Enemies of Souls Universally

by Thomas A Droleskey

The contempt of the conciliar revolutionaries for the eternal good of the souls for whom Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ shed every single drop of His Most Precious Blood on the wood of the Holy Cross is as bold as it is arrogant, expressed very openly and without any sense of hesitation or remorse.

Joseph Ratzinger's co-conspirator in the deconstruction and the misrepresentation of the Third Secret of Fatima, Tarcisio Bertone, the conciliar Vatican's Secretary of State, defiantly defended how the conciliar "bishops" in the United States of America have handled the scandals caused by the systematic cover-up and protection of perverted priests. This a report based upon comments Bertone made in a press conference on August 9, 2007:

Pope’s right-hand man addresses sex abuse scandal in the US; criticizes those who try to profit from it

Nashville, Aug 9, 2007 / 11:21 am (CNA).-  A particularly candid Cardinal Tarcisio Bertone spoke yesterday afternoon about the situation surrounding the sex abuse scandal in the United States. The Church’s second in command praised the Church’s response and reserved some critical words for those who have seized on the scandal as an opportunity for profit.

“The Church in the US has suffered deeply, has responded with dignity, and invites everyone to truly commit to a reversal of this situation,” said Bertone.

“While I was still at the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith and then as the Archbishop of Genoa, I accompanied the American Church through this trial, this period, and I repeat that they faced this trial with dignity and courage.”

However, the Cardinal was particularly upset with those who have turned the situation into a means of making a profit. “The business aspect, the financial aspect, has nothing to do with cleaning up the reality of the situation. It is an unbearable business that has been created here in the United States…it’s unbearable and also disgraceful.”

The Cardinal also seemed to speak with some indignation about the way that the Church has been singled out as a target. He said that, “the proportion of priests who are involved in this scandal is very small given that there are 44,000 priests in the United States.”

“I could only hope that the other social agencies would have the same courage to face this problem as the Roman Catholic Church did.”

The Secretary of State also showed that he was concerned that a comprehensive solution is provided to the sex abuse problem and continued to point out how the most analysis of the Church’s response is slanted.

“I ask if the other organizations have provided financial compensation for the victims…have they taken care of the victims and those who have been guilty?  We cannot abandon the victims or dismiss the guilty as lost.”

These comments are beneath contempt, representing the height of arrogance and absolute, rank insensitivity for the harm that has been visited upon countless thousands upon thousands of souls by the corrupt and malicious behavior of the American "bishops" and their chancery factotums and their attorneys and the representatives of their insurance companies, each of whom lied to the victims of the sordid behavior of various "bishops" and priests and then sought to intimidate them into silence when these victims refused to accept these lies. The claim that the "Church in the US" has "responded with dignity" to the scandals that have exploded into full public view is a contemptible lie. There is no other word to describe such an outrageous distortion of the truth.

Responded with dignity? Go tell that to Frank Bergen, a one-time male prostitute who was used by the corrupt former "bishop" of the Diocese of Springfield in Illinois, Daniel Leo Ryan, a product of the corrupt machine of perversity that emanated from the Archdiocese of Detroit and ran through his own home diocese, Joliet, Illinois, a bastion of feminism and heterodoxy and one liturgical outrage after another under the sordid "episcopal" reign of the now retired Joseph Imesch, a product of the Archdiocese of Detroit. Imesch was consecrated by the progenitor of the revolutionary "Call to Action" movement, John Cardinal Dearden, Archbishop of Detroit from 1958 to 1990, and co-consecrated by that notorious supporter of the Homosexual Collective, "Bishop" Thomas Gumbleton, Dearden's prized protege.

Ryan's corruption was brought to light by Mr. Stephen G. Brady, the courageous founder of Roman Catholic Faithful, Inc., in early-1997 after private efforts to demand Ryan's resignation remained unanswered. Frank Bergen was one of Ryan's many victims, two of which included conciliar "priests," one of whom was taken to Rome in 1998 by the late Father John A. Hardon, S.J. and presented his case personally before Dario Cardinal Castrillon Hoyos, then the Prefect of the Conciliar Congregation for the Clergy. No one in the conciliar hierarchy cared for Frank Bergen's immortal soul as he spent time in prison in Jacksonville, Illinois, where I interviewed him in early-1998.

Stephen Brady was stonewalled by the conciliar hierarchy in the United States, denounced in the most vicious terms by Ryan's paid flack, Mrs. Kathleen Sass, who has never once offered a public apology for her bitter denunciations of Mr. Brady's statement of the actual truth about her corrupt, perverted former employer, and he was stonewalled by officials in the conciliar Vatican, which did not take any action against Ryan for over two one-half years, doing so only after a lawsuit had been filed (which lawsuit would have required depositions to be taken under oath). And it took over three years after that for the Diocese of Springfield to actually admit what Stephen G. Brady had been documenting since his first communication with Daniel Ryan in November of 1996: that this unrepentant pervert, who has never once apologized for his wanton behavior, was indeed guilty as charged.

