Faith, wrote me a brief note that I received yesterday, Monday in Holy Week, telling me of his being scandalized by Jorge Mario Bergoglio/Francis's support for "civil union" status under cover of the civil law for those steeped in acts against nature. He knows that this is not Catholic and is scandalized by it, writing:
The "civil union" business insanity in Argentina takes the cake. None of the conciliar "Popes" would have stooped quite that low. Gee whiz, no one in the world could have said such a thing just 50 years back. Yet, the conciliar church bend in the wind of the slightest breeze from "the world."
How come more Catholics are not scandalized by the facts provided below?
BUENOS AIRES — The very idea was anathema to many of the bishops in the room.
Argentina was on the verge of approving gay marriage, and the Roman Catholic Church was desperate to stop that from happening. It would lead tens of thousands of its followers in protest on the streets of Buenos Aires and publicly condemn the proposed law, a direct threat to church teaching, as the work of the devil.
But behind the scenes, Cardinal Jorge Mario Bergoglio, who led the public charge against the measure, spoke out in a heated meeting of bishops in 2010 and advocated a highly unorthodox solution: that the church in Argentina support the idea of civil unions for gay couples.
The concession inflamed the gathering — and offers a telling insight into the leadership style he may now bring to the papacy.
Few would suggest that Cardinal Bergoglio, now Pope Francis, is anything but a stalwart who fully embraces the church’s positions on core social issues. But as he faced one of the most acute tests of his tenure as head of Argentina’s church, he showed another side as well, supporters and critics say: that of a deal maker willing to compromise and court opposing sides in the debate, detractors included.
The approach stands in sharp contrast to his predecessor, Benedict XVI, who spent 25 years as the church’s chief doctrinal enforcer before becoming pope, known for an unbending adherence to doctrinal purity. Francis, by comparison, spent decades in the field, responsible for translating such ideals into practice in the real world, sometimes leading to a different approach.
“The melody may be the same, but the sound is completely different,” Alberto Melloni, the director of the liberal Catholic John XXIII Foundation for Religious Science in Bologna, Italy, said of the two.
Faced with the near certain passage of the gay marriage bill, Cardinal Bergoglio offered the civil union compromise as the “lesser of two evils,” said Sergio Rubin, his authorized biographer. “He wagered on a position of greater dialogue with society.”
In the end, though, a majority of the bishops voted to overrule him, his only such loss in his six-year tenure as head of Argentina’s bishops’ conference. But throughout the contentious political debate, he acted as both the public face of the opposition to the law and as a bridge-builder, sometimes reaching out to his critics.
“He listened to my views with a great deal of respect,” said Marcelo Márquez, a gay rights leader and theologian who wrote a tough letter to Cardinal Bergoglio and, to his surprise, received a call from him less than an hour after it was delivered. “He told me that homosexuals need to have recognized rights and that he supported civil unions, but not same-sex marriage.”
Mr. Márquez said he went on to meet twice with Cardinal Bergoglio, telling him of his plan to marry his partner and discussing theology. The man who would become pope gave him a copy of his biography, “The Jesuit.”
Cardinal Bergoglio’s readiness to reach out across the ideological spectrum and acknowledge civil unions for gay people could raise expectations that he would do the same as pope. But some of this strategic flexibility may have stemmed as much from Francis’ position at the time as from his personal ideology.
Though Benedict publicly condemned legal recognition of unmarried heterosexual couples, much less gay couples, there was often an expectation of some discretion in putting his positions into practice.
While the pope in Rome issued the doctrine, bishops like Cardinal Bergoglio were “on the frontier, in the field,” and had to contend with the complexities of local politics, said Sandro Magister, a Vatican expert for the newspaper L’Espresso in Italy. (On Perverted Unions, a Pragmatist Before He Was Antipope VI of the Counterfeit Church of Conciliarism.)
No one is deserving of "respect" because he is inclined to the commission of Mortal Sins of any kind, no less those that cry out to Heaven for vengeance.