Responded with dignity? Go tell that to the the scores of people in the Archdiocese of Boston who were browbeaten as one perverted priest after another, some of whom had been ordained before 1968 and were thus true priests, was protected by Bernard Cardinal Law and Thomas Daily and William F. Murphy and Robert Banks and Richard Lennon and John McCormack, including Father Paul Shanley, a co-founder of an organization whose title is so repugnant that it will not be mentioned here.

Responded with dignity? Go tell that to the scores of people in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles and the Diocese of Orange who were stonewalled for years by Roger Mahony and Tod Brown, neither of whom are noted to be, shall we say, friends of the authentic Tradition of the Catholic Church.

Responded with dignity? Go tell that to the scores of people molested and then victimized by the legal teams of the Dioceses of Spokane and Tucson and San Diego and Davenport, each of which went into bankruptcy so as to avoid the deposition process.

Responded with dignity? Go tell that to the victims of Father Rudy Kos in the Diocese of Dallas.

Responded with dignity? Go tell that to the way in which the late John Cardinal O'Connor and other conciliar "bishops" transferred perverted priests to the service of the Military Ordinariate in order to get them out of the way of legal jeopardy, playing the old "shell game" as they enabled men steeped unrepentantly in the ravages of one of the four sins that cry out to Heaven for vengeance?

Responded with dignity? Go tell that to the way in which the conciliar Vatican, which has its own nest of perverts, to be sure, protected and promoted "bishops" who were themselves perverted and about whose perversion its officials had been informed most fully (Daniel Ryan, Thomas Dupre, Patrick Ziemann, Keith Symons, Andrew O'Connell, Rembert Weakland, Kendrick Williams, among others).

Those who have turned the situation into a means of making profit? Excuse me? What other recourse did victims have except to take the conciliar "bishops" to court after years of seeking redress through their corrupt chancery offices caused them to be victimized and humiliated yet again and again and again? A means of profit? What price can be put on the harm done to souls by "bishops" and "priests" who reject articles contained in the Deposit of Faith and who subject the children in the educational institutions under their control to the insidious harm of explicit classroom instruction in matters pertaining to the Sixth and the Ninth Commandments?

Tarcisio Bertone's attempt to defend the actions of the reprobate conciliar "bishops" in the United States of America by claiming that other "institutions" have had similar problems is amazingly bold. We are not judged when we die on the basis of how good or bad we were in life in comparison to others. We are judged solely on the objective state of our souls at the moment of our deaths. The state of the souls of others is completely irrelevant to the responsibility we bear for our own sins, each of which must be confessed to and absolved by a true priest in the Sacred Tribunal of Penance so as to be the beneficiaries of the treasures of the infinite, inestimable riches of the Mercies of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus in this life and at the hour of our deaths, at which hour we pray that Our Lady, the Queen and the Mother of Mercy, will be interceding for us with our Divine Judge. We are responsible for our own sinful actions and can never seek to minimize their gravity by claiming others are just as--if not more--guilty than ourselves.

Moreover, Bertone's rhetorical question about whether other organizations "have provided financial compensation for the victims…have they taken care of the victims and those who have been guilty" represents the same sort of hubris as that contained in the apocryphal story of the man who killed his parents and then claimed for mercy from a judge because he was an orphan. With a very few exceptions, usually involving efforts to preempt lawsuits and the public disclosure of the next of perversity in the ranks of the conciliar structures, almost every instance of a Catholic diocese currently in conciliar captivity paying out any amount of money to any victim of its perverted "bishops" and "priests" has been the result of public pressure brought by news stories in the secular media and by threat, if not the actual filing, of lawsuits and the discovery process and the resultant disclosures therefrom. The Archdioceses of Boston and Los Angeles stonewalled victims and their families for years, trying every legal machination possible. Bertone's assertion in this regard is repulsive.

Remember, however, for all of your Motu Mass flag-wavers out there, Tarcisio Bertone has the full support of Joseph Ratzinger, who, it appears, will do nothing to remove Roger Mahony from his position of conciliar power in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, enabling him to continue his assault upon the worship of God and upon the perennial teaching He has entrusted to His Catholic Church. Like his predecessor, Karol Wojtyla, who promoted and protected the conciliar "bishops" caught up in their own perverse scandals and/or involved in the protection of priests tainted thereby despite evidence being presented to him personally over the years, Joseph Ratzinger will continue to enable those who pervert doctrine and worship. Men such as William Levada and George Niederauer have been promoted under his watch. Souls continue to be malformed in so-called "Catholic" schools. None of this matters to the conciliar revolutionaries, intent on protecting their institutional "integrity" in a manner reminiscent of the late Soviet dictator Leonid Brezhnev and his band of apparatchiks at the height of the Cold War.

Then again, why should the conciliar revolutionaries care about how souls have been abused, both physically and spiritually? They preside over the liturgical offense given to God Himself every day in the form of the Protestant and Masonic Novus Ordo service. They preside over the abomination of inter-religious "prayer meetings" that are held in full violation of the precepts of the First Commandment. They have presided over the destruction of church sanctuaries and the removal of statues in order to conform Catholic church buildings to the new theology underlining the new order of "worship." They preside over the constant dissemination of lies concerning "religious liberty" and the "separation of Church and State" and the new ecclesiology. With very few exceptions, they are inert and passive when presented with evidence of "bishops" and "priests" and consecrated religious and lay teachers denying articles contained in the Deposit of Faith, transcending even the errors of conciliarism itself. The conciliar revolutionaries demonstrate themselves over and over again to the the enemies of souls universally.

To wit, how is it that the heretic known as Father Raniero Cantalamessa can remain as "Preacher to the Papal Household," a position he has held since 1980 (!), unless his heterodox positions had the absolute support of the late Karol Wojtyla and continue to have the full support of Joseph Ratzinger? Consider some of Cantalamessa's outrageous statements that are in direct contravention of the Holy Faith:

If Jews one day come (as Paul hopes) to a more positive judgment of Jesus, this must occur through an inner process, as the end of a search of their own (something that in part is occurring). We Christians cannot be the ones who seek to convert them. We have lost the right to do so by the way in which this was done in the past. First the wounds must be healed through dialogue and reconciliation. (Zenit, September 30, 2005.)

"We have lost the right to do so by the way in which this was done in the past?" Excuse me, Father Cantalamessa, where in the history of the Catholic Church can you find any evidence whatsoever that the mandate given by Our Lord to the Eleven on Ascension Thursday to seek to convert all men at all times until His Second Coming in glory is a mere "right" that can be "lost"? Whose efforts to convert the Jews are you condemning? Saint Peter? Saint Paul? Saint John the Evangelist, as the late Joseph Cardinal Bernardin specifically named ten years ago as the "source of anti-Semitism" in an address delivered at Hebrew University? Saint Matthew? Saint Vincent Ferrer? Fathers Alphonse and Theodore Ratisbonne? Who?

Has Joseph Ratzinger reprimanded or contradicted Cantalamessa? Does this not matter now that Summorum Pontificum has been issued? Are we to remain deaf, dumb, blind and mute in the midst of outrages spoken by men such as Tarcisio Bertone and Raniero Cantalamessa, both of whom have the full support of Joseph Ratzinger, simply because he, Ratzinger, has issued a document granting the "right" to offer a modernized version of the Mass of Tradition so long as "priests" who offer it also offer the other "form of the one Roman Rite," the egregious sacrilege known as the Novus Ordo Missae?

Remember, Cantalamessa is the same reprobate who said the following on Good Friday in 2002 while preaching in the Basilica of Saint Peter in the presence of Karol Wojtyla himself:

Now we come to the most relevant question: Can we admit that there is still another way in which Christ draws everyone to himself, namely, by using what is true and valid in the other religions? The Council and the Magisterium have not ruled out this possibility, which is now being actively explored by theology.

Indeed, those who live in direct contact with the great non-Christian religions testify to the good that millions of people can receive from them and to the profound spiritual life and prayer that they nourish among the people.

The delicate point is to know whether this recognition obliges us to detach the other religions from the Incarnate Christ and from his Paschal Mystery. Some people think we should, and place the elements of truth and goodness they contain in relation with the eternal Word and the Spirit of God. They say that as the persons of the Holy Trinity were active in the world before Christ came, these elements too were active in the world before the coming of Christ and continue to be active even after his Resurrection. They are not dependent on the mystery of Christ, but are parallel to it, in a relationship of complementarity, not one of subordination.

However, we have to ask the question. In order to recognize in other religions their dignity in the divine plan of salvation, is it necessary to detach them from the Paschal Mystery of Christ; or, instead, can we really obtain the same result by keeping them associated with it? . . .

One thing is certain and this must be the starting point for every Christian theology of religions: Christ gave his life for love of all humanity, because all are creatures of his Father, all are his brothers and sisters. Christ made no distinctions. His offer of salvation, at least that, is certainly universal.

In removing such a great part of humanity from him, the greatest wrong is done to that portion of humanity, not so much to Christ nor to the Church. It is not possible to start by affirming: "Christ is the supreme, definitive and normative offer of salvation which God made to the world", without recognizing at the same time — as Christians — a requirement and a right of all to belong in some way to this way and to benefit from this salvation. (2002-03-29 - Infinite Value of Christ's Passion and Death.)

Mind you, this is the official text published on Father Cantalamessa's own website. There are some differences between this official text and excerpts that were published by the Catholic News Service on April 2, 2002, which included the following embarrassing passages:

At present the preoccupation is to recognize not only a de facto existence in the divine plan of salvation, but also an existence by right to the other religions, in order to remember that they are not only tolerated, but also positively willed by God as the expression of the unfathomable riches of His grace and of His will that all men be saved. . . . . Religious pluralism does not consist in the fact of considering all religions as equally true: that would be relativism for all, but in the fact that we recognize the right for every man to hold his own religion as true, and to propagate it by peaceful means worthy of a religion. Peter recommends to the Christians to act “with mildness and respect.” And we can add: “in the spirit of the Assisi meeting” of last January 24.