No one is deserving of "respect" because he is steeped in the commission of Mortal Sins of any kind, no less those that cry out to Heaven for vengeance.
Those who are engaged in the the sins of Sodom do not have any "rights" to be "recognized" by the civil state under cover of the law.
That Jorge Mario Bergoglio does understand this is just another indication that he is bereft of the Catholic Faith. What good is it to "thunder" against "gay marriage" as "warfare against God" when conceding that the civil law can, out of a "lesser of two evils strategy," grant "recognition" to that which is hideous in the sight of God and was condemned by Saint Paul the Apostle in these unstinting terms in his Epistle to the Romans:
Wherefore God gave them up to the desires of
their heart, unto uncleanness, to dishonour their own bodies among
themselves. Who changed the truth of God into a lie; and worshipped and
served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed for ever.
Amen.
For this cause God delivered them up to shameful
affections. For their women have changed the natural use into that use
against which is their nature.
And in like manner, the men also, leaving the
natural use of the women, have burned in their lusts one towards
another, men with men working that which is filthy, and receiving in
themselves the recompense which was due to their error.
And as they liked not to have God in their
knowledge, God delivered them up to a reprobate sense, to do those
things which are not convenient; being filled with all iniquity, malice,
fornication, avarice, wickedness, full of envy, murder, contention,
deceit, malignity, whisperers, detractors, hateful to God, contumelious,
proud, haughty, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,
foolish, dissolute, without affection, without fidelity, without mercy.
Who, having known the justice of God, did not
understand that they who do such things are worthy of death; and not
only they that do them, but they also that consent to them that do
them. (Romans 1: 24-32)
Respect?
This is what Pope Saint Pius V wrote about clerics caught in crimes against nature after they been given due warning and had not repented:
That horrible crime, on account of which
corrupt and obscene cities were destroyed by fire through divine
condemnation, causes us most bitter sorrow and shocks our mind,
impelling us to repress such a crime with the greatest possible zeal.
Quite opportunely the Fifth Lateran Council [1512-1517] issued this
decree: "Let any member of the clergy caught in that vice against nature
. . . be removed from the clerical order or forced to do penance in a monastery"
(chap. 4, X, V, 31). So that the contagion of such a grave offense may
not advance with greater audacity by taking advantage of impunity, which
is the greatest incitement to sin, and so as to more severely punish
the clerics who are guilty of this nefarious crime and who are not
frightened by the death of their souls, we determine that they should be
handed over to the severity of the secular authority, which enforces
civil law.
Therefore, wishing to pursue with the greatest rigor that which we have
decreed since the beginning of our pontificate, we establish that any
priest or member of the clergy, either secular or regular, who commits
such an execrable crime, by force of the present law be deprived of
every clerical privilege, of every post, dignity and ecclesiastical
benefit, and having been degraded by an ecclesiastical judge,
let him be immediately delivered to the secular authority to be put to
death, as mandated by law as the fitting punishment for laymen who have
sunk into this abyss. (Pope Saint Pius V, Horrendum illud scelus, August 30, 1568)
Just a slightly different
approach, wouldn't you say? A true pope understood the horror of such a
detestable sin on the part of the clergy and sought to administer
punishment to serve as a medicinal corrective for other priests and to
demonstrate to the laity the horrific nature of such a moral crime. A
false "archbishop" who is now the universal public face of apostasy sought to show "respect" for the "rights" of those involved in a "relationship" based upon moral crimes. Quite a different approach.
Mind you,
I am not suggesting the revival of this penalty in a world where it
would not be understood and where the offender would be made a "martyr"
for the cause of perversity, only pointing out the fact that the Catholic Church teaches that clerics and others in ecclesiastical authority who
are guilty of serious moral crimes are deserving of punishment, not
protection, by their bishops and other enablers. Such is the difference yet again between
Catholicism and conciliarism, a false religion that cannot withstand
the currents of perversity because its own liturgical rites and
doctrines are perverse and loathsome in the sight of the true God of
Divine Revelation, the Most Blessed Trinity.