Remember, deconstrution and revisionism are part and parcel of the conciliar Vatican's Hegelian approach to truth. A little change here and a little change there, all of sudden, you see, there is a synthesis that conveniently removes passages demonstrating total apostasy.

As a commentary on the DICI website, which is run by the Society of Saint Pius X, on Father Cantalamessa's apostasy concerning Limbo noted in regard to the passages cited above that are not to be found on Cantalamessa's own website:

Thus, the followers of non-Christian religions will be able to find some consolation: if they are objectively damned, they were nevertheless subjectively saved in a religion of which they had “the right to hold true”. Fr. Cantalamessa is mocking God and souls! “Let your yes be yes, and your no, no!” Father Cantalamessa preaches against limbo and in favor of universal salvation

Ah, but who keeps Father Cantalamessa, a clear believer in universal salvation and a apostate who believes that people in false religions are saved by being in those false religions, in his position? None other than Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI. Who chose Tarcisio Bertone to replace Angelo Sodano as the conciliar Secretary of State? Their co-conspirator in the deconstruction of the Third Secret of Fatima, Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI. Who keeps the "bishops" in power, who keeps apostate priests and teachers in their positions to poison the souls of the young? None other than Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI.  Who made the following statement to an "inter-religious" meeting in Japan?

“I am glad to greet you and all the religious leaders gathered on the occasion of the Twentieth Anniversary of the Religious Summit Meeting on Mount Hiei. I wish also to convey my best wishes to Venerable Eshin Watanabe, and to recall your distinguished predecessor as Supreme Head of the Tendai Buddhist Denomination, Venerable Etai Yamada. It was he who, having participated in the Day of Prayer for Peace in Assisi on that memorable day of 27 October 1986, initiated the “Religious Summit Meeting” on Mount Hiei in Kyoto in order to keep the flame of the spirit of Assisi burning. I am also happy that Cardinal Paul Poupard, President of the Pontifical Council for Interreligious Dialogue, is able to take part in this meeting.

From the supernatural perspective we come to understand that peace is both a gift from God and an obligation for every individual. Indeed the world’s cry for peace, echoed by families and communities throughout the globe, is at once both a prayer to God and an appeal to every brother and sister of our human family. As you assemble on the sacred Mount Hiei, representing different religions, I assure you of my spiritual closeness. May your prayers and cooperation fill you with God’s peace and strengthen your resolve to witness to the reason of peace which overcomes the irrationality of violence!

Upon you all I invoke an abundance of divine blessings of inspiration, harmony and joy.” Benedict XVI sends message to interreligious meeting in Japan

Who said this? None other than Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI, whose invocation of "divine blessings of inspiration, harmony and joy" contains no reference to the Divine Redeemer, Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, and which derives, it would appear, its inspiration from the following insipid 1971 song, made famous as a jingle for the Coca-Cola company (with a slightly different set of lyrics, it should be noted):

I'd like to build the world a home And furnish it with love Grow apple trees and honey bees And snow white turtle doves I'd like to teach the world to sing In perfect harmony I'd like to hold it in my arms And keep it company.

I'd like to see the world for once All standing hand in hand And hear them echo through the hills For peace throughout the land (I'd like to teach the world to sing) Like the world to sing today (In perfect harmony) A song of peace that echoes on And never goes away. "I'd Like To Teach The World To Sing"  (For the Coca-Cola lyrics, see Coca-Cola Television Advertisements: Hilltop)

All levity aside, however, what is sacred about Mount Hiei? Please, will someone out there in Motu-land tell me what is sacred about Mount Hiei? The fact that it was the site of the first "outpost" of the Tendei sect of Buddhism in Japan? Does that qualify to make Mount Hiei sacred in the eyes of one who believes himself to be the Vicar of Christ but refuses to invoke the very Holy Name of the Divine Redeemer when addressing pagans? Was Saint David wrong when he was inspired by the Holy Ghost to write these words in Psalm 95?

For all the gods of the Gentiles are devils: but the Lord made the heavens. (Ps. 95: 5)

Mount Hiei is a place of devil worship. It remains a place of abject devil worship as the First Commandment is violated in "inter-religious" meetings that are premised upon the belief that it is possible for there to be any other kind of peace than that comes from Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and that dwells in souls that are in states of Sanctifying Grace as members of the Catholic Church. Saint Paul had a little something to say about this himself:

Bear not the yoke with unbelievers. For what participation hath justice with injustice? Or what fellowship hath light with darkness? And what concord hath Christ with Belial? Or what part hath the faithful with the unbeliever? (2 Cor. 6: 14-15)

Pope Pius XI amplified this point in Mortalium Animos, January 6, 1928:

This being so, it is clear that the Apostolic See cannot on any terms take part in their assemblies, nor is it anyway lawful for Catholics either to support or to work for such enterprises; for if they do so they will be giving countenance to a false Christianity, quite alien to the one Church of Christ. Shall We suffer, what would indeed be iniquitous, the truth, and a truth divinely revealed, to be made a subject for compromise? For here there is question of defending revealed truth. Jesus Christ sent His Apostles into the whole world in order that they might permeate all nations with the Gospel faith, and, lest they should err, He willed beforehand that they should be taught by the Holy Ghost has then this doctrine of the Apostles completely vanished away, or sometimes been obscured, in the Church, whose ruler and defense is God Himself? If our Redeemer plainly said that His Gospel was to continue not only during the times of the Apostles, but also till future ages, is it possible that the object of faith should in the process of time become so obscure and uncertain, that it would be necessary to-day to tolerate opinions which are even incompatible one with another? If this were true, we should have to confess that the coming of the Holy Ghost on the Apostles, and the perpetual indwelling of the same Spirit in the Church, and the very preaching of Jesus Christ, have several centuries ago, lost all their efficacy and use, to affirm which would be blasphemy. But the Only-begotten Son of God, when He commanded His representatives to teach all nations, obliged all men to give credence to whatever was made known to them by "witnesses preordained by God," and also confirmed His command with this sanction: "He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be condemned." These two commands of Christ, which must be fulfilled, the one, namely, to teach, and the other to believe, cannot even be understood, unless the Church proposes a complete and easily understood teaching, and is immune when it thus teaches from all danger of erring. In this matter, those also turn aside from the right path, who think that the deposit of truth such laborious trouble, and with such lengthy study and discussion, that a man's life would hardly suffice to find and take possession of it; as if the most merciful God had spoken through the prophets and His Only-begotten Son merely in order that a few, and those stricken in years, should learn what He had revealed through them, and not that He might inculcate a doctrine of faith and morals, by which man should be guided through the whole course of his moral life.

Pope Pius XI would not have praised that "memorable day of 27 October 1986," the sacrilegious "Assisi event" in which one outrage after took place in the presence of Karol Wojtyla/John Paul II. The Great Facade describes what took place at Assisi in 1986 and in 2002:

Indeed, the very point of "dialogue" and "interreligious dialogue" is to avoid any suggestion to the non-Catholic interlocutor that the Catholic Church alone speaks with the authority of its divine founder and is in possession of the totality of His revelation to man. For example, when introducing the Vatican Instruction on "dialogue" in in 1968, Cardinal [Franz] Konig told the press: "Dialogue puts the partners on an equal footing. The Catholic is not considered as possessing all the truth, but as someone who has faith and is looking for that truth with others, both believers and non-believers.

No doubt the height of the fever engendered by the virus of dialogue was the World Day of Peace at Assisi in October 1986. In the plaza outside the Basilica of Saint Francis of Assisi, the "representatives of the world's great religions" stepped forward one by one to offer their prayers for peace. These "prayers" included the chanting of American Indian shamans. The Pope was photographed standing in a line of "religious leaders," including rabbis, muftis, Buddhist monks, and assorted Protestant ministers, all of them holding potted olive plants. The official Vatican publication ont he World Day of Prayer for Peace at Assisi, entitled "World Day of Pray for Peace," pays tribute to the "world's great religions by setting forth their prayers, including an Animist prayer to the Great Thumb. The world's great religions" are honored by the Vatican in alphabetical order: the Buddhist prayer for peace; the Hindu prayer for peace; the Jainist prayer for peace; the Muslim prayer for peace; the Shinto prayer for peace; the Sikh prayer for peace; the Traditionalist African prayer for peace (to "The Great Thumb"); the Traditionalist Amerindian prayer for peace; the Zoroastrian prayer for peace. In a glaring symptom of the end result of ecumenism. and dialogue in the Church, the only prayer not included in the official book is a Catholic prayer for peace. There is only a Christian prayer for peace, which appears after the prayers of the "world's great religions"--and after the Jewish prayer. Catholicism has been subsumed into a generic Christianity.

At the beginning of the list of prayers of the world's religions, there is an amazing statement by Cardinal Roger Etchergary, president of the Pontifical Council on Interreligious Dialogue. According to Etchergary, "Each of the religions we profess has inner peace, and peace among individuals and nations, as one of its aims. Each one pursues this aim in its own distinctive and irreplaceable way." The notion that there is anything "irreplaceable" about the false religions of the world seems difficult to square with the de fide Catholic teaching that God's revelation to His Church is complete and all-sufficient for the spiritual needs of men. Our Lord came among us--so Catholics were always taught--precisely to replace false religions with His religion, with even the Old Covenant undergoing this divinely appointed substitution. Yet the members of all "the world's great religions" were invited to Assisi and asked for their "irreplaceable" prayers for world peace--the "irreplaceable" prayers of false shepherds who preach abortion, contraception, divorce, polygamy, the treatment of women like dogs, the reincarnation of human beings as animals, a holy war against infidel Christians and countless other lies, superstitions and abominations in the sight of God. . . .