Civil unions?
Perhaps Judas Isacriot would have agreed to this "fall back" position, based on "respect," of course.
The Catholic Church has taught differently.
What Pope Pius XI
wrote in Casti Connubii about "civil unions" between unmarried men and women applies just as equally to those who are committed the sin of Sodom:
To begin at the very source of these evils, their
basic principle lies in this, that matrimony is repeatedly declared to
be not instituted by the Author of nature nor raised by Christ the Lord
to the dignity of a true sacrament, but invented by man. Some
confidently assert that they have found no evidence of the existence of
matrimony in nature or in her laws, but regard it merely as the means of
producing life and of gratifying in one way or another a vehement
impulse; on the other hand, others recognize that certain beginnings or,
as it were, seeds of true wedlock are found in the nature of man since,
unless men were bound together by some form of permanent tie, the
dignity of husband and wife or the natural end of propagating and
rearing the offspring would not receive satisfactory provision. At
the same time they maintain that in all beyond this germinal idea
matrimony, through various concurrent causes, is invented solely by the
mind of man, established solely by his will.
How grievously
all these err and how shamelessly they leave the ways of honesty is
already evident from what we have set forth here regarding the origin
and nature of wedlock, its purposes and the good inherent in it. The
evil of this teaching is plainly seen from the consequences which its
advocates deduce from it, namely, that the laws, institutions and
customs by which wedlock is governed, since they take their origin
solely from the will of man, are subject entirely to him, hence can and
must be founded, changed and abrogated according to human caprice and
the shifting circumstances of human affairs; that the generative power which is grounded in nature itself is more sacred and has wider range than matrimony -- hence
it may be exercised both outside as well as within the confines of
wedlock, and though the purpose of matrimony be set aside, as though to
suggest that the license of a base fornicating woman should enjoy the
same rights as the chaste motherhood of a lawfully wedded wife.
Armed with these principles, some men go
so far as to concoct new species of unions, suited, as they say, to the
present temper of men and the times, which various new forms of
matrimony they presume to label "temporary," "experimental," and
"companionate." These offer all the indulgence of matrimony and
its rights without, however, the indissoluble bond, and without
offspring, unless later the parties alter their cohabitation into a
matrimony in the full sense of the law.
Indeed there are some who desire and
insist that these practices be legitimatized by the law or, at least,
excused by their general acceptance among the people. They
do not seem even to suspect that these proposals partake of nothing of
the modern "culture" in which they glory so much, but are simply hateful
abominations which beyond all question reduce our truly cultured
nations to the barbarous standards of savage peoples. (Pope Pius XI, Casti Connubii, December 31, 1930.)
Any questions?
Any questions, Jorge, if you are on the site today?
Good.
Enough said.
Let's move on to the next example of Judas at work in Holy Week.
Not Wanted, Not Needed
The walking, talking scandal that is Francis, The Talking
Apostate was just too much for a recent convert to the conciliar church from Mohammedanism to bear.
Yes, Jorge Mario Bergoglio/Francis's words of "respect" for Mohammedanism were more than Mohammedan convert Magdi Cristiano Allam could take. Signore Allam had suffered too many scandals since his conversion at the hands of Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI in the Protestant and Masonic Novus Ordo "Easter Vigil" on Saturday, March 22, 2008. He has concluded that man of integrity such as himself is not needed and not welcomed by men who praise as "good" that which is knows is false and hideous in the sight of the true God of Divine Revelation, the Most Blessed Trinity. He has walked out of the false conciliar church altogether:
VATICAN CITY (RNS) A high-profile Italian Muslim who converted to
Catholicism and was baptized by Pope Benedict XVI announced on Monday
(March 25) that he will leave the church to protest its soft stance
against Islam.