[Italian journalist Vittorio] Messori was merely observing the obvious when he stated that the Assisi 2002 implied that the doctrine of every religion is acceptable to God. For example, the invited representative of Voodoo (spelled Vodou by its native practitioners), Chief Amadou Gasseto from Benin, was allowed to sermonize on world peace from a wooden pulpit suitable for a cathedral set up in the lower plaza outside the Basilica of Saint Francis. The Chief declared to the Vicar of Christ and the assembled cardinals and Catholic guests: "The invocation to take prayer in the Prayer for Peace at Assisi is a great honour for me, and it is an honour for all the followers of Avelekete Vodou whose high priest I am." The high priest of Avelekete Vodou then give the Pope and all the Catholic faithful the Vodou prescription for world peace, which included, "asking forgiveness of the protecting spirits of regions affected by violence" and "carrying out sacrifices of reparation and purification, and thus restoring peace." This would involve slitting the throats of goats, chickens, doves, and pigeons and draining their blood from the carotid arteries according to a precise ritual prescription. In other words, the Pope invited a witch doctor to give a sermon to Catholics on world peace.

Among other "representatives of the various religions" who came to the pulpit was one Didi Talwakar, the representative of Hinduism. Talwakar declared that the "divinization of human beings gives us a sense of the worth of life. Not only am I divine in essence, but also everyone else is equally divine in essence...." Talwakar went on to exclaim: "My divine brothers and sisters, from whom much above the station of life where I am, I dare to appeal to humanity, from this august forum, in the blessed presence of His Holiness the Pope...." While Talwakar acknowledges that the Pope is a holy man, he is only one of many such holy men who lead the various religions. Didi prefers to follow another holy man: the Reverend Pandung Shastri Athawale, who heads something called the Swadyaya parivari, which teaches "the idea of acceptance of all religious traditions" and the need to "free the idea of religion from dogmatism, insularity and injunctions," Just the thing Catholics of the postconciliar period need to hear.

The spectacle of Assisi 2002 staggers the Catholic mind, and human language fails in its attempt to adequately describe the unparalleled ecclesial situation in which we now find ourselves--a situation even the Arian heretics of the fourth century would find incredible. Yet, true to form, the neo-Catholic press organs reported the event as if it were a triumph for the Catholic faith--while carefully avoiding any of the shocking images and words that would give scandal to any Catholic who has not been spiritually lobotomized by the postconciliar changes in the Church. (Christopher A. Ferrara and Thomas E. Woods, Jr., The Great Facade, Remnant Press, 2002, pp. 83-85; 213-215).

These events represent a rejection of the Catholic Faith and are abominations in the sight of God. Although some will take refuge in the belief that they "do not matter" because they do not represent attempts to define "Catholic" solemnly, the truth is that the conciliar revolutionaries responsible for these abominations know full well what it is they are doing. They know that their images and "non-magisterial" documents (such as the recent "findings" of the International Theological Commission about the fate of non-baptized infants) will sink deep into the minds and hearts of Catholics and non-Catholics alike, becoming, as far as most of the people who pay attention to news reports of these images and documents, thoroughly "official" statements of what the "Catholic" Church believes and teaches. It's like the old television commercial used to say, "Look, Ma, no hands!" That is to say, ladies and gentlemen, apostasy can be spread "faultlessly" as the conciliarists reaffirm each other and as they engage in endless exercises in Hegelian contradiction as well as paradox and ambiguity and obscurity to promote their thoroughly Modernist agenda in a textbook Modernist way.

Pope Saint Pius X, writing in Pascendi Dominci Gregis, September 8, 1907, explained the Modernist methodology of disorder and confusion in the presentation of their ideas:

We might perhaps have overlooked it; but the security of the Catholic name is at stake. Wherefore We must interrupt a silence which it would be criminal to prolong, that We may point out to the whole Church, as they really are, men who are badly disguised.

It is one of the cleverest devices of the Modernists (as they are commonly and rightly called) to present their doctrines without order and systematic arrangement, in a scattered and disjointed manner, so as to make it appear as if their minds were in doubt or hesitation, whereas in reality they are quite fixed and steadfast. For this reason it will be of advantage, Venerable Brethren, to bring their teachings together here into one group, and to point out their interconnection, and thus to pass to an examination of the sources of the errors, and to prescribe remedies for averting the evil results.