Egyptian-born Magdi Cristiano Allam, 61, a prominent journalist and
outspoken critic of Islam, publicly entered the Catholic Church on March
22, 2008 during an Easter Vigil service, receiving baptism directly
from Benedict.
After his conversion, Allam founded a small right-wing political party that lost badly in Italy's general elections last April.
Writing on Monday in the right-wing daily Il Giornale, Allam
explained that he considers his conversion to Catholicism finished "in
combination with the end of (Benedict's) pontificate."
"The 'papolatry' that has inflamed the euphoria for Francis I and has
quickly archived Benedict XVI was the last straw in an overall
framework of uncertainty and doubts about the Church," he wrote.
On Friday, Francis pledged to "intensify dialogue among the various religions," particularly Islam.
Allam, who has called Islam an "intrinsically violent ideology," said
his main reason for leaving the church was its perceived "religious
relativism, in particular the legitimization of Islam as a true
religion."
"Europe will end up being subjugated to Islam," he warned in Il
Giornale, unless it "finds the courage to denounce Islam as incompatible
with our civilization and fundamental human rights," and to "banish the
Quran for inciting hatred, violence and death towards non-Muslims."
Europeans also need to "condemn Sharia as a crime against humanity" and
to "stop the spread of mosques."
Allam said he would remain a Christian but that he didn't "believe in the church anymore."
Allam's surprise conversion was orchestrated by Archbishop Rino
Fisichella, currently head of the Pontifical Council for the New
Evangelization, who "personally accompanied" the Muslim intellectual's
approach to the Catholic faith.
At the time, the Vatican's chief spokesman, the Rev. Federico
Lombardi, stressed that the conversion was the result of Allam's
"personal journey" and was not intended as a direct message to Muslims.
A leading Muslim intellectual involved in interfaith dialogue with
the Vatican, Aref Ali Nayed, criticized the public conversion ceremony
as a "triumphalist way to score points," and said it raised "serious
doubts" about the Catholic Church's policy toward Islam. (Magdi Allam, Muslim Convert, Leaves Catholic Church, Says It's Too Weak Against Islam.)
How will it take for Signore Allam to be embraced by some fundamentalist or evangelical leader? Probably not too long. After all, so many untold millions of Catholics who had some feeling, however inchoate, that there was "something wrong" with the beliefs and practices of the conciliar church have wound up in the outstretched arms of waiting Protestant fundamentalists or evangelicals of one stripe or another. Some have actually become "ministers" in these false churches. Magdi Cristiano Allam may find himself under recruitment to join one sect or another.
Magdi Cristiano Allam took this step after nearly five years of battling with conciliar authorities over their continued praise of "Islam." It was in November of 2008, just seven months after his baptism, that he sounded the alarm for the first time:
VATICAN CITY (CNS) -- The Muslim-born journalist baptized by
Pope Benedict XVI at Easter asked the pope to tell his top aide for
relations with Muslims that Islam is not an intrinsically good religion
and that Islamic terrorism is not the result of a minority gone astray.
As the Vatican was preparing to host the first meeting of the
Catholic-Muslim Forum Nov. 4-6, Magdi Allam, a longtime critic of the
Muslim faith of his parents, issued an open letter to Pope Benedict that
included criticism of Cardinal Jean-Louis Tauran, president of the
Pontifical Council for Interreligious Dialogue.
In the letter, posted on his Web site Oct. 20, Allam said he
wanted to tell the pope of his concern for "the serious religious and
ethical straying that has infiltrated and spread within the heart of the
church."
He told the pope that it "is vital for the common good of the
Catholic Church, the general interest of Christianity and of Western
civilization itself" that the pope make a pronouncement in "a clear and
binding way" on the question of whether Islam is a valid religion.
The Catholic Church's dialogue with Islam is based on the Second Vatican
Council's Declaration on the Relationship of the Church to
Non-Christian Religions ("Nostra Aetate"), which urged esteem for
Muslims because "they adore the one God," strive to follow his will,
recognize Jesus as a prophet, honor his mother, Mary, "value the moral
life and worship God especially through prayer, almsgiving and fasting."
The council called on Catholics and Muslims "to work sincerely for
mutual understanding" and for social justice, moral values, peace and
freedom.
Allam told Pope Benedict he specifically objected to Cardinal Tauran
telling a conference in August that Islam itself promotes peace but that
"'some believers' have 'betrayed their faith,'" using it as a pretext
for violence.
"The objective reality, I tell you with all sincerity and
animated by a constructive intent, is exactly the opposite of what
Cardinal Tauran imagines," Allam told the pope. "Islamic extremism and
terrorism are the mature fruit" of following "the sayings of the Quran
and the thought and action of Mohammed."
Allam said he was writing with the "deference of a sincere believer" in
Christianity and as a "strenuous protagonist, witness and builder of
Christian civilization."
After Pope Benedict baptized Allam March 22 during the Easter Vigil and
Allam used his newspaper column and interviews to condemn Islam, the
Vatican spokesman, Jesuit Father Federico Lombardi, said that when the
Catholic Church welcomes a new member it does not mean it accepts his
opinions on every subject.
Baptism is a recognition that the person entering the church "has freely
and sincerely accepted the Christian faith in its fundamental articles"
as expressed in the creed, Father Lombardi had said.
"Of course, believers are free to maintain their own ideas on a vast
range of questions and problems on which legitimate pluralism exists
among Christians," he said. (http://www.catholicnews.com/data/stories/cns/0805500.htm)
Signore Allam has yet to understand that objective truth is not important to those who believe that they can wave it away with the brush of a hand in the name of the "hermeneutic of continuity" while at the same time denouncing the "dictatorship of relativism" even though they are the greatest relativists of them all. Allam does not realize that men who believe, speak and act as the conciliar officials do are not members of the Catholic Church. It is they who have walked out of Holy Mother Church. All that Magdi Cristiano Allam has done now is to recognize that the spiritual robber barons of conciliarism do not speak the truth. We must pray that he will come to recognize that the men whom he believed to be officials of the Catholic Church but who believe, teach and act as the veritable figures of Antichrist that they are.
"Interreligious dialogue is endorsed, encouraged and practiced by the Francis and other Judases who abound this Holy Week. This is not what the Catholic Church teaches:
Beware, Venerable Brethren, of
that growing abuse, in speech as in writing, of the name of God as
though it were a meaningless label, to be affixed to any creation, more
or less arbitrary, of human speculation. Use your influence on the
Faithful, that they refuse to yield to this aberration. Our God
is the Personal God, supernatural, omnipotent, infinitely perfect, one
in the Trinity of Persons, tri-personal in the unity of divine essence,
the Creator of all existence. Lord, King and ultimate Consummator of the
history of the world, who will not, and cannot, tolerate a rival God by
His side.
No faith in God can for long survive pure
and unalloyed without the support of faith in Christ. "No one knoweth
who the Son is, but the Father: and who the Father is, but the Son and
to whom the Son will reveal Him" (Luke x. 22). "Now this is eternal
life: That they may know thee, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom
thou has sent" (John xvii. 3). Nobody, therefore, can say: "I believe in
God, and that is enough religion for me," for the Savior's words brook
no evasion: "Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father. He
that confesseth the Son hath the Father also" (1 John ii. 23). . . .