Those, such as the Modernists and the conciliar revolutionaries spawned by Modernism, who deny the Faith and/or who countenance its denial in those under their authority have to reckon with these telling words of Pope Paul IV, contained in Cum Ex Apostolatus Officio, February 15, 1559, and in Pope Leo XIII's Satis Cognitum, June 29, 1896:

6. In addition, [by this Our Constitution, which is to remain valid in perpetuity We enact, determine, decree and define:] that if ever at any time it shall appear that any Bishop, even if he be acting as an Archbishop, Patriarch or Primate; or any Cardinal of the aforesaid Roman Church, or, as has already been mentioned, any legate, or even the Roman Pontiff, prior to his promotion or his elevation as Cardinal or Roman Pontiff, has deviated from the Catholic Faith or fallen into some heresy:

    (i) the promotion or elevation, even if it shall have been uncontested and by the unanimous assent of all the Cardinals, shall be null, void and worthless;

    (ii) it shall not be possible for it to acquire validity (nor for it to be said that it has thus acquired validity) through the acceptance of the office, of consecration, of subsequent authority, nor through possession of administration, nor through the putative enthronement of a Roman Pontiff, or Veneration, or obedience accorded to such by all, nor through the lapse of any period of time in the foregoing situation;

    (iii) it shall not be held as partially legitimate in any way;

    (iv) to any so promoted to be Bishops, or Archbishops, or Patriarchs, or Primates or elevated as Cardinals, or as Roman Pontiff, no authority shall have been granted, nor shall it be considered to have been so granted either in the spiritual or the temporal domain;

    (v) each and all of their words, deeds, actions and enactments, howsoever made, and anything whatsoever to which these may give rise, shall be without force and shall grant no stability whatsoever nor any right to anyone;

    (vi) those thus promoted or elevated shall be deprived automatically, and without need for any further declaration, of all dignity, position, honour, title, authority, office and power. (Pope Paul IV, Cum Ex Apostolatus Officio)

The Church, founded on these principles and mindful of her office, has done nothing with greater zeal and endeavour than she has displayed in guarding the integrity of the faith. Hence she regarded as rebels and expelled from the ranks of her children all who held beliefs on any point of doctrine different from her own. The Arians, the Montanists, the Novatians, the Quartodecimans, the Eutychians, did not certainly reject all Catholic doctrine: they abandoned only a certain portion of it. Still who does not know that they were declared heretics and banished from the bosom of the Church? In like manner were condemned all authors of heretical tenets who followed them in subsequent ages. "There can be nothing more dangerous than those heretics who admit nearly the whole cycle of doctrine, and yet by one word, as with a drop of poison, infect the real and simple faith taught by our Lord and handed down by Apostolic tradition" (Auctor Tract. de Fide Orthodoxa contra Arianos).

The practice of the Church has always been the same, as is shown by the unanimous teaching of the Fathers, who were wont to hold as outside Catholic communion, and alien to the Church, whoever would recede in the least degree from any point of doctrine proposed by her authoritative Magisterium. Epiphanius, Augustine, Theodore :, drew up a long list of the heresies of their times. St. Augustine notes that other heresies may spring up, to a single one of which, should any one give his assent, he is by the very fact cut off from Catholic unity. "No one who merely disbelieves in all (these heresies) can for that reason regard himself as a Catholic or call himself one. For there may be or may arise some other heresies, which are not set out in this work of ours, and, if any one holds to one single one of these he is not a Catholic" (S. Augustinus, De Haeresibus, n. 88).

The need of this divinely instituted means for the preservation of unity, about which we speak is urged by St. Paul in his epistle to the Ephesians. In this he first admonishes them to preserve with every care concord of minds: "Solicitous to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace" (Eph. iv., 3, et seq.). And as souls cannot be perfectly united in charity unless minds agree in faith, he wishes all to hold the same faith: "One Lord, one faith," and this so perfectly one as to prevent all danger of error: "that henceforth we be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine by the wickedness of men, by cunning craftiness, by which they lie in wait to deceive" (Eph. iv., 14): and this he teaches is to be observed, not for a time only - "but until we all meet in the unity of faith...unto the measure of the age of the fullness of Christ" (13). But, in what has Christ placed the primary principle, and the means of preserving this unity? In that - "He gave some Apostles - and other some pastors and doctors, for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ" (11-12). (Pope Leo XIII, Satis Cognitum.)

Catholics fall from the Faith if they believe, yes, even privately, no less state publicly for the whole world to hear, in propositions condemned by the Catholic Church and not abjured. The standard of whether one is a Catholic is not, therefore, reduced to a "minimum" number of Catholic doctrines happens to hold. One falls from the Catholic Faith--and is thus disqualified from holding ecclesiastical office legitimately--if he dissents from even one iota of It. The false shepherds are not only to be found in the "world's great religions." They are to be found in the counterfeit church of conciliarism, an institution content to let billions of people around the world persist in false religions throughout their lives as they reassure themselves of how they have handled, "with dignity," you understand, the scandals unleashed in large, although certainly not exclusive, measure as a result of their own doctrinal and liturgical abominations.

Souls are crying for help as Tarcisio Bertone berates the victims of perverted priests and corrupt "bishops." Souls are crying for help as Raniero Cantalamessa categorically denies the existence of Limbo and supports very openly universal salvation without a word of "papal" approbation. Souls are crying for help as Joseph Ratzinger speaks of the "sacred" nature of a mountain where the devil is worshiped, Mount Hiei. These souls that are crying for help can no longer count on much assistance from those who have let Summorum Pontificum turn them into what they used to criticize: enablers of conciliarism by means of acts of omission, refusing on a selective basis to report certain pieces of "bad" news so as to clothe the false emperor who has given them a tin bauble on thoroughly false premises as best they can.