Faith in Christ cannot maintain itself pure and unalloyed without the
support of faith in the Church, "the pillar and ground of the truth" (1
Tim. iii. 15); for Christ Himself, God eternally blessed, raised this
pillar of the Faith. His command to hear the Church (Matt. xviii. 15),
to welcome in the words and commands of the Church His own words and His
own commands (Luke x. 16), is addressed to all men, of all times and of
all countries. The Church founded by the Redeemer is one, the same for
all races and all nations. Beneath her dome, as beneath the vault of
heaven, there is but one country for all nations and tongues; there is
room for the development of every quality, advantage, task and vocation
which God the Creator and Savior has allotted to individuals as well as
to ethnical communities. The Church's maternal heart is big enough to
see in the God-appointed development of individual characteristics and
gifts, more than a mere danger of divergency. She rejoices at the
spiritual superiorities among individuals and nations. In their
successes she sees with maternal joy and pride fruits of education and
progress, which she can only bless and encourage, whenever she can
conscientiously do so. But she also knows that to this freedom
limits have been set by the majesty of the divine command, which founded
that Church one and indivisible. Whoever tampers with that unity and
that indivisibility wrenches from the Spouse of Christ one of the
diadems with which God Himself crowned her; he subjects a divine
structure, which stands on eternal foundations, to criticism and
transformation by architects whom the Father of Heaven never authorized
to interfere. (Pope Pius XI, Mit Brennender Sorge, March 17, 1937.)
Conciliarists such as Jorge Mario Bergoglio/Francis and his immediate predecessors, Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI
and
Karol Wojtyla/John Paul II, have gone far, far beyond the mere
toleration of false religions by means of their words and, more
importantly, their actions. They have extolled the ability of these
false religions to contribute to the common good and to build "world
peace."
Both Wojtyla and Ratzinger have esteemed the symbols of false
religions, the former with his episcopal hands, the latter with his
priestly hands. Bergoglio has done so as a layman.
There is no way, ladies and gentlemen, for anyone to
find "continuity in discontinuity" between the esteeming of false
religions and Pope Pius XII's firm exhortation against any semblance of
esteem being shown unto their idols. A review of Bishop George Hay's The Laws of God Forbidding All Communication in Religion With Those of a False Religion will show that the Catholic Church has consistently condemned the
actions undertaken by the conciliar "pontiffs." Indeed, we must make
many acts of reparation to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus through the
Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary for those offenses to the honor
and majesty and glory of God.
Enough said.
Finally, let's turn our attention to a runner-up in the race earlier last month to be the new universal public face of apostasy.
"Hey, Yo, Joe! Great To See You, Fella"
Well, all right. The recently returned star of stage and screen in Italy who was satirized four weeks ago today in Auditioning To Be The Next Universal Face of Apostasy, Timothy Michael "Cardinal" Dolan, the conciliar "archbishop" of New York, did not use those words to greet a visitor at the Cathedral of Saint Patrick on Palm Sunday, March 24, 2013. However, he might as well have used them:
Timothy Cardinal Dolan preached at home yesterday for the first time
since jetting to the Vatican to help pick a new pope — and received a
surprise visit from Joe Biden during the Palm Sunday services.
“We
welcome the vice president of the United States, Mr. Biden, we welcome
him here,” Dolan told parishioners, celebrating the start of Holy Week
at St. Patrick’s Cathedral. “You have a place in our thoughts and
prayers.”
Thousands of parishioners packed Dolan’s standing-room-only Mass.
Many
were craning their necks to get a good look at Biden, who was all
smiles during the Sign of Peace, shaking hands with dozens of people and
telling them, “Peace be with you.”
“He was very respectful. He sat in the rows with everyone else and
didn’t bring any attention on himself,” said parishioner Marie Griffin,
50, of Yonkers. (Biden attends Palm Sunday false liturgical service at St. Patrick’s Cathedral with Happy Apostate Dolan.)
What support for the chemical and surgical destruction of the innocent preborn?
What support for "gay marriage."
What Obama administration ObamaCare mandate for all employers, including those of religious institutions, to provide health insurance coverage for contraception and other "family planning" services?
It is almost as though Timothy Michael Dolan is saying: "Joe Biden's a regular guy, right? Why not point him out and give him a little nod before he goes up to receive what he thinks is Holy Communion, thereby showing the world that he is in good standing with what is thought to be the Catholic Church and that one of his administration's critics treats him with the respect that he demands to be shown?"
Never mind the inconvenient little fact that such a warm greeting to an egregious, profane demagogic statist who supports evils that cry out to Heaven for vengeance scandalizes "pro-life" Catholics in the conciliar structures and reassures fallen away Catholics and fundamentalist and evangelical Protestants in their own hatred of Catholicism. Yes, yes, yes, the fruit of the "new evangelization."
It is no wonder that even increasing numbers of Catholics support so-called "gay marriage," whose alleged constitutional intricacies will be argued before the Supreme Court of the United States of America today (the subject of tomorrow's commentary).
It is no wonder that Catholics feel free to vote for pro-aborts such as Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr., with complete and utter impunity.
Pro-aborts and pro-perversity politicians are welcomed with open arms and a good "hail fellow well met" slap on the back from the likes of Timothy Michael Dolan. This scandalizes believing Catholics, driving some out of the Faith altogether while at the same time telling many "It's all right to vote for the candidate of your choice. This is America, after all."
Here is how Pope Pius XI addressed himself to men such as Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr.:
Those who hold the reins of government should not forget that it is the
duty of public authority by appropriate laws and sanctions to defend
the lives of the innocent, and this all the more so since those whose
lives are endangered and assailed cannot defend themselves. Among whom
we must mention in the first place infants hidden in the mother's womb. And
if the public magistrates not only do not defend them, but by their
laws and ordinances betray them to death at the hands of doctors or of
others, let them remember that God is the Judge and Avenger of innocent
blood which cried from earth to Heaven. (Pope Pius XI, Casti Connubii, December 30, 1930.)
What more needs to be said?
Catholicism is not conciliarism.
Conciliarism, although it might contain some "elements" of the Catholic Faith, is not Catholicism. It is that simple. Truth always is.
Conciliarism is advanced by the likes of modern-day Judases such as Jorge Mario Bergoglio/Francis and understudies such as Timothy Michael Dolan.
We must be sure to impede the conversion of others to the true Faith by being Judases in our right, people who are concerned only about self-interest and human respect, not the truths of the Divine Positive Law and the Natural as they have been entrusted by Christ the King exclusively to His Catholic Church for their eternal safekeeping and infallible explication.
We must look beyond the apostasies and blasphemies and sacrileges of the present moment as we trust completely in the mercies of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, rendering unto that Heart of Hearts all of our prayers and penances and mortifications and sufferings and humiliations through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart out of which It was formed, the Immaculate Heart of Mary itself. Our trust must be in the Eucharistic piety and total Marian consecration as we pray as many Rosaries each day as our freely chosen states in life permit.
We must resolve, once and for all, not to be anxious about anything in the world or that can befall us, whether justly or unjustly, as we trust totally in the mercies of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus and and the intercessory power of the Sorrowful Immaculate Heart of Mary that suffered in complete communion that Most Sacred Heart of Jesus during this very week of all weeks, the week in which our salvation was wrought for us.
We must stand up to evil in our own lives, rooting it out from our souls in cooperation with the graces sent to us by Our Lord through Our Lady's loving hands as the Mediatrix of All Graces, and fear never to call it by its proper name in the world or in the counterfeit church of conciliarism that has made its reconciliation with its false, anti-Incarnational and religiously indifferentist premises.
May the offerings we make in this month of June to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary help to transform a world of lies into a world where He, the Way, the Truth and the Life, is recognized as the One and only Redeemer of men, that His truths have been entrusted for all eternity to the authority of the Catholic Church, which will forever champion His Social Reign over men and nations as the conciliar revolutionaries and their insane schemes and hideous words and actions are vanquished once and for all.
Vivat Christus Rex! Viva Cristo Rey!
Our Lady of the Rosary, pray for us!
Saint Joseph, pray for us.
Saints Peter and Paul, pray for us.
Saint John the Baptist, pray for us.