We must, therefore, cleave to the true Catholic voices in the catacombs where no concessions are made to conciliarism or to the legitimacy of the ravenous wolves masquerading as ecclesiastical officials of the Catholic Church. We must support our true bishops and our true priests as they protect our souls and attempt to guide us home to Heaven as we offer up our own prayers and penances and mortifications to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary. The Catholic Church safeguards souls unto eternity, not jeopardizes their salvation by exculpating scandals and by promoting sacrilegious abominations and propositions condemned by pope after pope prior to the false reign of Angelo Roncalli and his successive antipopes.

Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ has undergone His Passion and Death mystically through His Mystical Bride, the Church Militant on earth. One individual, who cannot be named at this time, believes that Our Lord has been placed, mystically, in the Tomb after being scourged by the false doctrines of the "Second" Vatican Council, crowned with thorns when Giovanni Montini called the United Nations mankind's "hope" for world peace, crucified when the Novus Ordo was promulgated and thus the Blessed Sacrament killed, remaining on the Cross mystically until a Vatican official said that Jews and Protestants and the Orthodox do not need to convert to the Catholic Church, experiencing His mystical death thereafter.

We have the opportunity, therefore, to keep Our Lady company outside of her Divine Son's mystical tomb, praying to Him through her Most Holy Rosary that the Resurrection of the Mystical Body of Christ will occur sooner rather than later as we continue to live penitentially so as to help to make reparation for our sins and those of the whole world by cooperating with the graces for us on the Holy Cross and that flow into our hearts and souls through the loving hands of Our Lady, the Mediatrix of All Graces.

With complete and total trust in the Immaculate Heart of Mary as we rely upon the tender Mercies of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, may our own fidelity to the Catholic Faith help more and more of our fellow Catholics, as well as non-Catholics, to seek out the true Faith in the catacombs and to reject the anti-Incarnational errors of Modernity in the world and the Modernist ethos abroad in the counterfeit church of conciliarism.

Isn't it time to pray a set of mysteries of Our Lady's Most Holy Rosary?

The Longer Version of the Saint Michael the Archangel Prayer, composed by Pope Leo XIII, 1888

O glorious Archangel Saint Michael, Prince of the heavenly host, be our defense in the terrible warfare which we carry on against principalities and powers, against the rulers of this world of darkness, spirits of evil  Come to the aid of man, whom God created immortal, made in His own image and likeness, and redeemed at a great price from the tyranny of the devil  Fight this day the battle of our Lord, together with  the holy angels, as already thou hast fought the leader of the proud angels, Lucifer, and his apostate host, who were powerless to resist thee, nor was there place for them any longer in heaven  That cruel, that ancient serpent, who is called the devil or Satan who seduces the whole world, was cast into the abyss with his angels  Behold this primeval enemy and slayer of men has taken courage  Transformed into an angel of light, he wanders about with all the multitude of wicked spirits, invading the earth in order to blot out the Name of God and of His Christ, to seize upon, slay, and cast into eternal perdition, souls destined for the crown of eternal glory  That wicked dragon pours out as a most impure flood, the venom of his malice on men of depraved mind and corrupt heart, the spirit of lying, of impiety, of blasphemy, and the pestilent breath of impurity, and of every vice and iniquity  These most crafty enemies have filled and inebriated with gall and bitterness the Church, the spouse of the Immaculate Lamb, and have laid impious hands on Her most sacred possessions In the Holy Place itself, where has been set up the See of the most holy Peter and the Chair of Truth for the light of the world, they have raised the throne of their abominable impiety with the iniquitous design that when the Pastor has been struck the sheep may be scattered  Arise then, O invincible Prince, bring help against the attacks of the lost spirits to the people of God, and give them the victory  They venerate thee as their protector and patron; in thee holy Church glories as her defense against the malicious powers of hell; to thee has God entrusted the souls of men to be established in heavenly beatitude  Oh, pray to the God of peace that He may put Satan under our feet, so far conquered that he may no longer be able to hold men in captivity and harm the Church  Offer our prayers in the sight of the Most High, so that they may quickly conciliate the mercies of the Lord; and beating down the dragon, the ancient serpent, who is the devil and Satan, do thou again make him captive in the abyss, that he may no longer seduce the nations  Amen

Verse: Behold the Cross of the Lord; be scattered ye hostile powers

Response: The Lion of the Tribe of Juda has conquered the root of David

Verse: Let Thy mercies be upon us, O Lord

Response: As we have hoped in Thee

Verse: O Lord hear my prayer

Response: And let my cry come unto Thee

Verse: Let us pray  O God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, we call upon Thy holy Name, and as suppliants, we implore Thy clemency, that by the intercession of Mary, ever Virgin, immaculate and our Mother, and of the glorious Archangel Saint Michael, Thou wouldst deign to help us against Satan and all other unclean spirits, who wander about the world for the injury of the human race and the ruin of our souls

Response:  Amen
